This paper is intended as performance verification of efficient container door Open/Closed detection mechanism for Container Security Device(ConTracer) to container cargo transportation. Container door Open/Closed detection mechanism using Reed sensor is important to satisfies the US Department of homeland security customs and border protections requirements to many types of container door. Also, Verify that the container door is configured correctly and that you can check the illegal opening. In this article, Performance valuation of this Contacer on reed sensor has been verified through field test for each other 30 containers. Once the improvement has been made, we are suggest that propose skills will meet the highest standards for container security safety.

Purpose: This study was performed for advancement of aviation security equipments certification system. Methods: We investigated aviation security equipments certification-related registrations and the latest research trends of explosive detection technologies. Based on the literature studies, we draw the critical issues of the aviation security equipment certification system and suggested improvement direction. Results: We found some inaccuracies of the definition of explosive trace detection equipments, accreditation review committee, and performance evaluation test method. These problems should be modified to suit being practical. Conclusion: The present results would be useful for basic data for modifying aviation security equipments certification systems.

The study aims to investigate factors affecting enterprise's satisfaction and loyalty toward the Social Security's online public services, looking at the case of Thanh Hoa province, Vietnam. This study employs samples with 216 enterprises that use online public system of Thanh Hoa province's Social Security. The research model is closely linked to the SERVQUAL model developed by Parasuraman, Zeithaml and Berry (1988). We propose 23 scales that constitute the quality of service, three scales that constitute Customer Satisfaction and three components that constitute Customer Loyalty. This study use the tool of Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), Cronbach's Alpha test, Confirm Factor Analysis (CFA) and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) in order to address the question of satisfaction and loyalty. The result shows that the factor with the most impact is Reliability, next is Capacity of staffs, Tangibles, Attitude of staffs, and the least impacting factor is Empathy; moreover, the results also show that Satisfaction has a strong impact on Customer Loyalty. The findings of this study suggest that Thanh Hoa province's Social Security should: (i) strengthen the reliability of online service system; (ii) build capacity for staffs; (iii) develop the responsiveness of electronic transactions systems; and (iv) improve the empathy of staffs.

BcN(Broadband convergence Network) is being developed in order to support a variety of network applications, with enhanced capabilities of QoS(Quality of Service) provisioning and security, and IPv6. In a high-speed network environment such as BcN, it if more likely for the network resources to be exposed to various intrusion activities. The propagation speed of intrusion is alto expected to be much faster than in the existing Internet In this paper, we present a multi-domain security management framework which my be used for a global intrusion detection at multiple domains of BcN and describe its characteristics. For the performance evaluation, we first present test results for the security node and compare with other products. Then we design and Implement an OPNET simulator for the proposed framework, and present some simulation results. In the simulation model, we focus on the performance of alert information in the security overlay network.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the causal relationships among social capital, job satisfaction, and organization commitment in the Korean Security Organizations. One hundred eight one questionnaires, with a 72.4% response rate from a convenient sample of 10 security organization guards, were utilized to study the relationships between research constructs. SPSS(12.0 version) were guard to analyze the unintentionality of research concepts and reliability test, and confirmatory factor analysis were performed. Factor analyses identified three internal dimensions of relational factor as superior relation. There are among results, first, the social capital is influencing to job satisfaction positively. second, the social capital is influencing to organizational commitment positively. third, the job satisfaction is influencing to organizational commitment positively.

The increase in applying IT to vehicles has given birth to smart cars or connected cars. As smarts cars become connected with external network systems, threats to communication security are on the rise. With simulation test results supporting such threats to Convergence security in vehicular communication, concerns are raised over relevant vulnerabilities, while an increasing number of studies on secure vehicular communication are published. Hacking attacks against vehicles are more dangerous than other types of hacking attempts because such attacks may threaten drivers' lives and cause social instability. This paper designed a Convergence security protocol for inter-vehicle and intra-vehicle communication using a hash function, nonce, public keys, time stamps and passwords. The proposed protocol was tested with a formal verification tool, Casper/FDR, and found secure and safe against external attacks.

16th CPC National Party Congress established multi-polarization strategy as an external strategy, and 'The Great Reinvigoration of Chinese Nation' as the aim of The Great Strategy of China. It is required to maintain stabilized and peaceful surrounding circumstance in order to make it possible. The ideal surrounding circumstance that China is aiming for is to achieve multi-polarization of international society while maintaining strategic deterrence. Multi-polarization now in 'One super Multi powers' is that 'Multi powers' deter 'One super' to prevent predominance of USA and to decentralize the power. China wishes to realign international order as it accomplishes multi-polarization. China who wants 'Peace and Stabilization' emphasizes autonomy, peace and unification of Korean peninsula. Autonomy means the restraint intervention of foreign power, that is, American influence in Korean peninsula. Multi-polarization strategy of China will be used in Korean peninsula to solve nuclear issue of North Korea, to support neutral unification and to keep balance of power with USA, Japan and Russia as it renders economic advantages to South Korea and security engagement to North Korea, based on special geographical, cultural and historical relationship with two Koreas. The nuclear issue of North Korea will be a stage to test multi-polarization of China. When it deduces positive solution of nuclear issue due to successful six-party talks, and advances to security talks of Northeast Asia, it will contribute a lot to power and elevation of national stature of China in international society. Thus, the Chinese strategy will be an accommodative condition for the security of South Korea, and it requires wise decision of South Korea to make hay while the sun shine.

Is need Remote Access through internet for business of Ubiquitous Computing age, and apply OTP for confidentiality about inputed ID and Password, network security of integrity. Current OTP must be possessing hardware of Token, and there is limitation in security. Install a Snooping tool to OTP network in this treatise, and because using Cain, enforce ARP Cache poisoning attack and confirm limitation by Snooping about user password. Wish to propose new system that can apply Tokenless OTP by new security way, and secure confidentiality and integrity. Do test for access control inflecting Tokenless OTP at Remote Access from outside, and could worm and do interface control with certification system in hundred. Even if encounter hacking at certification process, thing that connection is impossible without pin number that only user knows confirmed. Because becoming defense about outward flow and misuse and hacking of password when apply this result Tokenless OTP, solidify security, and evaluated by security system that heighten safety.

In this paper, we analyze the security and performance of the Quantis Quantum random number generator in terms of cryptography through experiments. The Quantis' post-processing is designed to output full-entropy via bit-matrix-vector multiplication based on mathematical background, and we used the min-entropy estimating test of NIST SP 800-90B so as to verify whether the output is full-entropy. Quantis minimizes the effect on the random bit rate by using an optimization technique for bit-matrix-vector multiplication, and compared the performance to conditioning functions of NIST SP 800-90B by measuring the random bit rate. Also, we have distinguished what is in Quantis' post-processing to the standard model of NIST in USA and BSI in Germany, and in case of applying Quantis to cryptographic systems in accordance with the CMVP standard, it is recommended to use the output of Quantis as the seed of the approved DRBG.
