골프카 디자인개발을 위한 연구 (A Study on the fundamentals of design developments for the golf car)

  • 점차 대중화의 추세로 나아가는 골프인구의 증가와 함께 골프카의 수요가 증대되고 있다. 그러나 국내의 골프카 산업은 이러한 시장의 니즈에 적절하게 대응할 만큼 성숙되어 있지못한 상태에 있다. 국내시장의 수요는 대부분 고가의 수입 골프카가 담당하고 있으며 애프터 서비스의 불리함과 부품가격에 있어서도 역시 고가임에도 불구하고 점점 그 수요의 폭이 상승하는 추세이다. 우리나라는 자동차 산업의 기반여건이 제대로 갖추어져 있으므로 골프카 부문에 있어서도 경쟁력 있는 한국형 고유모델을 개발하기에 적절한 시기에 도달하였다고 판단된다. 이에 본 연구를 통하여 국내외 골프카 산업의 현황과 경쟁이 예상되는 골프카를 분석하고 국내여건에 적합하며 향후 해외시장에서도 경쟁력을 갖출 수 있는 고유모델의 디자인개발을 위한 전제조건들을 도출하고자 한다.

  • The international sale transaction is in essence a sale of goods and presents all those commercial and legal problems in any sale of goods. As a result, A International sales contract imposes several duties on the parties : the seller must deliver the goods and transfer ownership in them, while the buyer must pay the price and take delivery of the goods. However, there are several problems which impede a active transaction between seller and buyer who have their places of business in other countries each other. Therefore, It is necessary to provide the concept on the conformity of goods in the Int'l Sale of Goods. Especially, In our consideration for the point of time when defects occurs, the existence of non-conformity of goods should be judged on the basis of time of delivery rather than time of contract. Moreover, The burden of proof about nonconformity of goods is another fact which make an international dispute between the contractual parties in an international trade. Thus, The consistency in the interpretation of law must be maintained betweened the warranty and seller's liability. In the Uniform Commercial Code and UN Convention, non-conformity of contract is made of contract liability. And in our civil and commercial law provisions of warranty should be understand as the special ones of the provisions of general non-performance of obligation liability. As a result, More concrete study of them is required because they may have a great influence especially on international trade. As a result, We should be our best in finding a helpful and systematic structure that the dualistic structure of nonperformance of obligation liability and warranty liability must be unified by studying the theories of English and American warranty and our legal system, as well as international practice and usage being used in an international trade.

여대생의 쇼핑성향에 따른 신발속성 중요도 비교 (Comparison of shoe attributes importance according to shopping orientations of college women)

  • This study reveals the components of college women's shopping orientations and compares the attributes of shoes accordingly. This study attempts to investigate the needs of consumers in the target market of young women by comparing the importance of shoe attributes with their shopping orientations and to provide basic data for efficient marketing strategies which could increase sales. Data was collected using a questionnaire survey. Of a total of 330 questionnaires, 319 were used for statistical analysis. The survey was carried out from July to August 2016. The 17 shopping orientation-related questions and 13 questions about shoe purchase attributes were measured using a five-point Likert Scale. SPSS 23 was used to carry out: descriptives, factor analysis, reliability analysis, cluster analysis, ANOVA, and Duncan's test. Shopping orientations were divided between brand orientation, pleasure orientation, trend orientation and utilitarian orientation. Shoe attributes were categorized into ostentation value, product value, economic value and aesthetic value. College women were divided into the following groups: active shopping, passive shopping, rational shopping and conforming shopping. According to the comparison of the importance of shoe attributes by consumer type among college women, a significant difference by group was found in ostentation value and aesthetic value only. Furthermore, the average scores on the importance of product value and economic value were very high without significant differences between groups. The study results would be available as basic data to help improving the visual image of shoes and product quality for brands targeting young women in the fashion industry.

경영자과신이 주가급락위험에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Managerial Overconfidence on Crash Risk)

  • Purpose - This paper investigates whether managerial overconfidence is associated with firm-specific crash risk. Overconfidence leads managers to overestimate the returns of their investment projects, and misperceive negative net present value projects as value creating. They even use voluntary disclosures to convey their optimistic beliefs about the firms' long-term prospects to the stock market. Thus, the overconfidence bias can lead to managerial bad news hoarding behavior. When bad news accumulates and crosses some tipping point, it will come out all at once, resulting in a stock price crash. Research design, data and methodology - 7,385 firm-years used for the main analysis are from the KIS Value database between 2006 and 2013. This database covers KOSPI-listed and KOSDAQ-listed firms in Korea. The proxy for overconfidence is based on excess investment in assets. A residual from the regression of total asset growth on sales growth run by industry-year is used as an independent variable. If a firm has at least one crash week during a year, it is referred to as a high crash risk firm. The dependant variable is a dummy variable that equals 1 if a firm is a high crash risk firm, and zero otherwise. After explaining the relationship between managerial overconfidence and crash risk, the total sample was divided into two sub-samples; chaebol firms and non-chaebol firms. The relation between how I overconfidence and crash risk varies with business group affiliation was investigated. Results - The results showed that managerial overconfidence is positively related to crash risk. Specifically, the coefficient of OVERC is significantly positive, supporting the prediction. The results are strong and robust in non-chaebol firms. Conclusions - The results show that firms with overconfident managers are likely to experience stock price crashes. This study is related to past literature that examines the impact of managerial overconfidence on the stock market. This study contributes to the literature by examining whether overconfidence can explain a firm's future crashes.

디키의 <예술제도론>의 관점에서 본 예술로서의 패션의 본질 -패션계의 구성요소를 중심으로- (Essentials of Fashion as art from the Perspective of George Dickie's Institutional Theory of Art -Focus on the Structural Elements of the Fashion World-)

  • The purpose of this study is to interpret the artistic nature of fashion from the point of view of George Dickie's Institutional theory of art, which defined art from a sociological context. Five notions to formulate the institutional definition of art were regarding the artist, work of art, public, artworld, and artworld system. These notions were applied to the fashion world, and they deduced the definitions of a fashion designer, a fashion product, a fashion consumer, and the fashion system, which indicated fashion's social status in the art system. Firstly, a fashion designer plays a collective role in the product with an understanding of the consumers, professional knowledge of the design, and knowledge of making images of fashion products. Secondly, a fashion product involves artifactuality in the form of clothes created by collaboration among producers and it is transformed into fashion by collective activity of distributors and consumers. Thirdly, a consumer is a set of people who play a leading role in the assessment and consumption of the fashion product, allow the fashion designer to read his or her taste and reflect it in the fashion product although they are not directly involved in its production. Fourthly, a fashion system is a social framework for the presentation of a fashion product by a fashion designer to a consumer, and a social institution which enables clothes to transform into fashion through design, production, display, distribution, and sales. As a result, fashion is defined as an artifact in the form of clothes created by a fashion designer and presented to a consumer by the fashion system.

한국 연예인 광고모델 속성이 중국 소비자 한국 패션브랜드 구매도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of the Attributes of Korean Celebrity Advertising Models on Chinese Consumer's Intention to Purchase Korean Fashion Brands)

  • As the Korean cultural contents, such as drama, films, music, gained popularity in China, Korean fashion brands used Korean celebrities as their models to as a sales promotion strategy for Chinese consumers. With the point of view that the advertising model as a human capital as well, the purpose of this study is to investigate the factors of attributes of Korean celebrity advertising model, and to analyze effects on fashion brand recognition, preference, trust and purchase intention. With convenience sampling, the research surveyed Shanghai consumers in their 20's to early 30's who had purchased Korean fashion items. The 291 responses were analyzed by frequency analysis, reliability test, factor analysis, multiple regression analysis, The results are as follows. Frist, Korean celebrity advertising model attribute factors were divided into similarity, familiarity, popularity, attractiveness and trust. Second, the brand recognition was affected by similarity, familiarity and popularity factors, and the brand preference was affected by similarity, familiarity, popularity and attractiveness factors. Third, the trust of Korean fashion brands was affected by similarity, familiarity, attractiveness, trust, brand recognition and brand preference. Lastly, the intention to purchase Korean Fashion brand was affected by similarity, familiarity, attractiveness, brand recognition, brand preference and brand trust.

사회적 가치 실현을 위한 디자인의 접근 사례 (Approach case design for achieve the social values)

  • 현대적 관점의 디자인은 기업의 경제적 이윤창출을 목적으로 생산능률의 향상을 위한 디자인이나 판매 촉진을 위한 스타일링에 초점을 맞췄던 과거의 개념에서 변화하였다. '인간중심 디자인'으로 디자인이 시장과 자본의 원리뿐만 아니라 전통이나 문화에 적합한 인간 중심의 디자인, 문화중시의 디자인으로 나아가 사회적, 윤리적 책임과 가치가 함께 하는 디자인으로 향상되어 발전되어지고 있다. 이러한 현재의 디자인은 개인과 사회에서 만들어지고 습득된 문화에 기반을 두고 잠재되거나 표출된 사회적 가치를 중시하는 디자인의 결과물이며 이를 제공하는 디자이너의 책무로 여겨지기도 한다. 디자인의 사회적 영향에 대한 고려와 함께 검토되어야 하는 '디자인의 사회적 가치'실현을 위해 첫째, 소외되었으나 간과되어서는 안되는 이들을 위한 인간중심의 디자인과 둘째, 지역과 상황에 적합하며 지역사회 발전에 공헌하는 문화중심의 디자인과 셋째, 익숙한 아이디어들 선선한 패러다임으로 대체한 사용성 중심의 디자인에 대해 예시하였다. 이는 디자인이 갖는 가능과 의미를 목적적인 관점에서 제시하여 사회적 문제와 인간을 위한 방법을 디자인의 '문제의 발견'과 '문제해결 능력'에서 찾아 차후 사회적 가치의 실현과 확산에 대한 연구로 진행될 것이다.

  • 기업의 데이터베이스 규모는 계속 증가되고 있는 추세이다. 이런 대량의 데이터베이스에서 유용한 정보를 얻는 데이터마이닝은 다양한 예측기법이나 차이점의 분석을 통하여 매출의 증대나, 비용 절감 등의 효과를 줄 수 있다. 분석방법에는 정보의 다양한 분류기법 또한 다양한 각도나 영역의 관점을 통하여 분석할 수 있다. 연관규칙과 패턴의 분석은 대량의 데이터베이스에서 유용한 정보를 효과적으로 분석할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 쇼핑몰의 상품을 데이터마이닝 분석 기법중의 하나인 연관규칙을 활용하여 분석하였다. 이를 통하여 기존상품 분류 및 분석에 따른 고객의 구매패턴을 분석하고, 전략적 마케팅 수립을 통해 접근할 수 있는 데이터마이닝 분석에 관한 사례를 연구하였다.

RFID 기술을 이용한 VIP 고객 접점 관리 (RFID Technology based VIP Channel Management)

  • 최근 마케팅 분야에서는 상위 20% 이내의 고객에 대한 맞춤형 서비스 제공을 통해 고객의 충성도 상승과 매출 증대를 위한 VIP 마케팅이 관심을 받고 있다. 본 연구에서는 RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) 기술을 이용한 VIP 고객 접점 관리 사례를 살펴보고, 이를 기반으로 고객관계관리(CRM)에 RFID 기술 도입시 고려할 사항과 일반적인 시나리오를 제시하였다. RFID 기술은 무선전파를 이용하여 사물이나 고객의 ID 정보를 인식할 수 있는 기술로 현재 유통 물류 및 자산관리 분야에서 활발하게 적용되고 있다. 이 기술을 고객관계관리(CRM)를 위한 새로운 고객접점채널로서 활용하는 경우, RFID 기술의 장점을 충분히 활용한다면 다양한 형태의 지능형 고객 맞춤 서비스를 제공할 수 있을 것이다. CRM 고객접점에서의 RFID 기술은 도입 초기 단계지만 RFID 기술 향상과 다양한 시도를 거쳐 향후 다양한 업종에서 VIP를 포함한 고객 관리와 고객의 쇼핑 및 소비 패턴과 같이 마케팅 캠페인에 도움이 되는 중요한 정보를 획득할 수 있는 유용한 도구로 활용될 것이다.

The Task of the Fashion Designer in Different Types of Domestic Women's Apparel Brands - Focusing on the Fashion Merchandising Process -

  • The purpose of this research is to identify the phases of the fashion merchandising process and the range of the fashion designer's work as well as performing degree at each stage according to the brand types of domestic women's apparel. The preliminary research was conducted with the chief designers of five woman's apparel manufactures located in Seoul and the questionnaires were collected from 192 fashion designers. They were measured by the five point Likert-type scales. For a data analysis, the Pearson's Correlation, ANOVA, Sheffe Test, MANOVA were used with SPSS V. 11.0. The results are as follows; 1. The steps which fashion designers of domestic apparel brand take in fashion merchandising process have been identified in 7 stages- Environment Information, Target Market Planning, Design Planning, Design Development, Price Settlement, Presentation & Line Release, Production. 2. The task achievement level of fashion designers in fashion merchandising process differs in brand types as well as in fashion merchandising stages. In NB, the designer's work was conducted in order of Design Planning(M=4.58)$\to$Presentation & Line release(M=4.31)$\to$ Environment Information(M=3.83)$\to$Target Market Planning(M=3.13). In DB, in order of Price Settlement (M=4.80)$\to$Production(M=4.33)$\to$Design Development(M=4.27)$\to$Design Planning(M=3.77)$\to$Presentation & Line release(M=3.20)$\to$Environment Information (M2.70). In GB, in order of Production(M=4.38)$\to$Design Planning(M=4.22)$\to$Price Settlement(M4.16)$\to$Environment Information(M=3.83)$\to$Merchandising Target Market (M=3.72)$\to$Design Development(M=3.65). 3. Considering the other factors such as sales, the amount of owning shops, item amounts that are related to the company size, this study shows that only the brand type affects designer's task achievement.
