이러닝 운영실태 및 만족도 조사 -부산지역 인력양성기관을 중심으로- (Operating Practices and Satisfaction on e-Learning -Focused on Human Resources Nourishing Institutions in Busan-)

  • 21세기 지식정보화사회에서의 교육패러다임은 단순한 지식습득교육에서 학습자 중심의 지식창출교육으로 전화되어 가고 있다. 이러한 변화에 가장 효과적, 효율적으로 대처할 수 있는 교육방법이 이러닝일 것이다. 본 연구는 부산지역 인력양성기관 70개소와 부산지역 이러닝 학습 유경험자 758명을 대상으로 하여 이러닝 교육기관의 운영실태와 학습자의 만족도를 조사함으로써 향후 학습환경 개선의 시사점을 찾고자 하였다. 먼저 이러닝 운영실태는 학습자 대상의 요구 및 직무분석 실시 여부, 프로그램 개발 시 현장전문가의 참여여부, 학습성취도 및 효과성 측정여부, 프로그램 중도탈락의 주된 원인, 이러닝을 위한 효과적 방안 등의 측면에서 조사가 이루어졌다. 그리고 이러닝 만족도는 가장 도움이 되었던 컨텐츠 분야, 컨텐츠의 내용 및 수준에 관한 의견, 교육비용에 관한 의견, 학습기간 및 학습관리에 관한 의견 등의 측면에서 조사하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 이러닝 운영 및 만족도 수준에서 상당한 긍정적인 인식을 발견할 수 있었지만, 대학(교)과 직업훈련기관(평생교육기관 포함)간의 운영중점의 차이, 50대 이상 연령층의 이러닝 환경에 대한 낮은 이해와 접근도 등에서 개선과제가 존재함을 발견할 수 있었다.

상호동료 교수학습 기반의 기본간호학실습 교육이 간호대학생의 핵심간호술 수행자신감, 숙련도 및 실습만족도에 미치는 효과 (Effects of Fundamental Nursing Practice Education Applying Reciprocal Peer Tutoring on Confidence in Performance, Core Nursing Skills, and Practice Satisfaction of Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 상호동료 교수학습법을 기본간호학실습 교육에 적용하여 간호대학생의 핵심간호술 수행자신감, 숙련도 및 실습만족도에 미치는 효과를 규명하기 위한 비동등성 대조군 전·후 유사실험연구이다. 자료수집은 P 대학교 간호학과 2학년 학생 83명으로, 연구기간은 2019년 3월 11일부터 5월 17일까지이다. 연구결과 상호동료 교수학습법을 적용한 실험군은 수술전간호, 개인위생, 수술후간호의 핵심간호술 수행자신감과 수술전간호, 수술후간호의 숙련도가 대조군에 비해 유의하게 향상되었고, 실험군의 실습만족도가 대조군보다 높게 나타났다. 결과적으로 상호동료 교수학습법을 적용한 기본간호학실습 교육은 난이도 '중' 정도의 핵심간호술의 수행자신감과 숙련도에 효과가 있으며 실습만족도에 긍정적인 효과가 있었다. 이에 상호동료 교수학습법을 다양한 실습교과에 확대 적용하고 핵심기본간호술의 난이도에 따른 효과를 검정하는 연구를 제언한다.

중학교 1학년 수학 교과서에 새롭게 도입된 그래프 내용 비교 분석과 학습만족도 조사 연구 (A study on the comparative analysis of the graph introduced newly in the seventh grade mathematics textbook and on the investigation of the degree of the learning satisfaction)

  • 2015 개정 중학교 1학년 수학 교과서 총 10종을 대상으로 분석틀에 근거하여 교과서 체제별로 그래프의 표현과 해석에 관한 요소를 빈도 분석하고 교차분석 하였으며, 그래프 내용에 관한 학생들의 만족도를 조사하였다. 그 결과, 전반적으로 교과서에 그래프의 표현보다 해석에 관한 문항이 더 많이 수록되어 있으며, 또 학생들은 그래프 단원에 학습 효과는 보였지만 해당 학습에 관한 감동 여부에는 중립적인 반응을 보였다.

중소병원 구성원의 직무만족과 셀프리더십이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 (The effect of job satisfaction and self leadership of members of small and middle-sized hospital on organizational commitment)

  • The study was a descriptive research to investigate the effect of job satisfaction and self-leadership of members of small and middle-sized hospital on organizational commitment. Collection of data was conducted throughout members of small and middle-sized hospitals with explanation of purpose from 2011, Oct, 1st to 10th. Collected data was analyzed by T-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test and hierarchical regression analysis with utilizing SPSS Win 16.0. As a result of the expected effect, a degree of effect on organizational commitment has explanation 65.1%(F=183.804) on job satisfaction and self leadership. Also, it was job satisfaction that was found to be more effective, where explanation for it was ${\beta}$=.755 and self-leadership ${\beta}$=.264. With considering these facts, both factors are effective for organizational commitment. Therefore, to improve organizational commitment, it pays systemized strategies and ever more proactive efforts. To strengthen the self leadership, it needs changes in cultural aspects of hospitals to enlarge accessibility to information and opportunities for education and to expand freedom in their responsibility. Great effort on changing in cultural aspects of hospital would, based on effective interrelationship with members, improve efficacies of organization and efficiency of management.

컴퓨터 교양 과목에 대한 학생들의 자가 평가와 성취도 분석 (The student self-assessment and achievement analysis for computer liberal arts lecture)

  • 대학의 컴퓨터 OA 관련 강의에서는 주로 고급 워드프로세싱 문서, 프레젠테이션, 스프레드시트 문서 작성을 다루고 있다. 또한 대학에서 사용하는 대부분의 강의 평가에서는 학생들의 만족도와 학생들의 OA 사용 능력 평가를 수강 학생들의 주관적인 판단에 의해서 평가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 대학에서의 OA 관련 강의를 수강 전과 후에 대학생들 스스로 자가 진단할 수 있는 설문을 제시하고자 한다. 또한 제안한 설문을 통해 학생들을 평가한 후 학생들이 학기 중에 취득한 점수와 비교하여 좀 더 객관적으로 학생들의 컴퓨터 OA 사용 정도 및 컴퓨터 사용 능력 배양 정도를 분석하여 강의의 질을 유지하며 학생들의 특성에 맞는 강의를 유도하고자 한다.

보건교육사 교육에 있어서 학습 성취도에 영향 미치는 요인 분석 (Factors Influencing Academic Achievement of Health Educator Training Program)

  • Purpose : To investigate the degree of apearance satisfaction, self-es teem and school maladjustment and the corelation among the three variables in elementary, middle and high school student. Method : The subject of this study was total 878 students of elementar y, midle, and high schol in Seoul. The data were collected through a sel f-administered questionaire f rom June, 18 to June, 29, 2007. Results : The mean of apearance satisfaction was 29.8. Apearance sati according to school, presence of parents, academic performance, and the number of friend. The mean of self-estem was 77.9. Self-esteem showed significant diferences according to grade, academic performance, and the number of friend. The mean of school maladjustment was 54.3. School maladjustment gender, academic performance, and the number of friend. In the corelation among three variables, there was a positive corelation betwen apearance satisfaction and self-esteem but there was a negative corelation betwen appearance satisfaction and school maladjustment, and also a negative corr multiple linear regresion analysis to investigate influencing factor on schol maladjustment, apearance satisfaction and self-estem were significant variables. Conclusion : We should make regular education program and provide students through school classes which help from their parents.

한국과 일본의 소비자 업무 현황파악 및 비교: 업무평가를 중심으로 (The trends and comparisons of consumer agencies between Japan and Korea: Focused on work performance)

  • This study investigated and compared the tasks peformed by Consumer Agencies in Korea and Japan. It also investigated the variables influencing evaluation scores on consumer tasks. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, Japanese counselors were predominantly older, married females in contrast to the predominance of relatively young, single, male, Korean consumer counselors. In Korea, most consumer tasks were performed by Consumer Agencies in Seoul while internet counseling was popular. In addition, 13 counselors belong to Korean Consumer Agencies while 80 worked in the Korea Consumer Protection Board. In Japan, consumer tasks were peformed by Consumer Centers located broadly across the nation but no internet counseling was provided, while the average number of consumer counselors per Consumer Center was 8. The average number of consumer counseling sessions per day was greater in Korea than in Japan while the average monthly income was higher in Japan than in Korea. Second, evaluation of the tasks performed by Consumer Agencies revealed that the Korean Consumer Agencies scored higher performance than their Japanese counterparts. Third, the degree of job satisfaction significantly influenced evaluation scores in both consumer counseling tasks and provision of consumer information in Korea. In Korea, among the tasks concerning consumer education, job-training education was a significant variable while the number of Korean counselors in Consumer Agencies positively influenced scores on activities concerning consumer movement and alliance with other agencies. However, the degree of job satisfaction among counselors positively and significantly influenced evaluation scores in tasks concerning consumer counseling, provision of consumers'information, and consumer education. On the other hand, the number of counselors in Japanese Consumer Centers influenced the evaluation scores on tasks concerning consumer policy, consumer survey, and consumer campaign.

신규간호사의 스트레스와 스트레스대처 정도, 병원생활적응도 및 직업만족도;개인의 성격 유형에 따른 변화 비교 (New Graduate Nurses' Stress, Stress Coping, Adaptation to Work, and Job Satisfaction;Change Comparison by Personality)

  • Purpose: This study was to compare degree of stress, stress coping, adaptation and job satisfaction between Type A and Type B of new graduate nurses'personality. Methods: Seventynine new graduate nurses employed 2003 in an university hospital located in Gyeonggi-do were participated. Data for self-reported questionnaire were collected base on 5 point of time, 1st week and 3rd, 6th, 9th, 12th Month after their employment. Results: New Graduate Nurses' Stress were persistently increased. The statistically significance of positive correlations between stress and coping showed, but their correlations were getting reduced during 1 year. Type B was higher than Type A in stress and adaptation for 12 months. But, Type B of coping was higher up to 9th month, yet abruptly Type A was higher at 12th months. In Job Satisfaction, Type A was higher at 3rd and 6th months, but it was reversed from 9th months. Conclusion: Socialization education for new graduate nurses should be done in organization since their stress were continually increased and their job satisfaction was decreased after 9 months after employed.

전남 동부지역 물리치료사의 근무환경 및 직무 만족도 조사연구 (The Study Work Conditions and Job Satisfaction of Physical Therapist in Jeonnam East area)

  • The purpose of this study was to research the work condition and the degree of job satisfaction of the physical therapist in Jeonnam East area. This study consisted of 120 physical therapists who were working in hospital located in Jeonnam East area from May, 19 to June 16, 2004. The data for analysis were collected by questionnaire survey. The major statistical methods used for the analysis were factor analysis, $x^2-test$, multiple regression analysis. The summarized result are as follows; 1. As for the general characteristics of the surveyed physical therapists was male 61($50.83\%$) and female 59($49.16\%$), majority was 26-30 in age. Most of the respondent worked in local clinics($62.5\%$). Also most of the respondent educated college graduation($68\%$). While the service period less than 12 months accounted for $41.7\%$. 2. The average marks by their job satisfaction factors indicated $56.7\%$ for duty importance, the relation with the patient accounted for $53.3\%$, the mending education for $18.3\%$, the equipment & institution for $20.9\%$. The average job satisfaction score was 3.04. 3. The comparative analysis of job satisfaction and general characteristics among different characteristics of the respondents revealed that there was significant difference between male and female, between 31-40years and 41years or more in ability knowledge & technique satisfaction. 4. The comparative analysis of job satisfaction and work conditions among different characteristics of the respondents revealed that there was significant difference between local clinics and hospital, between yosu&goheung and beolgyo in the mending education satisfaction. 5. Contributing factors for the job satisfaction in Physical therapist were welfare system, the relation with the patient, the service time per patient, mending education, the number of the patient.

일 대학 간호대학생이 지각한 중환자 간호 역량 조사 (Senior Nursing Students' Perceived Competence of Intensive and Critical Care Nursing)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the degree of intensive and critical care nursing competence in senior nursing students. Methods: The research method for this study comprised a descriptive survey study with a convenience sample of 113 senior nursing students from one university. The instrument entitled ICCN-CS-1, which measures intensive and critical care nursing competence, was translated by the authors following WHO guidelines for translation process. The data were collected using ICCN-CS-1. Results: The mean score of intensive and critical care nursing was above the intermediate level. The competence indices of knowledge, skill and attitude/value were also above the intermediate level, which suggests that their competence is good. For two intensive and critical care nursing domains, the nursing students' mean score of clinical competence is higher than that of professional competence. The competence of intensive and critical care is also influenced by nursing students' satisfaction in their major and clinical practice as well as their confidence in clinical practice. Conclusion: The senior nursing students' competence of intensive and critical care nursing is above the intermediate level. A consideration of the influencing factors of satisfaction of nursing major/ICU practice and confidence of ICU practice is needed in intensive and critical care nursing education.
