Therefore, a common model, which measures degree of consumer satisfaction by an arithmetic mean from measurement method including data, which assess compulsively the attribution and the importance to consumers, shows the problems of a field application. There showed a high predictive validity in the model of a singular item using the degree of a general satisfaction rather than a detailed assessment. However, the single model needs the model of consumer satisfaction from the using of plural items, because of the field problems that produce in an alternative application. There showed a high significance level in the model including variables, which are showing a high correlation between purchase intention and predictive validity.

  • This study aims to identify whether shopping malls affect customer satisfaction significantly according to the store image assessment of consumers after their purchases. This comparative study on the store image and satisfaction level according to shopping mall type is supposed to offer useful basic data for developing a niche market while establishing market segmentation strategies for internet fashion shopping malls. As a result of an empirical analysis, it was found that important standards for assessing the store image of internet fashion shopping malls include product and information service, customer service after purchase, atmosphere, convenience and reliability, and all five factors were shown to affect the satisfaction level for all general malls significantly. However, product and information service and convenience were shown not to be significantly influential to the satisfaction level for fashion specialty mall. In addition, customer satisfaction was found to affect the customers' intention to repurchase and word of mouth. Therefore, if marketing managers of internet fashion shopping malls elevate customer satisfaction by managing the store image before the customers' purchase, they can attract customers to repurchase intention and ultimately prompt a word of mouth effect.

Methods: A non-equivalent control group post test design was used. The participants were 171 junior nursing students, 103 in the experimental group, and 68 in the control group. Simulation-based practice consisted of nursing assessment during labor, nursing assessment and intervention for normal and high risk mother, nursing education for mother and family during labor, and open lab. The experimental group participated in simulation-based practice for two days and the control group participated in clinical practice at delivery room for two weeks. Results: The experimental group showed higher level of self-efficacy (p= .043), practice satisfaction (p<.001) and practice stress (p=.003) compared to the control group. Conclusion: Simulation-based practice is an effective learning method for obstetrical nursing and can be used as the alternative for clinical practice. However, stress management strategies are needed for simulation-based practice.

  • The purpose of this research was to investigate perception, necessity, and satisfaction of a free foodservice in male middle school students. This study was conducted at male middle schools with paid foodservice (PFS group, 250 students) and with free foodservice (FFS group, 250 students) in Chungnam. Average age of students in the PFS group was 13.1 while that of FFS students was 12.8 years. Exactly 88% of PFS students and 94% of FFS students responded that school foodservice is necessary, which was a significant difference (P<0.05). As the reason for participating in foodservice, about 32% of the PFS students answered the school's request while 33.6% of FFS students answered nutrition, showing a significant difference (P<0.001). Exactly 72.8% of PFS and 96.4% of FFS knew about FFS (P<0.001). More PFS students (86.4%) than FFS students (66%) answered they would not participate in foodservice if the FFS would be introduced and the quality of meal service would deteriorate. After initiation to FFS, there were significant differences in assessment of foodservice: 77.6% of PFS students answered expected that the quality of foodservice would degrade, whereas 74.4% of FFS students answered that quality would not degrade (P<0.001). Satisfaction of foodservice was 2.3 points for FFS students, which was significantly lower than the 2.5 points for PFS students (P<0.001). To sum up assessment of foodservice was positive, whereas satisfaction was not significantly different between PFS and FFS. Based on this research, households, schools, and governments should promote FFS in order to diminish financial pressure for students.

  • Background: Long-term surveillance comparing satisfaction between the early experience of Nuss procedure vs. Ravitch procedure. Materials and Methods: A total of 100 patients that underwent surgical correction of a pectus excavatum between 2001 and 2004 and were followed for ${\geq}2$ years were included. Surveillance on the degree of satisfaction was performed using five-levels of the Likert scale and self-assessment scoring. Results: Nuss or Ravitch surgery was performed in 63 and 37 patients, respectively. The Nuss procedure required a shorter operation time and shorter hospital stay than the Ravitch procedure (p<0.001). The surveillance demonstrated that 17.6% of the Nuss group and 35.7% of the Ravitch group were not satisfied with the outcome of the surgery (p=0.072). The most common causes of dissatisfaction were redepression in the Nuss group (n=5) and incomplete correction in the Ravitch group (n=7). The multivariate analysis showed that reoperation and a high postoperative pectus index were significant risk factors for a low satisfaction score. Conclusion: The Nuss procedure had several advantages over the Ravitch procedure in the immediate postoperative period. However, the long-term satisfaction was determined by a complete correction without recurrence or need for re-intervention rather than by the operation type.

  • This study is to examine the section-based stream management with environmental characteristics and user monitoring. In Jeonjucheon, upstream section located near to Jeonju Hanok village has very good water quality and natural stream landscape. In case of mid/down streams, water quality is good and heavy concentration of facility leads to high use rates of these sections. The questionnaire consists of 5 parts: user characteristics, use behavior, citizen participation, importance rank, and Importance-Satisfaction(IS). 383 out of 454 responses with listwise deletion are used for demographic analysis and IS Analysis. In terms of citizen participation through 'ecological experience activity' and 'stream stewardship activity', 'occasional participation' shows the average of 78% in all three sections. For importance rank, the results arranged in order of priority show 'water quality' > 'green corridor' > 'trail' in up/down streams and 'water quality' > 'vegetation management' > 'trail' in midstream. Therefore, 'water quality' appears to be the most important variable among 13 variables. At last, the results of ISA indicate that all 10 variables need to be improved as satisfaction is lower than importance. In addition, 'plant management' variable falls into 'concentrate here' quadrant where importance is high and satisfaction is low.
