′학교도서관′ 학교의 중심으로 육성 (Rebuilding the School Library as Center in the School)

  • 지식기반사회에 적합한 창의적$\cdot$자율적 인재양성을 위해 학생들의 책 읽기 습관 함양과 탐구 중심의 수업방법 개선이 필요하게 되었으며, 제7차 교육과정의 시행에 따라 수행평가, 재량활동$\cdot$특별활동 등을 지원하기 위한 기본시설로서 학교도서관의 중요성이 부각되었다. 이에 따라 '학교도서관 활성화 종합방안'을 수립하게 되었는데 그 주요내용은 열악한 학교도서관 환경을 개선하기 위한 시설, 장서, 재정, 인력운영 계획과 함께 학교도서관이 교수-학습활동을 실질적으로 지원할 수 있도록 도서관 활용 수업 방안까지 포괄됨으로써 학교도서관이 명실상부하게 학교의 중심부로 자리잡도록 하는 데 주안점을 두고 있다.

A Study on Improving the Accuracy of Medical Images Classification Using Data Augmentation

  • 본 연구는 합성곱 신경망 모델에서 이미지 데이터 증강을 통하여 대장암 진단 모델의 정확도를 개선하고자 하였다. 이미지 데이터 증강은 기초 이미지 조작 방법을 이용하여 뒤집기, 회전, 이동, 밀림, 주밍을 사용하였다. 본 연구에서는 실험설계를 위해 보유하고 있는 5000개의 이미지 데이터에 대해 훈련 데이터와 평가 데이터로 각각 4000개와 1000개로 나누었으며, 훈련 데이터 4000개에 대해 이미지 데이터 증강 기법으로 4000개와 8000개의 이미지를 추가하여 모델을 학습시켰다. 평가 결과는 훈련 데이터 4000개, 8000개, 12000개에 대한 분류 정확도가 각각 85.1%, 87.0%, 90.2%로 나왔으며 이미지 데이터 증강에 따른 개선 효과를 확인하였다.

  • 정부정책은 시장과 기업에 많은 영향력을 행사하기 때문에 정부정책에 대한 평가는 중요한 현안이다. 현재 우리나라에서 CM정책을 제시하는 대표적인 자료는 건설산업기본계획과 건설기술진흥기본계획으로 이를 통해 정부의 CM정책을 이해할 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 제3차 건설산업기본계획과 제4차 건설기술진흥기본계획에 제시된 CM정책항목을 중심으로 CM정책에 대한 CM기업의 인식과 평가를 Gap 분석기법을 활용하여 중요도와 실행도의 관점에서 분석하고 주요 특징 및 시사점을 도출하는데 있다. 본 연구를 통해 나타난 주요 결과는 정부가 제시한 CM정책항목에 대해서는 전반적으로 중요하다고 CM기업이 인식하고 있는 반면 실행도에 대해서는 낮은 평가를 내리고 있다는 것이다. 향후 정부는 새로운 CM정책항목의 발굴보다는 이미 발굴되어 있는 CM정책항목의 이행전략과 성과점검에 보다 노력을 경주할 필요가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

국방연구개발 시험개발사업 성과평가지표 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on Developing the Performance Evaluation Indicators of Defense R&D Test Development Projects)

  • In this paper we develop a model for the performance evaluation of defense R&D test development projects based on analytic hierarchy process. First, evaluation indicators are collected through the related literature survey and a delphi inquiry method. Second, stepwise multiple linear regression is used for developing a hierarchical structure for analytic hierarchy process in the evaluation model, which can make the selected evaluation indicators of the hierarchical structure independent. Also we verify the effectiveness of proposed indicators of the performance evaluation by comparing with the existing evaluation indicators. The developed indicators for the performance evaluation is more reasonable and practical than the previous indicators on defense R&D test development projects.

An Analysis of The Kindergarten-elementary School Transition Policy from The New Perspective of "Bidirectional Articulation"

  • In March 2021, the <Guidance on Promoting the Scientific Interface between Kindergarten and Elementary School> issued by the Ministry of Education of China clearly pointed out that it is necessary to adhere to child oriented. This goal of this policy is based on the idea of "living education" proposed by Mr. Heqin Chen in 1940, which indicates that a true understanding of children is necessary before talking about educating them. The core goal of "bidirectional articulation" is to strengthen the sense of articulation between kindergartens and elementary school, scientifically prepare for and adapt to school enrollment, and promote the smooth transition of children. Moreover, the <Guidance Points for Kindergarten Readiness Education> and the <Guidance Points for Elementary School Adaptation Education>, which were released at the same time as the <Guidance on Promoting the Scientific Interface between Kindergarten and Elementary School>, also place special emphasis on the cultivation of children's life preparation and adaptability. The aim of the bidirectional articulation "bridging" is to realize a two-way exchange of curriculum between kindergarten and elementary school, and to reform the curriculum at three levels through the curriculum spirit of "gamification", the continuous curriculum structure, and the developmental curriculum evaluation.

사교육비 지출에 영향을 주는 학교 특성의 분석 (The Effects of School Characteristics on Private Education Expenditure)

  • 본고는 한국교육종단연구의 중학생 표본 및 교육행정 데이터의 학교 자료를 이용하여 사교육 수요에 영향을 주는 구체적인 학교 특성을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 교사에 대한 개별 학생의 평가지수가 높고 교원의 평균 학력이 높을수록 사교육비 지출액이 적었고, 수준별로 운영되는 교과교실도 해당 과목의 사교육비 지출액을 줄이는 효과가 있었다. 이 결과는 정규 수업의 질을 높이기 위한 교원양성 방식의 개선과 학생 중심의 교원평가제 도입, 그리고 평준화의 단점을 보완하기 위한 수준별 수업의 운영 등이 사교육 경감에 도움이 될 수 있다는 것을 의미한다.

데이터 거버넌스 수준평가 모델 개발의 제안 (A Level Evaluation Model for Data Governance)

  • The purpose of this paper is to develop a model of level evaluation for data governance that can diagnose and verify level of insufficient part of operating data governance. We expanded the previous study related on attribute indices of data governance and developed a level model of evaluation and items. The model of level evaluation for data governance is the level of evaluation and has items of 400 components. We used previous studies and expert opinion analysis such as the Delphi technique, KJ method in this paper. This study contributes to literature by developing a level evaluation model for data governance at the early phase. This paper will be used for the base line data in objective evidence of performance in the companies and agencies of operating data governance.

  • In this study, demand side management for efficiency enhancement of district heating has been investigated. Objectives of demand side management of district heating are classified and analyzed. Foreign and domestic examples are studied. Evaluation methods of demand side management of district heating are studied. Applications and expected effect of the results are presented. Finally directions for demand side management of district heating efficiency enhancement are suggested.

신재생에너지 발전 출력 예측과 경제성 종합평가 기술개발 (Development of Economic Evaluation Solution and Power Prediction of Renewable Energy System)

  • In this paper, a very new web-based software for renewable energy system (RES) design and economic evaluation was introduced. This solution would provide the precise RES estimation service including not only photovoltaic (PV), wind turbine (WT) and fuel cell (FC) individually but also energy storage system (ESS) as combined forms with PV or WT. The three reasons why we ought to develop it are: First, the standardized tool suitable to the domestic environment for estimating power generation from RES facilities and economic evaluation is required. Secondly, the standardized tool is needed to spread domestic RES supply policy and to promote the new industry in the micro-grid field. The last, the reliability of economic evaluation should be enhanced more for new facilities. To achieve those aims, the weather database of one hundred locations have established and the RES facility database has also constructed. For the energy management, mathematical models for PV, WT, ESS and FC were developed. As a final phase, the analytical process to evaluate economics has performed with field data verification.

건강증진모델학교 분석: 고등학교를 중심으로 (Analysis of Health Promoting Schools: Focusing on High Schools)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the actual conditions and operational problems of Health Promotion Model School' in high school. Methods: We conducted a content analysis of 2014 results report and staffs' responses of five high schools among 85 'Health Promotion Model Schools' led by Ministry of Education from 2012 to 2014. Results: The study examined the operational process of health promoting schools in five stages; system development, needs survey & current status survey, school health policy development, program development & execution, and evaluation. Every step was found to be inadequate. In addition, the study discovered three key factors in operating health promoting schools and examined the status of each factor; connection with the curriculum, connection with the community, and consensus among members. Three factors were also applied poorly. Compared to elementary school, high school showed a lack of all respects. Health promoting school staffs have faced difficulties in linking community resources, organizing and operating a working committee, conducting surveys and assessing health problems, preparing self-assessment or external evaluation, and developing strategies and programs. In order to solve the operational problems, active cooperation of all teachers is urgent. Conclusion: 'Health Promotion Model School' conducted in high school is not considered to have faithfully implemented WHO's concept of health promoting school. In the future, incentive policies for health promoting school teachers should be actively reviewed.
