A Study on Effects of Repurchase Intention of Consumer Innovativeness and Website Characteristics: Focused on Consumer of Overseas Direct Purchase

  • Purpose: In this study, with the transaction amount of foreign direct Purchase and foreign direct sales increasing, South Korea is in a situation where foreign direct sales are focused on China. We looked at the impact of consumer innovation and site characteristics on repurchase ability among the characteristics of overseas direct purchase consumers as a way to make direct overseas sales to various overseas countries. Research design, data and methodology: Consumer innovativeness consists of four variables: functional, hedonistic, social, and cognitive, and the site characteristics consisted of four variables: product price, product assortment, convenience, and service. The study was conducted on consumers with foreign direct purchase experience, and was finally used in 252 additional analyses. Results: The main findings of this study were first, that the impact on the degree of re-purchase among consumer innovativeness of foreign direct purchase consumers had a significant impact in the order of cognitive innovativeness, hedonistic innovativeness, and functional innovativeness. Social innovativeness did not affect the degree of re-purchase. Second, site characteristics have been found to have a significant impact on the degree of re-purchase in order of product assortment, commodity price, and service. Convenience did not affect the degree of re-purchase. Conclusions Taken together these results can be called the biggest characteristic of the cognitive innovativeness of the consumer's inclination to use the overseas direct purchase, the price or quick response of the goods sold on the site is a factor that affects the re-purchase, above all it is important to have a variety of products. We will present this element as a way to make direct sales abroad to various countries. In addition, foreign direct purchase is a lot of transactions in China, the United States, EU, but the share of China is high in foreign direct sales, and the U.S. and EU have a very low performance, it is important to consider the reasons why they prefer Korean products in China to study the social and cultural characteristics of U.S. and European consumers in the future, and to support and active marketing that companies and sellers can increase sales.

서울 오피스 빌딩 매매가격 결정요인 분석 : 부분매매를 중심으로 (An Analysis on Determinants that Affect the Sale Price of an Office Building in Seoul after Focusing on Strata Property Sales)

  • 본 연구는 오피스 매매가격에 영향을 주는 결정요인에 대한 연구를 진행하였다. 그 중에서도 특히 부분매매가 미치는 영향에 대해 초점을 맞춰서 헤도닉 가격모형을 활용하여 실증분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구에는 2000년부터 2017년까지 서울에서 거래된 오피스 사례 1,171건이 분석에 이용되었다. 오피스 매매가격에 영향을 주는 요인을 분석하기 위해 거시경제변수, 입지특성변수, 자산특성변수, 거래특성변수, 거래시점변수로 독립변수를 구성하였다. 본 연구에 있어서 주요 관심사항인 부분매매에 대해서 분석결과를 살펴보면, 부분매매는 전체매매보다 약 156만원 정도 평당 매매가격이 할인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 할인율 측면에서는 전체매매에 비해 부분매매가 12.6% 할인되는 것으로 나타나 부분매매가 오피스 매매가격에 적지 않은 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이는 집합건물의 경우 소유자가 재산권에 대한 행사와 유지관리에 따른 비용 배분 등 측면에서 단독소유보다 어려움을 겪고 있기 때문이라고 볼 수 있다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 향후 오피스 거래 특히 부분매매의 경우 거래 투명성 확보 및 리스크 관리 측면에서 일정부분 기여를 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

지역별 아파트 분양권 실태 및 특성 연구 (A Study on the Regional Conditions and Characteristics of Apartment Ownership Resale)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 우리나라 아파트의 거래원인 가운데 하나인 분양권 거래비율을 중심으로 한 아파트 분양권 거래 실태와 지역 간 특성을 파악하는데 있다. 이를 위해 162개 시 군 지역을 중심으로 인구특성, 아파트거래 및 분양특성, 주거특성을 살펴보았으며 아파트 분양권 비율을 종속변수로 하는 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 통계적으로 유의한 변수는 아파트 매매비율, 분양권 기타 소유권이전 비율, 아파트 거래회전율, 분양물량, 아파트 비율, 인구증가율, 아파트 매매 가격상승률로 나타났다. 아파트 매매가격 상승률에 있어서도 분양권 거래비율이 높은 지역에서 아파트 매매 가격 상승률은 상대적으로 낮게 나타났고 분양권 기타 소유권이전 건수가 상승할수록 아파트 분양권 거래건수도 상승하였다. 이에 본 결과로 아파트 시장에서 실수요자 중심의 거래를 활성화하기 위한 정부의 정책과 제도의 개선에 바탕이 되는 기초자료가 될 것으로 판단된다.

B2B 소프트웨어 유통 중소기업을 위한 고객과의 지속거래 유지 전략: 사례 연구 (Strategies for Continuous Transactions with Customers for B2B Software Retailers: Case Study)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study was to propose a specific and empirical continuous transaction strategy through service quality of improvement to small and medium Korean companies whose main business is B2B distribution and sale of general-purpose SW. Research design, data, and methodology - The research procedure is largely divided into two phases. In the first phase, the service quality, the customer satisfaction, and the continuous transaction research hypothesis and the verification are carried out. Experimental data were collected from 450 companies, CEO companies of SMEs innovation institutes, and 510 companies from medium and large enterprises. From September 15 to October 5, 2015, 215 questionnaires were used. And research hypothesis and test were conducted by SPSS SW Ver. 20. Results - The results of the study confirm that service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction and continuous transaction: as the detailed items for improving the service quality, 'responsiveness', 'assurance' and 'empathy' have been adopted. Therefore, there are critical factors of a company's survival through continuous transaction. Conclusions - Through this study, we confirmed that the survival of small businesses require continuous improvement in service quality. Among the factors improving service quality, empathy means service satisfaction of customers; so, it is necessary to continuously improve it by evaluating customer satisfaction. Responsiveness means rapid response to customer needs and reliability; it is necessary to enhance customer responsiveness by continuous job training and service training. Finally, assurance is the same as sales product or after service. This means that it is necessary to not only issue the "supply contract," but also improve the reliability of the sales product by securing the competence of the consulting professional. However, because the service quality measurement factors selected in this study are the measurement factors that are mainly applied to large companies or those in the service industries, it is important to consider the type of sales of software distribution companies.

Sensitivity Analysis for Joint Pricing and Lot-sizing Model with Price Dependent Demand under Day terms Supplier Credit in a Two-stage Supply Chain

  • In this paper, we analyze the buyer's joint pricing and lot-sizing model in a two-stage supply chain consisting of the supplier, the buyer and the customer. It is assumed that the supplier will permit a certain fixed period for settling the amount the buyer owes to him for the items supplied in order to stimulate the demand for the product. Generally, credit transactions would have a positive effect to the buyer. The availability of credit transactions from the supplier effectively reduces the cost of holding stocks for the buyer and therefore, the buyer has a lot of price options to choose his sales price for a customer in anticipation of increased the customer's demand and, as a result, it will appear to increase the buyer's inventory levels. On the other hand, in the case of decaying products in which their utility decay over time, the decaying rate with time may be expected to reduce inventory levels. In this regard, we need to analyze how much the length of credit period and the decaying rate affect the buyer's pricing and lot-sizing policy. For the analysis, we consider the situation where the customer's demand is represented as a linearly decreasing function of the buyer's sales price. From this perspective, we formulate the buyer's annual net profit and analyze the effect of the length of credit period and decaying rate of the product on the buyer's inventory policy numerically.

  • E-commerce done by between buyers and sellers mainly rely on computer networks and business transactions are carried out according to certain standards of various business activities. E-commerce is based on modern information technology and network technology, financial electronic collection, management, information technology, business and trade information networks into one, aimed at logistics, capital flow and information flow of harmony and unity of the new trade, trade activities of the entire process, electronic, networking and digital. In this paper, we investigate for online shopping, for example, to illustrate the current problems in an area of clothes market. Also we proposed an ideal model appropriate to increase sales and show the analysis results compared to conventional clothes market in open market.

차 대 차 정면충돌시험을 통한 상호안전성 연구 (Research on Vehicle Crash Compatibility Through Car to Car Frontal Crash Test)

  • Since 2000, sports utility vehicles(SUVs) occupy about 40% of domestic vehicle sales. As sports utility vehicle sales are increased the probability of crash accident between SUVs and passenger vehicles increases. Generally, SUVs are heavier than passenger vehicles and their drive height and front end stillness are higher than passenger vehicles. Because of these characteristics SUVs cause more severe injury and fatal injury in SUV to passenger vehicle head-on impact. To evaluate SUV's aggessivity to passenger vehicle, we carried out SUV to passenger vehicle head-on crash test. And finally the way how to reduce incompatibility between SUVs and passenger vehicles is suggested.

연관규칙을 이용한 상품선택과 기대수익 예측 (Item Selection By Estimated Profit Ranking Based on Association Rule)

  • One of the most fundamental problems in business is ranking items with respect to profit based on historical transactions. The difficulty is that the profit of one item comes from its influence on the sales of other items as well as its own sales, and that there is no well-developed algorithm for estimating overall profit of selected items. In this paper, we developed a product network based on association rule and an algorithm for profit estimation and item selection using the estimated profit ranking(EPR). As a result of computer simulation, the suggested algorithm outperforms the individual approach and the hub-authority profit ranking algorithm.

  • To establish the transmission system expansion plan based on reliability, valuation of outage cost become more important. In previous studies about outage cost estimation, macroscopic, microscopic and analytic methods are proposed but they have some limit. For instance, microscopic method involves a complex field survey process and macroscopic method can not estimate regional outage cost. So in this paper, a new method to estimate regional macroscopic outage cost using the reduction of value added due to power outages is proposed. This method uses regional add value according to production activities called Gross Regional Domestic Product(GRDP) and regional electricity sales.

  • This paper presents the business model and system functionalities of a B2B e-marketplace solution that not only can overcome some problems of the public e-marketplace, but also can be applicable to both public and private types of e-marketplaces. This solution is different from the most of the public e-marketplace solutions that their main sources of revenue are transaction commissions or transaction fees through the third-party intermediation. Instead, this solution provides an ASP (Application Service Provider) functionality for direct, disintermediated purchasing and sales-related transactions between suppliers and buyers. With this functionality, suppliers and buyers electronically commerce with each other without the disclosure of their transactions as well as transaction commissions.
