In this study, the electric door lock using the password input system for security improvement was fabricated. The security has been improved by using the multiple micro process. The controller with solenoid valve has been designed indirect driving system for releasing the door lock system. Also, the self checkup system for improving the trustworthy was developed with two kinds of micro process. The results will be applied IC card system and fingerprint identification system for security improvement.

Strategic decision on the execution of national security improvement project is greatly important for the present and future national security. Though, the importance of strategic decision, decision making process has been executed under one-way thinking framework. This research provides a decision-making tool with make-or-buy approach for the national security improvement policy execution methods: foreign purchase and military R&D project, and, via simulation, confirms dynamic change of military capability index respect to change in ratio of foreign purchase and military R&D. A result shows that current ratio of foreign purchases and military R&D is insufficient for national security improvement policy goal. Applying the model from this research provides an appropriate ratio for short term and long term defense strategy and policy goal, and consequent result of increase in national security capability. Thus, this research model can be effectively utilized for national security improvement project.

The suggestions that follow are about the Qualitative Improvement of private security Industrial. First, in legal and institutional policy, new establishment by law for private security and more support from government is asked. Moreover, the restructuring or M&A between petty companies and the pricing for security service should be performed. Second, in the structural aspect of private security industry, the professional education center for private security guards should be established and the terms of payment and welfare should be improved to the level above standard. In addition, it should be achieved to change the public to have a new and correct understanding of private security and develope the specialized parts suited to the characteristic and ability of each companies. Third, the construction of operating system for private security service should be achieved; recruit system for competent security guards, marketing strategy and enforcement system, widely known confidence to client, normal training system for security guards and post management system for client. This is also to be suited to the characteristic of each companies.

It will not be able to guarantee the secure operation for the information and communication systems with only technical security. So, ISMS(Information Security Management System) research and standardization are active going on. Korea published "The national cyber security management regulation" and "The national cyber security manual" in 2005. According to the regulation and manual, the government organ and public institution must accomplish the security management assessment to itself for systematic management of an information security. We studied related standards and security management systems of the Australia and the USA, and analyzed the security management evaluation system in "The national cyber security manual" in efficient security management focus. We presented the improvement direction of national security evaluation system through the research. We propose the additional control, selective control set and improvement of the evaluation process for efficient security management. Proposed system possible composition of suitable to each organ and flexible adaptation of rapidly changed information environment.

A highly sophisticated expertise and systematic and integrated management of security operation are essential for a crowded stadium. a special object of security guarding. Nonetheless, the recent incident in a singing concert hall reveals the overall problem like the lacking safety management system. lacking deployment of professional security personnel, absence of safety manuals and safety measures, as well as the lack of professionalism of private sector security companies. In this study, we presented three categories that needed improvement, like the legal and institutional improvement, improvement of policy and improvement of operation which are required to set up the model to operate the optimal private sector security duties. For the revision of law and institution for a better and more desirable method, we discussed the revision of related laws and regulations pursuant to the security operation at places where events are held, including the revision of law on security guarding work, regulation on common housing management, uniformity of security guarding, and law on performance. For the improvement of policies, we discussed the introduction of security consultants, strengthening the security instructor system, expansion of relevant organizations, establishment of mutual cooperation, privatization of profitable events, improvement of awareness about the security activities provided by private sector, policy for the professionalism of private security operation, expansion of security exhibition and seminar. For the improvement of operation. we discussed professional security techniques. such as the technique of security consulting, the application of CPTED technique, the technique for the integration of system, the method of operation, the establishment of a system to support public security operations and volunteers, establishment of a manual for security guarding performance, modernization and high tech-oriented equipment, organization of security guarding entity in which the industry, academic society and government participates together.

This study is aimed what improvement for an illegality detective aagency and messenger office. First, administrators or managers who are involved with personal information protection should make a full-fledged effort to gather information. Second, counseling or related programs should be provided for small and mid-sized security firms to guarantee thorough personal information protection. Third, Korea Security Association should improve the educational system related to personal information protection to resolve problems with this education currently provided for managers and employees of these companies.

Soongrae-Mun Fire shows safety problem in Korea intimately. People have pressed for the responsibility of persons in charge and have asked for improvement measure whenever Fire accident occur, but similar accidents occur again without any improvement. This research is to provide improvement. measure on the base of the analysis of the cause of Soongrae-Mun fire to prevent similar accident, also to help private security company do effective security job. This research is approached from a security point of view. A lot of accidents occur by direct cause such as people's unsafe action and unsafe condition. but it is very difficult to remove the facts of direct cause, so the facts of indirect cause should be analyzed together. Drew-up of security related legislation should be included when the establishment of fire fighting related legislation is examined, also technical improvement should be examined with legislation. security company should be concerned about securing of expertise and reinvestment for the improvement of expertise to overcome limitations of private security such as job boundary, capability and responsibility. Also private security company should try to service for public benefit and to examine practical compensation for loss occurred by mistake of security company.
