본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 정보매체를 통한 환자안전사고 노출 정도와 학생들의 환자안전관련 지식, 인식, 수행자신감의 관계를 알아보기 위해 시행되었다. 연구의 대상자는 일개 여대의 간호학과에 재학 중인 대학생으로 서면동의서를 작성한 학생 348명 중 불충분한 설문지를 제외하고 337부를 자료 분석에 활용하였다. 자료수집은 2018년 6월 4일에서 12일까지 이루어졌으며 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0프로그램을 활용하여 기술 통계, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient 방법으로 분석되었다. 연구결과 대상자의 환자안전에 대한 지식은 평균 6.43점, 인식은 평균 41.02점, 수행자신감은 평균 39.61점이었으며 TV와 인터넷 매체를 통해 환자안전사고에 노출된 정도는 각 1.25점과 1.35점으로 나타났다. 환자안전 지식은 연령, 학년, 환자안전 교육 경험에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였으며, 환자안전 인식은 전공만족도에 따라, 환자안전 수행자신감은 학년, 환자안전 교육 경험, 전공만족도에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. TV를 통한 환자안전사고 정보매체의 노출 정도는 지식(r=.32, p<.000), 수행자신감(r=.21, p<.000)과, 인터넷을 통한 정보매체의 노출 정도는 지식(r=.34, p<.000), 인식(r=.12, p=.028), 수행자신감(r=.24, p<.000)과 유의한 순상관관계를 보였다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 임상실습 전부터 학생들에게 환자안전에 대한 체계적인 교육을 제공할 뿐 아니라 정보매체를 통해 전달되는 환자안전사고와 같은 이슈에 비판적 사고를 가지고 접근할 수 있는 환자안전 교육프로그램을 개발, 적용하고 그 효과를 평가하는 추후 연구를 제언하는 바이다.

음성을 비롯하여 음악, 음향 등을 포함하는 오디오 신호는 멀티미디어 콘텐츠를 구성하는 매우 중요한 미디어 타입이며, 미디어 기록 매체와 네트워크의 발전으로 인한 데이터 양의 급격한 증대는 수동적 관리의 어려움을 유발하게 되고, 이로 인해 오디오 신호를 자동으로 구분하는 기술은 매우 중요한 기술로 인식되고 있다. 다양한 오디오 신호를 분류하기 위한 오디오 신호의 특징을 추출하는 기술은 많은 연구들을 통해 발전하여 왔으며, 본 논문은 오디오 콘텐츠 자동 분류에서 높은 성능을 갖는 오디오 신호 특징 추출에 대해서 분석한다. 그리고 특징 분류기 중에서 안정적인 성능을 가지는 SVM을 사용한 오디오 신호 분류 방법을 알아본다.

The International Maritime Organization has determined that more than 80% of maritime accidents are caused by human error. A variety of methods have been considered to reduce maritime accidents caused by such human error. Navigators operate by observing surrounding maritime situations and analyzing information using various navigational devices. This study proposes a system to ensure safe navigation by assisting navigators through the delivery of maritime safety information (MSI) between land and sea. In the future, supplementing the system through long-term on-the-ship tests is necessary by defining MSI in relation to maritime service portfolio regions.

This study examines consumers' perception of agricultural products using nuclear power plants waste heat. This study surveyed 348 consumers and found that presenting information about safety of waste heat utilization increased appropriacy of waste heat; after providing the information, the percentage of respondents in favor of using waste heat increased 27.5% point from 38.3% to 65.8%. The most important reason against using waste heat was because it threatened the safety of agricultural products, and the most important reason for its support was to reduce farm production costs. The purchase intention for agricultural products using waste heat had risen by at least 10% point after providing the information about safety of waste heat. Those means that it important provision of accurate and reliable information on the safety of waste heat to encourage the utilization of waste heat from nuclear power plants. Purchase intention for flowers using waste heat was most, followed by vegetables, fruits (including fruits and vegetables).

In the conventional computing environment, users use only a small number of software systems intensively. So it had been enough to check and guarantee the functional correctness and safety of a small number of giant systems in order to protect the user systems and their information inside the systems from outside attacks. However, checking the correctness and safety of giant systems is not enough anymore, since users are using various software systems or web services provided by unskilled developers. To prove or guarantee the safety of software system, a lot of research has been conducted in diverse areas of computer science. We will discuss the on-going approaches for guaranteeing or verifying the safety of software systems in this paper. We also discuss the future research challenge which must be solved with better solutions in the near future.

A safety management system is a information system. This system finds out hazards which could occur during safety management activities, and analyze and evaluate their natures, and then plan to take measures. Therefore accidents could be prevented. To establish the information system, robust architectures are required. A purpose of this research is to derive procedure of establishment in relation to developing safety management systems, which is needed to be advanced. To accomplish it, we reviewed a movement of architectures to establish electronic information and a movement of technology development And then we led definitions of requirements and architectures development process from those that are based on review of the trends.

While commercialization of IoT technologies in the safety management sector is being promoted in terms of industrial safety of large indoor businesses, implementing a system for risk management of small outdoor work sites with frequent site movements is not actively implemented. In this paper, we propose an efficient dynamic workload balancing strategy which combined low-power, wide-bandwidth (LPWA) communication and low-power Bluetooth (BLE) communication technologies to support customized risk management alarm systems for each individual (driver/operator/manager). This study was designed to enable long-term low-power collection and transmission of traffic information in outdoor environment, as well as to implement an integrated real-time safety management system that notifies a whole field worker who does not carry a separate smart device in advance. Performance assessments of the system, including risk alerts to drivers and workers via Bluetooth communication, the speed at which critical text messages are received, and the operation of warning/lighting lamps are all well suited to field application.

This study is planned to investigate the attitude toward the safety and health management of contractor company. Under the contract based production system, all of activities including safety and health management in the contractor company are depended upon the contract. How to make contract influence the worker's health of contractor company. Worker's health of contractor company can be protected by efforts of company of contract-out and contractor company, especially their safety managers. The modelling of the effective safety and health management system for contractor company should consider the need of safety manager of each company and employer of contractor company. Data is collected from safety managers of 3 contract out compaines as electronic and electrical manufacturing industry and 55 safety manager, 57 employers of their contractor compaines using self administered survey with structured questionnaire. The most of all respondents want to support from the contract out compaines. The most important items supported from contract out company is the information based on the safety information network between each company. Safety manager and employer of contactor company also itemized safety education and training in the supporting system from contract out company. These results can be generalized to survey on the other industries.

In this paper, we conducted a study to understand the impacts of safety behavior, safety and health delivery and communication, which should be managed for the establishments' safety and health control on occupational safety and health policy satisfaction to utilize that as a material for preparing policy support and preventive measures. For this purpose, we conducted a statistic analysis with 2,970 establishments, utilizing the material, "2015 Occupational Safety and Health Company Survey". As a result, in the manufacturing industry, it turned out in the establishments with more than 300 workers, safety behavior, safety and health delivery and communication of the cooperative firm of the prime contractor were high. In addition, it turned out that safety behaviors had the biggest impact on occupational safety and health policy satisfaction in the manufacturing industry and safety and health delivery and communication had the biggest impact on occupational safety and health policy satisfaction in the construction industry and other industries. As for the relationship between companies, it turned out that safety behaviors had the biggest impact on that between the parent company and a cooperative firm of a prime contractor while safety and health delivery and communication on that between the prime contractor and the subcontractor. Through the results of this study, it is necessary to build up safety and health behavior and safety and health delivery and communication systems for the characteristics of the company, and it is expected that the effect of the safety and health control will increase when policy support is made accordingly.
