The housing is a human's basic space and the comfort and the safety are the most basic conditions. According to the flow of age for Well-Being since the 21th, the suppliers and the users of apartment are making best effort now for the embossment of green environmental quality of apartment, and outstretch their hands for marketing strategic purposes in a side of indoor and outdoor environment with distinctive elements. But these supply and use are on progress competitively with the simple distinction, it is thought that indoor and outdoor environment are must be promoted according to the survey of residents' consciousness. So this study aims to provide basic materials with residents for the promotion of comfortable dwelling environment by solving the basic safety problem and also aims to survey and analyze the residents' safety consciousness in object of physical and non-physical environmental quality of indoor and outdoor of apartment by analyzing indoor air quality pollution, the feeling of being victimize caused by air pollution and safety consciousness according to physical environment elements.

본 연구는 신임 경찰공무원으로서 교육기간 중인 신임 경찰공무원 81명을 대상으로 안전의식과 안전행동 실천과의 관계를 파악하여 경찰공무원들의 안전의식과 안전행동 실천을 향상시키기 위한 방안을 모색해 보고자 수행되었다. 연구대상은 연구의 목적을 이해하고 연구 참여에 동의한 대상자를 편의 표집하였으며, 90명이 표집되었고, 이 중 81명의 자료를 최종분석에 이용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 대상자의 안전의식은 4.29점으로 높은데 반해 안전행동 실천은 48.71점으로 중간정도로 나타났다. 화재안전의식은 나이와 교육수준에 따라 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 환경재난안전행동 실천은 성별과 거주지역에 따라 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 안전의식은 안전행동 실천과 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 국민의 안전을 담당하는 경찰공무원들의 안전의식과 안전행동 실천을 파악해 보았으므로 본 연구의 내용을 바탕으로 경찰공무원들의 안전의식과 안전행동 실천을 증진시키기 위해서 기술적 측면과 제도적 측면의 지원과 더불어 이들을 위한 보다 효율적이고 실질적인 안전관련 교육의 개발 및 적용이 필요하다.

This paper investigate into practice industrial safety consciousness and requirement for the spot workers in engaged the metal industry. Industrial accident defines "unwanted event" happened unexpectedly in opposition to hope workers and industrial accident is being possible to prevent. The purpose of this paper is to present a basic data for preventing and deceasing industrial accident from the spot works system by means of the improvement of worker's own safety consciousness and analyzing the spot worker's requirement in industrial safety.al safety.

The number of accidents is raising every year and severity is also increasing. A lot of studies are interested in the leading indicator such as safety culture or safety audit to reduce accidents. In particular, the studies on safety awareness are actively conducted. However, these studies showed that there was consciousness of scapegoatism which to pass responsibility of accident causes to others regardless of safety awareness. It means that there are probability about overestimating and making light of unsafe condition and act which have to manage and control. Eventually, the direct causes which lead to the fatal accident may be consistently arisen. Nevertheless, researches about consciousness of scapegoatism are shortage. Therefore, this study proposed the means to investigate the relationship between consciousness of scapegoatism and accidents through report from KOSHA and conducts the survey with suggested means. This paper will contribute to prevent accidents by identifying relationship between consciousness of scapegoatism and accidents.

Since 1995, the facility of class 1 and 2, classified by law had been subject to system of post maintenance management where periodic safety inspection and diagnosis to identify any problems and to take appropriate measures as a matter of urgency. Although the standards and systems had been revised many times for continuous improvement due to surrounding environmental factors, the technical factors and other factors for improvements, continuous researches and efforts are needed to ensure even higher effectiveness. Furthermore, the consciousness of the management body that executes and implements such improvements for facility management is most important. Therefore in this study, through such analysis, more realistic management consciousness review was performed. Also the direction for improvements is proposed, to carry out more effective facility safety management systems implementation.

This study aims at investigating basic safety consciousness as preprocessing of the establishment of experience-oriented safety education center in which citizens can have positive and active experience education, based on the data for which the investigators have investigated and analyzed such citizens' safety consciousness as awareness, consciousness and feedback of national safety accident, systematic prevention of safety accident and necessity of first-aid when safety accident happens, focused on citizens in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do where more than 1/3 of the national population live, for the purpose of establishing experience-oriented education center where citizens can be taught to prevent accidents wisely, picking up experiences of large or small accidents up to now. And the findings from the study support the followings : 1) Ordinary people think that danger factors have prevailed in our entire society, and fear that the danger may come to them directly.2) Ordinary people's consciousness of safety accident is low, that is because selfishness and 'take-it-easy' manner have prevailed in our entire society. 3) Ordinary people have the dread of safety accident individually, but they don't know how to deal with safety accident when it happened. 4) Although most people have taken lessons about safety accident, they still feel the need to have systematic education about safety accident. 5) Children and survey-respondents are highly concerned with prevention of safety accident, but there were few people who sent their children to 'safety accident prevention program by outside institute', still less they didn't participate in the above program. And especially they complained a lot about safety education conducted by school. 6) Most people truly felt the need that they should have experience-oriented safety education center to be able to see, hear and experience. The considerations (or suggestions) resulting from the above findings from the study will turn out that people will need such recreation facilities, rest and play space that the family can enjoy as space for the prevention of safety accident, appliance for field lesson and space for developed program, and in light of visitors' convenience, safer and more convenient vehicle service will have to be offered.

본 연구는 초등학생들의 안전의식이 사고유형 위험인식에 미치는 영향에 대한 관련성을 알아보고자 시도하였다. 2009년 6월 25일부터 7월 15일까지 J도 소재 J시 K시 4개교에 재학하는 초등학생 378명에 대하여 실시하였다. 통계처리는 SPSS WIN 12.0 Version 프로그램을 사용하였으며, 통계적 유의성은 p<.05로 설정하였다. 안전실태의 특성의 변수들과 안전의식, 사고유형 위험인식 간의 상관관계는 안전의식은 외상사고 위험인식(r=.179, p<.01)과 환경사고 위험인식(r=.104, p<.05)에 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 사고유형 위험인식 전체에 대해서 살펴보면 1년 내 안전 교육($\beta=.139$, t=2.654, p<.01)과 교통안전의식($\beta=.172$, t=2.714, p<.01)이 사고유형 위험인식에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.

This study is perform to improve the current point at issue of the non-regular employees, comparing the safety and health consciousness of between the regular employees and non-regular employees in manufacturing factory. The investigation is carried out using the statistical analysis. The study presents that most of the non-regular employees answer in the negative the current job satisfaction, work load, work risk, concern on the safety and health, education, occupational safety and health system than the regular employees. For the improvement of these problems, the government's safety and health policy should be changed and acknowledgement of the employer and employee on the safety and health should be improved.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the safety consciousness of the lobours working at the ship building or repairing yard at which the industrial accidents frequently happen, and to provide the basic data required for the prevention of those accidents. This study is made by analyzing the questionnaires of 208 labours working at various ship building or repairing industries at random. This questionnaire is focused on finding the basic data for prevention of industrial accidents and getting the public opinions and proposals of labours. The results obtained by this study are as follows ; The negative estimations of the labours to the safety are cultivation of safety consciousness, the safety behavior in company, the molters of arrangement and the estimation of industrial or post arrangement. The positive ones are the arrangements of the protective tools and equipments for safety, the rule of safety regulation and the order of works, and the status of health education within company.

This study was conducted in order to assist with infusing safety consciousness and resolving insensitivity towards safety for industrial accident in workers, managers and executives of chemical companies. Among many industrial accident prevention methods, Korea has been mostly taking an engineering approach of preventing industrial accidents by replacing old machines with risks of an accident and through new facilities and equipments. Through an attitude survey of workers in large scale chemical companies, this study wished to examine the fact that the biggest reason why the accident rate for the past 10 years has not decreased is because safety consciousness has not been established yet.
