본 연구의 목적은 인지적 업무분석(CWA) 프레임워크를 활용하여 중학생들의 공공도서관에서의 정보행태를 조사하며, 도서관 공간에서의 행태 분석 연구에서 CWA의 효과를 파악하는데 있다. 연구방법으로 CWA 프레임워크를 적용한 심층면담과 관찰방법을 사용하였다. 연구 결과 학생들이 보고서 작성을 위해 도서관에서 자료를 찾을 때, 보고서에 적합한 자료, 도서관 자료의 한정성, 도서관의 개관시간, 자료의 이용 가능성 등이 정보행태에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이용 행동은 크게 3가지 타입으로 보여주고 있는데, 온라인목록을 이용하여 자료의 청구기호를 확인한 후, 서가에서 자료를 찾아 열람테이블에서 보고서를 작성하는 타입, 바로 서가에 가서 필요한 자료를 찾아 대출하는 타입, 도서관 직원에 의존하여 자료를 대출하는 타입으로 구분되었다. 또한 CWA는 도서관 공간에서 정보행태를 조사하는데 효과적이지만, 여러 가지 복합적인 조사가 누적되어야만 효과적으로 공간을 재구성하는데 적용할 수 있다고 본다.

We present a library of high-resolution (R~45,000) and high signal-to-noise ratio ($S/N{\geq}200$) near-infrared spectra of 147 standard stars. High quality spectra were obtained with Immersion GRating INfrared Spectrograph (IGRINS) covering the full range of H ($1.496-1.795{\mu}m$) and K ($2.080-2.460{\mu}m$) bands. The targets are mainly selected as MK standard stars which have well-defined spectral types and luminosity classes, and cover a wide range of effective temperatures and surface gravities. The spectra were corrected for telluric absorption lines and absolute flux calibrated using Two Micron All Sky Survey (2MASS) photometry. We find new spectral indices in H and K bands and provide their EWs. We describe empirical relations between the measured EWs and stellar atmosphere parameters such as effective temperature and surface gravity.

Purpose - The purpose is to present an efficient library-use education model in the form of flip learning, reflecting traditional teaching methods and gamification elements even in such non-face-to-face and face-to-face situations after COVID-19. Research design, data, and methodology - Research on library use education, research on ubiquitous environment and gamification instructional design, flip the learning, and gamification elements are classified, compared, and analyzed to present educational models for library education, COVID-19 Pandemic situation, and subsequent library use education. Result - We propose an e-learning content development strategy for flipped learning-based library education. First, benchmark and use the existing educational contents. Second, a user-friendly interface is configured so that learners can flexibly organize their learning contents. Third, it allows learners to experience it directly or indirectly in a virtual space. Conclusion - If the e-learning environment can be standardized to the level of schools or educational institutions, a good educational model that can be used not only in library user education but also in other fields will be possible.

We present a library of high spectral resolution (R ~ 40,000) and high signal-to-noise ratio (S/N ~ 200) near-infrared spectra of ~50 late-type stars. The spectra of late-type stars were obtained with Immersion GRating INfrared Spectrograph (IGRINS) covering the full H and K band. The stars are mainly from MK standard stars which have well-defined spectral types and luminosity classes and cover wide ranges of effective temperatures and surface gravities. The spectra are corrected for telluric absorption lines and absolutely flux calibrated using the Two Micron All Sky Survey (2MASS) photometry. In this work, we present the preliminary results of spectroscopic diagnostics for stellar physical parameters. Our ultimate goal is to provide a library of near-infrared spectra of standard stars, which covers all spectral types and luminosity classes, with a high spectral resolution and high signal-to-noise ratio.

4차산업혁명에 따라 새로운 교육 환경이 도래하는 상황 속에서 충청남도 교육청 소속 19개 공공도서관의 활성화를 위한 새로운 방향을 모색하기 위해 현황분석과 사서, 사서교사, 전문가 대상 포커스그룹인터뷰를 실시하였다. 연구방법을 통해 충청남도 교육청 소속 공공도서관의 비전으로 도서관 커뮤니티 스쿨을 통한 지식체험 에듀라이브러리를 설정하였다. 에듀라이브러리로서 공공도서관 서비스의 방향을 교육기능 특화 서비스, 생애주기 맞춤 서비스, 지식체험중심서비스, 4차산업혁명 지능정보사회 서비스로 나누어 살펴보았다. 도서관의 전통적 기능을 바탕으로 미래 공공도서관이 갖추어야 할 공간을 체험학습 공간으로 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 충남교육청 소속 도서관의 교육기능을 강화한 특화된 방향을 제시하였는데 이는 학교 및 학교도서관과 협력 방안 모색에 기여할 수 있을 것이며, 타 지역 교육청 소속 도서관의 방향성 마련에 기반을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

연구는 초등학교 저학년과 고학년, 학부모로 구성된 어린이 도서관 이용자들 200여명이 인지하는 별치 자료간 희망 인지 거리를 다차원척도법(Multi-Dimensional Scaling: MDS)과 K-means 군집분석을 활용해 비교 분석하고 이들의 인지 거리가 실제 어린이 도서관에 어떻게 투영되어 있는지 몇 가지 사례를 통하여 검토해 보았다. 다차원척도법은 분석 대상의 유사성이나 속성 등을 평가하여 공간상에 투영시키는 기법으로 마케팅에서 주로 시장 진단을 위해 활용되지만, 제품이나 시설에 대한 이용자의 인지적 거리를 분석하여 이상적인 물리적 배치 방안을 제시하는 데에도 적용할 수 있다. 분석 결과, 별치 자료간 인지 거리에 있어 초등학교 저학년과 고학년 그리고 학부모 집단간에 각각 차이가 나타났으며, 특히 유 아동자료와 컴퓨터자료 그리고 유아자료와 아동자료간의 인지 거리에 있어 큰 차이가 존재하는 것으로 분석되었다. 한편, Y구의 3개 어린이도서관을 대상으로 분석된 인지 거리 체계가 어떻게 투영되어 있는지 확인해 본 결과, 특정 집단의 인지 체계에 완벽히 부합하는 공간 구조를 지닌 도서관은 존재하지 않았으나, 공통적으로 유 아동자료와 컴퓨터자료, 그리고 유아자료와 아동자료가 분리 배치되어 있다는 점에서 학부모와 초등학생들의 인지 거리가 부분적으로 투영되어 있는 것으로 검토되었다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the present state of elementary school libraries in Daejeon Metropolitan City. For this 50 schools are surveyed by questionnaires on two groups of teachers, those that take charge of school library and those who do not. As a results of this research following issues are emerged. First, the present state of surveyed school libraries is below standard with regard to the amount of books and size and it is required to improve these poor conditions. Second, the space programs are not sufficient to conduct enlarging scope of school libraries, which is conspicuous in spaces for affording librarians, supporting various activities and serving user's convenience. Third, in spite of poor conditions in school library facilities, respondents' satisfaction rate is not so low and there's no obvious demand for diversity of spaces.

본 연구는 일본에서의 지역사회에 개방하는 학교도서관에 대한 개방과 배치유형 및 공간구성에 관한 연구로서 학교내 설치되어 있는 학교도서관을 여러 가지 대안으로 개방함으로써 지역주민의 도서관 이용접근성을 증진시키고 나아가 시민의 정보접근환경을 개선시키는 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 일본의 경우 1953년에 학교도서관법의 단일법령을 세계 최초로 제정하였을 정도로 학교교육에서 차지하는 도서관의 중요성을 공감하고 있었으며, 이러한 움직임에 힘입어 학교도서관의 설치율이 100%에 이르는 성과를 이뤄냈다. 또한 이런 도서관이 지역에 개방되어 지역주민의 도서관 이용을 증진시키는 과정이 이루어지고 있으며, 전체 소 중 고교 중 11.6%에 달하는 학교도서관이 주민에게 개방되었다. 점차 노령화되고 초등학교 시설내의 이용이 저감되는 시점에서 학교교사의 활용방안을 도서관의 확장과 개방화를 통해 이용대안을 모색하고 학교와 지역마다의 특성을 다양하게 반영할 수 있는 여러 대안이 제시된다면 학교도서관 개방이 보다 적극적으로 이루어질 것으로 기대하며, 이는 정보화시대에 국민의 평등한 정보접근환경제공과 평생교육의 제공으로 이루어질 것이다. 학교도서관이 지역사회와 적합한 규모와 형태로 설치되기 위한 유형과 관련된 연구를 통하여 학교도서관이 개방되어 본연의 기능을 수행하는 데에 기여할 것으로 기대한다.

교구$\cdot$ 설비기준은 학교 교육과정을 위한 기본 요소를 의미한다. 지식기반사회에서 학교도서관은 교육과정을 지원하고 정보활용과 독서지도를 위한 기본적인 교육환경이다. 따라서 학교도서관 교구 설비기준은 학교도서관의 사명을 담아야 하며, 교육적 역할에 적합한 구성요소를 포함하여야 한다. 그러나 현행 기준은 양적 질적 측면에서 불충분하다. 따라서 학교교구·설비기준 개정 시, 학교도서관 교구 ·설비기준은 특히 다음과 같은 내용을 포함하여야 한다. 1. 시설 지침; 2. 기본 설비 방안; 3. 교육적 역할에 적합한 교구 기준; 4. 기본 공간별 설비 종목; 5. 보다 상세한 정보기기 종목; 6. 특수학교도서관 기준 개선

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the case of 'drive-thru' services newly introduced and tried in libraries in Korea under the influence of COVID-19, and to develop and propose a service model so that this service can be continuously applied to all libraries in the future. Therefore, the method of study was selected and analyzed by selecting one of the representative libraries that provide related services in Seoul Special City, Incheon Metropolitan City, and Anyang City of Gyeonggi Province. In addition, a focus group interview was conducted with twelve people in charge to find a way to apply the drive-thru service to the library. As a result, the library's drive-thru service is a way to fulfill the library's original purpose of providing information materials while minimizing faceto-face contact with users. It was concluded that it is a suitable method for a library of complex buildings, where there is a lack of parking space. In addition, it was deduced that it may be one of the ways to use the library efficiently for office workers who are unable to use library services during the opening hours. Therefore, if the drive-thru service is implemented according to the developed model, it is expected to increase the library visit rate and data utilization rate.
