한국 공영방송은 정체성 위기와 함께 지배구조 개선 논의에 직면해 있다. 공영방송의 위기 원인을 분석하기 위해 공영방송 종사자와 미디어 관련 전문가의 인식을 바탕으로, 공영방송의 거버넌스 구성요인에 대해 유형화를 시도하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같이 요약된다. 첫째, 공영방송 거버넌스는 시장 영향력, 정치적 영향, 전문직주의, 공영방송 제도보장 등 4개 요인으로 유형화되었다. 둘째, 공영방송 거버넌스 요인 중 정치적 영향만이 공영방송의 위기 인식에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, KBS이사회를 구성하는 방식과 인원 비율이 정치적 영향 요인에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 연구결과는 한국 공영방송이 정당성과 정체성 확보를 위해 정치적 영향으로부터 떨어진 공영방송 지배구조 개선이 필요함을 확인해 준다.

This study was conducted to develop and apply clinical nursing practice training simulation program using Standardized Patient for Nursing Students focused on infectious respiratory disease. This study is descriptive methodological study. Through prior consideration of documents and educational task of infectious respiratory disease was conducted with interview of clinical specialists of infection control managers. Development of educational task for infectious respiratory disease for Nursing Students went through the content validity. Finally, 10 educational tasks are developed 'knowledge of respiratory infections disease', 'hand washing', 'put on mask', 'lead to put on mask to patients and caregiver', 'intravenous injection via 3way', 'surgical aseptic technique', 'sterilization medical instrument', 'management of contaminated linen', 'infected personnel management manual'. The infectious respiratory disease simulation program was developed based on the ADDIE model and proceeded to 4 steps of analysis, design, development, implementation. The infection control education program included lectures (20 min), skill training (20 min), simulation using standardized patient (20 min), and debriefing (40 min), The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics with SPSS program for version 23.0. The results of this study confirmed that the clinical nursing practice training simulation program using standardized patients was effective in infectious respiratory disease of the nursing college students in knowledge of infectious respiratory disease and clinical nursing performance. we found this practical training program for nursing college students to improve knowledge and clinical competency of infection control. we expected that this developed program could be applied to practical training for various infectious control.

The Korean Ministry of Education (MOE) required cash flow statements, instead of fund statements, as a component of the financial statements of the Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundations (IACF) when it revised IACF accounting rules in 2012. While the fund statements were aligned its accounts to the operating statements' accounts level, the newly adopted cash flow statements' accounts retreated to two levels higher than those of the operating statements. It may be resulted from the consideration that IACFs' burden of preparing cash flow statements especially in direct method. To help IACFs prepare the cash flow statements, MOE's guidance on IACF accounting rules introduced cash flow statement preparation method and presented a practical example, but it did not check whether the accounts of the cash flow statement were reconciled to the accounts of corresponding balance sheet and operating statement. That means that the guidance still lacks how to assure it was accurately prepared. Our study proposed cash flow statement preparation using reconciliation method which reconciles cash flow statement accounts' amounts to balance sheet and operating statement accounts' amounts with integrity checking and also provided a practical example by using the same case in MOE's guidance on IACF accounting rules to help IACF accounting personnel to prepare a cash flow statement efficiently.

This research examines the effects of organizational learning and network involvement, as well as many contextual factors, on power generation businesses' innovation capability and operational success in Vietnam. This research also aims to attest to the moderating roles of top management support and company age, and firm possession type in the power generation industry. This study applied the exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and PLS-SEM approach for data analysis. In this research, we have tested hypotheses with data collected from 132 top managers and other key personnel from power generation companies in Vietnam. The results also attest to the moderating role of top management support on the two relationships between organizational learning - innovation capability and network involvement - innovation capability. Another important finding is that the company age has a negative impact on operational performance but shows a positive moderating role in the relationship between innovation capability and operational performance. This study highlights the central roles of organizational learning and innovation capability in impacting the organizational performance of power generation companies. These companies play a key role in supporting the development of industries in practice. This research also emphasizes the moderating roles of top management support and company age and possession type in practice.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the document delivery service(DDS) of the academic libraries and suggest its improvement model in Korea. DDS means providing copies of information requests in any format and from any source. And DDS is gaining in importance as libraries turn to 'just-in-time' access rather than 'just-in-case' collection to meet user information needs. By good fortune, rising journal subscription prices, declining financial resources, canceling some of journal subscriptions, electronic transmission technologies, and the rise of commercial document delivery services have allowed libraries to begin to deliver articles to users in a much more rapid and acceptable time frame. Therefore, the library paradigm for the 2000s must be the creation of new document delivery structures which capitalize on the access tolls and structures created by librarians during the past generations. First of all, library-based document service requires a close review of existing library-to-library delivery mechanisms, application of technology to transfer of facsimiles of materials and facilitated use of existing fee-based document sources. The ideal document delivery system would feature a transparent, seamless electronic service incorporating searching and browsing identification and marking of desired items, and transmission and fulfillment of requests. And requested items would be supplied from library collection, commercial suppliers, or other sources. But the future of DDS will succeed when physical resources, policies, personnel, and practices are organized to provide timely information delivery to users.

선박안전법 제77조 및 동법 시행규칙 제97조의2에 따르면 정부대행검사기관 선박검사원은 일반적으로 특정분야의 학력과 경력을 가지고 있거나 국가기술자격법상 면허를 취득해야 함을 알 수 있다. 하지만, 해사 고등학교 졸업생 및 해기사 단기양성과정 이수생의 경우 수·해양계 및 조선관련 학과를 졸업하지 않아 선박검사원 자격기준을 만족하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 영국, 미국, 캐나다 등 주요 해운국가는 우리나라와 같은 규정이 없이 IACS 규정을 준용하고 있고, 일본의 경우 선박안전법에서 선박검사원의 자격 요건을 삭제하였다. 특히, IMO 및 IACS의 선박검사원 자격기준은 공학 또는 자연 과학 분야와 관련하여 고등교육기관에서 최소 2년 이상의 과정을 이수; 또는 해상 또는 해사 교육기관에서 자격을 취득하고 자격 있는 선박 사관으로 승선한 경력이 있는 경우; 그리고 관련 업무를 수행하는데 적합한 영어실력을 요구하는 것이 일반적이다. 이에 공무원임용시험령 제17조에 따라 학력제한을 금지하고 있는 점, 영국 및 일본의 선박검사관 응시자격에 학력제한이 없는 점 등을 감안하면 해사 고등학교 졸업생의 경우 충분한 승선경력 및 교육훈련을 쌓는다면 선박검사원 응시자격을 인정할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 또한 해기사 단기양성기관의 수료생의 경우 입학자격이 전문학사 이상의(3급 면허 취득학생의 경우) 학력을 보유하도록 되어 있고, 수료 후 일정한 승선경력을 갖추게 되므로 선박검사원 응시자격을 인정할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the impact of organizational culture on job satisfaction and organizational commitment among employees in small and medium-sized enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The study hypothesized that organizational culture has a significant influence on employees' satisfaction and that satisfaction also significantly impactsorganizational commitment among employees. The data are collected from a sample of 240 office employees. Structural Equation Modeling is used to determine the influence of organizational culture dimensions,including open working environment, salary, and rewards, empowerment, management style, corporate values, on employees' satisfaction and organizational commitment. The findings showed that the five dimensions of organizational culture positively impact employees' satisfaction and that job satisfaction significantly influences organizational commitment. Thus, job satisfaction serves as the bridge between organizational culture and commitment. The current study contributes to providing a practical insight into the relationships between organizational culture, employees' job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. Based on that, managers can develop suitable personnel policies for their organizations to simultaneously enhance employees' performance and satisfaction, which makes them stay with the company.

The mushroom production reached to 1000 billion won in monetary value in Korea. We, however, do not have systematic terminology dictionary published yet. Recently new varieties of medicinal mushrooms in addition to culinary mushrooms are being introduced steadily through out the world. This makes the necessity of coordinated and consistent arrangement of terms involved in culture, cultivation and physiological aspects of mushrooms. Various components in relation to the medicinal and physiological functionality also poses ambiguity in terminology along with the terms used in breeding and genetic researches. Moreover, some of the scientific terms are being used erroneously. In order to help mushroom cultivators, students, and mushroom business personnel in understanding the terms on mushroom science and technology we intended to collect and organize all the terms related to mushroom morphology and cultivation, poison and medicinal functionality, processing and utilization, and so on. Thirteen professionals from each field participated in this project. The fields included here are : 1) Genetics and breeding of mushrooms, 2) Cultivation and physiology of mushrooms, 3) Taxonomy and ecology of mushrooms, 4) Processing and functional components, 5) Blight and insects of mushrooms.

Purpose: At the industrial sites of aviation enterprises there is a significant optimization of the main production processes through the use of advanced digital technologies. The most promising are the latest technologies of industrial Internet of Things, active use of big data and practical application of artificial intelligence in production. Research design, data and methodology:The process of creating a competitive product in the high-tech aviation sector is actively linked to the investment appeal of aircraft and helicopter construction products, which is built on the basis of reducing production and time costs through the creation of an effective digital system. Results: The aviation cluster of Rostec State Corporation is currently being transformed in a significant way. The leading enterprises of the Russian aviation industry are actively mastering cooperation schemes using integrated digital management principles and the widespread introduction of digital products from leading Russian vendors. Conclusions: Following the transition to electronic aircraft design technologies and modern materials in the production of aircraft, UAC continues to improve all production processes through robotization and optimization of technological processes, due to the introduction of aircraft assembly technology in accordance with digital models.

본 연구는 어린이수영장의 서비스품질과 만족 및 고객충성도 관계를 알아보자 한다. 모집단은 총 300명을 표본대상으로 설문지를 배포하였으며, 회수된 설문지 중 불성실하게 응답했다고 판단된 3부의 설문지는 제외하여 총 297부의 설문지를 자료 분석에 사용하였다. 이 연구에서는 PASW 21.0을 활용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도 분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석, 단순회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이 연구에서는 모든 통계치의 유의수준을 .05로 설정하여 다음과 같은 결론을 도출 하였다. 첫째, 어린이수영장 서비스품질의 시설, 프로그램, 비용, 인적자원, 신뢰는 만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 어린이수영장 서비스품질의 비용, 인적아원, 신뢰는 고객충성도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 어린이수영장 서비스품질에 대한 만족은 고객충성도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
