Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate occupational therapy at M college in Changwon and the impact of smart phone use on the school life of college students and to help them find ways to further develop in the future. Methods; Data collection was conducted using questionnaires, and the questionnaires consisted of 152 total questions with 15 interpersonal questions, 23 problem solving skills, 43 self-efficacy, 16 class participation scale, and 55 self-directed learning scale. It was conducted to first and second graders of M college and conducted a survey through the corresponding academic year from March 26, 2019 to March 29, 2019 to retrieve 120 questionnaires and use them for analysis. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS. Statistic 20.0. Results: Studies show that "school life satisfaction" is usually the highest at 53 percent. The "smartphone user motivation" was the highest with 50.8 percent, while the "most frequently used feature on smartphones" was the highest with 57.5 percent on SNS. Satisfaction after using a smartphone was the highest with 49.2 percent, while 41.7 percent said it would be easier to acquire and utilize information in the areas of satisfaction. Conclusion: Smartphone addiction, interpersonal relationships, problem-solving skills, self-efficacy, participation in classes, and self-control learning items are not only affected by one part, but also by the other.

This study aimed to identify factors that promote participation of rural women in community activities. A total of 466 rural women (effective recovery rate 84.6%) residing in rural areas from October 10 to October 14 in 2016 were surveyed. The main results of the study are as follows. First, the highest participation of rural women in community activities involved women farmers' organizations, which also showed the highest satisfaction. The purpose of their participation in community activities was for community service. Second, there were differences in participation among groups according to individual factors such as age, annual income, and occupation as well as value factors such as sense of community and life satisfaction. Third, with higher age and income and sense of community, rural women were more likely to participate in community activities.

The purpose of this study was to examine how school soccer league influenced the school life satisfaction of middle school student in an attempt to help improve their school life and facilitate the universalization of school soccer league. The subjects were 103 students participating in school soccer league at a boy's middle school in Busan and 148 non-participants at the same school as a comparison group. The findings of this study were as follows: 1. The students who participated in the school soccer league program expressed better satisfaction with school life than the other who didn't, and the gap between the two was statistically significant. 2. The students who participated in the school soccer league program, the students who showed higher participation frequency expressed better satisfaction with school life than the other who didn't, and the gap between the two was statistically significant. 3. The student who participated in the school soccer league program, the higher level students of soccer ability expressed better satisfaction with school life than the lower level student of that, and the gap between the two was statistically significant.
The purpose of this study is to explore the structural relationship between COVID-19-induced sub-dimensions of Online Self-Regulated Learning (OSRL) and satisfaction in online courses conducted in the 'post-COVID-19 era,' as well as to investigate the moderating effects of situational variables such as 'course planning,' 'device type,' and 'course repetition.' To achieve this, the study constructs a measurement model with sub-dimensions of Environment Structuring, Learning Strategy, Help Seeking, and Self-Evaluation as components of OSRL. Participants in this study were selected from university students who enrolled in online courses offered by the Department of Education at University A in the metropolitan area. The research findings reveal several key insights. First, among the sub-dimensions of Online Self-Regulated Learning, Environment Structuring, Learning Strategy, and Self-Evaluation significantly influence satisfaction with online courses. Second, students' satisfaction with online courses significantly influences their intention to continue participating in such courses. Third, 'course planning' during online course hours and 'course repetition' play a moderating role in the relationship between sub-dimensions of Online Self-Regulated Learning and satisfaction. Based on the discussion of these research results, this study concludes by suggesting some future implications and challenges of online courses.
Purpose: With an increase of concerns towards leisure activities, water sport participation is constantly increasing. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of exercise commitment on leisure satisfaction. Research design, data, and methodology: To accomplish the purpose, the study collected data from undergraduate students who participated water sports class in University. The sample was extracted by purposive sampling of nonprobability sampling. 281 students participated in the survey. Data were computed via correlation test, factor analysis, Cronbach's α test, one way ANOVA, and regression. Significance of all results was set to p<.05. Results: The results are like below. Frist, in terms of differences by demographics, the results indicated that significant difference between exercise commitment and leisure satisfaction by gender was shown only in psychological factor in leisure satisfaction. Second, in terms of the relationship between commitment and satisfaction, the findings pointed out that significant difference between exercise commitment and leisure satisfaction by grade was observed only in leisure satisfaction, especially on the educational part. Third, the study revealed that no significant difference by participation level was shown. Conclusions: In conclusion, the study posits that exercise commitment play a function in increasing the leisure satisfaction. Further implications were discussed.
The purpose of this descriptive survey study was to examine the following items. 1) Score distribution of life satisfaction. powerlessness. perceived health status and self-esteem 2) Demographic characteristics and the affection of socioeconomic characterictics to life satisfaction. powerlessness. perceived health status and self-esteem 3) Correlationship between life satisfaction. powerlessness. perceived health status and self-esteem 4) Determining the factors affecting life satisfaction The subjects were 167 urban elderly people. Data were collected from May to July in 1998 using the questionaires. The data were analyzed by mean. ANOVA. Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression with SPSS win 7.5 program. The results were as follows : 1) The degree of life satisfaction and powerlessness were relatively low with the mean score of 42.4 and 39.79 respectively. and perceived health status and self-esteem were relatively high with the mean score of 3.15 out of 5 and 27.3 respectively. 2) There were no significant differences between demographic characteristics and life satisfaction. Education(F=2.91. p=0.02), previous employment(F=2.23. p=0.03) and marital status(F=3.85. p=0.04) showed significant differences in the relationship between demographic characteristics and powerlessness. Sex(F=6.40. p=0.0l). education(F=3.30. p=0.0l). marital status(F=7.13. p=0.008) and kinds of living togather(F=3.69. p=0.003) showed significant differences in the relationship between demographic characteristics and perceived health status. There were no significant differences between demographic characeristics and self-esteem. 3) Monthly allowance(F=3.68. p=0.007). participation in social activity(F=5.90. p=0.000) and number of social activities(F=5.27. p=0.000) showed significant differences in the relationship between socioeconomic characteristics and life satisfaction. Monthly allowance(F=3.13. p=0.01) and number of social activities(F=2.7. p=0.02) showed significant differences in the relationship between socioeconomic characteristics and powerlessness. There were no significant differences between socioeconomic characteristics and perceived health status. Perceived health status showed positive correltionship with self-esteem(r=0.312. p<0.001) and life satisfaction (r=0.377. p<0.001). Self-esteem showed positive correlationship with life satisfaction(r=0.652. p(<0.001). 5) The predicting variances for life satisfaction m elderly people were self-esteem. powerlessness. participation in social activity and perceived health status. The most influencing factor among the variances was the self-esteem$(42.5\%)$ and powerlessness was the second. Both of self-esteem and powerlessness accounted for $48.2\%$ in life satisfaction. The addition of participation of social activity and perceived health status accounted for $52.9\%$ in life satisfaction.
The purpose of this study is to identify the influential relationship of temple-stay experience tourism motivation of participation and choice factors on satisfaction and revisit intention as the temple=stay is one of the korea's leading cultural heritage tourism products. In order to achieve the research objective data was collected from 227 participants. Then the data and hypotheses were examined using multiple regression analysis and simple regression analysish using SPSS 18.0. The result of this study is as follows. First, temple-stay experience tourism motivation of participation had a significantly influential relationship with satisfaction. Second, temple-stay choice factor had a significantly influential relationship with satisfaction. Finally, experience tourism satisfaction had a significantly influential relationship with revisit intention. For future research, a variety of new domestic and foreign tourism products in South Korea for cultural experience of depth and detailed study will need to be performed. Also, korean government and temple in more interest in temple-stay promotion program and marketing strategies using korea cultural image such as special experience in traditional korean life.
This study was carried out to investigate the activities and job satisfaction of public health doctors in charge of community health programmes. Subjects were 138 public health doctors charged with community health project, registered in the roll of public health doctors, made out by Central Supporting Team for the District Health Work in 2002. Data was obtained from Ninety-six public health doctors. The response rate was 70%. The survey was conducted from March to April in 2003 bye-mail. The items of the questionnaire consisted of general characteristics of participants, understanding of their activities, support system, job satisfaction, and suggestions to improve the system. Collected data was analyzed using PC-SPSS 10.1. Descriptive analysis, t-test, and ANOVA test were used. The results are as follows: Most of the respondents showed a low participation rate in community health services, but they agreed to the importance of their activities and the necessity to modify and improve the system. 70% of the respondents were dissatisfied with their jobs. The participation in health planning and programmes of health center, and the degree of acceptance of their opinion from health center workers were significantly related to their job satisfaction. The participation rate of the public health doctors having specialty, in community health services is higher than that of the others. In terms of the supports for system operation, the reflection of one's intention in job arrangement process, education and public relation of this system, and the administrative and financial supports made significant differences in the job satisfaction and the accomplishment of their duty. The respondents hoped that the administrative and financial supports for public health doctors in charge of community health programmes should be reinforced to motivate them. They also wanted that they could keep from being overloaded with clinical services. They favored to conduct home visit, community diagnosis, health planning, and health promotion programs as their appropriate activities. From these results, we suggest some strategies to motivate and empower the public health doctors in charge of community health programmes.
This study has performed to identify the effect of safety behavior, safety climate and its satisfaction through the Behavior Based Safety Program for 5 sites of the same Company. The study result indicated that the level of recognized safety behavior, climate and its satisfaction improved by conducting observation of worker behavior, jobsite feedback, displaying feedback chart, safety training, behavior modification committee. Additionally, the participation level of safety activity and conformity level of safety rule improved. The recognized level of safety climate improved together with recognized safety value by management, safety participation of direct boss, communication with each other to be dealt with safety matter, safety training material to be contained unsafe behavior and practical hazard, understanding and conducting safety standard. In addition, The recognized level of satisfaction improved together with safety behavior and climate. As a result, this program provided an opportunities to correct worker's unsafe behavior to safe behavior in conjunction with increasing number of observation, providing additional time to have a safety check, safety suggestion to improve work situation and a permit to work rule. It will be integrated into health and safety management system to be able to reduce industrial accident.
The purpose of the study was to investigate relationships among life satisfaction of the elderly in poor health conditions, their self esteem, health and financial status, family relationships, and social participation. A structured questionnaire was used to interview 228 elderly who were randomly selected from Sungbuk-ku, Seoul. The regression analysis showed the most powerful predictors of life satisfaction of the poor-health elderly were self esteem, relationships with their adult children, perceived financial status, relationships with grandchildren, and the amount of allowances in that order These variables accounted for 39% of life satisfaction of the sample.
