이 연구에서 초등학생을 위한 정보보호 지식과 태도, 기능을 통한 실천능력의 신장을 고려한 정보보호 통합학습모형을 제안하였다. 이를 위해 첫째, 초등학교의 교육과정 중 정보보호 교육내용을 추출한 뒤 정보보호교육내용을 지식, 태도, 기능, 실천적 관점에서 분석했다. 둘째, 효과적인 정보보호교육을 위해 지식, 태도, 기능, 실천이 종합된 KASP-정보보호 통합학습모형을 개발하고 그에 따른 지도안과 학습전략을 개발하였다. 셋째, 개발된 모형을 실험집단에 적용하고 비교집단에는 일반적 정보보호교육 내용을 적용하여 비교집단과의 전후좌우비교를 실시하여 효과성을 검증하였다. 검사결과 이 연구에서 개발된 KASP-정보보호 통합학습모형이 학생들의 정보보호 지식 및 태도, 기능뿐만 아니라 실천능력에도 효과적임을 보였다.

한국은 2015 개정 교육과정에서 역량 중심 교육과정으로 개편하고, 정보교육을 통한 창의적 융합 인재양성을 강조하였다. 정보과 교육과정은 학습자가 정보기술 기반의 정보윤리 지식을 축적하여 윤리적으로 판단하고 실천할 수 있도록, 정보문화소양을 핵심역량으로 포함하였다. 본 연구는 정보문화소양을 육성할 수 있는 내용 요소 구성에 대한 시사점을 제공하기 위한 목적으로, 미국, 영국, 인도, 일본, 호주, 독일의 정보 교육과정에서 정보문화소양 관련 내용 요소를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 정보문화소양이라는 용어는 한국의 정보과 교육과정에만 포함되었다. 둘째, 각국이 공통적으로 포함하는 내용 요소는 (개인)정보보호, 정보보안, 저작권인 것으로 파악되었다. 셋째, 한국의 정보사회와 진로, 인도의 부상 피하기, 독일의 건강 보호, 환경 보호는 해당 국가의 교육과정에만 구성되었다. 본 연구는 해외 정보 교육과정 분석 결과에 근거하여 정보문화소양을 함양하기 위한 내용 요소 구성 개선에 방향성을 제공했다는 데 의의가 있다.

2019년 급작스럽게 발생한 코로나-19로 인해 우리의 일상생활에 많은 부분이 변화되었는데, 학교에서는 등교 수업과 원격 수업이 병행되거나 원격 수업으로 전면 전환되기도 하였다. 이에 따라, 많은 학생들이 온라인에 머무는 시간이 증가하게 되고 학생들의 개인정보가 무차별적으로 공개되거나 온라인상에서 학급 동료를 괴롭히거나 왕따를 시키는 등의 사이버폭력이 증가하였다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 사이버폭력의 대응 방안으로서 온라인 교육 프로그램을 제안하고자 한다. 본 교육 프로그램은 초·중·고등학생을 대상으로 설계되었으며, 2015 교육과정 중 정보나 도덕 수업에도 활용할 수 있다. 제안된 프로그램은 '사이버폭력', '정보보호', '사이버 범죄', '언어폭력'의 네 가지 대주제로 나누어지며, 그 연관성에 따라 총 열 가지 소주제로 구분된다. 학년별로 해당 주제를 고루 교수할 수 있도록 구성하였고, 교육내용 선정과 내용 구성에 대해 전문가에 의해 프로그램의 타당성을 검증 받았으며, 프로그램의 내용 타당도가 개발 취지에 부합한 것으로 나타났다. 향후, 본 프로그램을 적용하고 이에 대한 효과성 분석을 실시하여 학생 간 사이버폭력 발생률 하락과 대처능력 향상에 효과적으로 작용했는지 측정할 필요가 있을 것이다.

The study aimed to define all the main determinants of writing a research paper in an integrated manner within the requirements of the science network journals, by introducing scientific research and the steps of writing a research paper, starting from choosing the title to writing the abstract, identifying the research problem, questions, importance and objectives of the study, how to choose previous studies, research methodology and tools, discussion and results In addition to determining the acceptable percentage of plagiarism for science network journals, recommendations, choosing appropriate references and choosing the appropriate references, in addition to determining the acceptable percentage of plagiarism for the journals of the Network of Science, the researcher used the method of analytical investigative research to find out the axes of the study and analyze different reference citation methods to deal with different sources of information (articles-books-theses-conference works-reviews), In addition to studying the most important international programs for measuring plagiarism ratios that are accredited within the journals of the Science Network, and the study concluded that the researcher must present original and innovative results, add an integrated and logical work, take into account all the scientific conditions in the design of the research, its steps and ethics, and take into account the international standards in citing Reference, taking into account the rates of plagiarism within Web of Science journals.

The article highlights the European experience of innovative educational technologies of training management specialists. Based on existing strategies, relevant in the European educational space, the introduction of regulatory elements to maintain a balance between the traditional and innovative format of the educational process, which is typical for the Ukrainian education system is proposed. The article aims to single out educational and technological innovations into a separate cluster of managerial training at different levels in the context of the principles of the modern synergetic sociocultural paradigm. The main objectives of the work are to develop settings to ensure the effective functioning of innovative educational technologies. Among the synergetic principles of educational technologies, providing the formation of necessary competencies of future managers, are: self-organization, interdisciplinarity, nonlinearity, individuality, and technologization. The methods used in the scientific study can be attributed to the group of scientific synergetic methodology. So, the training of specialists in management, implemented in the European practice assumes the use of new educational strategies. These technologies provide both the necessary skills of different levels (hard-soft-digital skills) and the observance of value components (solidarity, ethics, inclusiveness, openness).

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a prominent topic in almost every field. In Korea, Systems Engineering (SE) procedures are applied in Defense Acquisition, and it is anticipated that SE procedures will also be applied to systems incorporating AI capabilities. This study explores the applicability of the concepts "AI4SE (AI for SE)" and "SE4AI (SE for AI)," which have been proposed in the United States, to the Korean context. The research examines the feasibility of applying these concepts, identifies necessary tasks, and proposes implementation strategies. For the AI4SE, many attempts and studies applying AI to SE Processes both Requirements & Architectures Define, System implementation & V&V, and Sustainment. It needs Explainability and Security. For the SE4AI, the Functional AI implementation level, Quality & Security of the Data-set, AI Ethics, and Review policies are needed. Furthermore, it provides perspectives on how these two concepts should ultimately converge and suggests future directions for development.

본 연구는 경호무도로서 점차 활성화되고 있는 공수도를 미학적으로 탐색해 봄으로서 공수도가 경호무도로서 가지고 있는 미학을 정립하고자 하였다. 연구방법은 문헌연구로 공수도, 미학 관련서적과 자료, 논문을 수집, 참고하였다. 첫째, 공간미이다. 둘째, 시간미이다. 셋째, 통일미이다. 넷째, 대칭미이다. 다섯째, 균형미이다. 여섯째, 조화미이다. 일곱째, 곡선미이다. 여덟째, 리듬미이다. 아홉째, 도덕미이다. 이러한 경호무도로서 공수도의 미학을 연구함으로 내재적 아름다움과 철학, 윤리를 갖춘 경호원과 경호무도로서 발전될 것으로 사료된다.

For research data to be shared without legal, financial and technical barriers in the Open Science era, data repositories must have the functional requirements asked by DMP and CoreTrustSeal. In order to derive functional requirements for the data repository, this study analyzed the Data Management Plan (DMP) and CoreTrustSeal, the criteria for certification of research data repositories. Deposit, Ethics, License, Discovery, Identification, Reuse, Security, Preservation, Accessibility, Availability, and (Meta) Data Quality, commonly required by DMP and CoreTrustSeal, were derived as functional requirements that should be implemented first in implementing data repositories. Confidentiality, Integrity, Reliability, Archiving, Technical Infrastructure, Documented Storage Procedure, Organizational Infrastructure, (Meta) Data Evaluation, and Policy functions were further derived from CoreTrustSeal. The functional requirements of the data repository derived from this study may be required as a key function when developing the repository. It is also believed that it could be used as a key item to introduce repository functions to researchers for depositing data.

Elementary school students have a little awareness of privacy protection since they do not have many opportunities for systematic education on information and communication ethics. Hence, they are likely to expose their own information to others and sometimes bring on a lot of misuses by using others' information. In this paper, we provide an idea for teaching and learning methods which the elementary school students acquire privacy protection and management methods and raise their practical capabilities. We develop a role play teaching and learning model in connection with various Information and Communication Technology (ICT) activities and establish the instruction plans. Moreover, we apply them to the actual classes at grade five and six of the elementary school students respectively, and finally analyze the results. The proposed teaching and learning method shows that the students participated in a series of learning activities have higher learning effects on awareness of privacy protection than those learned with the conventional methods.

최첨단 AI 시스템은 방대한 데이터 수집에서 알고리즘 편향에 이르기까지 많은 윤리적 문제를 드러내고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 연합학습과 블록체인을 결합하여, 더 윤리적인 AI 아키텍처를 제안하였다. AI의 윤리성에 관한 중요한 문제들을 논의하고, 문헌조사를 통하여 윤리적 AI 시스템에 대한 요구사항을 연구하고 도출한다. 제안한 아키텍처의 요구사항 만족을 분석하였다. 제안한 AI 구조를 디자인에 채택함으로써 AI 서비스를 보다 윤리적으로 수행할 수 있다.
