Purpose - The purpose of this study is to find out how shipping company recognizes making partnership with the third party logistics provider and to give implication. Research design, data and methodology - Personal interview and questionnaire by E-mail, Fax, Mail, and telephone were used. 700 copies of the questionnaires were distributed and 155 copied were returned. Among collected questionnaires, 20 copies were excluded because of insufficient content, and therefore 135 copies were used. Results - Korea should change into new paradigm from old one based on current economic and social systems which has stemmed from bureaucracy, inflexibility chauvinism and equalitarianism. Flexible policies, administration and systems will be needed for better business practices. The Domestic logistics corporation needs to preoccupy strategic logistics hub and network. Conclusions - To be a center of North East Logistics, Korea needs more reasonable business law, systems and policies. Social norms and orders should be established to accomplish political and social security. A paradigm of the policy ruling over development of capital city and satellite cities shall make change.

Nowdays, adjacent loading bringing enormous harm to the existing bridge in engineering construction. In this paper, the influencing mechanism of adjacent loading to pier and Law of displacement of pier is researched through living examples, and the safe influence area has been defined. Research shows that: the main damages to piers is caused by the side loading; lateral displacement index of pier top surface is more conservative than the pier additional stress index; it is secure when the distance of adjacent load is 0.5 times of the height of accumulation or 6m, otherwise it would be very scary, and the monitoring measure is necessary.

This paper studies the problem of option hedging when the underlying asset price process is a compound Poisson process. By adopting an asymptotic approach to let the security price converge to a continuous process, we find a closed-form hedging strategy that improves the classical Black-Scholes hedging strategy in a quadratic sense. We first show that the scaled Black-scholes hedging error has a limit in law, and that limit is decomposed into a part that can be traded away and a part that is purely unreplicable. The Black-Scholes hedging strategy is then modified by adding the replicable part of its hedging error and by adding the mean-variance hedging strategy to the nonreplicable part. Some results of simulation experiment s are also provided.

Despite being a key concept of International Relations theory, there is no consensus about what the national interest is. It is almost impossible for political leaders of democratic states to make a crucial decision in foreign policies when considering only the national interest without public support. Rather, we are unable to imagine the national interest without public opinion. In general, international crises galvanize people who held different opinions and unify social cleavages, such as secular-religious identities, into a nation that acts in its national interest. The author proposes a method to operationalize the key concept and describes a relationship between the national interest and religious identities in a democratic state. The selected case is the state of Israel. It is believed that Israel is a good example to think about the association between foreign affairs and political attitudes since it is characterized as a socio-religious divided society and has often waged war against Arab military forces.

In this paper a binary image encryption technique and decryption system based on a joint transform correlator (JTC) are Proposed. In this method, a Fourier transform of the encrypted image is used as the encrypted data and a Fourier transform of the random phase is used as the key code. The original binary image can be reconstructed on a square law device, such as a CCD camera after the joint input is inverse Fourier transformed. The proposed encryption technique does not suffer from strong auto-correlation terms appearing in the output plane. Based on computer simulations, the proposed encryption technique and decoding system were demonstrated as adequate for optical security applications.

For happy life, it is first of all essential to live healthily although wealth is important too. Korean government has enforced National Health Insurance Program and has improved it every year. However, health security still leaves something to be desired in Korea. Although Korean government also enacted National Health Promotion Law in 1995, the national health promotion policy has not been effectively carried out because of the problems of institution related to policy implementation and expenses of organizations. Also, community health services have failed to realize the anticipated results. Especially, health education services which are deeply related to national health consciousness are not well accomplished. Therefore, the average life span of Korean people is 73.5 years which display the level of the developing countries, while it is 74.7 years in the developed countries. Various health education services which Korean government and private organizations are carrying out are not activated. At this time, national health behavior and Quality of life will be greatly enhanced if "Mobile Health Education Teams" play active roles with new image, visiting vulnerable areas to health problems all over the country.e country.

Export controls on strategic items has been an international standard of trade. We should understand the global trend of this and perform clean policies in the international community. This article examines the Improvement of Competitiveness and International Export Control System of Strategic Items for focusing to Internal Compliance Program(ICP). Therefore, this study would like to suggest for build to ICP. Each member of company have to convert their perception for controling strategic items. Also, they have to build controling system in ERP system and extend Incentive for CPs. the support to the trustworthy controling system. Korea is actively trying to control strategic items export for world peace and national security. So the related enterprise needs to manage voluntary export system.

기존 개인정보보호관련 법은 공공과 민간으로 개별화된 체계로 인하여 헌법기관, 오프라인 사업자, 비영리기관등은 관련법이 부재함에 따라 법 적용의 사각지대라는 커다란 허점을 드러냈다. 또한, 개별 법 사이의 보호원칙, 처리기준 및 추진체계가 상이하여 법의 보호를 받는 국민들에게 혼란을 주기도 한다. 본 논문은 신규 제정되어 2011년 9월 발효가 예정되어 있는 개인정보보호법(안)을 기준으로 기업이 개인정보보호 수준을 스스로 측정할 수 있는 지표를 만드는 것에 목표를 두고 있다.

Currently outer space become more and more congested and contested, according to the increase of satellites, nations and government consortia that operate satellites, and commercial and academic satellite operators. Therefore, international community, including the United Nations has been making a greater effort to adopt non-legally binding international documents capable of regulating space activities for the purpose of the security, safety and long-term sustainability of space activities. These are a draft International Code of Conduct for Outer Space Activities(ICoC) and UN Group of Governmental Experts on Transparency and Confidence-Building Measures in Outer Space Activities(UNGGE).
