A Study on the Development and Application of an Automatic Injection Type Lubrication System for the Cleaning of the Line Switching Part (선로전환부 청결을 위한 자동 분사형 윤활시스템 개발에 관한 연구)

  • In this study, an automatic spraying lubrication system was developed to maintain the cleanliness of the switchgear when detecting the movement of the track through the switchgear. To develop this system, an air tank, valve block, and spray nozzle were designed, and the safety was secured through the pressure test of the prototype after designing the air tank. Furthermore, the environmental aspect was considered by minimizing the use of lubricant by enabling the mixing of air and lubricant through the production of a valve using the Venturi principle. The performance evaluation was conducted by implementing (producing) the injection system, and the product developed in this study was deemed installable in actual switchgear. It is expected that the proposed system will enable the maintenance of the cleanliness of the track during switching and reduce faults and malfunctions caused by switchgear defects.

The Cell Resequencing Buffer for the Cell Sequence Integrity Guarantee for the Cyclic Banyan Network (사이클릭 벤얀 망의 셀 순서 무결성 보장을 위한 셀 재배열 버퍼)

  • In this paper, we present the cell resequencing buffer to solve the cell sequence integrity problem of the Cyclic banyan network that is a high-performance fault-tolerant cell switch. By offering multiple paths between input ports and output ports, using the deflection self-routing, the Cyclic banyan switch offer high reliability, and it also solves congestion problem for the internal links of the switch. By the way, these multiple paths can be different lengths for each other. Therefore, the cells departing from an identical source port and arriving at an identical destination port can reach to the output port as the order that is different from the order arriving at input port. The proposed cell resequencing buffer is a hardware sliding window mechanism. to solve such cell sequence integrity problem. To calculate the size of sliding window that cause the prime cost of the presented device, we analyzed the distribution of the cell delay through the simulation analyses under traffic load that have a nonuniform address distribution that express tile Property of traffic of the Internet. Through these analyses, we found out that we can make a cell resequencing buffer by which the cell sequence integrity is to be secured, by using a, few of ordinary memory and control logic. The cell resequencing buffer presented in this paper can be used for other multiple paths switching networks.

  • In this paper, a 50ns 256-kb EEPROM IP for MCU (micro controller unit) ICs is designed. The speed of data sensing is increased in the read mode by using a proposed DB sensing circuit of differential amplifier type which uses the reference voltage, and the switching speed is also increased by reducing the total DB parasitic capacitance as a distributed DB structure is separated into eight. Also, the access time is reduced reducing a precharging time of BL in the read mode removing a 5V NMOS transistor in the conventional RD switch, and the reliability of output data can be secured by obtaining the differential voltage (${\Delta}V$) between the DB and the reference voltages as 0.2*VDD. The access time of the designed 256-kb EEPROM IP is 45.8ns and the layout size is $1571.625{\mu}m{\times}798.540{\mu}m$ based on MagnaChip's $0.18{\mu}m$ EEPROM process.

  • BIM Technology contains data from the life cycle of facility through 3D modeling. For these, one building products the huge file because of massive data. One of them is IFC which is the standard format, and there are issues that large scale data processing based on geometry and property information of object. It increases the rendering speed and constitutes the graphic card, so large scale data is inefficient for screen visualization to user. The light weighting of large scale BIM data has to solve for process and quality of program essentially. This paper has been searched and confirmed about light weight techniques from domestic and abroad researches. To control and visualize the large scale BIM data effectively, we proposed and verified the technique which is able to optimize the BIM character. For operating the large scale data of facility on web based GIS platform, the quality of screen switch from user phase and the effective memory operation were secured.

  • One of the major trends of automotive networking architecture is the introduction of automotive Ethernet. Ethernet is already used in single automotive applications (e.g. to connect high-data-rate sources as video cameras), it is expected that the ongoing standardization at IEEE (IEEE802.3bw - 100BASE-T1, respectively IEEE P802.3bp - 1000BASE-T1) will lead to a much broader adoption in future. Those applications will not be limited to simple point-to-point connections, but may affect Electric/Electronic(EE) Architectures as a whole. It is agreed that IP based traffic via Ethernet could be secured by application of well-established IP security protocols (e.g., IPSec, TLS) combined with additional components like, e.g., automotive firewall or IDS. In the case of safety and real-time related applications on resource constraint devices, the IP based communication is not the favorite option to be used with complicated and performance demanding TLS or IPSec. Those applications will be foreseeable incorporate Layer-2 based communication protocols as, e.g., currently standardized at IEEE[13]. The present paper reflects the state-of-the-art communication concepts with respect to security and identifies architectural challenges and potential solutions for future Ethernet Switch-based EE-Architectures. It also gives an overview and provide insights into the ongoing security relevant standardization activities concerning automotive Ethernet. Furthermore, the properties of non-automotive Ethernet security mechanisms as, e.g., IEEE 802.1AE aka. MACsec or 802.1X Port-based Network Access Control, will be evaluated and the applicability for automotive applications will be assessed.

Study on Factors Affecting Intention of Switching China's Mobile Telecommunication Service - Focusing on PPM Theory (중국 이동통신시장에서 서비스 전환의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 - PPM 이론을 중심으로)

  • China's mobile communication market has been growing quantitatively and qualitatively since 2000. Currently, it has secured 1.27 billion mobile subscribers and many of the Korean companies try to enter the Chinese market and cooperation with companies in China is being held. Thus understanding of the Chinese markets is the key to better prepare for future international competition. This study is to identify factors affecting switching intentions and behaviors for Chinese mobile subscribers to other mobile service providers by the PPM and it is to derive correlations between strategies of mobile service providers and users' switching intention by the groups classified by ARPU. We conducted a survey targeting 270 Chinese mobile users and analyze it by using Smart PLS 2.0. In conclusion, push effects have positive influence on intention to switching and relational switching cost among mooring effect have significantly negative influence on intention to switching In particular, intention to switching depending on the groups classified by a level of their ARPU have been shown as significantly different. This study will extend theoretical range of PPM theory in explaining users' switching behaviors and contribute to establish strategies to enter the chinese market.

  • The purpose of this study is to derive a curriculum environment for operating various student-centered teaching and learning methods, and the following results were derived: First, most of the lectures, discussions and consultations, data search, report preparation, presentation, work exhibition, and others were commonly derived, regardless of the types of long-term and short-term project classes for each subject. In particular, the necessity of operating various classes at the same time was suggested, indicating the need for an integrated teaching and learning operation environment in the unit subject class. Second, considering that practical classes are linked concurrently to lectures and discussion classes to conduct one subject class, it is necessary to switch to a specialized curriculum system that allows various classes such as lectures to be carried out at the same time. Third, as a result of grasping the appropriateness of the space size of the subject class for realizing different class types in the future, it can be seen that the space size of the practice room, including the space for practice and the area for exhibition, should be expanded. Based on the research results, the spatial environment for the operation of future teaching and learning classes is based on the public curriculum classroom system, and whether professional curriculum classes, such as lecture rooms and discussion and presentation rooms, are secured according to the number of students.
