교통사고 환자 103례에 대한 한방치료 만족도 조사 (Survey on Satisfaction of Korean Medicine Treatment in 103 Cases by Traffic Accident)

  • Objectives The aim of this study is to identify the satisfaction of Korean medicine treatment by traffic accident. Methods This study was carried out 103 cases of traffic accident patients which had been treatment in Dongshin university Korean medicine hospital and Chung-Yeon Korean medicine hospital from June, 2014 to September, 2014. The survey used by preceding articles was accepted for assessment of the satisfaction degree of patients in this study. All data were coded by SPSS v18.0 and analyzed by descriptive maneuver, x2-test, T-test and correlation. Results According to the survey, 93.2% of patients included this study were hospitalized in the Korean medical hospital within 2 weeks from TA and 90.3% were satisfied with the current medical service. The answer that Korean medicine is superior to western medicine for TA treatment was the main reason for selecting Korean medical hospital. 46.6% of patients satisfied Acupuncture treatment and 29.1% of patients satisfied Korean physical treatment. There were no differences in the satisfaction degree with sex, age, education and occupation. The satisfaction degree of the current Korean medical service was significantly correlated with doctor's service, use the procedure and reuse intention. Conclusions We could see that the satisfaction of Korean medicine treatment is relatively high. The continuous and repetitive research is needed in order to improve the quality of Korean medicine hospital service and the satisfaction of patients by traffic accident.

유치원 방문 구강건강교육사업의 효과 (The effect of preschool visiting oral health education program)

  • Objectives: This study aimed to check the effect of preschool visiting oral health education programs and provide baseline data for an oral health education program that suggests the necessity of oral health education in children's living places. Methods: The preschool visiting oral health education was conducted with the parents of 3-year-old and 4-year-old children at a preschool in the jurisdiction of the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education, with teachers observing the education, and oral health educators to examine the effect of the oral health education, the effectiveness of the education, the status of oral health care, and the degree of cooperation for the education. Results: Regarding oral health behaviors after the education program, the attitude toward brushing teeth after food intake increased from 2.86 to 3.17 and thinking of the relationship with dental caries and eating food increased from 2.57 to 2.90. The satisfaction with the children's health education was very high at over 4.9 points in most items. The teachers' interest in children's oral care was 4.26 points, and the degree of their cooperation for education was 4.41 points; 96.4% responded that they were willing to conduct reeducation. Conclusions: Children's oral health education should be conducted steadily and repeatedly.

uTradeHub 수용요인이 시스템 유용성과 사용자 만족도에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the uTradeHub Acceptance Factors Effecting upon the System Usefulness and User Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 2008년 중반 이후 중소기업의 수출입 업무에 uTradeHub 시스템이 도입된 이래 해당 시스템의 유용성과 사용자 만족도를 점검한다는 차원에서 i) uTradeHub 수용요인에 따른 시스템의 유용성과 사용자 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고, ii) 시스템의 유용성이 사용자 만족도에 미치는 영향관계를 분석함으로써 향후 uTradeHub 시스템을 도입하고자 하는 무역업체가 시스템 도입과정에서 간과하기 쉬운 uTradeHub의 수용요인을 효율적으로 관리하여 도입한 시스템의 성과를 최대화할 수 있도록 도움을 주고자 하였다. 설문조사를 통해 수집한 112개의 유효응답 자료를 SPSS 19.0 통계패키지를 이용하여 실증분석 하였으며, 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 시스템의 유용성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 uTradeHub 수용요인으로는 상대적 이점, 사용의 편리성, 업무적합성, CEO의 지원, IT인프라 성숙도, 교육/훈련 정도 등이었다. 둘째, 사용자 만족도에 영향을 미치는 uTradeHub 수용요인으로는 상대적 이점, 업무적합성, CEO의 지원, IT인프라 성숙도, 교육/훈련 정도 등이었다. 셋째, 시스템의 유용성은 사용자 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 결과를 보였다.

의과대학 문제중심학습에서 튜터의 전문분야와 교수경험이 학습결과에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Tutors' Domain and Teaching Expertise on Medical Students' Learning Outcomes in a PBL Environment)

  • This study aimed to investigate the effects of tutors' domain and teaching expertise on learning outcomes in a problem based learning (PBL) environment. Four tutors and 25 first-year medical students participated in this study. Tutors' domain expertise was classified by clinical or non-clinical which is basic medicine and teaching expertise by previous tutoring experiences or not. The results showed a statistically significant difference in achievement depending on the tutors' domain expertise. Students grouped with an experienced clinical tutor attained higher achievement scores than those with an experienced non-clinical tutor, while those with an inexperienced non-clinical tutor attained higher scores than those with both inexperienced clinical tutors and experienced non-clinical tutors. Students with clinical medicine tutors also showed higher satisfaction scores than those with non-clinical medicine tutors. In particular, students grouped with an experienced clinical tutor gained higher satisfaction scores than those with inexperienced non-clinical tutors, and among the inexperienced tutors, students tutored by a clinical tutor showed higher scores than those with a non-clinical tutor. Different intervention styles were also found depending on tutors' domain and teaching expertise. Experienced tutors gradually reduced the tutoring intervention, whereas the novice provided more as the semester proceeded. Moreover, experts with a clinical medicine degree preferred direct teaching, whereas, non-clinical tutors preferred facilitating. Also, experienced tutors in the clinical medicine facilitated critical awareness than the other tutors. These results show the importance of developing a program for novice tutors to improve PBL in medical education.

사이버대학생과 일반대학생의 사회복지 현장실습성과 및 전문직 정체성에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Influencing on the Field Education Outcomes and Professional Identity of Social Welfare in Cyber University and Ordinary University Students)

  • 본 연구는 사이버대생과 일반대생의 사회복지 현장실습성과와 전문직 정체성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 비교하여 현장실습의 질을 제고하기 위한 각 학교의 개입지점을 찾고자 한다. 연구결과, 사이버대생의 현장 실습성과가 일반대생보다 유의미하게 더 높게 나타났으며, 사이버대생의 현장실습성과에는 수퍼비전, 학교 요인이, 일반대생은 전공만족도, 수퍼비전과 학교요인이 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 전문직 정체성에는 사이버대생의 경우 전공만족도, 수퍼비전, 학교요인이, 일반대생은 전공만족도, 수퍼비전이 영향을 미쳤다. 이에 실습 수퍼바이저는 분명한 역할과 체계적인 지도를 제공하고, 학교는 학생들의 전공만족도를 높이기 위한 노력과 함께 예비사회복지사로서의 자질을 향상시킬 수 있는 사전 사후실습지도가 필요하다.

구조화된 항암화학요법 교육이 암환자의 간호요구도와 만족도에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Educational Program for Anti-cancer Chemotherapy on the Patients' Needs and Satisfactions about Nursing Activities)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of educational programs on the needs and satisfaction level of nursing activities related with patients receiving anti-cancer chemotherapy. The subjects, 85 cancer patients who were admitted at St. Mary's hospital, who had taken chemotherapy between January and March, 2001 were selected for the study. Of the subjects educational program was applied to 43 patients and the other 42 patients remained and the control group. Educational booklets developed by investigators were validated by a group of judges consisted of nursing professors, physicians and head nurses. Cronbach's $\alpha$ for measurement tools used in this study were 0.96 - 0.98. The results of the study were as follows: 1. Satisfaction scores for received nursing activities m the experiment group were higher than that in the control group. 2. Needs scores for nursing in the experimental group showed no significant differences compared to the control group. The two groups showed different satisfaction levels in different categories of nursing: physical. educational. therapeutic and socio-psychological, in which the therapeutic category scored the highest. 3. Due to the general characteristics. there were no variables to affect the degree of nursing need regarding the two groups. However, in satisfaction level of nursing services, there was a contrary phenomenon between the two group relating to education level (p=0.03). Patients with higher educational levels tend to be more satisfactory. The results strongly indicated that educational program is effective in increasing the satisfaction of patients receiving anti-cancer chemotherapy.

일개 대학 간호대학생의 전공만족도, 자기존중감, 직업가치관의 관계 (The Relationship between Major Satisfaction, Self-Esteem, Work Values of Nursing Students at one University)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 전공만족도, 자기존중감, 직업가치관의 정도 및 상관관계를 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구로서, 간호교육을 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구대상자는 C지역 일개 대학의 간호대학생 224명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도와 백분율, 평균표준편차, t-test 와 ANOVA, Pearson's Correlation Coefficients로 분석하였다. 연구결과 전공만족도는 전공결정시기(F=4.127, P=.004)에서, 자기존중감은 전공선택동기(F=7.384, P=<.001)에서, 직업가치관은 전공선택동기(F=5.023, P=<.001)와 가족 중 간호사의 유무(F=3.501, P=<.001)에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 간호대학생의 전공만족도, 자기존중감, 직업가치관은 유의한 양적 상관관계가 있었다. 본 연구결과를 통하여 간호대학생들의 전공만족도, 자기존중감, 직업가치관을 향상시킬 수 있는 교육훈련 프로그램 개발이 필요함을 제언한다.

노인복지시설 이용자의 서비스 만족도 분석 은평구·강서구 노인복지시설을 중심으로 (Analysis of satisfaction with the service user senior center Focused on senior welfare center Gangseo-gu & Eunpyong-gu)

  • 본 연구는 노인복지관 평생교육 프로그램 및 다양한 노인복지 서비스를 이용하는 60세 이상의 노인이 지각한 노인복지관의 서비스 만족도 요인을 검증하기 위해 해당 복지센터의 허가를 받아 설문지를 배부하여 175부를 자료로 활용하였다. 수집된 데이터를 중심으로 PASW 18.0 프로그램을 사용하였으며, 데이터 분석을 위해 T-test와 One-way ANOVA를 사용하였다. 성별에서는 남자의 전반적인 만족도가 더 높게 나타났으며, 연령은 낮을수록 만족도가 높게 나타났고, 학력은 초등학교 졸과 대학교 졸 이상에서 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 건강상태에서는 건강할수록 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 한 달 용돈으로는 30-50만원 정도 사용하시는 어르신이 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났고, 이용기간으로는 1년 미만과 3년 이상 되신 어르신들이 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 지역에서는 강서구 복지시설을 이용하는 어르신들이 은평구 복지시설을 이용하는 어르신보다 전반적인 서비스 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다.

교육훈련과 조직성과 간의 영향관계 문헌분석: 인적자본기업패널 (HCCP) 활용 논문을 중심으로 (A Literature Review of the Influence of Education and Training on Organizational Performance: Focusing on Studies Using the Human Capital Enterprise Panel (HCCP))

  • 한국직업능력연구원이 실시하고 있는 HCCP(Human Capital Corporate Panel) 자료는 HR연구에 실증적 연구결과를 제공해 주었고 이 데이터를 바탕으로 많은 연구들이 수행되었으나 교육훈련과 조직성과에 대해 전체적인 관점에서 수행된 연구는 부족하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 HCCP 연구에 기반하여 교육훈련이 조직성과에 미치는 영향을 선행연구의 분석을 통해 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 HCCP 자료를 활용해 교육훈련과 조직성과를 연구한 29편의 논문을 분석에 활용하였으며 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육훈련은 조직몰입, 직무만족 등 비재무성과 및 매출액, 영업이익과 같은 재무성과에도 긍정적인 영향을 주고 있었다. 둘째, 교육훈련이 조직성과에 영향을 주기 위해서는 직무만족, 조직문화, 교육전이 등이 중요한 요소로 나타났다. 셋째, 효과적인 교육훈련 전이를 위해서는 교육훈련 후, 현업에 적용할 수 있는 시스템을 구축하는 것이 필요하며, 마지막으로 교육훈련이 재무성과에 기여한 정도를 보다 면밀히 측정하여 교육훈련의 실질적 효과성을 밝히는 연구가 수행될 필요성을 제언하였다.

치과기공사의 직업능력개발훈련 만족도 분석 (An Analysis of Satisfaction with Job Ability Development Training among Dental Technicians)

  • Purpose: This study were to analyze satisfaction with job ability development training among Dental Technicians', examine the degree of their actual satisfaction with training courses and their status, and provide some basic data to help improve the quality level, satisfaction, and effective operation of job ability development training in the future. Methods: This study carried out self-administered questionnaire survey from January 15, 2011 to March 10 by having research subjects as 180 dental technicians who participated in the course of employees' Job Ability Development Training by 'Gil Occupational Training Institute,' which is being conducted as part of dental technicians' job ability development in Seoul region. Among these things, 160(88.8%) copies were collected. Except 19 copies with incomplete response, 141(78.3%) copies were used as the materials of final analysis. Results: First of all, as a result of grasping the whole satisfaction with training according to general characteristics, the significant difference was indicated in the whole satisfaction with training depending on gender & age, and voluntary participatory intention. Second, the satisfaction with contents of Job Ability Development Training was in order of helpful level in ability development with 4.10(${\pm}.70$), co-worker's recommendation and a plan for reparticipation with 4.08(${\pm}.77$), consistence with the content goal with 4.07(${\pm}.71$), and reflection of demand with 4.01(${\pm}.70$). Third, examining satisfaction with instructors of Job Ability Development Training, it is being indicated with a little higher score compared to the satisfaction with other items. Fourth, satisfaction with service of supporting learners in job ability development training was shown to be slightly low in all the items. Especially, the convenience of administrative procedure was indicated to be the lowest with 3.52(${\pm}.92$) Fifth, satisfaction with the facility of job ability development training was showing very low satisfaction compared to other satisfaction items. Conclusion: A continuous effort will be needed in order to be possibly strengthened dental laboratory technicians' professionalism and reinforced qualitative level in major ability through offering more educational opportunities and education in good quality.
