Purpose: The purpose of this study was to provide basic data to establish effective clinical training programs by identifying various factors that influence the satisfaction of physical therapy students with those programs. Methods: The study subjects were 205 students from six colleges (two 4-year and four 3-year colleges) who participated in clinical training programs. The colleges have physical therapy departments and are located in Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeognam. A survey consisting of 75 questions was conducted between March and December, 2003. Survey responses were analyzed through a frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, and the multiple responses approach, and correlations among the questions were analyzed using a chi-square test. Results: The level of satisfaction with clinical training programs did not differ according to the school system or the size of the clinical training institution. However, several factors led to a higher level of satisfaction, including more active participation of students in the clinical training, more intensive instruction from school professors, a larger number of subjects to complete before the clinical training, and a higher level of student perception that their institution's clinical training program was systematic Conclusion: This study surveyed physical therapy students located in Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam who attended selected schools and training institutions that have their own individual characteristics; therefore, this study may have limitations for comparative analysis. However, if more extensive studies are per formed regionally in the future using the approach taken here, clinical training programs could be developed that can satisfy both schools and the industry.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to assess the degree of satisfaction of the clinical training program and teaching efficacy and their relationships among nursing faculty who joined clinical training program. Methods: In this cross-sectional descriptive study, seventy three nursing faculty participated in the clinical training program sponsored by Korean Academy Society of Nursing Education from July 2010 to February 2012. Collected data were analyzed by t-test, $x^2$, and Pearson's correlation coefficient through the SPSS WIN12.0 program. Results: The mean score of satisfaction of the clinical training program was $3.88{\pm}0.56$, and $4.24{\pm}0.49$ for teaching efficacy. Teaching efficacy showed associations with Major area (F=2.78, p=.014) and Goal of participation (F=3.39, p=.039). The results presented that satisfaction of the clinical training program positively correlated with teaching efficacy (r=.56, p<.001). Conclusion: This study reports high satisfaction of a clinical training program and teaching efficacy for nursing faculty. In order to increase the satisfaction of the program, there is a need to develop a client-focused program that meets the goals of participation and major areas for nursing faculty.

The purpose of this study is to make formulated examination and analysis about major two factors of dental hygienic students' satisfaction at clinical training, i.e. the contents of clinical training and their duties satisfaction, so that it can provide a basic reference material for more efficient clinical training and education. This study conducted a questionnaire survey for 427 students who were taken via simple random sampling from sophomore and junior dental hygienic students, who already experienced in clinical training courses, at some universities(and colleges) in Metropolitan and province areas. The data collected from this survey were analyzed using SPSS WIN 11.5, in parallel with t-test, one-way ANOVA and ${\chi}^2$(Chi-square) test. It was found that our students didn't feel so much satisfied at clinical training(satisfaction level = 3.34). Overall, they didn't show any significant satisfaction with the contents of training and the experiences in clinical training duties. Our dental hygiene students showed relatively low satisfaction with the contents of clinical training as well as satisfaction at clinical training duties, which ie that current clinical training in dental hygienics still remain at the level of simple assistance for dental treatment.

The purpose of this study was to identify clinical practice (clinical training education) and satisfaction depend on university hospital availability according to a survey with 850 healthcare-affiliated students. The collected data were analyzed with the SPSS17.0 program. The result was shown statistically significant difference depends on gender, major departments and satisfaction of college life. In addition, there were significant differences in satisfaction of clinical training education in the environmental aspects of practice depending on whether affiliated hospital or not. There were no significant correlation found between degree of satisfaction of clinical training education and the need for affiliated hospital (r = .204, p <.01). As a result, Attached to the university hospital can be helpful to healthcare-affiliated students on environmental and educational aspects of clinical training education. Therefore, the effective and practical training programs using university-affiliated hospitals are surely needed to develop and to apply the active support.

This study aims to analysis the curriculum problems and its improvements and to investigate curricula satisfaction among the students majoring in Clinical Pathology. A college used as a population, and 80 effective survey data were collected by sampling the graduates who carried out the clinical field training in third grade year. For statistical analysis of the collected data, the Stata(version 12.0) statistical package was used for frequency analysis, pearson correlations test and multiple regression analysis. The results of the analysis were as follows; First, the result showed that the synthetical theory curriculum has an positive effect on curricula satisfaction. Second, it was found that extension of both the clinical field training and laboratory and practice education have an significant influence direction of positiveness on curricula satisfaction. Third, as the problems of curriculum, the students selected shortage of english subjects connected with the job. We must intensify additional subjects (english ability) for job as the improvement of curriculum. Accordingly, academic, industrial circles and students are supposed to jointly seek for the plan for the enhancement of clinical field training satisfaction.

Objectives : The purpose of the is to investigate the teaching effectiveness of clinical practice instructors and the satisfaction level of dental hygiene majoring students in clinical practice training. Methods : Subjects were second and third grade 480 dental hygiene majoring students in Seoul and Gangwondo. Except 48 incomplete answers, 438 data were analyzed. Questionnaire consisted of general characteristics, teaching of clinical practice instructors, educational content, organization al skills, leadership, learning environment, evaluation skills and clinical practice satisfaction level. Results : 1. A strong positive correlation (r = 0.832) was found between teaching effectiveness and clinical practice satisfaction. A positive correlation more than 0.50 was found between the clinical practice satisfaction, encouragement and support for teaching effectiveness, educational contents, and leadership. 2. There were significant correlations between the encouragement and support (B = 0.209), educational content (B = 0.199), leadership ability (B = 0.257) and ability to create an environment (B = 0.084), evaluation ability (B = 0.083). Conclusions : Teaching effectiveness of the clinical practice instructors had influences on the clinical practice satisfaction. It is necessary to connect clinical practice instructions with satisfaction towards clinical practice to the students.

Objectives : The aim of this study is to analyze satisfaction with clinical training in the department of oriental rehabilitation medicine and the related factors. Methods : All the students in the graduating class of school of Korean Medicine, Pusan National University must be trained for 2 weeks in the department of oriental rehabilitation medicine according to clinical training guideline including Objective Structured Clinical Examination(OSCE) and Clinical Performance Examination (CPX). After completing clinical training, we distributed questionaries to them about a reflex of the object of study, usefulness, difficulty, satisfaction and preference. And then, we analyzed the related factors including descriptive statistics, frequency analysis and correlation analysis by SPSS 18.0. Results : In general, a reflex of the aim of study($7.88{\pm}1.31$), satisfaction with contents($8.17{\pm}1.20$) and difficulty($5.53{\pm}0.99$) were evaluated respectively. The better a reflex of the aim of study is, the higher satisfaction with contents is(P<0.01, r=0.836). Chuna was highly estimated, whereas pharmacopuncture was not. In OSCE, a reflex of the aim of study($8.07{\pm}1.07$) and usefulness($8.13{\pm}1.16$) were highly evaluated. The preference for physical examination of the lumbar spine was highly estimated, whereas applying splint was not. Facilities and equipment($7.88{\pm}1.11$), contents of clinical training($7.25{\pm}1.79$), the handout($7.00{\pm}1.59$) and time scheduling($5.48{\pm}1.71$) were evaluated respectively in general composition of clinical training. There is no difference related to specialty, sex and age among students. Conclusions : Clinical training program in the department of oriental rehabilitation medicine can be highly estimated from the viewpoint of difficulty and satisfaction.

Purpose : This study was investigation of satisfaction in clinical practice of students in a college. Methods : 250 students were participated in this study for 8 weeks though getting results of clinical practice from 1, 2, 3 clinic hospitals. Results : This was for knowing about achievement, It could figure out the increasing achievement the higher satisfaction with education and environment for clinical practice of physical therapy. As a result, whole satisfactions for environment and course or education in clinical practice was higher. Conclusion : This research was not too much higher satisfaction on participated students in clinical practice. So, it needs to suggest to more study for increasing satisfaction on clinical practice.

This study conducted a survey of 117 music therapy graduate students from four schools in their second through fifth semester who have sufficient clinical training experience to form a basis for satisfactory clinical training. The result shows that the respondents reported their highest satisfaction levels with their course and curriculum (3.78), followed by supervision (3.75) and clinical training (3.65). In general, students who did not major music as undergraduates showed higher satisfaction levels. The satisfaction level of students in the earlier stages of clinical training is generally high. However, it gradually decreases as they move to more advanced stages, and increases somewhat during the internship training period. The supervisor's role was a decisive factor in reported levels of satisfaction with supervision and clinical training, and the music therapy element was a decisive factor on the course and curriculum satisfaction level, This survey is meaningful as it paves the way for the development of more satisfactory clinical training, and offers important guidelines to students in terms of the kinds of talents and characteristics they should develop.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the degree of clinical practice satisfaction and professional self concept of health administration students. A total of 250 structured questionnaires were analyzed using the SPSS Ver.24.0 program for students from 10 universities nationwide. As a result of the study, the students of health administration major showed the satisfaction level of clinical practice and the level of professional self concept more than average. Clinical practice satisfaction and professional self concept were positively correlated with each other. The variables that have the most significant effect on clinical practice satisfaction were professional practice in the detail of professional self concept. Therefore, in order to improve the satisfaction of clinical practice and professional self concept of students in health administration, it is necessary to thoroughly check the training site before practical training, to consult with preliminary practical guidance professor, to develop clinical practice program and to find a system of mutual cooperation system with clinical training institution need.
