This paper is meaningful in that it empirically studies the good job condition of which young people think and the impact of job search behavior on employment. In addition, employment status and additional job search performance were set as performance variables. The main research results of this study are as follows. First, as for the good job condition considered by young people, wages and salaries in terms of companies, job stability in terms of environment, and work-life balance in terms of individuals were found. Second, job search behavior was found to be a key variable influencing employment status and job search performance. Third, it was found that job-search stress injures employment. Finally, work experience promotes employment and job search performance. Therefore, to increase the employment success rate of young people, above all, various supports for increasing the frequency of young job seekers' active job search behavior are needed. To this end, it suggests that it is necessary to develop a customized youth policy service model and to provide systematic services to meet the needs of young people.
Background: Consumers and patients in the last two decades have increasingly turned to various internet search engines including Google for information. Google Trends records searches done using the Google search engine. Google Trends is free and provides data on search terms and related queries. One recent study found a large public interest in "dental anesthesia". In this paper, we further explore this interest in "dental anesthesia" and assess if any patterns emerge. Methods: In this study, Google Trends and the search term "dental pain" was used to record the consumer's interest over a five-year period. Additionally, using the search term "Dental anesthesia," a top ten related query list was generated. Queries are grouped into two sections, a "top" category and a "rising" category. We then added additional search term such as: wisdom tooth anesthesia, wisdom tooth general anesthesia, dental anesthetics, local anesthetic, dental numbing, anesthesia dentist, and dental pain. From the related queries generated from each search term, repeated themes were grouped together and ranked according to the total sum of their relative search frequency (RSF) values. Results: Over the five-year time period, Google Trends data show that there was a 1.5% increase in the search term "dental pain". Results of the related queries for dental anesthesia show that there seems to be a large public interest in how long local anesthetics last (Total RSF = 231) - even more so than potential side effects or toxicities (Total RSF = 83). Conclusion: Based on these results it is recommended that clinicians clearly advice their patients on how long local anesthetics last to better manage patient expectations.
Purpose: Consumers' experience of functional attributes is remembered, and the experience lowers the cost of consumers' input from their point of view and reduces uncertainty. It also plays an important role in consumers' positive emotions and responses. Accordingly, if information search costs are reduced in terms of the costs perceived by consumers about restaurants, a strategy differentiated from other companies can be established. Therefore, this study investigated the effect of functional congruence of restaurant stores on information search cost reduction, positive/negative emotions, and loyalty. Research Design, Data, and Methodology: This study investigated functional congruence, information search cost reduction, and positive/negative emotions. The structural relationship between loyalty was analyzed. To verify this, a research hypothesis was established based on previous studies and a research model was constructed. The questionnaire items were modified and used according to the current study, based on previous studies. The data were collected using the questionnaire method from 187 people who had dining out experience. Frequency analysis was performed to confirm demographic characteristics. Reliability, convergent validity, and discriminant validity of the collected data were verified. The research model was analyzed with a structural equation modeling (SmartPLS 4). Results: The findings show that functional congruence had significant positive effects on information search cost reduction and positive emotion, but no significant effect on negative emotion. Information search cost reduction had significant positive effects on positive emotion/negative emotion but did not significantly affect loyalty. Lastly, both positive and negative emotions had significant positive effects on loyalty. Conclusion: Based on transaction cost theory, this study found how functional congruence and information search cost reduction influence consumers' emotions. The functional attributes of restaurants were perceived by customers as information, thus uncertainty was decreased. Finally, appropriate management strategies and implications of functional congruence and information search cost in the restaurant were suggested.

The following conclusions were obtained after analyzing the data transmission characteristics using two frequencies and studying a system that selects data with a good reception frequency as a priority data. Data transmission and reception using two frequencies were measured at -41 to -51 dBm when the frequency was normal, and data transmitted at 900 MHz was selected as priority data. When priority frequency failure occurred, the frequency reception data of the next rank was automatically adopted, and when the frequency of the next rank was disturbed, the priority frequency search was performed again. The above results show that the use of two frequencies enables more stable data transmission and transmission, and further studies should be continued to expand the transmission and reception distances.

With the proliferation of nonlinear loads, high neutral harmonic currents in three-phase four-wire distribution system have been observed. It has been known that the ground impedance has an effect on the neutral currents of a system which operates with harmonics present. On-site measurements of harmonic currents and voltages according to the fall-of-potential method under case study system were made and the ground impedance modeling using the pattern search method for the harmonic analysis was developed The ground impedance model obtained by the proposed method was compared with the frequency characteristics by field tests and has shown appropriate results, and would be applicable to evaluate the harmonic and transient response characteristics of the ground system.
The Cuckoo search (CS) algorithm is a simple and efficient global optimization algorithm and it has been applied to figure out large range of real-world optimization problem. In this paper, a new formula is introduced to the discovering probability process to improve the convergence rate and the Tournament Selection Strategy is adopted to enhance global search ability of the certain algorithm. Then an approach for structural damage identification based on modified Cuckoo search (MCS) is presented. Meanwhile, we take frequency residual error and the modal assurance criterion (MAC) as indexes of damage detection in view of the crack damage, and the MCS algorithm is utilized to identifying the structural damage. A simply supported beam and a 31-bar truss are studied as numerical example to illustrate the correctness and efficiency of the propose method. Besides, a laboratory work is also conducted to further verification. Studies show that, the proposed method can judge the damage location and degree of structures more accurately than its counterpart even under measurement noise, which demonstrates the MCS algorithm has a higher damage diagnosis precision.

Most of the existing pattern mining techniques are capable of searching patterns according to the continuous change of the spatial information of an object but there is no constraint on the spatial information that must be included in the extracted pattern. Thus, the existing techniques are not applicable to the optimal path search between specific nodes or path prediction considering the nodes that a moving object is required to round during a unit time. In this paper, the precision of the path search according to the spatial hierarchy is analyzed using the Spatial-Temporal Optimal Moving Pattern(with Frequency & Weight) (STOPM(FW)) algorithm which searches for the optimal moving path by considering the most frequent pattern and other weighted factors such as time and cost. The result of analysis shows that the database retrieval time is minimized through the reduction of retrieval range applying with the spatial constraints. Also, the optimal moving pattern is efficiently obtained by considering whether the moving pattern is included in each hierarchical spatial scope of the spatial hierarchy or not.

Reader-to-reader interference in RFID system is occurred due to the use of limited number of frequencies, and this is the main cause of read rate reduction in the passive RFID tags. Therefore, in order to maximize the read rate under the circumstances of limited frequency resources, it is necessary to minimize the frequency interference among RFID readers. This paper presents a hybrid FDM/TDM constraint satisfaction problem models for frequency interference minimization problems of the RFID readers, and assigns optimal channels to each readers using conventional backtracking search algorithms. A depth first search based on backtracking are accomplished to find solutions of constraint satisfaction problems. At this moment, a variable ordering algorithm is very important to find a solution quickly. Variable ordering algorithms applied in the experiment are known as efficient in the graph coloring. To justify the performance of the proposed constraint satisfaction problem model, optimal channels for each readers in the passive UHF RFID system are allocated by using computer simulation satisfying various interference constraints.
