The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of the introduction of 'business performance evaluation program' on the changes in organizational culture and employee commitment. The data for this study were collected three times, in 2006, 2008, and 2009 from the employees at a public hospital in Korea. The main findings of this study are as follows. 1. Organizational culture has gradually changed as the 'business performance evaluation program' was introduced and implemented. Regarding the changes in the different type of culture, we can see that group culture, developmental culture and rational culture has been stronger and, on the other hand, the introduction of 'the program' did not have as much impact on the hierarchical culture as on the other types of culture. 2. The group culture has have more impact on the organizational commitment than other types of culture. In case of the hierarchical culture, however, statistically significant relationships could not be found between the organizational commitment and the introduction of business performance evaluation program.

The main purpose of this study is to investigate foreigners' perception regarding Korean business culture and Korean business culture education. People who participated in this study are six foreign workers after studying at the university or graduate school in Korea. A phenomenological qualitative research method was used in this study in order to elicit life experiences from foreign workers who were working in Korea business companies. Therefore, their experience regarding Korean business culture and business culture education were measured by in-depth interviews. This study shows that nun-chi, vertical relationships, and impatience of Koreans are the most difficult culture to foreign workers. They also feel difficulties regarding Koreans' lack of understanding about other cultures. Moreover, these were not difficult components within school life; rather, the most difficult aspects were that they have never learned about the Korean business culture before getting a job. The results show that international students who want to work in Korea companies need to study about the culture of Korean business and revealed the desirability to learn. These results can be used as a foundation for understanding some contents and criterion of Korean business culture and education.

A family business is a company where most of its capital and the management position is owned by family members (clan). The leader plays an important role in defining an organization, thus influencing the organization's success. A leader who has a leadership style based on family (clan) relation has the facilitator's role when conflict appears within the organization. This research aims to find the impact of the democratic leadership model on a family business that adopts the clan cultural organization. The independent variable of this research is the democratic leadership model. Meanwhile, the dependent variable is the clan culture within the organization. This research uses a quantitative method with a descriptive and causality type of research. This research population is PT Global Avionika Indonesia staff, where the data was acquired by distributing questionnaires using a saturated sampling technique. The finding in this research shows a positive and significant impact of the democratic leadership model on the clan culture within the organization PT Global Avionika. The determination test also points out that democratic leadership models affect 19.8 percent of the clan culture within the organization, and the rest of 80.2 percent were affected by other factors that were not covered in this research.

본 연구에서는 다양성영화의 온라인 배급 사례를 분석하였다. 영화의 온라인유통은 일반적으로 극장상영 이후에 매체의 다양화를 통한 수익의 확대 측면에서 이루어지나, 다양성영화의 온라인 유통은 현실적으로 유일한 유통배급망일 경우가 많다. 이 연구는 다양성영화의 온라인 유통양상을 분석하여 다양성영화에 적절한 온라인 배급 형태를 고찰하는 것을 목표로 하였다.

Hypertrophy and the alteration of renal cell growth have been reported as early abnormality in diabetic nephropathy. However, the effects ot high PKCglucose and its action mechanism in renal proximal tubular cell (PTC) have not been elucidated. High glucose condition increases diacyl glycerol (DAG) and activates protein kinase C (PKC) in renal tubular cells. The PKC activates mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPK), such as extracellular regulated kinase (ERK) and p38 MAPK. (omitted)

본 논문에서는 매년 증가하고 있는 청소년 허리질환의 문제를 해결하고자 가성비가 높은 스마트 방석을 개발하였다. 스마트 방석은 일반 방석에 압력센서 4개를 장착하고 앉은 사람의 자세를 모니터링하여 스마트폰과 PC를 통해 실시간 또는 통계적으로 분석해 준다. 이는 사용자로 하여금 경각심을 갖도록 유도하며 좌, 우측별 불균형한 자세를 교정하도록 하는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.

본 논문에서는 컴퓨터비전 기술 기반의 라이브러리를 이용해 미아 얼굴 정보를 중심으로 매칭을 하는 시스템으로서, 미아 데이터베이스에 등록된 얼굴과 유사한 미아를 정확도 순으로 배열해 주는 시스템을 개발한다. 이는 기존의 텍스트 정보 중심의 미아에 대한 정보 등록 및 조회를 하게 되었을 때 발생하는 정보의 부정확성 등의 문제점을 해결하고 편하고 빠르고 정확하게 정보 입력과 매칭을 함으로써 골든 타임 안에 미아를 찾을 수 있는 장점이 있다.
