The purpose of this study is to consider how the competency of management consultants and completion index of consulting. influences the management performance. For this research. we chose 500 small & medium enterprises located all over the country that have implemented management consulting in recent 3 years. And we have done survey for the employees. and gathered and analyzed 294 samples. The result of research is as follows. First, Job competency of management consultants have reliable influence on the business performance and organization effectiveness. Second, Job competency and Common competency of management consultants have reliable influences on the completion index of consulting. Third, Job competency of management consultants and completion index of consulting have reliable influences on management performance. Fourth, Completion index of consulting have mediated job competency of consultants and management performance. Fifth, the impact was estimated that the more manager supporting is, the more job competency of consultant have an effect on organization effectiveness. These findings suggest that through the efficient way to perform successful consulting and identify an association between factors, it can contribute to small & medium enterprise management consulting activated.

Until now, because a new product (or facility) launched in market has been retired from one year of age, we can have had ASL by stub-curve method by Iowa curve. Recently, many innovative products with important role in market like display and solar-cell etc. are more durable and, what are better, they have the constant variance in ASL because of their good quality. Of course, there are some ones like smart mobile phone with relatively big dispersion in ASL. Estimating ASL of products like display and solar-cell etc., the new approach is needed. In this paper a new method applied traditional Iowa curve with accelerated reliability test (indoor/outdoor) etc. is proposed.

This paper aims to identify the area of knowledge required for constructing test items by comparing the consulting contents with the area of MKT(Mathematical Knowledge for Teaching). This paper collects the consulting results by the consulting group of A provincial office of education from 2007 to 2009, and analyzes and categorizes the results. The knowledge for constructing test items are known by the analysis on the consulting contents. Training and consulting for teachers are necessary to enable them to recognize the importance of these categories and improve the quality of test items.

Smart City operates with the purpose of solving urban problems. The important thing in smart city operation is that spatial information must be managed at a high level. In addition, it has the characteristics of being managed by one platform. This study presented the core value dimension of smart city based on analysis of various domestic and overseas smart city operation cases. Smart cities are basically operated based on spatial information, and the higher the level of spatial information, the more smart city services can be connected and managed in an integrated manner. The performance dimension of smart city core values presented in the study includes prosperity, personalization, convenience, accuracy, sustainability, safety, environment, integration, etc., and there is a connectivity dimension, a concept that can be managed in an integrated manner. This study will be useful for empirical research on smart city performance dimension design and surveys based on case studies. It will also help field managers who develop, operate, and manage smart cities when quantifying performance dimensions.

The research investigates the changes of current government policy for Micro-enterprises with respect to the government policy fund, start-up, management education and the relevant consulting services. The examination is used for providing the improving directions of Micro-enterprise government policy reflecting on the current Micro-enterprises. While Micro-enterprise belongs to the class of Small enterprise, the impact of the government policies in Micro-enterprise is much bigger than the other. For this reason, the fundamental investigation considering Micro-enterprise is crucial. In order to provide the improving directions, this research examines the incumbent government policies. Then, the analyses provides the changing agenda for Micro-enterprise. The suggestions contributes to the improving criteria for right paradigm of Micro-enterprise.

Recently Internet addiction problems of teenagers are so serious that the education to solve the problems are required in school. However, teachers are suffering difficulties to intervene students' Internet addiction because they do not have expert knowledge about student counselling and Internet addiction problems. In this study, in order that nonprofessional teachers in student counselling can consult easily a student who is addicted to Internet. we developed consulting contents consisted of twelve weeks consulting activities and the student consulting support system about Internet addiction problems. This system offers the consulting contents module for teachers and the information management module for students. For the experimental operation of the system and contents. we made a consocium of twenty primary and secondary schools. We selected a students who is most serious in Internet addiction problem in the school We made a class teacher counsel a student individually by applying the system. Thereafter, we analyzed the effects of consultation and presented the results.

Recently there has been a high request for support for teachers' professional development and quality control to meet the demand of educational policy to introduce teacher evaluation, master teacher status, incentives for teacher competency, etc. It has been suggested that reeducation and support for professional development would be more effective to beginning teachers with a high developmental potential than to experienced teachers with routinized instruction. Since 2005, KICE-TLC has conducted research on the development of teacher supporting programs such as teaching consultation and pedagogical content knowledge(PCK) in school subjects. In line with the current education policy and previous research by KICE, this research has been conducted to meet the need for novice teacher induction by developing consulting program focused on PCK. The goal of this research was to (1) explore the in-depth meaning of PCK in light of teaching consultation, (2) conduct a preliminary study on how to develop teaching consulting programs for secondary beginning teachers, (3) develop teaching consulting programs focused on pedagogical content knowledge (PCK), and (4) suggest implications for educational policy regarding pre-service and in-service teachers' continuing professional development and support.

This study is designed to help pre-service teachers to improve their teaching skills in elementary math class. For this, the consulting program with 5-steps was planned and applied to three elementary pre-service teachers. Each class the teachers performed was analyzed by both Flanders's Interaction Analysis Category System and participant observation. As results of consulting, the common characteristics of three pre-service teachers are shown. Firstly their teaching style is non directive, but they fail to induce their students spontaneously respond. They often ignore or don't use their students' respond they think incorrect to develop the next ideas. Simply saying, their classes are typically teacher-oriented but they are not authoritative. It is proved that consulting program is effective for improving developing non directive teaching skills, but is not much effective decreasing teachers' comment and increasing students' rolls in a math class.

The purpose of this study is to make a lot of efforts for student employment in government or university. therefore We have developed Start-up Consulting courses that include easy to find jobs, convergence and multidisciplinary knowledge. The results of the comparison between university and graduate school, management consulting, and start-up consulting curriculum were reviewed according to STEAM 's rules. The results were divided into 5 main classes and 15 sub classes according to the 15 week subject. As a result of the study, we divided into 5 main classes and 15 sub classes in accordance with the 15 week subject. We were able to apply the understanding to the 1st stage company understanding(Arts), 2 stage consulting ability(Technology) 3 stage entrepreneurship strategy(Technology) 4 stage sub consulting(STEAM) 5 stage management case analysis(Arts).

Since the first outbreak of COVID-19 in 2019, it has caused a huge blow to the restaurant industry. However, as social distancing was lifted as of April 2022, the restaurant industry gradually recovered, and as a result, interest in restaurant start-ups increased. Therefore, in this paper, big data analysis was conducted by selecting "restaurant start-up" as a key keyword through social media big data analysis using Textom and then conducting word frequency and CONCOR analysis. The collection period of keywords was selected from May 1, 2022 to May 23, 2023, after the lifting of social distancing due to COVID-19, and based on the analysis, the development of a restaurant start-up consulting chatbot service is proposed.
