  • Although many useful arfticles appear in the journals published in Korea, they are not always cited by researchers mainly due to absence of efficient searching system. The author made a program with 4 predefined filtering forms to detect published articles rapidly and accurately. The program was coded using database management system CA-Clipper VER 5.2. I used 486DX-II (8 Mbyte Ram, VGA, 560 Mbyte Hard Disk), desk-jet printer(HP-560k), and MS-DOS VER 5.0. I inputed twenty articles in the journal of Korean Society Radiotechnological Technology. And this program test for retrive article and made database.

  • Autonomous underwater vehicle makes attracts to many researchers. This paper proposes a convolutional neural network (CNN) based fish detection method. Since there are not enough data sets in the process of training, overfitting problem can be occurred in deep learning. To solve the problem, we apply the dropout algorithm to simplify the model. Experimental result showed that the implemented method is promising, and the effectiveness of identification by dropout approach is highly enhanced.

  • The modified power method has been studied by many researchers to calculate the higher eigenmodes and accelerate the convergence of the fundamental mode. Its application to multidimensional problems may be unstable due to degenerated or near-degenerated eigenmodes. Complex eigenmode solutions are occasionally encountered in such cases, and the shapes of the corresponding eigenvectors may change during the simulation. These issues must be addressed for the successful implementation of the modified power method. Complex components are examined and an approximation method to eliminate the usage of the complex numbers is provided. A technique to fix the eigenvector shapes is also provided. The performance of the methods for dealing with those aforementioned problems is demonstrated with two dimensional one group and three dimensional one group homogeneous diffusion problems.

  • The importance of flexible polymer-based pressure sensors is growing in fields like healthcare monitoring, tactile recognition, gesture recognition, human-machine interface, and robot skin. In particular, health monitoring and tactile devices require high sensor sensitivity. Researchers have worked on sensor material and structure to achieve high sensitivity. A simple and effective method has been to employ three-dimensional pressure sensors. Three-dimensional (3D) structures dramatically increase sensor sensitivity by achieving larger local deformations for the same pressure. In this paper, the performance, manufacturing method, material, and structure of high-sensitivity flexible pressure sensors based on 3D structures, are reviewed.

  • Correspondence security between IoT devices is a significant concern, and the blockchain makes the latest difference by reducing this matter. In the blockchain idea, the larger part or even all organization hubs check the legitimacy and precision of traded information before tolerating and recording them, regardless of whether this information is identified with monetary exchanges or estimations of a sensor or a confirmation message. In assessing the legitimacy of a traded information, hubs should agree to play out an uncommon activity. The chance to enter and record exchanges and problematic cooperation with the framework is fundamentally decreased. To share and access the executives of IoT devices data with disseminated demeanour, another confirmation convention dependent on block-chain is proposed, and it is guaranteed that this convention fulfils client protection saving and security. This paper highlights the recent approaches conducted by other researchers to secure the Internet of Things environments using blockchain. These approaches are studied and compared with each other to present their features and disadvantages.

  • Library and information research is often directed towards either the management of resources (e.g., the economics of resource management), their storage and retrieval (e.g., much information retrieval research), and the users of these resources (the whole area of information behaviour. However, the question that is less often asked is, "What research do librarians want to have carried out to help them in their work?" Clearly, some of the topics just mentioned will fall into the priority areas, but what do librarians actually perceive will be of use to them. There is a notion that a research-practice gap exists in the field and perhaps the reason for that is that researchers do not ask the practioners what research will be of value to them. To find an answer to this question on a global basis would, of course, be impossible - at least impossible without the level of funding that would be difficult to obtain from any source. However, it is possible to carry out research on a national level that could prove useful both to practitioners and to the library and information research community. This was the aim of a project, supported by the Svensk Biblioteksf$\"{o}$rening (Swedish Library Association), which was carried out in 2008/2009. Ideas on potential research projects were collected from librarians themselves, from discussion group archives and from the professional journals in a number of countries. These ideas were then grouped thematically and formed the basis of two rounds of a Delphi process to solicit the opinions of a panel of librarians in different sectors, recommended by their peers as 'expert' in their field. The Delphi process was concluded with a workshop involving a subset of the panel. This paper will report on the results of the investigation, which attracted a great deal of interest within the profession in Sweden, and will also reflect on issues that were ranked lowly in the investigation. For example, not a great deal of priority was given to topics relating to the development and use of technology: why was this? And would the same result be found in other countries? One major area of research interest was into the future of libraries and a topic of relevance here, especially for academic and research libraries, is the changing information behaviour of researchers: what, now, do researchers want of libraries? Clearly, technology is playing a role here, but digitized resources and the World Wide Web may not be the answer to every researcher's need. Research into libraries and research for libraries ought to figure largely in the profession's view of its aims, objectives and visions of the future: but for it to do so requires a recognition that the work will not be done unless researchers and practitioners come together to determine how to approach the future.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of determinants of innovation performance on innovation performance in industry-research institute(IR) cooperation for researchers of government-funded research institutes in Daedeok Innopolis. We reviewed the existing literature on the determinants of innovation performance through cooperation, and established a conceptual framework to analyze the combinatorial effect of the determinants of innovation performance on innovation performance in IR cooperation. Data for empirical analysis were collected through a questionnaire survey targeting researchers at a government-funded research institute in Daedeok Innopolis. The fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) was used to analyze the combined effect of determinants of innovation performance. The fsQCA results show that the configuration of high motivation, high trust, high commitment and high satisfaction of researchers of government-funded research institutes improve innovation performance. On the other hand, it shows that the configuration of high motivation, high trust, low commitment and low satisfaction of the researcher improves innovation performance.

  • Purpose - This research primarily assesses interactive quality in the service encounters of Ethiopian Telecom from the customer and contact personnel perspectives. Research design, data, and methodology - After reviewing the literature on service encounters and interactive quality, two separate questionnaires and structured personal interviews were conducted to collect the opinions of 400 customers and 100 employees of Ethiopian Telecom. The researchers used convenience sampling; the responses, measured on a five-point Likert-type scale, were analyzed through chi-square tests conducted on SPSS 17.0. Results - Regarding the outcome expected by customers, encounter effectiveness is very low. Regarding accessibility and materiality, the corporation's personnel are freely accessible, relatively well-dressed, and have access to sophisticated office equipment and physical facilities. Finally, with regard to agent satisfaction, the telecom's contact employees are shown to gain little professional satisfaction from service encounters. Conclusion - The study clearly presents the areas in which interactive quality strongly affects both telecom customers and employees; this will help the corporation take corrective action. This is of utmost contemporary importance for both practitioners and researchers.

  • Economic deprivation of households remains a significant economic issue in the world. Researchers have shown great concern in identifying crucial factors to enhance poor households' socio-economic performance. Therefore, this paper aims to develop a new conceptual framework to investigate the influence of different microfinance services on households' socioeconomic performance using moderated mediation analysis of various crucial factors. Focus-group interviews with managements of the microfinance institution, i.e. Amanah Ikhtiar Malaysia (AIM), and a systematic literature review were conducted for this purpose, and a new framework for the future study has been developed. The result from focus-group interviews and systematic literature review propose microfinance financial services, training programs, and business coaching as independent factors, whereas household socioeconomic performance as a dependent factor in the proposed model. Specifically, this study provides the direction to scholars to empirically test the direct relationship between financial services and household socioeconomic performance and the indirect relationship between training programs, business coaching, and household socioeconomic performance. Further, microfinance institutions' service efficiency is also included as a moderator that can strengthen microfinance services' effectiveness. The study also provides useful implications for policymakers, financial institutions, households, micro-enterprises, and researchers to better understand microfinance interventions and household economic mechanisms.
