The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship of the changes between leisure and social activities, life satisfaction, and happiness of the disabled according to the time before and after COVID-19, and to examine the moderating effect of living alone. For the analysis, the data of 3,773 persons from the employment panel for the disabled were used for the analysis, and as a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that the decrease in leisure and social activities further reinforced the decrease in life satisfaction, and consequently the decrease in happiness also increased. In addition, it was found that the effect of leisure social activities on life satisfaction increases according to living alone. In other words, the decrease in leisure and social activities of the disabled led to a decrease in life satisfaction and decreased happiness. Through these results, although social distancing is important, support such as online gatherings, participation in cultural and artistic activities, and education is necessary as an intervention in reducing leisure and social activities, which can be an important protective factor in the lives of the disabled. Furthermore, it was suggested that screening for mental health and intervention for persons with disabilities living alone are necessary in case management of persons with disabilities.

This study aims to investigate predictors of the subjective well-being of middle-aged single mothers who experienced divorce or bereavement. The study involved 244 divorced or widowed women from the 7th Korean Longitudinal Survey of Women and Families aged 40-60 who had children and were employed. Descriptive statistics and multiple regression analyses were conducted. The research results showed that the socio-demographic characteristic (marital status and health), person-related variables (satisfaction with leisure activity and stress), and work-related variables (job satisfaction and work-family enrichment) were significantly related to happiness of middle-aged single mothers. Current economic status and stress were associated with depression in middle-aged single mothers. Increasing middle-aged single mothers' participation in healthy leisure activities, reducing their stress, and improving their satisfaction with work were found to be important to enhancing their subjective well-being. Regarding the foregoing, policy directions were discussed for middle-aged single mothers' leisure activities, stress management, and improved satisfaction with work.

We investigated the characteristics of subjects in marine leisure activities and the wearing conditions of a rash guard through a consumer survey. The questionnaire examined the number of rash guards owned by different styles, wearing size, choice of rash guard compared with ordinary clothes, and the satisfaction in a rash guard (color, textile, size, quality, price, function, and design) using Likeret Scales. The subjects were 105 adult men and the data analysis utilized an SPSS 20.0 Package. The results were significant for wearing conditions correspondent with the marine leisure activities. More years of experience resulted in a higher number of rash guards owned. A higher level of participation in sport resulted in more different styles of rash guards. More years of experience resulted in an increase preference for tight rash guards. In the case of wearing L and XL size that selected the smaller rash guard over the ordinary clothes, it was evaluated at "satisfaction" level in color, textile, size, quality, function, design. In the case of wearing XS, S and M size that did the larger and same as ordinary, it was at "ordinary" level and bellow.

Purpose: This study was conducted in order to identify factors that influence depression for low-income elderly who live at home from the International Classification of Functioning model (ICF). Methods: The subjects were 205 elderly people living at home in two public health centers located in metropolitan cities. Subjects were divided according to their depression scores, which were measured using the GDS-short form, including normal, risk, and depression groups. Each variable was consistent with factors of the ICF model, including health condition, individual factors, environmental factors, body function, activities, and participation. Data were collected using structured questionnaires. ANOVA, $x^2$, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and Multinomial logistic regression with IBM SPSS 21.0 were used for analysis of the data. Results: Statistically significant differences were observed among normal, risk, and depression groups regarding personal factors. Gender, education level, numbers of diseases, perceived health, life satisfaction, and social support were identified as the variables that had a significant impact on depression of low-income elderly living at home. Conclusion: Results of this study indicate that there is a need for construction and implementation of strategies that strengthen life satisfaction and social support in order to lower depression of low-income elderly.

This study was conducted to investigate the effect on subjective well-being and depression of the elderly with chronic diseases. Using data from the 15th Korea Welfare Panel in 2020, 3,910 people who responded that they had chronic diseases over the age of 65 were analyzed with stepwise regressions. As a result, the factors affecting the subjective well-being of the elderly with chronic diseases were in the order of satisfaction with leisure life, subjective health status, satisfaction with children relationship, satisfaction with family income, satisfaction with spouse. The explanatory power of this model was 32.0% (F=351.44 p<.001). And also, factors affecting depression were in order of subjective health status, satisfaction with spouse, satisfaction with social relationship, satisfaction with children relationship, satisfaction with leisure life, and satisfaction with family income. The explanatory power of this model was 21.4% (F=178.59, p<.001). Therefore, policy systems to support leisure life of the elderly with chronic disease and measures to induce participation in programs using community resources are needed. And health management programs and institutional support to improve subjective health status are also needed. In addition, it is expected that economic support at the national policy level and various program execution strategies and support personnel will be secured at the community level.

The purpose of this study is to identify the key decision-making variables that lead fashion company employees to participate in the fashion education programs offered by university lifelong education centers. This study also examined the education satisfaction level and preferred education method and evaluated a university lifelong education program by surveying a fashion company employees who completed a fashion education program. As decision making variables, this study included participation purposes, obstacles, and evaluation criteria. While questionnaires were used to identify the decision making variables, education satisfaction level, and preferred education method, focus group interviews were used to evaluate the university lifelong education program. The findings showed that the respondents enrolled in the program mostly because of personal motivations and considered the workload and time limitation as participating obstacles. They considered educational content as the most important evaluation criteria for participating in the program and were highly satisfied with the program they completed. This study suggests how university lifelong education centers may structure their fashion education programs to better appeal to the employees of fashion companies.

This paper aims to explore effective ways to improve inspection service and develop customer-centered inspection administration, by carrying out a case study on the K Society of Ship Inspection. The methods applied for this research project are as follows, 1) sector-based examination of the existence of the ISO 9001 system; 2) evaluation of the operation of the system; 3) conduction of a survey questionnaire with the participation of all staff and inspections institutes to analyze customer satisfaction of their inspection service, and 4) statistical analysis of the data collected from the survey questionnaire.

The aim of this study was to examine the impact of the participation motivation of hospital volunteers, their awareness of hospital image, hospital management of volunteers, the organizational interpersonal relationship of volunteers and their satisfaction with volunteer activities on the continuance of their volunteer activities. The subjects were 480 volunteers who did volunteer activities in 37 hospitals in Busan, 399 subjects were responsed. This study is meaningful in that unlike relevant earlier studies of medicine, it attempted to make an integrative analysis of the influential factors for volunteer activities continuance and to make use of structural equation, a more advanced analysis technique. Besides, this study gave some suggestions on the customized management of hospital volunteers, its objects and related logical model.

The subjects of this study were municipal citizens of Gyeongsangbuk-do Province and selected 250 members of the sports clubs as members. The sampling method for the data was used with simple ramdom sampling method, self-administration method. After questionnaire was distributed and retrieved, a total of 200 questionnaires were analyzed except for 50 items which were judged to be lack of credibility (double entry, no entry, insufficient data). For the data analysis, frequency analysis, ${\chi}^2$, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and one-way ANOVA were conducted in this study. First, there was no significant difference in life satisfaction among the participants. However, there was a significant difference in leisure satisfaction according to age. Second, there was a statistically significant difference in the life satisfaction of the athletes according to educational background, and there was a statistically significant difference in leisure satisfaction according to educational background.
