QFD를 활용한 가치요소 중심의 물류서비스 개선방안 (Improvements of logistics service focusing on value factors utilizing QFD)

  • Logistics companies want to be competitive companies in fierce logistics market and are worrying about securing of differentiated competitiveness for it. The standards judging if logistics industry maintains the competitiveness are based on the satisfaction of users due to the well-established service system that can response not only economic feasibility of logistics costs such as transportation costs, storage costs, unloading charges, information costs, etc. but also diversity and upgradability of logistics needs. Therefore, this study focuses on seeking of service quality improvements with VBSD(Value Based Service Design) model focusing on customer value factors based on Kano model and QFD based service design approach from angles of customer value improvement and service costs reduction.

  • Building deterioration reflects the degradation of basic building performance including structural performance, energy performance, durability, and safety, and it also includes perceived deterioration, which considers a user-based perspective. More than 50% of the existing buildings in Korea are over 15 years old and public buildings compose 2.5% of all buildings domestically. Therefore, there are several different problems, such as poor energy efficiency, structural performance, and safety. To address the challenges of increasing stock in deteriorated buildings, it is necessary to make decisions about reconstruction or renovation. In this study, we propose a new method to evaluate public building value with a contingent valuation method (CVM). By estimating willing-to-pay (WTP) from users of private buildings in similar situation with the public building, it is possible to compare market prices and calculate a correction factor to adjust the WTP data. Finally, we apply the correction factor to the WTP of a public building and estimate market price, willingness to pay (WTP). 국내 적용되고 있는 흙막이구조물의 축력에 대한 관리기준치 분석 (A Control Value Analysis on the Axial Force of Braced Excavation Walls Used In Korea)

  • This study aims to present a more reasonable control value than the exiting one by comparing and analyzing control values and field instrumentation values of the whole excavation depth of the four case sites using geometric averaging as a statistical method. The range of the study is confined to three things: (1) the axial force of the braced excavation walls among a variety of items prescribed in the control values by stress deformation of walls and adjacent structures; (2) by approximation of the allowable and design value; (3) and by safety factor. As a res it is desirable to revise "(Long term allowable stress + Short term allowable stress)/2 ~ Short term allowable stress," presented in the present control values by stress deformation of walls and adjacent structures, to "(Long term allowable stress + Short term allowable stress)/5 ~ (Short term allowable stress)/3." The result also shows that since there is a difference of about 3.5%, it is not necessary to revise 70, 90, and 100 percent of LEVEL I, II, and III, prescribed in the control values by the allowable and design value approximation. In addition, modifying the control value by the safety factor, now 1.07, is unnecessary, although it varies little difference from the present value.

As a result, it is desirable to revise 70, 90, and 100 percent of LEVEL I, II, and III, respectively. The horizontal displacement values of the allowable and design values approximations should change to 104, 133, and 148 percent of the allowable and design values, respectively. In addition, modifying the horizontal displacement control value of the braced excavation walls is not needed. The horizontal displacement value, presented in the control value as a safety factor, is now 1.19, as it has a slight difference from the present value.

이미지 처리를 이용한 아날로그 게이지 디지털화에 관한 연구 (The Study of Digitalization of Analog Gauge using Image Processing)

  • 근래 산업은 기계 자동화로 변화하고 있는 추세이며, 선박도 센서를 통해 기기 정보를 디지털 정보로 얻는다. 하지만 선박은 기기상태 점검을 위해 선원들이 정해진 시간마다 기관실을 순찰하며 기기들의 정보를 아날로그 게이지를 통해 확인하는데, 이는 순찰 중에 선원에게 발생할 수 있는 모든 안전 위험은 물론 시간과 기회비용 또한 소모된다. 자율이동로봇을 이용한 기관실 순찰 방법은 선원의 안전 위험은 물론 시간과 기회비용도 소모되지 않기 때문에 해결책으로 활발히 연구 중이다. 자율이동로봇을 이용한 아날로그 게이지 판독은 로봇이 게이지를 인식하기 위한 디지털화가 필요하다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 이미지 처리를 이용하였다. 아날로그 게이지 이미지는 이미지 전처리를 통해 노이즈 제거 및 특징을 부각 시켰다. 이미지 전처리를 완료한 이미지는 이미지 처리를 통해 아날로그 게이지의 중심점, 지침점, 최소값 및 최대값을 검출하였다. 이 점들을 연결한 직선을 통해 최소값부터 최대값까지의 각도 및 최소값부터 지침점까지의 각도를 획득하였다. 각도는 수식을 통해 현재 아날로그 게이지가 나타내고 있는 값을 디지털화하여 나타내었다. 실험을 통해 이미지 처리를 통한 아날로그 게이지의 디지털화가 잘되어 게이지의 현재 지시값을 근사하게 나타냄을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 알고리즘을 순찰로봇에 적용한다면 기관실 순찰을 위한 선원의 안전 위험 및 시간과 기회비용까지 보전 할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

자율주행 자동차 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting Adoption Intention of Autonomous Vehicle)

  • 본 연구는 자율주행 자동차를 이용하고자하는 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 실증적으로 분석하기 위해 이루어졌다. 실증 분석을 위한 연구모형은 가치기반수용모델(VAM)을 기반으로 자율주행 자동차의 특성을 반영하여 도출하였다. VAM의 기본 변수인 유용성, 즐거움, 기술성, 인지된 비용에 자율주행 자동차의 특성인 편리성, 안전성, 보안성, 사회적 영향을 추가하였다. 이렇게 도출된 모형을 바탕으로 실증 분석을 위해 설문조사를 실시하였으며 유효한 216부를 분석의 대상으로 삼았다. 실증분석은 AMOS24를 활용한 구조방정식으로 하였다. 실증 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 유용성, 즐거움, 편리성, 안전성, 보안성은 인지된 가치에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 기술성과 인지된 비용은 인지된 가치에 대한 영향 관계가 부(-)로 나타났다. 한편, 보안성과 사회적 영향은 인지된 가치에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못한 것으로 나타났다. 인지된 가치는 사용의도에 미치는 영향에 있어서 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 유의한 영향을 미친 변수들의 영향력은 안전성, 편리성, 인지된 비용, 즐거움, 유용성, 기술성 순이었다. 한편, 인지된 가치의 매개효과를 분석한 결과 인지된 가치는 유용성, 즐거움, 편리성, 안전성, 기술성, 인지된 비용과 사용의도 사이 매개의 역할을 하는 것이 검증됐다. 반면 보안성 및 사회적 영향과 사용의도 간에는 유의한 매개효과가 검정되지 않았다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구가 가지는 학술적, 실무적 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

Development of Patients Environmental Sustainability Performance in Healthcare Sector: A Conceptual Framework and Further Research Directions

  • Purpose - The purpose of this development the business model of the healthcare sector in order to promote patents satisfaction towards medical sector services improvement for the medical business model innovation to possess a competitive advantage in the medical and pharmaceutical industry. Research design, data, and methodology - Safety standard protocol from existing multidisciplinary literature is a process of theorization, which uses grounded theory methodology rather than a description of the data and the targeted phenomenon by using Jabareen (2009). The first task is to map the spectrum of food safety literature regarding the phenomenon in safety management. This process includes developing the implementation factors and other sources such as existing business models and practices into the protocol design. Results - The study suggests the conceptual framework to improve the safety management for patients' environmental sustainability performance. Conclusion - The business model may support the beneficial aspect to healthcare government's policymakers, hospital employees, and medical specialist who can apply the practical perspective of its value regarding an educational protocol. Originality/value - This study contributes to and extends our understanding of environmental sustainability performance, identifying the rationale for safety standards performance in the healthcare industry with suggested hybrid safety standards market consumer interconnector.

재해분석을 위한 텍스트마이닝과 SOM 기반 위험요인지도 개발 (On the Development of Risk Factor Map for Accident Analysis using Textmining and Self-Organizing Map(SOM) Algorithms)

  • Report documents of industrial and occupational accidents have continuously been accumulated in private and public institutes. Amongst others, information on narrative-texts of accidents such as accident processes and risk factors contained in disaster report documents is gaining the useful value for accident analysis. Despite this increasingly potential value of analysis of text information, scientific and algorithmic text analytics for safety management has not been carried out yet. Thus, this study aims to develop data processing and visualization techniques that provide a systematic and structural view of text information contained in a disaster report document so that safety managers can effectively analyze accident risk factors. To this end, the risk factor map using text mining and self-organizing map is developed. Text mining is firstly used to extract risk keywords from disaster report documents and then, the Self-Organizing Map (SOM) algorithm is conducted to visualize the risk factor map based on the similarity of disaster report documents. As a result, it is expected that fruitful text information buried in a myriad of disaster report documents is analyzed, providing risk factors to safety managers.

수소충전소 계량 정확도 향상을 위한 거래량 산출 모델 연구 (A Study on the Transaction Volume Calculation model for Improving the Measurement Accuracy of Hydrogen Fuelling Station)

  • With the expansion of domestic hydrogen fuelling station infrastructure, it is necessary to secure reliability among hydrogen traders, and for this, technology to accurately measure hydrogen is important. In this study, 4 types of hydrogen trading volume calculation models (model 1-4) were presented to improve the accuracy of the hydrogen trading volume. In order to obtain the reference value of model 4, and experiment was conducted using a flow rate measurement equipment, and the error rate of the calculated value for each model was compared and analyzed. As a result, model 1 had the lowest metering accuracy, model 2 had the second highest metering accuracy and model 3 had the highest metering accuracy until a certain point. But after the point, model 2 had the highest metering accuracy and model 3 had the second metering accuracy.

The Effect of Convenience Store Dessert on Consumers Value and Satisfaction

  • This study aims to investigate what selection attributes of customer value are more crucial when consumers choose the dessert at convenience store, which is the fastest growing retail format in Korea recently. Factors considered to be important when customers buy dessert, such as economics, diversity, convenience, and safety were examined and also relationship between customer value and satisfaction was analyzed. The survey was conducted through online (including SNS) from April 6, 2019 to April 30, 2019. A total of 303 questionnaires were used for empirical analysis. Factor analysis was performed to verify the validity and reliability of the measured variables. And the structural equation model (SEM) was used as a statistical method for hypothesis testing. As a result, factors as 'diversity', 'safety' were revealed to significantly affect hedonic customer value, while 'convenience' was shown to affect utilitarian customer value significantly. In addition, the path that customer value leads to satisfaction was also found to be significant. The result of the study suggests that selection attributes of convenience store dessert and providing meaningful implications of related hedonic and utilitarian values when customers purchase dessert at convenience store. This study provided practical implications for managers of the fiercely competitive dessert industry.
