In general, an information security approach estimates the risk, where the risk is to occur due to an unusual event, and the associated consequences for cloud organization. Information Security and Risk Management (ISRA) practices vary among cloud organizations and disciplines. There are several approaches to compare existing risk management methods for cloud organizations but their scope is limited considering stereo type criteria, rather than developing an agent based task that considers all aspects of the associated risk. It is the lack of considering all existing renowned risk management frameworks, their proper comparison, and agent techniques that motivates this research. This paper proposes Agent Based Information Security Framework for Hybrid Cloud Computing as an all-inclusive method including cloud related methods to review and compare existing different renowned methods for cloud computing risk issues and by adding new tasks from surveyed methods. The concepts of software agent and intelligent agent have been introduced that fetch/collect accurate information used in framework and to develop a decision system that facilitates the organization to take decision against threat agent on the basis of information provided by the security agents. The scope of this research primarily considers risk assessment methods that focus on assets, potential threats, vulnerabilities and their associated measures to calculate consequences. After in-depth comparison of renowned ISRA methods with ABISF, we have found that ISO/IEC 27005:2011 is the most appropriate approach among existing ISRA methods. The proposed framework was implemented using fuzzy inference system based upon fuzzy set theory, and MATLAB(R) fuzzy logic rules were used to test the framework. The fuzzy results confirm that proposed framework could be used for information security in cloud computing environment.

4차 산업혁명의 중요한 축이 되는 것이 스마트 팩토리이다. 스마트 팩토리는 사물인터넷과 지능형 감지시스템을 사용하여 생산의 효율성과 효과성을 최대한 유도하는 체제이다. 스마트 팩토리에서 소비자의 요구사항을 적극적으로 반영하고 소비자의 사후 관리까지의 전 과정을 관리할 수 있는 방법이 제품수명주기관리 기법이다. 제품수명주기 관리에 대한 연구는 많았으나, 4차 산업혁명 시대를 대비하여 제품수명주기관리 지식영역을 어떻게 구성해야 하는 지에 대한 연구는 부족했다. 본 연구는 제품수명주기관리의 측면에서 4차 산업혁명을 대비하는 전문가 그룹의 의견을 분석했다. 제품수명주기관리의 세부 지식영역에 대해서 향후 4차 산업혁명의 영향을 조사하였다. 제품수명주기관리의 변화되는 내용을 전문가 그룹을 대상으로 정성적 자료 분석(Qualitative Data Analysis) 기법을 이용하였다. 전문가의 의견을 기반으로 총 30개의 세부 지식영역으로 구성된 제품수명주기관리에 대해서 4차 산업혁명에 대비해 보완하거나 대비해야 하는 내용을 정리하였다. 본 연구의 시사점은 제품수명주기관리의 지식영역을 재정립하고 4차 산업혁명을 대비한 제품수명주기 관리 지식영역의 변화를 살펴보았다. 본 연구는 기존의 정의된 제품수명주기관리의 지식영역에 대하여 4차 산업혁명을 대비한 제품수명주기관리의 변화를 조사한 것이다. 향후 연구에서는 4차 산업혁명 시대에 맞는 제품수명주기관리의 지식영역을 다시 정의하고 전문가의 인식을 조사할 필요가 있다. 4차 산업혁명의 사회문화, 기술적인 변화 요인을 고려하여 제품수명주기관리의 영역, 범위를 새롭게 정의할 수 있을 것이다.

The realistic cases causing severe core damage should be analyzed and arranged systematically for preparing an accident management of the specific nuclear power plant. The objective of this paper is to establish basic technical information for reactor safety and reactor building integrity management strategies in CANDU reactor severe accident. For the development of severe accident management strategies, plant specific features and behaviors must be studied by detailed analysis works. This analysis scope will serve to cover overall methods and analyzing results to understand the reactor building integrity status in the most likely severe accident sequences that could occur at CANDU reactor. Also analysis results could help prevent or mitigate severe accidents for the identification of any plant specific vulnerabilities to severe accidents using the probabilistic safety assessment (PSA) quantified results.

Since 1990's, the Information Technology(IT) of combination between PC and Internet has progressed rapidly. As a fast development of Information Communication Technology and spreading of network, the previous economic state, the method of dealing, transaction object and a scope of transaction is changing. Like this, as raising of IT, the existing off-line commercial transaction is moving to electronic commercial one which based on the web. These days, a electronic distribution system of enterprise and the electronic commercial transaction between small company and customer is being operated, but there is no full developed proper system between small retailor and mid distribution center. So on this paper, the system which manage a simple marketing as well as Inventory Management & customer management will be presented.

EVM(Earned Value Management) is a management methodology for integrating scope, schedule and resources, and for objectively measuring project performance and progress. EVMS(Earned Value Management System) has been used for the performance measurement of R&D and construction projects in developed countries such as United States, United Kingdom and Australia. The nuclear power plant (NPP) projects in Korea have not applied EVMS. However, EVMS has come into request for overall schedule and cost risk management and performance measurement in overseas project of the nuclear power plant as a contractor. In this paper, based on the global EVMS guidelines, EVMS per unit processes have been developed for NPP projects. Moreover, using Business Process Management (BPM), it proposes an integrated process model with tasks, roles, and procedures for EVMS for NPP construction projects.

In the Aviation Safety Act, the part about fatigue management of Flight dispatcher was added as an amended law. Prior to the amendment of the Act, the regulations on fatigue of flight dispatcher governed by the FOM approved and reported by airlines according to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, but were enforced by law from June 9, 2021. In this study, the scope and work type of flight dispatchers are checked, and unlike flight attendants, it is intended to consider legal working hour management measures for flight dispatchers according to the enforcement of the fatigue management act.

Most recent programs in and out of the country are related to urban renewal projects. Contemporary project management information systems have been developed was to manage single or multiple projects focusing on their construction phase, and those have limitations to apply to large-scale complicated mega projects. So, this study explain the core concept of decision support modules for iPMIS (Intelligent Program Management Information System) and its major functions to support project owner and participants by introducing ontology in the web environment. This study confined the scope of research to the planning phase of urban environment improvement projects. Ontological logic structure and relation about planning works is essential parts and three functions to implement decision support module are developed.

Due to the development of modern technology and the enlargement of industrial scale, the scale of many projects is expanding and the complexity is also increasing. Individual management of existing projects cannot effectively manage projects in this trend, and it is necessary to systematically manage the entire process from initiation to completion. Accordingly, the need for integrated management and life cycle management that can efficiently manage the entire project is emerging, and for this, a systematic project management system is also required. PMS enables efficient project management by linking business processes such as resource, schedule, scope, and output management of a project with separately separated infrastructure accordingly. In this paper, a research model was proposed to manage the project from the perspective of implementing integrated management and life cycle management, especially during R&D project execution, and to prove the mediating role between PMS and R&D project performance for this purpose. The proposed research model will be able to help companies and organizations that feel the need to implement integrated management and life cycle management and are preparing to build a PMS-type system or that have already been established to efficiently perform project management.

건축물 관리의 중요성이 건설 산업에서 크게 부각되고 건축물의 수명연장과 효율적인 건설 프로젝트 관리에 대해 많은 관심이 집중되고 있다. 현재는 기존의 건물의 유지관리를 위한 연구가 많이 진행 되어지고 있으며 현재 기존 논문들은 건설 프로젝트 과정 중 일부 부분에 집중하여 관리 방안들을 제시 하고 있다. 본 논문은 기획, 설계, 조달, 시공, 운전${\cdot}$유지관리 등 여러 단계를 걸쳐 이루어지는 건설 프로젝트의 전 과정에서 RFID/USN을 이용하는 관리 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 먼저, 건설 프로젝트에서 일반 적으로 이루어지는 프로세스를 분석하고 RFID/USN 적용 가능한 범위를 분석한다. 각 단계로 보면 기획, 설계 단계에서 사용 범위, 위치 및 방법 등을 결정하고 조달 단게에 장비, 인력, 자재등의 조달 계획을 수립하고 시공 단계에서 실시간 진도, 인력 및 안전, 자재, 장비 관리 등을 실시하고 운전${\cdot}$유지관리 단계에서는 이미 설치된 센서 태그와 무선 센서 네트워크를 통하여 실시간 건축물을 관리 한다. 본 논문에 의해 건설프로젝트에서 효율적인 프로젝트 진행과 관리에 도움을 주고 건축무리 완공된 후에도 유지관리의 편의성을 제시하고자 한다.

임상에 근무하는 치과위생사가 경험하는 역할갈등의 유발요인과 대처에 대한 본질을 탐색하고자 9명의 임상치과 위생사를 대상으로 심층면담을 실시하였다. 면담내용을 분석한 결과 업무 범위, 역할갈등, 역할갈등에 대한 대처와 한계로 이루어진 3개의 범주가 도출되었다. 첫 번째 범주는 업무 범위로 치과위생사가 인식하고 있는 업무 범위, 법적 업무 범위 및 실제 수행하는 업무 범위가 다소 차이를 보였다. 두 번째 범주는 역할갈등으로 대인관계, 업무, 업무환경, 역량, 전문직으로서의 정체감으로 인한 역할갈등을 경험하고 있었다. 세 번째 범주는 역할갈등에 대한 대처와 한계이며 치과위생사는 다양한 노력을 통해 역할갈등 상황을 해결하려 노력하였으며 그러한 노력에도 불구하고 해결되지 않는 현실에 직면할 경우 한계를 느끼고 이직을 선택하고 있었다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 치과위생사의 역할갈등에 관한 수준을 정량적으로 측정할 수 있는 도구의 개발 및 역할갈등 상황별 대처 방안의 효과에 대한 후속 연구가 필요하다.
