According to the construction environmental changes due to the trend of large scale and complicated building construction, many construction methods(such as : TOPDOWN )are more often used. However, it is pointed out that occupational pulmonary diseases, reduction of the machinery lifetime and productivity caused to be narrow visual field and collision between the workers. Therefore, this study is mainly dealing with the views of productivity and safety improvement in order to improve work efficiency and to insure the safety in underground construction environment.

최근 건설업의 높은 재해율을 저감하기 위한 노력의 일환으로 스마트 안전관리 기술의 현장 도입이 시도되고 있으며, 이와 관련한 제도적인 개선이 일부 이뤄지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 개선된 제도의 효용성 파악 및 스마트 안전관리 기술의 현장 적용 확산을 위한 추가 개선점을 도출하기 위해 수행되었다. 건설업에 종사하는 참여자를 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하였고, 개선된 제도의 인지 및 건설현장에서 스마트 안전 기술을 확산하기 위해 필요한 항목을 조사하였다. 조사 결과 스마트 건설안전의 현장 적용에 대한 높은 관심을 확인할 수 있었고, 안전관리비의 및 현장 안전 서류업무 중복 문제 등을 제기하였다. 본 연구를 통해 도출된 의견은 향후 스마트 건설안전 기술의 도입·확산을 위한 제도적 개선의 기초자료로 활용될 것이다.

연구목적: 개정된 산업안전보건법의 사업주의 책임 및 의무확대와 발주자의 사업주 평가가 안전관리 시스템 개선에 어떠한 영향을 주는지에 대하여 연구하고자 한다. 연구방법: 선행연구의 내용과 분석 결과를 비교하여 학술적 논의를 실시하였다. 선행연구로부터 수집한 측정도구로 설문지를 제작하였고, 수집된 데이터로 통계적인 다중 회귀분석를 실시하였다. 연구결과:연구가설 사업주의 책임 및 의무 확대와 발주자의 사업주 평가 강화가 안전관리시스템 개선에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론:사업주의 책임 및 의무 확대와 발주자의 사업주 평가 강화는 건설재해예방을 위한 건설 안전관리시스템 개선에 긍정적인 영향을 주고 있다.

연구목적: 본 연구에서는 배달 플랫폼 종사자들을 위험으로부터 보호하기 위해 안전관리 개선 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 연구방법: 배달 플랫폼 종사자들을 보호하기 위해 국내와 국외에서 실시하고 있는 안전 관련 법제도 및 사례를 찾아 분석하였고, 배달 플랫폼 종사자들을 대상으로 설문을 진행하여 도출된 통계 결과와 국내·외 법제도 및 사례들을 분석하고 비교하여 안전관리 개선방안을 제시하였다. 연구결과: 국내에서는 배달 플랫폼 종사자의 안전을 위해 실시하고 있는 법의 내용에서 기상악화에 대한 안전대책이 명확하게 제시되지 않았고 설문조사 결과 안전교육 또한 완벽하게 이루어지지 않고 있는 것으로 확인되었으며 배달 도중 앱이나 프로그램을 통해 호출을 받아 대다수가 사고를 경험한 것으로 확인되었다. 결론: 본 연구를 통해 배달 플랫폼 종사자들을 위한 안전관리 개선 방안을 제시할 수 있었지만 이륜차와 관련된 상세한 설문 항목은 조사하지 않았기 때문에 배달 플랫폼 종사자들이 주 운송수단으로 사용하고 있는 이륜차로 인해 발생할 수 있는 다양한 사고 결과를 확인할 수 없어 이륜차를 사용하여 배달할 경우 발생할 수 있는 사고에 대한 안전관리 개선방안은 제시할 수 없었다.

The roof improvement project is being carried out under the government's leadership for the sake of national welfare. The project is to replace the asbestos slate roof with a metallic one. In this study, the structural safety of the improved roof was examined and the project guidelines were reviewed. The causes of the roof damage were investigated and the structural analysis was performed for the roof frame subject to wind and snow loads. Metallic roof assemblies have higher strength and load resistance capability than usual slate ones, so the structural safety is governed by the frame. The stresses of the roof frame elements caused by the wind and snow loads were analyzed according to roof frame with various spacings between the rafters and the purlins. Wind load analysis was performed by 24, 28, and 38 m/sec of the basic wind speed. Snow load analysis was carried out by 0.5, 1.0 and $2.0kN/m^2$ of the ground snow load. As the analysis result, the current spacing and the size of the lumber did not satisfy the Korean building code specification. To secure the safety of the roof improvement project, the spacing of the roof frame elements and the size of the lumber should be determined based on the analysis results by structural engineers.

서울특별시는 대한민국의 수도로 높은 인구와 시설이 밀집되어 있으며 다양한 건축공사가 도심 내에서 진행되고 있다. 우리나라와 서울시 건축공사장에서 안전사고가 다수 발생하여 큰 인명과 재산 피해를 야기하였으며, 중앙부처와 서울시는 공사장 안전을 확보하기 위하여 많은 노력을 기울여왔다. 이 연구에서는 현행 법·제도 등 공사장 안전관리 실태를 분석하였다. 공사장 안전관리 법령의 한계점과 이를 극복하기 위한 중앙부처와 서울시의 대책을 조사하고, 서울시에서 진행한 공사장 안전점검 결과와 현장 관계자 대상 설문조사를 실시하였다. 공사장 안전관리 실태분석 결과를 기반으로 서울시 건축공사장 안전을 확보를 위한 개선방안을 도출하였다. 서울시가 현재 진행하고 있는 안전점검 등의 개선과 현 법·제도가 보다 잘 작동할 수 있도록 관리감독 강화, 그리고 자율적인 안전확보를 위한 가이드와 교육 방안을 제시하였다.

Three occupational safety and health (OSH) activities, one international and two national workshops, were documented as part of OSH activities conducted under the International Labor Organization/Korea Partnership Program in the year 2011-2012. This study aimed to provide information on what the three OSH activities were implemented and how they contributed to the improvement of OSH in Asian countries. The international workshop was useful for the participants to understand a variety of information on OSH as well as participatory action-oriented training (PAOT) approaches at the regional and global levels. The two national workshops were practical for participants to strengthen their knowledge and skills on the PAOT at the enterprise and national levels. The study shows that the three OSH activities contributed to the understanding of the participants on OSH and PAOT, and that the activities promoted the improvement of OSH across countries in Asia.

Currently, the consumer pattern is directed to small quantity and high variety these days. World market is led by technological innovations and changes rapidly. To survive in this environment, the raising of small and medium enterprises is highly desirable. In the context of nationwide restructuring, competitive medium and small industries which are in good financial status should lead the nation's economy. But general ignorance of the safety issues could lead to a miss management of this industry in this field. In this study, actual condition and improvement of safety management are as follows; We have to 1) find out the factors which endangers this industry, and set a proper guideline for safety management. 2) encourage safety management of these industries by themselves, and advertise and provide technical support for using PC and internet. 3) set a higher standard of safety issue when accrediting a prospective medium and small industry, and have a firm control of this issue once accredited. 4) supply more governmental financial aids to terms of safety issues for medium and small industries.

In the field of domestic construction demolition works, work process management system is left behind compared with that of several advanced countries such as US, Japan and UK. Especially, the problems regarding safety management are more serious in terms of the availability of safety manuals and law system. The analysis results fiom the questionnaire survey and interviews with demolition engineers indicated that current safety management practices in demolition works lack systematic approach and inappropriate in securing labors' safe working environment. In addition, field labors and managers strongly requested the improvement of safety educational system. Grounded upon the analyses results and investigations, suggestions were drawn for the establishment of advanced safety educational system.

In this study, actual status of safety management for the objects of 173 university, government research institution, and corporate affiliated research center was carried out through questionnaires. For unexpected accident status according to kinds, scale, and types of laboratories, frequency analysis using cross analysis and multiple replies analysis was used. The result of this study is judged to be used for laboratory safety education prevention programs, laboratory environment improvement, investment or improvement of laboratories through the actual safety management status of laboratories such as vulnerable works for generation of unexpected sudden accidents according to kind, scale, and type of laboratories, period of occurrence, prevention education, necessity for preliminary test, and cause of laboratory accidents.
