  • In the current Internet system, there are many problems using anonymity of the network communication such as personal information leaks and crimes using the Internet system. This is why TCP/IP protocol used in Internet system does not have the user identification information on the communication data, and it is difficult to supervise the user performing the above acts immediately. As a study for solving the above problem, there is the study of Policy Based Network Management (PBNM). This is the scheme for managing a whole Local Area Network (LAN) through communication control for every user. In this PBNM, two types of schemes exist. As one scheme, we have studied theoretically about the Destination Addressing Control System (DACS) Scheme with affinity with existing internet. By applying this DACS Scheme to Internet system management, we will realize the policy-based Internet system management. In this paper, basic system design for PBNM scheme for multi-domain management utilizing data science and AI is showed with experiment in feasibility.

  • With the increasing service Qualify and security in the Mobile Internet Diameter technology based on the AAAv6 is being used in the user authentication. But there are some Problems on the authentication Procedures of the Diameter in which the security falls down from a loaming service or Internet transmission course. We combine it with the cipher algorithm like EAP-MD5 and accomplish a user authentication processing. If we want to supply the user authentication with the mobility among domains by AAAv6-based Diameter, we need the efficient capacity allocation among AAA attendent, AAAv, AhAb, AAAh, HA servers in the AAAv6. Therefore in this paper, we propose to make the authentication capacity index to carry out user authentication ability by analyzing an EAP-MD5S server capacity model of AAAv6 authentication models for users with mobility among domains, and to find the optimized condition for the AAAv6 capacity by the index.

  • Devising a secure authenticated key agreement (AKA) protocol for two entities communicating over an open network is a matter of current research. McCullagh et al. proposed a new two-party identity-based AKA protocol supporting both key escrow and key escrow-less property instantiated by either in a single domain or over two distinct domains. In this paper, we show that their protocol over two distinct domains suffers from masquerading attack and therefore does not satisfy the claimed security. The attack is made possible due to the lack of sufficient authentication of entity and integrity assurance in the protocol. We then propose an efficient verifiable key agreement protocol by including signature primitive in the authentication procedure to solve the problem of McCullagh et al.'s protocol.

  • In general, organizations operating multi-domain networks find it difficult to represent and manage multiple domain net works on a single screen space. Instead, most of them are managed with multiple screens visualizing network topology by domain or partitioning one screen area into multiple domains. We propose an efficient method to visualize the topology using only minimal connection information between domain-agnostic nodes in this work. This method visualizes the topology by utilizing centrality indices representing the influence of nodes in the network. Furthermore, the method dynamically segments the entire node's display area using virtual Root nodes to auto-separate domains and weights of child nodes and placing nodes in 3D space. Thus, although it is a straightforward method, the multi-domain network topology can be visualized with only minimal connection information between nodes.

  • With the recent surge in exposure to fake advertising phishing sites in search engines, the damage caused by poor search quality and personal information leakage is increasing. In particular, the seriousness of the problem is worsening faster as the possibility of automating the creation of advertising phishing sites through tools such as ChatGPT increases. In this paper, the source code of fake advertising phishing sites was statically analyzed to derive structural commonalities, and among them, a detection crawler that filters sites step by step based on foreign domains and redirection was developed to confirm that fake advertising posts were finally detected. In addition, we demonstrate the need for new guide lines by verifying that the redirection page of fake advertising sites is divided into three types and returns different sites according to each situation. Furthermore, we propose new detection guidelines for fake advertising phishing sites that cannot be detected by existing detection methods.

  • BcN(Broadband convergence Network) is being developed in order to support a variety of network applications, with enhanced capabilities of QoS(Quality of Service) provisioning and security, and IPv6. In a high-speed network environment such as BcN, it if more likely for the network resources to be exposed to various intrusion activities. The propagation speed of intrusion is alto expected to be much faster than in the existing Internet In this paper, we present a multi-domain security management framework which my be used for a global intrusion detection at multiple domains of BcN and describe its characteristics. For the performance evaluation, we first present test results for the security node and compare with other products. Then we design and Implement an OPNET simulator for the proposed framework, and present some simulation results. In the simulation model, we focus on the performance of alert information in the security overlay network.

  • The threats to privacy and security have received increasing attention as ubiquitous healthcare applications over the Internet become more prevalent, mobile and universal. In particular, we address the communication security issues of access sharing of health information resources in the ubiquitous healthcare environment. The proposed scheme resolves the sender and data authentication problem in information systems and group communications. We propose a novel key management scheme for generating and distributing cryptographic keys to constituent users to provide form of data encryption method for certain types of data concerning resource constraints for secure communications in the ubiquitous healthcare domains.

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to analyze the operation and personal information management of public and private kindergarten homepages. Methods: A total of 2,846 kindergartens were selected from the I-Sarang portal service for analyzing operation, and 217 self-operating homepages were selected for evaluating management. Seven evaluation items from three domains (information gathering procedures and scope, information security, and management of file exposure protection) were used. Wireshark and Google were used for analyzing some evaluation items. Results: The operating ratio of kindergarten homepages was low and most of the kindergartens self-operated their homepages. The evaluation of the information gathering procedures and scope showed that the rule of consent process was not rigidly followed but that the rule of legality for information gathering was followed. Items related to information security were followed at very low levels. As for the management of file exposure protection, the evaluation of items related to the prevention of attachment disclosure showed that the rule of protecting personal information included in an attached file was followed but that the notice regarding information protection was not. Across all evaluation items, the level of personal information management was higher in public (vs. private) kindergartens. Conclusion: These results indicate methods to more securely and effectively manage personal information on kindergarten homepages.

  • In the rapidly changing e-business environment, organizations need to share information, process business transactions, and enhance collaborations with relevant entities by taking advantage of the various technologies. However, there are always the security issues that need to be handled in order for the e-business operations to be run efficiently. In this research, we suggest the new security authorization model for safety flexible supporting the needs of e-business (e-marketplace) in an organization. This proposed model provides the scalable of access control policy among multi-domains, and preservation of flexible authorization management in distributed system environments. For servers to take the access control policy and enforcement decisions, we also describe the feasible authorization architecture is concerned with how they might seek advice and guideline from formal access control model.

  • As an increasing number of defense methods against control-data attacks are deployed in practice, control-data attacks have become challenging, and non-control-data attacks are on the rise. However, defense methods against non-control-data attacks are still deficient even though these attacks can produce damage as significant as that of control-data attacks. We present a method to defend against non-control-data attacks using influence domain monitoring (IDM). A definition of the data influence domain is first proposed to describe the characteristics of a variable during its life cycle. IDM extracts security-critical non-control data from the target program and then instruments the target for monitoring these variables' influence domains to ensure that corrupted variables will not be used as the attackers intend. Therefore, attackers may be able to modify the value of one security-critical variable by exploiting certain memory corruption vulnerabilities, but they will be prevented from using the variable for nefarious purposes. We evaluate a prototype implementation of IDM and use the experimental results to show that this method can defend against most known non-control-data attacks while imposing a moderate amount of performance overhead.
