영상기술을 이용하여 자연현상을 표현하는 방법에는 컴퓨터를 이용한 자연현상 시뮬레이션과 스크립트 기반으로 원하는 영상을 출력하는 방법이 있다. 대다수의 전문가들은 많은 데이터와 고도의 수식 등을 가지고 출력을 영상으로 획득한다. 이런 방법을 이용하여 출력영상을 취득하면 시간과 비용이 많이 소요된다는 문제점이 있다. 그래서 본 논문에서는 자연현상을 3차원 공간상에 구현함에 있어서 복잡한 수식이나 프로그래밍, 촬영 등을 배제하고 단지 2차원 이미지를 이용하여 유체의 자연현상 중 안개를 쉽게 표현함으로써 3차원 공간상에서 동양화 제작 시 배경처리를 효율적으로 표현할 수 있는 자연현상 라이브러리를 구축한다.

Mobile electronic display applications represent a simple motion and express personal motions recently. In this context, we propose the Mobile Signage Application as against these existing applications. It provides the quality motions by multiplex editing and thus should share a kinetic typography with other people using Bluetooth. The Mobile Signage Application includes kinetic motions that are developed by HTML5 and JavaScript to attain variety effects. Furthermore, usability evaluation shows its sufficient availability and serviceability.

The web service companies develop the App support technique of the HTML5 base in the smart media system and smart TV competitively while the Web platform of the HTML5 base is legislated with the next generation national standard. It is essential to the web kernel, which is the common library of the operating system including the file, window, resource and network management is provided in order to support the various app developments of the HTML5 base effectually. Additionally, the web application program can support UI/UX function of the desktop user using the web browser and JavaScript drive and administration, window management function, and etc. is needed.

본 논문에서는 웹 접근성을 고려한 유저 인터페이스 효과를 jQuery로 구현하는 방법은 제안하였다. jQuery는 세계에서 가장 많이 사용하고 확장하기 편한 자바스크립트 라이브러리이다. jQuery는 DOM(Document Object Model)과 이벤트, Ajax의 제어에 적합하지만 고급 효과를 나타내기에는 부족한 부분이 있다. 이를 보완하고 UI(User Interface) 효과를 쉽게 적용할 수 있는 방법을 제시한다.

Simulation tools help creating a low cost and efficient development of embedded system. SID is an open source simulator software that consists library of components for modelling hardware and software components. A component can be written in C/C++ and Tcl/Tk. Currently, the SID simulation toolkit only provides support for C++ and Tcl/Tk. Tcl/Tk is used to write GUI-based components. However, we have observed that Tcl/Tk components cause slow simulation response because Tcl/Tk is a script language. It is not proper for developing the cutting-edge products with rich graphics. Therefore, in this paper, we suggest Java to a new language for GUI components in SID by developing a bridge module for SID to interworking with Java components.

Objectives : While the original version of 『Eoyakwonbang』 does not exist, its contents have been introduced in several studies. The existing editions are the Joseon versions 『SinganHyeminEoyakwonbang』(Eulhaeja edition) and 『GyesaSinganHyeminEoyakwonbang』(Gapjinja edition), and a Japanese version, 『GyesaSinganHyeminEoyakwonbang』(Gwanjeong edition). In a recent research, it has been discovered that there is a fourth edition of the book, 『SinganHyeminEoyakwonbang』(Jeonggadang edition), in the Japanese Parliament Library collection. Methods : Contents of the chapter on pediatric diseases were compared among the four editions to clarify their relation with each other. Results : Based on the organization of the chapter, formula names in the list and body, explanatory methods of the formulas, application, formula construction and methods of application, we found that there were great similarities between Eulhaeja edition and Jeonggadang edition, and between Gapjinja edition and Gwanjeong edition. Conclusions : 1. Jeonggadang edition is similar to Eulhaeja edition in contents and form. 2. Although the exact publication date of Jeonggadang edition is unknown, based on the fact that it was mostly circulated in the Qing period, it can be assumed to have been published after the Eulhaeja edition which was published in the 15th century. 3. Gapjinja edition was published in the 16th century and shares little similarity in form, organization and contents with Eulhaeja edition, indicating that a different version was used as the original script. 4. Gwanjeong edition was published in the 18th century, and is very similar in form, organization and contents with Gapjinja edition, repeating the same errors made in the Gapjinja edition. This indicate that Gapjinja edition was the mother script of Gwanjeong edition.

Genomic RNA was extracted from Cy strain of odontoglossum ringspot tobamovirus (ORSV-Cy) isolated from infected leaves of tobacco cv. Samsun. Size of the genomic RNA was about 6.6 kb in length. The genomic RNA was fractionated using Sephadex G-50 column chromatography into 2 fractions. They were polyadenylated at their 3'-end using E. coli poly(A) polymerase. Polyadenylated viral RNA was recovered by oligo (dT) primer adapter containing NotI restriction site and Moloney murine leukemia virus SuperScript reverse transcriptase (RNase H-). Second-strand cDNA was synthesized by using E. coli DNA ligase, E. coli DNA polymerase I and E. coli RNase H. Recombinant plasmids containing cDNAs for ORSV-Cy RNA ranged from about 800 bp to 3,000 bp. Among the selected 238 recombinants, pORCY-124 clone was the largest one covering 3'-terminal half of the viral RNA. This clone contained two restriction sites for EcoRI and XbaI and one site for AccI, AvaI, BglII, BstXI, HindIII, PstI, and TthIII 1. respectively. The clone contained partial viral replicase, a full-length movement protein and a complete coat protein genes followed by a 3' untranslated region of 414 nucleotides based on restriction mapping and nucleotide sequencing analyses. Clones pORCY-028, -068, -072, -187 and -224 were overlapped with the pORCY-124. Clones pORCY-014 and -095 covered 5' half upstream from the middle region of the viral RNA, which was estimated based on restriction mapping and partial sequence analysis. Constructed cDNA library covered more than 90% of the viral genome.

이 연구는 명나라 영락제의 명으로 편찬한 <사서대전>의 유포와 우리나라에 전래 된 이후 복각 간행된 판본에 대해 분석한 것이다. 명나라 영락제가 황위를 찬탈한 이후 태조의 유훈을 받든다는 명분을 들어 호광(胡廣) 등에게 편찬하도록 칙명을 내리자 불과 10개월만인 영락 13(1415)년 9월 완성되었다. 그 후 명나라 내부(內府)에서 간행한 대전본(大全本)은 세종 대에 모두 3차에 걸쳐 전래되었다. 세종은 명나라에서 입수된 제1차 전래본을 저본으로 세종 9-10(1427-1428)년 사이에 경상도, 전라도, 강원도 3도 지방에서 각각 분담하여 판각을 완료하였다. 조선에 전래된 이후 유포 현상을 조사 분석한 결과, 명 전대본(大全本)을 그대로 복각한 판본이 조선에서 대략 18회 이상 간행되었으며, 그 중 현재 50종만이 남아 있다는 사실이 밝혀졌다. 이 현존본 50종을 대상으로 분석한 결과, 대체로 임란으로 서적이 급속도로 망실되었기 때문에 이를 시급히 보충하기 위해 주로 서적의 수요가 시급했던 경기와 경상 지방을 중심으로 집중적으로 간행 보급되었던 것으로 파악하였다.

이 연구에서는 거대한 서지구조에서 개체를 식별하고 개체 간의 관계를 연결하는데 있어 핵심적 요소인 전거형 접근점에 대해 우리 도서관계가 어떠한 관점으로 접근해야 하며, 더불어 전거형 접근점은 어떠한 형식이 보다 바람직한지에 대해 폭넓게 논의해 보고자 하였다. 이를 위해, (1) KCR 2판 이후로 관련 논의조차 전무하였던 접근점의 개념이 오늘날의 정보환경에서 재조명되고 있는 의미에 대해 살펴보고, (2) 국제목록원칙과 최근의 새로운 목록규칙에 반영된 전거형 접근점의 개념과 관련 규정을 분석한 후, (3) 우리의 목록레코드에 반영되어 있는 접근점의 실체를 추적해가면서, (4) KCR 4판의 개정 작업에서 이견을 좁히지 못하고 있는 다국어 저작의 전거형 접근점의 형식, 그 중에서도 문자 형식에 대해 (1) 원어 형식, (2) 한글 형식, (3) 번자 형식으로 구분하여 각각의 적용가능성에 대해 검토하였다.

게임엔진은 게임제작에 필요한 여러 가지 기능들을 제공하고 있으며, 이들은 라이브러리나 모듈형태로 구현되어진다. 고비용이 발생되는 게임제작의 효율화를 위해 사용되어지는 게임엔진은 얼마나 효율적인 성능을 제고하는 가에 따라 게임개발의 여러 가지 요소에 맡은 영향을 미치게 된다. 즉, 게임수행 중 빈번히 발생하는 메시지 관리기법은 처리속도 및 기능 그리고 시스템의 성능에 많은 영향을 미치며, 게임엔진 개발 시 고려해야 할 중요한 요소다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 게임엔진에 루아 스크립트를 사용한 효율적인 메시지관리기법을 제안하고, 이 기법을 적용한 오투 엔진을 자체 개발하여, 제안기법의 타당성을 검증하고, 성능분석을 통하여 효율성을 보였다.
