Objective: This study is an experimental study to investigate the effect of group rehabilitation gymnastics on stroke patients. Design: A randomized controlled trial. Methods: From August 1, 2017, to February 30, 2018, 49 subjects hospitalized after being diagnosed with a stroke at K Rehabilitation Hospital had at least 8 weeks (more than 3 times a week) in the group rehabilitation exercise experimental group (25 patients), and the control group (24 patients) did not attend. Data analysis was performed using paired t-test for dependent variables before and after the experiment using SPSS 25. Results: In the experimental group, daily activities were statistically significantly increased from 59.04±25.19 points before treatment to 66.96±24.35 points after treatment (t=2.24, p=0.035). Lung capacity also significantly increased from 280.00±86.99 points to 334.40±93.23 points (t=4.21, p<0.001), and hospital reuse intention also significantly increased from 8.04±1.57 points to 8.88±1.16 points (t=2.67, p=0.013). In the case of the control group, although the MBI, lung capacity, stress, hospital reuse intention, and hospital use satisfaction increased after the experiment compared to before the experiment, there was no significant difference. Conclusions: In conclusion, group rehabilitation gymnastics for stroke patients is effective for daily living movements, lung capacity, and hospital re-use intention. Therefore, if it is continuously applied to stroke patients, it can be used as an intervention to improve the quality of nursing by enhancing physical function.

The data analysis has made by phenomenological method of Van Kaam for understanding the phenomenon and meaning of their experiences. The experiences of kidney donors were analyzed into the 4 situations, that is,'motivation of kidney donor', 'decision time to make kidney donation', 'pre-opperation','after donation'. The descriptive expression and common elements were drawn from original data of each situation on the basis of subjects' own words. From each situation, the com-mon elements of kidney donors' experiences were integrated, summarized and described as follows 1. Motivation of kidney donation They wanted to donate their kidney because of empathy of pain on the groung of love to the recipient and with exppectation of successful kidney transplant or as a solution of economic difficulty. 2. The purpose of this study is to compare the differences in the subjective quality of life (QoL) perceived by residents in different settlement spaces such as urban vs. rural and Seoul Capital Area (SCA) vs. Non-Capital Area (NCA). Using the data of the 'Quality of Life Satisfaction Survey for Balanced Development' conducted nationwide by the Presidential Committee for Balanced National Development in 2018, a propensity score matching method was introduced to compare the differences between the types of settlement spaces. The results show that no significant difference is found between all the types in satisfaction with local life, and in the case of happiness, rural residents show a higher level than those living in cities. Looking at the quality of life by QoL domain, the QoL of urban residents in SCA is generally the highest in the basic living environment, medical care, and culture/leisure domains, while the QoL of rural residents in the job/income, environment, community, and welfare domains is higher than that of residents of SCA and NCA cities. Interestingly, in no domains NCA cities show their relative strength. These results show the value of rural areas in the face of increasingly prevailing urbanization trends, and suggests that the value of rural areas must be strengthened for rural development. It is necessary to pursue policy efforts such as rural regeneration based on spatial planning in order to respond to the disorganized development that damages the value of the rural environment and landscape and to harmoniously maintain and develop the rural settlement.

By developing rider robot using omni wheel drive, a usability test for 6 people was conducted after finding out inconvenient factors and ways of improvement. The results of this research are as follows. First, we researched inconvenient factors captured by object of experiment using a rider robot who is living in the dormitory. It showed that the disabled showing 1.6 of satisfaction degree felt more inconvenient for normal people showing 4 of satisfaction degree. It was found that the height of seats is 10 centimeters higher, which caused inconvenience for moving. Second, each of the disabled and normal people showed 2.33 and 2.62 of satisfaction degree below the average for seats, back of a seat, armrest, footrest, security belts. However, for the revised design both of them showed 3.5 of satisfaction degree over the average. Third, most people felt this robot is quite expensive and said they would purchase it if subsidized by the government. Therefore, based on inconvenient factors and ways of improvement found in this research, further study needs to be conducted so as to improve the quality of life of the disabled.
