  • The purpose of value analysis is to assist each to approach nearer enough to this goal to provide substantial competitive and profit advantages. It provides planned and disciplined thought and act ion which hel ps identify unnecessary cost throughout the product or process cycle. Value analysis is a precise, disciplined, one-purpose thinking process. Its one purpose is to retain all the performance and aesthetic factors which now exist In the product, process or services, which the customer wants and is willing to pay for : and through disciplined thinking procedures, to put together Practical alternatives which will accomplish them at still lower cost. Value in a product or service is the reward for appropriate performance and appropriate cost Value analysis must therefore employ techniques which will sensitize any "lacking" area so that the need can be identified and satisfied. As the business begins to see the benefit of the activity, additional value analysts consultants may be added. This will provide more penetration in the three identified areas, of top managers group, individual value analysis consultants and senior member who organizes value analysis work, and besides, additional abilities will be secured.e secured.

  • Many studies have suggested that e-commerce value creation potential depends on four interdependent factors Lock-In, Complementarity, Efficiency, and Novelty. In order to survive in the recent fierce competition, companies have also secured e-Trust that strengthens long-term business relationships by reducing consumer uncertainty. This study, while analyzing the value creation factors (Lock-in, Complementarity, Efficiency, Novelty, e-Trust) of recent e-commerce (online shopping mall) companies from the point of view of purchase intention, customer value (Functional value, Emotional value, Social value) We present an academic proposition that can also examine the mediating effect of value). First, through previous studies on value-based strategy and value creation in e-commerce, various discussions on the theoretical background necessary for effective value-based strategy establishment and strategy execution of e-commerce (online shopping mall) companies were reviewed. Second, it provides academic discussion and practical implications by presenting academic propositions on the value creation factors of e-commerce (online shopping mall) companies, purchase intentions, and customer value, and confirming the basis through empirical analysis.

  • 끊임없이 변화하는 관광환경에서, 우리는 성공적으로 관광객을 유치하고 관광객에게 기억에 남을 만한 경험을 제공하기 위한 고민이 필요하다. 스마트관광 콘텐츠는 코로나19로 인해 변화된 관광패턴은 물론 다양한 관광지에서 새로운 가치를 선사하여 매력적인 관광지로 전환하는데 유용한 관광자원으로 간주된다. 그러나 아직까지 경제적 지속성을 확보한 스마트관광 콘텐츠의 성공사례는 드물다. 이에, 본 연구는 가상가치평가법(Contingent Valuation Method, CVM)을 적용하여 증강현실에 기반한 스마트관광 콘텐츠에 대해 관광객들이 인지하는 경제적 가치를 추정하고, 경제적 지속성을 확보할 수 있는 스마트관광 콘텐츠 개발 방안을 모색하는데 기초자료를 제시하고자 하였다. 연구 결과, 제시금액이 낮을수록 새로운 가치에 대한 인식이 높을수록 지불의사 가능성이 높아지는 것을 확인하였으며, 가장 적합한 지불의사 금액은 11,823.01원으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로, 본 연구는 경제적 지속성을 확보한 스마트관광 콘텐츠 개발을 위한 학술적 그리고 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다.

A Study on 7-Eleven's Core Competencies: Focusing on the VRIO Model

  • In this study, the core competencies of 7-Eleven, Japan's representative convenience store, were derived through a qualitative analysis method using VRIO (value, rarity, Imitability, and organization) framework, a management strategy model based on Resource-Based View (RBV). As a result of VRIO analysis, the value can be based on the scale that 7-Eleven ranks first in the Japanese convenience store industry in terms of the number of stores and market share that it has developed based on capital. The rarity is based on the fact that raw material procurement, the main activity of a company, is establishing the nation's largest distribution channel in the entire process, from producers to logisticians and franchisees. The difficulty for Imitability is based on a dominant strategy and has secured a competitive advantage by opening stores in a specific area, improving awareness, and raising barriers to entry. As the largest company in the convenience store industry, it is confirmed that 7-Eleven is the result of organizational power that has built stores not only in Korea but also in 16 countries around the world.

이중 버블시트 및 수화발열량차 공법에 의한 한중매스콘크리트의 현장적용 연구 (A Case Study on Field Construction of Cold Weather Mass Concreting Using Double Bubble Sheets and Hydration Heat Difference Method)

  • The test result of mat concrete applying both hydration heat difference and insulation curing method on new construction of Cheongju university educational building are summarized as following. Both fresh concrete and compressive strength properties were satisfied In aimed value. Setting time of concrete incorporating 15% of fly ash(FA) retarded 1.2 hour than control concrete. Temperature history of mali concrete indicated that the highest temperature of center was exhibited at $126^{\circ}C$ after 51 hours while the highest temperature of upper section was $10.6^{\circ}C$ after 46 hours. Temperature Difference between center and surface was managed at less than $6^{\circ}C$ during whole curing period. In addition the temperature of upper section secured more than $3.3^{\circ}C$ while the temperature of outside was indicated at less than $-10^{\circ}C$. Maturity by parts of construction secured more than $30^{\circ}C$ DD higher than outside at 3 days. The more number of times, applying insulation curing method by double bubble sheets, increased, the higher economic effect was secured. Overall it was clear that applying both double bubble sheets and hydration heat difference method on this new construction can resist hydration heat crack, early frost demage and strength decrease. It also significantly contributed quality improvement of cold weather concreting

가치사슬분석을 통한 지식정보보안산업의 애로사항 분석 (Value Chain Analysis on Business Difficulties of Information Security Industry)

  • The information security industry market is sluggish despite high expectation for its growth, and thus policies are required to define the causes and to address these issues. The policy formulation requires various historical market and human resource data for analyzing the industry, which cannot be guaranteed secured. This study executed face-to-face in-depth interviews with the frontline businesses in order to gather live opinions and to analyze industry's value chain, problems, and difficulties with a view to defining policy tasks for the development of the industry. The findings of the study revealed the current technical level of the information security industry, the frontline difficulty, and industrial ecosystem status. Based on these findings, the industry revitalization policy was devised and proposed. Objectives of the policy included the fostering of capacity to conceptualize, plan, and design industrial strategies based on the analysis of the industry's value chain and ecosystem, the expansion of the industry's value-added through the enhanced securing and management of the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), and the nurturing of the security Human Resources (HR) in line with the industrial demand.

통합환경 계획을 위한 작업복과 작업현장의 색채실태 사례연구 -조선업체를 중심으로- (Case Study Color Analysis of Work Clothes and Industrial Factories for Coordinating Environment Planning -Focus on Shipbuilding Companies-)

  • This research forms preliminary data for the coordination of environmental color planning in industry through a color analysis of work clothes and the work environment. A digital camera was used to study the work environment of two major shipbuilding companies located in Geoje city and Goseong county. The picture data was analyzed as G (ground: environment) and F (figure: clothes), and analyzed hue, value, and the chroma value through a Muncell conversion 9.0.6 from the color cluster, number of pixel, and RGB value. The results are as follows: First, GY, Y color were mostly used in the shipbuilding environment and work clothes. The color value was used in a relatively wide range but very low chroma (0-3), dark grayish, grayish tone dominated both fields. Second, the use of limited colors cannot be secured for safety in attention of the shipbuilding field. Third, unclear and vogue colors lessened the optical tiredness of workers that helped in the prevention of industrial accidents. Color combination and color selection should be considered for a secure safety color coordination between work clothes and the work environment when it comes to complicated color principles.

Value of a statistical life estimation of carcinogenic chemicals for socioeconomic analysis in Korea

  • Objectives To protect public health from risk, the Minister of Environment in Korea legislated an act concerning the registration and evaluation of chemical substances. In this study, we estimated the value of a statistical life (VSL) of carcinogenic chemicals to evaluate the socioeconomic analysis in Korea. Methods The estimation of the health benefit can be calculated through an individual's VSL and willingness to pay (WTP). To estimate the VSL and WTP, we used a contingent valuation method through a web-based survey. Results The survey is conducted with 1434 people living in Seoul and six large cities. An analysis of the survey is essential to review the distribution of the characteristics of the target population. The statistically significant variables affecting the WTP are location, age, household income, quality of life. Through the review of data, we secured statistical validity. The WTP was estimated as 41205 Korean won (KRW)/person, and the estimated VSL appeared as 796 million KRW/person. Conclusions There is a case in which the amount of statistical life value is estimated in connection with domestic environmental policy, fine dust, etc. However, there are no cases of evaluation for chemical. The utilization of this result is possible for conducting other study with chemicals.

Effect of SNS Sports Community participants' Perception of Sports Value on Perception of Fun and Sports Activities

  • This study shows that, in a situation where the influence of the mobile Internet is increasing in all areas of modern society, SNS users' participation in sports has a significant impact on the development of the sports market and the public's exercise methods and sports awareness. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the impact of awareness of sports values through SNS on participation in sports activities. In order to achieve this research purpose, the population of the study was adults who had experience participating in SNS sports communities. The sampling method used was convenience sampling, and a total of 300 people, 150 men and 150 women, were selected as research subjects through sharing the questionnaire link online and via email. The survey tool used was a questionnaire, and it was modified and supplemented for this study based on a questionnaire that had secured reliability and validity in previous studies. The statistical analysis used for data analysis was frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS Windows 20.0 Version. The conclusions obtained in this study through data analysis according to these methods and procedures are as follows. First, SNS sports community participants' perception of sports value was found to partially affect their perception of fun. Second, SNS sports community participants' perception of sports value was found to partially affect sports activities. Third, SNS sports community participants' perception of the fun of sports partially influenced sports activities.

패키지관광 동기에 대한 태도 및 지각적가치가 만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Characteristics of Attitude and Perceived Value of Motivation of Package Tour on Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 패키지 관광동기(화합, 유희, 편리성)가 패키지 여행자의 태도 및 지각적 가치(감정적 가치, 기능적 가치)를 통해 만족도에 미치는 영향관계를 파악하고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 패키지관광을 경험한 19세 이상의 성인 297명을 대상으로 실증분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 관광동기 하위요인인 화합성, 유희성, 편리성은 태도에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 관광동기 하위요인인 화합은 지각적 가치 하위 요인인 감정적 가치에 긍정적으로 영향을 주지 않으며, 유희성과 편리성은 감정적 가치에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 셋째, 태도는 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 넷째, 지각적 가치의 하위요인 감정적, 가능적 가치요인 모두 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 통하여 패키지관광의 경쟁력을 확보하고 효율적인 마케팅 전략에 대한 연구로 확대하여 소비자의 욕구를 자극하여 기호에 맞는 독창적이고 차별화된 서비스를 제공하여 패키지관광이 활성화 될 수 있도록 연구결과를 바탕으로 제시하였다.
