  • The Internet has developed the computer and communications world. The Internet has tons of millions of sites. To find the specific information, we use a search engine. All search engines are operated by keyword against a database, but many different factors affect the result of search by engines. In this paper, we investigate the development of the Internet and try to find the differences among the most popular search engines.

  • Nowadays there are over 1.6 billion web pages and it is hard to get necessary results that user wants. Most search engines allow you to search with logical form to get accurate results. However, normal users are not familiar to search information as logical form. Therefore, they search in natural language rather than in complicated logical form. In this paper there are some suggestions to improve quality of searching results, converting natural language input by the user into logical form which can able to use advanced search engine. Users tend to make short searches due to the 'Simplicity' which is one of the features of the search form. Therefore we suggest history retrieval method; advanced version of previous suggestion to provide convenience to the normal users. We had improvement on accuracy of the search results converting natural languages to logical form and also can contain every keyword without missing any keywords using searching methods on this paper. It is expected that these search methods will contribute to the development of search engines.

  • Objectives : In evaluating a child with enuresis, an organized approach to the history leads to a working diagnosis and an appropriate treatment plan. but, there's no study about history taking in enuretic children. This article was undertaken to evaluate the enuretic child exactly and to study nocturnal enuresis systematically. Methods : It was conducted a computerized literature search in following database: Medline (via Pubmed), NDSL, EBSCO. Korean articles via oriental pediatric association homepage, KISS. Key words to search were 'nocturnal enuresis', 'bedwetting', 'enuresis', 'incontinence', 'management', 'evaluation', 'assessment', 'questionnaire', 'guideline', 'voiding dysfunction'. Results : Questions are grouped in eight categories: primary history(sex, age, height, weight), family history, enuresis history(primary/secondary, frequency, time of enuresis, nocturia), voiding history(average number, frequency, pattern, volume, posture, daytime enuresis), medical history, constipation/encopresis, sleep(OSA). Conclusion : A careful, complete history taking will help to plan treatment properly and to study.

  • Theory of minimal surfaces has always been in the center of differential geometry. The most difficult part in minimal surfaces is how to find meaningful examples. In this paper we survey the history of search for minimal surfaces. We also introduce examples of recently emerging maximal surfaces in the Lorentz-Minkowski space and compare the processes in the search for the minimal and the maximal surfaces.

  • With advance of cloud computing technology, Blockchain as a Service of Cloud Service Provider has been utilized in various areas such as e-Commerce and financial companies to manage customer history and distribution history. However, if users' search history, purchase history, etc. are to be utilized in a BaaS in areas such as recommendation algorithms and search engine development, the users' search queries will be exposed to the company operating the BaaS, and privacy issues will be occured. Z. Guan et al. ensure the unlinkability between users' search query and search result using searchable encryption, and based on the inner product similarity, they select Top-k results that are highly relevant to the users' search query. However, there is a problem that the Top-k results selection may be not possible due to ties of inner product similarity, and BaaS over cloud is not considered. Therefore, this paper solve the problem of Z. Guan et al. using cosine similarity, so we improve accuracy of search result. And based on this, we design a BaaS with secure Top-k search that improved accuracy. Furthermore, we design a smart contracts that preserve privacy of users' search and obtain Top-k search results that are highly relevant to the users' search.

  • In this paper, a user search history based potential query recommendation system is proposed to enable the user of information search system to represent one's potential desire for information in terms of query and to facilitate the desired information to be searched. The proposed system has analyzed the association with the existing users's search histories based on the users' search query, and it has extracted the users's potential desire for information. The extracted potential desire for information is represented in terms of recommended query and thereby made recommendations to users. In order to analyze the effectiveness of the system proposed in this paper, we conducted behavioral experiments by using search histories of 27656. As a result of behavioral experiments, the experiment subjects were found to show a statistically significant higher level of satisfaction when using the proposed system as compared to using general search engines.

  • It is not an easy task for a user to find the correct documents that a user really wanted at once from a vast amount of the search results. For this reason, various methods of recommending documents by taking the user's preferences into consideration based on the user's document browsing history have been proposed. However, the document recommendation methodology based on the document browsing history also has a limitation that only the information the user has viewed is utilized, but the intent of the user searching for the document is not fully utilized. Therefore, we propose a document recommendation method based on the user's search intent that utilizes information on "Why" the user reads the document, instead of the information on "Who" reads the document. In order to confirm the feasibility of the proposed methodology, an experiment was conducted by analyzing 239,438 actual user's search history of one of the most popular e-commerce platform companies in Korea. As a result, our methodology showed superior performance compared to the existing content-based or simple browsing history-based recommendation model.

  • In semantic information retrieval, we first need to build domain ontology and second, we need to convert the users' search keywords into a standard query such as SPARQL. In this paper, we propose a method that can automatically convert the users' search keywords into the SPARQL queries. Furthermore, our method can ensure effective performance in a specific domain such as law. Our method constructs the keyword history ontology by associating each keyword with a series of information when there are multiple keywords. The constructed ontology will convert keyword history ontology into SPARQL query. The automatic transformation method of SPARQL query proposed in the paper is converted into the query statement that is deemed the most appropriate by the user's intended keywords. Our study is based on the existing legal ontology constructions that supplement and reconstruct schema and use it as experiment. In addition, design and implementation of a semantic search tool based on legal domain and conduct experiments. Based on the method proposed in this paper, the semantic information retrieval based on the keyword is made possible in a legal domain. And, such a method can be applied to the other domains.

  • In this paper we propose Personal Information Management System for Library Database. It manages personal search pattern for the given user and provide specific book list for library book search system. With the proposed system, the conventional overlap searching time will be decreased with personalized information and search history. This system manages the individual data according to personal searching pattern, sequence and usability. Therefore, the user can locate necessary book information more accurately with their distinct interest and search history.

  • For attempting to wright a history of Modern Architecture in Korea the first task might be to establish the beginning of the period and to search for the orign of Modernity in Korean Architecture. As a member of the third world Modernism and Modernity in Korean Modern architecture has to be different from that of the West. The main purpose of this study is to define Modernity and to find out the characteristics of Modernism in Korean architecture. Above all this study suggests to note the peculiarity and the differance in the history of Modern architecture within the large frame of modernization. Then maintains that the search for the new cultural identity and rationality instead of lost tradition and convention can be defined as a modernity in Korean architecture.
