  • 조선소의 생산계획 담당자가 기존 실적 정보를 이용하여 관심 대상인 미래의 생산계획 상황을 보다 쉽게 예측하여 생산계획의 적중률을 높일 수 있도록 할 예정이다. 2006년에서 2016년의 S조선사의 2차 데이터를 이용하여 요인 분석을 하고 다중회귀분석 모형을 설계하여 활용하는 프로세스를 설계한다. 사례 연구를 통해 연구 모형이 적절한지를 검증할 계획이다.

  • 지금까지 전통적인 EPQ(Economic Production Quantity) 모델에서는 생산율이 수요율보다 큰 경우만을 다루어 왔으나, 실제 시장에서는 그 반대로 수요율이 생산율보다 큰 경우도 종종 발생한다. 그러나 이러한 상황에 대한 EPQ 연구는 찾아보기 어려운 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 수요율이 생산율보다 큰 상황을 고려한 확장된 EPQ 모델(Extended EPQ Model)을 유도하고, 이를 생산재고의 유한보충률 상황(Finite Replenishment Rate Environment)에서의 MPS(Master production Schedule)와 MRP(Material Requirements Planning)에 적용하였다.

  • 현재 도심지 고층건물공사의 현장은 여유공간의 부족, 민원문제 등의 어려움과 더불어 제한적인 정보와 경험을 통해 작성되는 가설계획으로 인해 생산성 저하, 작업손실, 마감작업의 지연 등의 문제점이 가중되고 있다. 이에 대해 해결하기 위해 고려될 수 있는 방안으로 가설계획 프로세스를 정립하고 가설계획 시 발생되는 정보의 흐름을 체계화를 고려할 수 있으며, 이를 통해 실제 공사진행 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 문제점의 원인을 억제하여 공사비 절감과 공기단축의 효과를 기대할 수 있을 것이다. 따라서, 본 연구는 가설계획 프로세스를 정립하여 가설계획의 요구정보를 분석하고 정보흐름의 체계화를 통한 가설계획의 효율성을 높이는데 그 목적을 두고 있으며, 본 연구의 주요결과로서는 공정 진행과정에서 변화하는 가설계획에 대한 정보 흐름을 정립과 단계별 정보의 투입시점에 대한 적정성 분석을 통한 의사결정지원 모델을 제시하는 것이다.

  • New information technology contributes to raising of business productivity in many construction companies. The application of construction integrated management system is expected to save the time of decision-making in business management and shorten the closing account schedule. Construction Integrated Management System based on ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) system allows to control core business procedure by monitoring technique on real-time. In this paper, we achieves 10% raise up business productivity in site business area, and 30% raise up business productivity in head of nce business area by means of DW-CIMS (Daewoo Construction Integrated Management System)

Algorithms and Planning Horizons for a One-Plant Multi-Retailer System

  • This paper examines a deterministic, discrete-time, finite-horizon, production/distribution problem for a one-plant multi-retailer system. Production may occur at the plant in each time period. Customer demands at each retailer over a finite number of periods are known and must be met without backlogging. The plant as well as the retailers can serve as stocking points. The problem is to find a minimum-cost production/distribution schedule satisfying the known demands. We show that under a certain cost structure a nested policy is optimal, and present an efficient algorithm to find such an optimal policy. Planning horizon results and some computational saving schemes are also presented.

  • This study presents an application of object-oriented methodology for Open Water Management Program(OWMP). Accordingly, OWMP provides a high degree of reliability which allows modification of parameters by change of region or time to be possible OWMP consists of Data Base Management System(DBMS) and Model System. DBMS make it possible to analyze data related with planning water schedule and establishing database. Model System calculates reservoir inflow, reservoir effluent and basin water demand. A operator decides the reservoir operation with results of Model System and DBMS. OWMP could be adapted to the planning and decision for saving water.

  • The main contribution this research is the development of methodology which is capable of solving problems associated with the capacity expansion and operating schedule of energy industries. The principal concern of such industries is the proper allocation of primary energy which are required for the production of sufficient supply of electricity and petroleum products for the Korea`s energy needs. Nonlinear programming models are developed for power generation expansion planning and for the oil refinery industry. In order to deal with uncertainties about future demands for final energy, chance-constrained programming is used to formulate appropriate constraints. The methodology of the model can be used to evaluate Korean energy and expansion planning in the energy industry, especially the electric power generation industry and the refinery industry.

  • Apartments construction is a one of largest parts in buildings construction. In apartments construction, work interferences are frequently occurred in work processing because workspaces are very various and numerous. However, though work process is important for mainly influencing to the schedule, quality and cost of apartments construction, these work interferences are considered a kind of uncertainty, which is difficult to anticipate at construction planning stage, in work processing. Therefore, this study proposed the measures for work interference reduction in apartment buildings construction and the actual planning for practices. The results can be summarized as follows: (1) the standard of work process is checked regularly. (2) The scope of work and work process is adjusted. (3) The standard of drawings process and cost about work interferences work profess is established.

  • It is the important accurately to identify the needs of our customers in order to success the project. Requirements in the early stages of business is very abstract or not quantitative, and that will cause problems such as cost or schedule changes. Particularly many people are likely to prefer the early stages of the project, because the time of applying VE related cost savings is important. Owner's requirement analysis for project success in the VE process does not easy, and specific ongoing management of the requirement is difficult. Therefore, the analysis and the application of owner's requirements is limited in project process. The purpose of this study is proposed to the RFM technique to supplement the functional analysis on the basis owner's requirements analysis in planning a building project.
