공업계 고등학생들의 회복탄력성, 전공만족도, 취업준비도간의 구조적 관계 (The Structural Relationship among Resilience, Major Satisfaction and Employment Preparation of Technical High School Students)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 공업계 고등학생들의 회복탄력성, 전공만족도, 취업준비도간의 구조적 관계를 구명하는 것이다. 이 연구의 대상은 공업계 고등학생이며, 440명의 공업계 고등학생들을 조사대상으로 선정하였다. 조사도구로는 설문지를 활용하였으며, 회수된 409부 중 불성실 응답을 제외한 391부를 분석에 활용하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같았다. 첫째, 공업계 고등학생들의 회복탄력성은 높았으며, 영역별로는 흥미와 관심의 다양성이 가장 높았으며, 감정조절이 상대적으로 가장 낮았다. 그리고 공업계 고등학생들의 일반 특성에 따른 차이를 알아본 결과 마이스터고 학생이 특성화고 학생보다, 남학생이 여학생보다, 교과성적이 높은 학생이 회복탄력성이 더 높았다. 둘째, 공업계 고등학생들의 전공만족도는 보통이었으며, 영역별로는 전공 전망이 가장 높았으며, 사회차원 만족이 상대적으로 가장 낮았다. 그리고 공업계 마이스터고 학생이 특성화고 학생보다, 남학생이 여학생보다, 교과성적이 높은 학생이 전공만족도가 더 높았다. 셋째, 공업계 고등학생들의 취업준비도는 보통이었으며, 하위 영역 중 취업태도가 매우 높았으며, 직무수행능력과 취업정보는 보통이었다. 그리고 공업계 마이스터고 학생이 특성화고 학생보다, 남학생이 여학생보다, 교과성적이 높은 학생이 취업준비도가 더 높았다. 넷째, 공업계 고등학생들의 회복탄력성은 직접적으로 학생들의 취업준비도에 영향을 미칠뿐 아니라 전공만족도를 매개로 하여 취업준비도에 영향을 주었다. 그리고 다중집단분석을 통하여 공업계 고등학생들의 회복탄력성과 전공만족도, 취업준비도의 관계는 마이스터고와 특성화고 모두에 적용되는 모형임이 확인되었다.

보건교사가 인식하는 보건교육환경과 교사효능감 및 직무만족도 (Awareness of Health Education Environment, Teacher Efficacy, and Job Satisfaction of School Nurses in Korea)

  • Purposes: The aim of this study was to examine the awareness of health education environment, teacher efficacy, and job satisfaction and to identify their relationship. Methods: A total of 193 school nurses from elementary/middle/high schools in Korea were enrolled in this descriptive study. The awareness of health education environment, teacher efficacy, and job satisfaction were measured using structured questionnaires. Results: The awareness on health education environment was $3.10{\pm}.56$ on average. School nurses with positive awareness on the environment showed significantly greater efficacy and job satisfaction than those with negative awareness, and school nurses at elementary schools had positive awareness on the environment compared with those in middle/high schools. Those with work experience of 11 years or more had a positive awareness on the environment. However, heavy workload, lots of work irrelevant to school nursing and few training opportunities on health education were recognized negative items. The awareness on the health education environment was positively correlated with teacher efficacy and job satisfaction, respectively. In particular, the awareness on health education environment influenced teacher efficacy and job satisfaction. Conclusion: Teacher efficacy and job satisfaction should be enhanced through continued improvement of the health education environment to promote the effect of health education.

일부 지역 청소년의 삶의 만족에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Levels of and Predictors of Satisfaction with Life in Korean Adolescent)

  • Purpose: This study was done to investigate satisfaction with life in adolescents, and to identify factors affecting satisfaction with lift for adolescents. Method: The participants were 540 adolescents. Data were collected through self-report questionnaires which were constructed to include satisfaction with life, mental health, family adaptability and cohesion, and school adjustment. The data were analyzed using the SPSS program. Results: Satisfaction with life in adolescents correlated with mental health, family adaptability and cohesion, and school adjustment. Satisfaction with lift in adolescents was significantly different according to scholastic achievement, parents being alive, economic level of family, and types of family cohesion and adaptability. Significant predictors influencing satisfaction with life in adolescents were school adjustment, family cohesion, mental health, and economic level of family, and these predictors accounted for $28.3\%$ of the variance in satisfaction with lift. Conclusion: The above findings indicate that satisfaction with life in adolescents is influenced by mental health, family function, and school adjustment. Therefore when nursing interventions are developed to improve satisfaction with life in adolescents, these factors need to be considered.

경기 안산지역 학교급식 조리종사원의 업무특성에 대한 만족도 (Job Satisfaction of School Food-Service Employee in Ansan Gyoeng-gi Do)

  • The objective of this study is to verify work satisfaction of school food-service employee, of their job characteristics. Subjects were comprised 9 elementary schools, 11 middle schools, and 3 high schools in Ansan city. Data were analyzed 203 questionnaires for frequency, means, one-way ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test, t-test, and Pearson correlation using SPSS PC Package. Most of the respondents were high school graduate(91.1%), under one million won salary(41.9%), and non license holder(60.6%). Working conditions were part-time job(41.9%), unlimited contractors(51.2%), and 3-5 years of working experience(21.7%). Measure of overall job satisfaction by Likert-type 5 scale, satisfaction of work operation attitude was 3.55 points and work characteristic duty of 4.32 points. The certificate qualified and elementary school's working posture were more satisfied their work attitude than other groups(p<0.05). Salary satisfaction score showed 2.64 points, but the work esteem satisfaction showed 3.34 points. The factor of working circumstance and potentiality satisfaction was only 2.61 points, but interpersonal connection and communication satisfaction was 3.50 points. Between job satisfactions factors, they were highly correlated with each other. The pride and characteristic duty of the work showed the strongest correlated(p<0.001). The satisfaction score of work operation attitude were significantly correlated with characteristic duty(p<0.001), work esteem, interpersonal relationships and communication(p<0.01). With this results, work satisfaction of food service employees showed a relatively high to perform a job task characteristics and work attitudes. However, the working environment and growth in salaries satisfaction were low. A set of duties must be paid according to the labor intensity. As removing the disturbing factors, the improvement in the quality of the feed will be able to expect substantial effects.

학교관리자 안전교육의 만족도가 전이의도에 미치는 영향요인 연구 - 학교안전 인식의 매개효과 분석을 중심으로 - (Study on the Factors Influencing School Administrators' Safety Education Satisfaction on Transition Intention: Focusing on the Mediation Effect of School Safety Awareness)

  • 본 연구는 학교 안전관리자의 인식이 학교안전의 전이의도에 미치는 영향요인과 매개효과를 분석하여 학교 안전 교육 프로그램의 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다. 연구의 결과를 종합해보면, 전이의도에 가장 영향력이 있는 변수로는 내용만족도로 나타났다. 그 다음으로 강사만족도, 환경에 대한 만족도 순으로 영향력이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 교육방법에 대한 만족도는 통계적으로 유의미하지 않은 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 학교 안전교육에 대한 일반적 인식은 학교관리자 안전교육의 만족도와 학교안전 전이의도의 관계의 매개효과가 존재한 것으로 나타났다.

사회지지와 근무환경이 어린이집 교사의 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향 : 업무요인과 소진을 매개로 (The Influence of Work Environment, Job-related Environment and Burnout on the Satisfaction with Life among Nursery School Teachers)

  • 본 연구는 어린이집에 근무하고 있는 교사의 삶의 만족도에 어떤 요인들이 영향을 미치는 지를 탐색하고자 시도하였다. 이를 위해 전국의 어린이집에 근무하고 있는 여자 교사 302명을 대상으로 삶의 만족도에 영향을 주는 요인들 즉 근무환경요인(사회지지와 근무환경), 업무환경요인(업무스트레스와 직무만족도) 및 소진요인으로 범주화하여 이들 변인이 어린이집 교사의 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 업무스트레스에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 사회지지와 근무환경이었다. 둘째, 직무만족도에 직접적인 영향을 미친 요인으로는 사회지지와 업무스트레스였다. 셋째, 소진에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 사회지지와 업무스트레스, 직무만족도였다. 넷째, 삶의 만족도에 직접적인 영향을 미친 요인으로는 근무환경과 직무만족도 및 소진이었다. 본 연구결과를 종합하면 어린이집 교사의 삶의 만족도에 근무환경, 직무만족도 및 소진은 직접적으로 영향을 미치고 있으며, 사회지지와 업무스트레스는 소진을 통해 간접적으로 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

간호대학생의 봉사활동, 자아존중감 및 직업존중감이 전공만족도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Volunteering, Self-esteem and Job-esteem on Major Satisfaction among Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 봉사활동, 자아존중감 및 직업존중감이 전공만족도에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구로, 전라남북도에 소재한 2개 대학교의 간호학과에 재학 중인 1~4학년 339명을 대상으로 하였다. 봉사활동은 대상자의 34.8%가 경험이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 일반적 특성에 따른 자아존중감은 성별, 종교, 경제상태, 학교생활만족에서 유의미한 차이를 보였으며 직업존중감은 종교와 학교생활만족에서 전공만족도는 학년, 경제상태, 학교생활만족에서 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 봉사활동 특성에 따른 자아 존중감은 봉사활동만족에서 유의미한 차이를 보였으며, 직업존중감은 봉사활동경험과 봉사활동횟수에서 그리고 전공만족도는 봉사활동횟수, 봉사활동일, 봉사활동만족에서 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 전공만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 학교생활만족, 자아존중감, 직업존중감으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 볼 때, 간호대학생의 전공만족도를 향상시키기 위해서는 학교생활만족, 자아존중감 및 직업존중감을 높일 수 있는 전략이 필요함을 확인할 수 있었다.

서울.인천 지역 학교 영양사의 직무 스트레스 요인이 심리적 직무 스트레스 수준과 직무 만족에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Job Stress Factors on Psychological Job Stress and Job Satisfaction Levels of School Dietitians in the Seoul and Incheon Area)

  • The effects of job stress factors on psychological job stress and job satisfaction levels of school dietitians were evaluated. Questionnaires were distributed to 163 elementary school foodservice dietitians in the Seoul and Incheon area. Statistical data analysis was completed using the SPSS program. The highest stress factor was the importance of the job followed by role ambiguity, autonomy and identity, communication and participation. When dealing with job stress, the subjects showed improved and positive behaviors when communicating and participating with each other. The analysis of the relationships between job stress factors and job satisfaction revealed that the importance of the job had a negative effect on jog satisfaction. while role conflict and overload, personal relationships, and experience accumulation had positive effects. Ample occupational experience and background had highly positive effects on school dietitians' job satisfaction level whereas negative results were shown concerning circulated appointments(p<0.01). Based on these results, we suggest that role conflict and overload should be reduced in order to lower job stress levels and enhance job satisfaction levels.

경기 일부 지역 중학생의 성별에 따른 급식인식 및 급식 품질 속성 비교 분석 (Analysis of the Recognition and Quality Attributes on School Lunch Service of Middle School Students by Gender in Gyeonggi Province)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to find ways to improve foodservice quality and satisfaction of middle school students in school lunch service. Recognition of concerns about school lunch and quality attributes was evaluated by gender. And we tried to investigate quality attributes which could affect degree of foodservice satisfaction by gender. Methods: Two hundred students from each of 6 middle schools (3 schools in urban and 3 schools in rural) in Gyeonggi Province were surveyed using self-developed questionnaires. Total of 1,103 questionnaires (male 556 and female 547) were collected and data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, t-test, cross table and stepwise multiple regression by SPSS 11.0. Results: There were not significant differences in average importance scores (male 4.09, female 4.06) and average performance scores (male 3.36, female 3.30) of quality attributes between middle school boys and girls. But there were significant differences in 7 and 6 of 25 quality attributes in evaluating importance and performance respectively by gender. There was not a significant difference (male 3.13, female 3.24) in degree of foodservice satisfaction by gender. But there were significant differences in the distribution of satisfaction. Stepwise multiple regression analysis showed that degree of satisfaction was influenced by a taste of food, quick complaint handling, providing favorite foods, and food hygiene in male students (F=$51.1^{***}$, adjusted $R^2$=.265). Degree of satisfaction was influenced by a taste of food, providing favorite food, proper meal prices, providing a wide variety of food in female students (F=$91.4^{***}$, adjusted $R^2$=.399). Conclusion: We found out that there were significant differences in quality attributes when evaluating importance and performance and in quality attributes which could affect foodservice satisfaction by gender.

영양 및 식품관련 교육 및 학생의 식습관에 따른 학교급식 만족도 조사 (Students' Satisfaction of School Lunch According to the Dietary Habit and Educational Experience of Nutrition and Food)

  • This paper verifies the effect of the personal dietary habits on students' school lunch satisfaction and the effect of food related activities such as rural communities' experience and safe and nutrition education. Personal dietary habits (5-Likert scale), satisfaction of school lunch (5-Likert scale), and rural community experiences, are investigated. A survey from 10 middle schools in Gyeonggi-do was undertaken from September to October, 2014. Multi regression analysis and t -test are applied. This study applied factor analysis and derived three latent variables in order to know the latent variables of eating habits. Students with rural communities' experience are satisfied with school lunches more than those who have not experienced it. Further related education (such as eating habits, safe and organic food) have a positive effect on students' school lunch satisfaction. Appreciation for school lunch (p<.001) and eating breakfast (p<.01) are significant among the independent variables that included three latent variables, the taste of school lunch (p<.001), eating well all kinds of food (p <.001). The results shows that students with a balanced diet are more satisfied with school lunches. Personal eating habits and understanding food and agriculture are important factors to improve students' satisfaction about school lunch on top of the quality of food and facilities. Students with rural community experience show improved satisfaction and this experience can be a good way for students to understand food. Food related education (including farming) are recommended to raise student school lunch satisfaction.
