In a previous paper, the EMTP modeling technique using search coil test is established through various transient analysis including system grounding condition and grounding resistance for HVDC submarine cables. It was also proved by comparison with real test results. Based on this EMTP modeling technique, in this paper, it will be applied for modeling of ${\pm}180kV$ real HVDC submarine system(Jeju~Haenam). This paper variously analyses the effects of fault resistance including the resistance between core and sheath, the resistance between sheath and amore and the resistance between amore and sea water through EMTP modeling of search coil method. The results can contribute to the accuracy of detailed fault point prediction of search coil test for HVDC submarine cables.

본 논문에서는 무제약 필기체 한글 분할을 위하여 기존 방법들에서 제시된 적이 없는 문자간 여백에서 가상 네트워크 탐색 시스템을 이용하는 새로운 방법을 설계하고 구현하였다 제안된 방법은 다양한 필기자들이 제한 없이 쓰여진 모든 문자들에 대하여 적용이 가능하도록 설계되었고, 또한 문자간 여백에서 생성되는 가상 네트워크의 경로를 이용함으로서 꺾은선 형태의 다양한 분할경로를 얻을 수 있도록 설계되었다. 또한 탐색 시스템을 구현하는 과정에서 분할대상 블록의 길이에 따른 탐색 윈도우를 달리 적용함으로서 원하지 않는 영역에서 분할경로가 생성되는 것을 방지하였다 본 논문에서 제안하는 가상 네트워크 탐색 시스템에 대해 임의의 필기자들로 부터 자체적으로 수집한 800여개의 데이터를 대상으로 실험을 수행한 결과, 중첩되거나 접촉된 문자들을 포함하여 전체적으로 $91.4\%$ 정도의 분할 정확도를 얻을 수 있었다.

지금까지 많은 내용 기반 이미지 검색 방법들이 제안되고 있다. 이 시스템들은 각 시스템마다 다른 이미지 데이타를 이용하고, 다른 특징 추출방법에 따라 다른 특징 추출 데이타를 생성하므로, 각 시스템의 검색 성능을 비교 평가할 수가 없다 특히 웹상에서, 동일한 이미지 데이타를 서로 다른 사이트에 있는 내용 기반 이미지 검색 시스템에 적용하여 검색 성능을 비교 평가할 수 없는 문제점이 있다. 이와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해서, 각각의 특정한 검색시스템에서 생성된 특징 추출 데이타를 웹상의 다른 검색 시스템에서 인식할 수 있도록, XML 기반의 FEMAL을 제안한다. FEMAL을 이용한 실험에서, 특징 추출 데이타를 서로 통신하고 통합이 가능함을 보이고, 검색 성능의 비교 평가가 가능함을 보인다.

최근 재난 안전 기술 분야에 인공지능 기술을 적극적으로 받아들여 재해율을 감소시키고자 하는 연구가 확산되고 있다. 특히 재난 현장에서 구조 활동을 효과적으로 수행하기 위해서는 요구조자를 신속하게 탐색하는 것이 중요하지만 재난 환경의 특성상 요구조자를 탐색하는 것이 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 요구조자 탐색을 위한 소방관용 스마트 헬멧에서 동작 가능한 인공지능 시스템을 개발하고자 한다. 이를 위해 최적의 SoC를 선정하고 이를 임베디드 시스템으로 개발하였으며 범용적인 인공지능 S/W를 시험 동작함으로써 향후 스마트 헬멧 연구를 위한 임베디드 시스템이 인공지능 S/W 운용 플랫폼으로 적합함을 검증하였다.

Background: Published manuscripts are the main source of biological knowledge. Since the manual examination is almost impossible due to the huge volume of literature data (approximately 19 million abstracts in PubMed), intelligent text mining systems are of great utility for knowledge discovery. However, most of current text mining tools have limited applicability because of i) providing abstract-based search rather than sentence-based search, ii) improper use or lack of ontology terms, iii) the design to be used for specific subjects, or iv) slow response time that hampers web services and real time applications. Results: We introduce an advanced text mining system called PubMine that supports intelligent knowledge discovery based on diverse bio-ontologies. PubMine improves query accuracy and flexibility with advanced search capabilities of fuzzy search, wildcard search, proximity search, range search, and the Boolean combinations. Furthermore, PubMine allows users to extract multi-dimensional relationships between genes, diseases, and chemical compounds by using OLAP (On-Line Analytical Processing) techniques. The HUGO gene symbols and the MeSH ontology for diseases, chemical compounds, and anatomy have been included in the current version of PubMine, which is freely available at http://pubmine.kobic.re.kr. Conclusions: PubMine is a unique bio-text mining system that provides flexible searches and analysis of biological entity relationships. We believe that PubMine would serve as a key bioinformatics utility due to its rapid response to enable web services for community and to the flexibility to accommodate general ontology.

In this study, we propose a system for setting a Destination on CNS(Car Navigation System) or PNS(Personal Navigation System). The present Navigation does set the destination by only static method like name search, address search and wire telegraph telephone number search. But, the kind of setting a static destination does not reflect the dynamic moving situation. So we suggest setting the destination of navigation using Identifier of moving terminal. And it includes privacy protection on personal position information

국방 분야의 연구정보들을 효과적으로 관리하기 위해서는 국방연구정보에 관한 메타데이터가 체계적으로 관리되어야 하며, 이를 기반으로 국방연구정보의 융합과 관리를 돕는 통합시스템이 구축되어야 한다. 이와 함께, 모바일 장비를 이용한 검색이 증가하고 있는 추세이므로 사용자들에게는 모바일 환경에서의 효과적인 통합 검색 서비스가 제공되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 국방연구정보를 활용한 모바일 시맨틱 통합검색 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해, 더블린코어의 메타데이터와 주요 국방 관련 연구기관의 데이터베이스 정보를 분석하여 국방연구 온톨로지와 국방연구 규칙을 정의하였고, 정의된 온톨로지와 규칙이 국방연구정보의 시맨틱 통합검색에 활용되는 것을 보이기 위해 모바일 시맨틱 통합검색 시스템의 프로토타입을 구현하였다. 또한 모바일 환경에서의 시맨틱 통합검색을 지원하기 위한 트리플 기반 검색 서비스와 향후 활용 가능한 모바일 시맨틱 통합검색 서비스들을 제시하였다.

병의원에 대한 수사에서 의료정보시스템 내에 존재하는 전자의무기록은 병의원에서 있었던 일을 확인할 수 있어 중요한 증거자료로 압수수색의 대상이 된다. 대형종합병원인 경우에는 전산실과 의무기록실을 운영하고 있어 이들의 협조를 통한 선별 압수가 가능하나, 소형병의원에서는 이런 지원이 불가능하다. 수사기관에서는 소형병의원에 대해 전자의무기록 데이터베이스 전체를 복제 후 별도 시스템을 구축하여 열람하면서 관련된 자료를 선별하고 나머지는 폐기하는 방식으로 압수수색을 진행하고 있으며 이는 포괄적 압수수색이라는 시비에서 자유롭지 못하다. 본 논문에서는 무결성, 재현가능성, 관리연속성과 신속성 확보 측면에서 의료정보시스템의 전자의무기록에 대한 현장선별 절차와 방법을 제시한다. 의료정보시스템은 계속 변화하고 있으며, 현재 의료정보시스템의 압수수색 절차와 방법에 대한 연구가 선행되어야 다가올 클라우드 의료정보시스템에 대응할 수 있다.

A simple method for analysis of serial search burst-format direct-sequence spread-spectrum (DS-SS) code acquisition system had been recently proposed, and therein, the effect of the code autocorrelation sidelobes on the performance of DS-SS code acquisition system has been assessed [4],[5]. In this paper, a new hybrid scheme which combines the serial search with maximum likelihood search is proposed to eliminate the deleterious effect of code autocorrelation sidelobes, and the performance is analyzed for the additive withe Gaussian noise (AWGN) channels. To analyze the performance of this system, we have generalized the method used in [4],[5] to arbitrary burst-format DS-SS acquisition schemes. The results show that a new hybrid scheme has good immunity against the effect of code autocorrelation sidelobes. Thevalidity of the presented approach has been confirmed form the results of simulation.

본 연구는 학교에서 얻어지는 교사들의 경험을 바탕으로 인터넷을 통한 학생상담의 효율성 증대를 위한 상담 사례 검색 시스템을 구축하는데 있다. 이 시스템은 관리자 모듈과 사용자 모듈로 구성되어 있다. 사용자 모듈은 상담사례 검색 및 입력, 게시판, 자료실 등을 이용할 수 있게 되어 있으며, 관리자 모듈은 자료 관리와 회원 관리 기능을 제공한다. 본 상담사례 검색 시스템은 학생 상담의 성공 확률을 증대시킬 수 있다. 교사가 인터넷을 이용하여 그들의 상담사례를 원격지에서도 쉽게 공유할 수 있기 때문이다.
