  • Recent Security Programs are widely used to improve the security of Client Systems in the Web authentication. Security Program is provide the function of the Keyboard Security and Certificate Management, Vaccines, Firewall. in particular, This Security Program has been used Financial Institutions and Government Agencies, and some private corporate Home Page. and ActiveX is used to install the Security Program. but Security Programs caused by several security vulnerabilities and problems as they appear, are threat to the stability of the Client System. Therefore, This paper will be analyzed through Case Studies and Experiments to the Vulnerabilities and Problems of Security Program and This Is expected to be utilized to further improve the performance of the Security Program and the building of a new Certification Scheme for material in the future.

  • This research has analyzed the options of improving 'National Basic Livelihood Security Program' and factors influencing on them, focusing on the 345 social welfare officials' recognition and assessment of the program. As a result of the analysis, some difference has been identified in the assessment of respective options in accordance with how social welfare officials recognize and assess the program and its recipients. The assessments as to the options of improving restrictions on the able-bodied poors, implementation of the individual benefit method, and so forth were shown differently according to the age; years of service; amount of work; rationality of the criteria for selecting recipients; levels of payment by the 'National Basic Livelihood Security Program'; possibility of the recipients' exit from poverty; achievements of the self-supporting program; and evaluation of the program improvement efforts of the government. Based on this result of analysis, key tasks and improvement options for the 'National Basic Livelihood Security Program' have been explored on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the program.

  • Recently, security softwares are the program that is to protect the users from hackers in using electronic financial services. However heackers commit financial crimes to extort asserts using known hacking skills. In our paper, we analyse vulnerability that can be used to hook financial information in user application area and explain end-to-end encryption which is able to be provided by interacting keyboard security program and PKI application program.

  • With the development of computer systems, there has been a sharp increase in the threats on these systems including attacks by malicious programs such as virus, vandal, etc. Currently virus vaccines are widely used to thwart these threats, but they have many weaknesses. They cannot guard against unknown threats and sometimes, they also cannot detect the existence of malicious programs before these malicious programs make any destructive results. For lack of an efficient security model, the existing security programs have the problem that they raise many false-positive alarms in spite of normal action. So it becomes very important to develop the improved security program that can make up for the weakness of the existing computer security program and can detect many threats of malicious programs as early as possible. In this paper we describe the design of an improved security model and the implementation of a security program that can filter and handle the threats on computer systems at the kernel level in real time.

  • In the case of unauthorized individuals, systems and entities or process threatening the instrumentation and control systems of nuclear facilities using the intrinsic vulnerabilities of digital based technologies, those systems may lose their own required functions. The loss of required functions of the critical systems of nuclear facilities may seriously affect the safety of nuclear facilities. Consequently, digital instrumentation and control systems, which perform functions important to safety, should be designed and operated to respond to cyber threats capitalizing on the vulnerabilities of digital based technologies. To make it possible, the developers and licensees of nuclear facilities should perform appropriate cyber security program throughout the whole life cycle of digital instrumentation and control systems. Under the goal of securing the safety of nuclear facilities, this paper presents the KINS' regulatory position on cyber security program to remove the cyber threats that exploit the vulnerabilities of digital instrumentation and control systems and to mitigate the effect of such threats. Presented regulatory position includes establishing the cyber security policy and plan, analyzing and classifying the cyber threats and cyber security assessment of digital instrumentation and control systems.

  • Peace on the Korean Peninsula is threatened by physical aggressions and cyber terrors such as nuclear tests, missile launchings, senior government officials' smart phone hackings and DDos attacks to banking systems. Cyber attacks such as vulnerability for the hackings, malware distributions are generally defended by passive defense through the detecting signs of first invasion and attack, data analysis, adding library and updating vaccine programs. In this paper the concept of security program based on Google TensorFlow machine learning ability to perform adding libraries and solving security vulnerabilities by itself is researched and proposed.

  • This study researched into the method that allows only the certified user and computational engineer to possibly use network resources and computing resources by implementing the system of the intensified certification and security based on LDAP(Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) directory service, that copes with incapacitation in security program due to making the security program forcibly installed, and that can correctly track down the industrial-technology exporter along with applying the user-based security policy through inter-working with the existing method for the protection of industrial technology. Through this study, the intensified method for the protection of industrial technology can be embodied by implementing the integrated infra system through strengthening the existing system of managing the protection of industrial technology, and through supplementing vulnerability to the method for the protection of industrial technology.

The 24-hour rule requires cargo owners to submit cargo manifest information to U.S. Customs 24 hours before vessel sailing from the final foreign port to a U.S. port. Cargo manifest information must be complete, accurate, and timely. As of February 2, 2003 manifest information can be submitted by paper or electronically. Cargo descriptions must be at a level of detail consistent with Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) codes used by U.S. Customs. HTS codes are 10 digits. Electronic submissions are made via the Automated Manifest System (AMS) run by U.S. Customs.

  • A serious disturbance of the 7.7 DDoS hacking gets a chance of raised awareness for importance of response countermeasure with current status of information security. The critical factor out of countermeasure of information security is the supply of information human power. In this paper, we review program of information security of domestic and foreign, from major courses of domestic university, and category of government about information security, and analyze security education training awareness program of human power in the information security area.
