고속도로 휴게소의 아웃소싱 전략에 관한 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study on the Outsourcing Strategies of Highway Rest Areas in Korea)

  • It was maintained that successful establishment and accomplishment of outsourcing might be possible only when those eating-out companies re-establish their concept of management strategy, identify core competencies through value-chain analysis, make a through cost analysis, select cooperative companies via overall screening, expand the area of outsourcing, enhance partnership to improve service quality, harmonize bilateral organization culture, remove the ambiguity of contract terms, protect core competencies of the rest area, continue with evaluation and control, and spinoff or invest to a new specialized business. Then, it was suggested that highway rest area business construct the core competencies and introduce outsourcing from a future-oriented viewpoint so that they can concentrate the competencies to competitive area and expand outsourcing scope to professional area such as finance and accounting, general affairs, personnel affairs, logistics, marketing, and R&D. They need to make out the problem of productivity reduction resulted from many years working employee's old age, refine human resource, and maintain the standards of skill so that they can improve service quality of the rest area, streamline each organization currently having so a large manpower, reduce manpower, and improve the productivity.

노인요양시설 관리자의 역량 및 행동지표 개발 (Development of Competency and Behavioral Indicator of an Administrator in Long-term Care Facility)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to develop the competencies of the administrator and the behavioral indicators, and with those as the foundation it is to measure the importance and the performance. Method: On the basis of literature review, the researcher made a preliminary competency and the behavioral indicator for the administrator. Developed competency and behavioral indicator went through the content validity using CVI. Finally, 20 different competencies and 87 behavioral indicators of the administrators in long-term care facility helped measuring the importance of the present administrator's competency and the performance. Results: The competencies are Achievement Orientation, Initiative, Information Seeking, Interpersonal Understanding, Customer Service Orientation, Marketing, Influence, Organizational Awareness, Relationship Building, Staff Development, Assertiveness, Teamwork and Cooperation, Leadership, Analytical Thinking, Conceptual Thinking, Managerial Expertise, Self Control, Self Confidence, Flexibility and Organizational Commitment. For the contents, 87 behavioral indicators are included. The importance and the performance were confirmed by Importance Performance Analysis. The importance of each behavioral indicator in each field and the performance were confirmed with the mean and the standard deviation. Conclusion: The competencies and behavioral indicators of an administrator which were developed by this study are considered that they can be used as the effective guides in the practical field and can also be used as basic materials for developing educational program.

학습자의 핵심역량 제고를 위한 과학 교사교육 개선 방안 (Research on Ways to Improve Science Teacher Education to Develop Students' Key Competencies)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 학습자의 핵심역량 제고를 위한 과학 교사교육 개선 방안을 탐색하는 것이다. OECD에서 핵심역량을 '학생들이 향후 사회적 삶을 성공적으로 살아가기 위해 필요로 하는 능력'으로 재정립한 이래로 여러 나라에서 '역량기반 교육과정'을 강조해왔다. 본 연구에서는 국외의 역량기반 교육과정 선도국과 국내의 외국인학교 및 국제 중학교를 방문하여 관계 전문가들을 대상으로 교과교육 혁신 사례를 수집하고, 각 사례별로 교사 및 학교장을 대상으로 심층면담을 통해 학습자의 핵심역량 제고를 위해 요청되는 과학 교사전문성 개선 방안을 살펴보았다. 연구결과에 따르면 개별 교사 측면에서는 학습자의 역할 변화에 따라 교사의 역할 변화도 요청되며, 교사는 학생들에게 핵심역량의 모델이 되어야 하고, 교사역할의 다면화가 요청되며, 연구자로서의 교사가 요청됨을 알 수 있었다. 또한 교사공동체 측면에서는 교사들의 학습공동체 조직이 필요하며, 교사들의 지식기반을 구축해야 하고, 미래의 교실에는 다양한 전문가를 투입해야 하며, 지역공동체 및 다른 전문가 집단과의 파트너십을 구축해야 한다는 요구가 수렴되었다. 본 연구의 결론 부분에서는 연구결과를 토대로 핵심역량 기반 교육을 실현하기 위한 제도적, 정책적 지원방안을 제안하였다.

집단 창의성 교육을 위한 방안으로서 과학 교육에 디자인적 사고의 도입과 속성 탐색 (The Introduction of Design Thinking to Science Education and Exploration of Its Characterizations as a Method for Group Creativity Education)

  • 최근 미래 인재가 갖추어야 할 21세기 핵심 역량으로서 집단 창의성이 강조됨에 따라, 집단 창의성 계발 방안으로서 협업과 공감을 강조하는 디자인적 사고를 과학 교육에 도입하는 방안을 고려해 볼 필요가 있다. 그리고 디자인적 사고의 효과적인 도입과 전략 마련을 위하여 디자인적 사고에 대한 이해가 선행될 필요가 있다. 이에 이 연구에서는 일반모델 덧씌우기 방법, 초점집단면접, 중요사건기법 분석을 통해 디자인적 사고의 속성을 규명하였다. 연구 결과, 4개의 역량군과 15개의 핵심 역량을 추출할 수 있었다. 즉, '팀의 조직', '의사소통', '자기조절', '설득력', '주도성'의 5개 역량으로 구성된 협업 역량군, '분석적 사고력', '전략적 사고력', '직관적 사고력'의 3개 역량으로 구성된 통합적 사고 역량군, '사용자 지향', '관계형성', '대인이해'의 3개 역량으로 구성된 인간중심 역량군, '성취지향', '정보수집', '호기심', '유연성'의 4개 역량으로 구성된 다학제 역량군을 들 수 있다. 이 연구 결과는 국내 과학 교육에 디자인적 사고를 효과적으로 도입하고, 집단 창의성 계발을 위한 프로그램 개발이나 전략 마련 등을 위한 기초 자료로서 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

전문대학 조리관련 학과의 국가직무능력표준(NCS) 직업기초능력 기반 교육과정 개발을 위한 교육요구도 분석 (Educational Needs Assessment for the Development of Curriculum based on Key Competencies of National Competence Standard(NCS) for Department related Culinary Arts in a 2-Year College)

  • The purpose of this study was to assess priority of educational needs for the development of curriculum based on key competencies of NCS for departments related to culinary arts in a 2-year college. In order to achieve this objective, the survey has been distributed to cooks working in hotel restaurants or restaurant companies by social network service and a total of 360 responses were analyzed excluding 18 responses. The collected surveys were analysed by using paired t-test, Borich's needs analysis and the locus for focus analysis. The results of this study were as follows. First, the difference between the level of importance and present level about key competencies recognized by cooks working in restaurant company was statistically significant in 9 fields of key competencies excluding mathematical competence. The difference recognized by cooks working in hotel was statistically significant in all 10 fields of key competencies. Second, the results of Borich's needs assessment showed that the education needs of problem solving competence were the highest, followed by interpersonal, resource management, communication, information competence. Finally, considering both Borich's needs assessment and the locus for focus analysis, cooks working in hotel restaurants recognized that educational needs of communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, information competence were the top priority, and cooks working in restaurant companies recognized that educational needs of communication, interpersonal, skill, resource management competence were the top priority. Therefore, it is necessary to develop curriculum for culinary arts specialists based on key competence of top priority.

좋은 수학수업을 위해 수학교사에게 필요한 역량과 교사교육에 대한 현직교사의 인식조사 (Mathematics Teachers' Perspectives on Competencies for Good Teaching and Perspective Teacher Education)

  • 좋은 수학 수업을 위해 수학교사는 여러 가지 역량을 필요로 하지만, 수학교사가 갖추어야 할 역량에 대한 연구자의 입장과 현직교사의 입장은 종종 일치하지 않는다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 관련 선행연구와 본 연구자들의 현직교사 재교육 및 예비교사 교육 경험에 기초하여 좋은 수학수업의 의미와 특징을 반영한 수업을 실행하기 위한 교수 역량 요소를 도출하고, 연구자의 입장에서 도출된 각 요소에 대해 현직 수학교사들의 인식은 어떠한지 조사하였다. 또한 과거 교사 양성 과정의 대학에서 배운 수학이 교수 역량 계발에 얼마나 영향을 주었다고 판단하는지 그리고 현재 이루어지고 있는 예비교사 교육이 교수 역량 계발에 미치는 영향에 대해 현직 수학교사들의 인식은 어떠한지 조사하였다. 이 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 수학교사의 수업 역량과 예비교사 교육과 관련된 시사점을 논의하였다.

4차 산업혁명 시대 기계공학 분야 엔지니어에게 필요한 역량과 교육에 관한 델파이 연구 (A Delphi Study on Competencies of Mechanical Engineer and Education in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution)

  • In the era of the fourth industrial revolution, the world is undergoing rapid social change. The purpose of this study is to predict the expected changes and necessary competencies and desired curriculum and teaching methods in the field of mechanical engineering in the near future. The research method was a Delphi study. It was conducted three times with 20 mechanical engineering experts. The results of the study are as follows: In the field of mechanical engineering, it will be increased the situational awareness by the use of measurement sensors, development of computer applications, flexibility and optimization by user's needs and mechanical equipment, and demand for robots equipped with AI. The mechanical engineer's career perspectives will be positive, but if it is stable, it will be a crisis. Therefore active response is needed. The competencies required in the field of mechanical engineering include collaborative skills, complex problem solving skills, self-directed learning skills, problem finding skills, creativity, communication skills, convergent thinking skills, and system engineering skills. The undergraduate curriculum to achieve above competencies includes four major dynamics, basic science, programming coding education, convergence education, data processing education, and cyber physical system education. Preferred mechanical engineering teaching methods include project-based learning, hands-on education, problem-based learning, team-based collaborative learning, experiment-based education, and software-assisted education. The mechanical engineering community and the government should be concerned about the education for mechanical engineers with the necessary competencies in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, which will make global competitiveness in the mechanical engineering fields.

방카슈랑스 담당자 핵심역량모델 개발 (Developing core competence model for Banasurance personnel)

  • 본 연구는 국내 금융서비스 담당자 중 방카슈랑스를 대상으로 교육을 실시하는 교육전문가들을 대상으로 방카슈랑스 업무를 수행하는 담당자들이 업무를 수행하는데 필수적이라고 인식하는 역량은 무엇이고 특히 그 중에서 업무의 성과와 관련하여 중요하다고 인식하고 있는 역량이 무엇인지를 탐구하였다. 이를 위해 문헌연구, 1차 워크숍, 2차 워크숍을 진행하고, 역량전문가를 대상으로 추가 워크숍을 수행하여 방카슈랑스 담당자에게 필요한 역량은 무엇인지를 도출하였다. 또한 마지막으로 방카슈랑스 담당자를 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 연구결과의 타당성을 높였다. 최종적으로 성취지향성, 영향력, 제안력, 대인이해, 전문성, 관계형성, 호감도관리, 주도성, 감정절제, 자기개발, 성찰적자기확신, 문제해결, 자기주도적 업무수행, 정보수집활용, 계획수립, 개념적사고, 긍정적 자아 인식의 17개의 역량명과 역량 정의가 도출되었으며, 이 역량 중 담당자들의 육성을 위해 필요한 중요도 조사 결과, 성취지향성, 영향력, 제안력, 관계형성, 자기개발 등의 역량이 주요 역량을 인식되고 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구를 통해 도출된 역량모델을 통해, 방카슈랑스 담당자들에게 필요한 핵심역량과 그 내용을 기반으로 현장에서 해당 업무를 성공적으로 수행할 수 있는 인력을 채용하고 육성하는데 활용될 수 있을 것이라 기대된다.

근미래 친환경 건축분야 엔지니어에게 필요한 역량에 대한 델파이 연구 (A Delphi Study on Competencies of Future Green Architectural Engineer)

  • With rapid advance of technologies including information and communication technologies, jobs are evolving faster than ever. Architectural engineering is no exception in this regard, and the green architectural engineering is emerging fast as a promising new field. In this study, a Delphi study of expert architectural engineers are conducted to find out (1) near future prospects of the field, (2) near future emerging jobs, (3) competencies needed for these jobs, and (4) educational content necessary to build these competencies with regards to the green architectural engineering. Initial Delphi survey consisting of open-ended questions in the above four areas were conducted and came out with 65 items after duplicate removal and semantic refinements. Further refinements via second and third wave of Delphi results into 40 items that the 13 architectural engineering experts may largely agree upon as future prospects with regards to the green architectural engineering. Findings indicate that it is expected that the demand for green architectural engineering and needs for automatic energy control system increase. Also, collaborations with other fields is becoming more and more important in green architectural engineering. The professional work management skills such as knowledge convergence, problem solving, collaboration skills, and creativity linking components from various related areas seem to also be on the increasing need. Near future ready critical skills are found to be the building environment control techniques (thermal, light, sound, and air), the data processing techniques like data mining, energy monitoring, and the control and utilization of environmental analysis software. Experts also agree on new curriculum for green building architecture to be developed with more of converging subjects across disciplines for future ready professional skills and experiences. Major topics to be covered in the near future includes building environment studies, building energy management, energy reduction systems, indoor air quality, global environment and natural phenomena, and machinery and electrical facility. Architectural engineering community should be concerned with building up the competencies identified in this Delphi preparing for fast advancing future.

간호사의 보건사업수행 경험과정 (The Process of Nurses Experience in Public Health Program Performance)

  • Purpose: This study was to describe and develop public health nursing. Methods: Data were collected from 19 nurses sampled from 5 public health centers. The grounded theory of Strauss and Corbin (1990) was applied. Results: As a result, 48 concepts, 23 subcategories, and 11 categories were deduced from open coding. In axial coding, casual conditions 'facing difficulties of practical administration' and 'attaching importance to health support for residents' and context condition 'assessing of residents' service needs' impacted phenomenon 'searching for efficient performing methods.' Intervening conditions 'forming of support system' and 'working with positive,' and action-interaction conditions 'improving of resident's health and medical accessibility' and 'striving for self-development' lead to consequences 'carried out promptly for field-based problem solving,' 'mastered of successful program planning methods' and 'solving the issues with existing style.' The periods of process were divided into 4 stages, confirming program-contents, probing program-method, developing program-strategies, and applying program-competencies. The core category, ‘strengthening of practical-planning work competencies' incorporated the relationship between and among all categories and explained the process. Conclusion: This study described public health nurses' performance in Korea. These findings have important implications for the practice and must be considered to develop competencies for planning and practice of public health.
