연구목적: 본 연구는 테마파크에서 발생되는 안전사고의 발생 현황 및 형태, 그리고 사고원인 등을 조사 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법:연구를 위해 신문 검색프로그램인 스크랩마스터를 이용하여 언론에 보도되었던 해외 테마파크 안전사고를 조사하였으며, 한국소비자원 등에 의뢰하여 수집한 710건의 안전사고를 분석하였다. 연구결과: 언론에 보도되는 해외 테마파크의 안전사고는 매년 40~60건씩 발생하고 있다. 조사된 자료에 의해서만도 국내에서는 연평균 87건의 안전사고가 발생하고 있고, 사고의 발생형태 및 상해종류 등에 있어서 일정한 패턴을 나타내었다. 결론:본 연구를 통해 테마파크에서 발생되는 다양한 안전사고의 형태와 원인을 파악하여 효과적인 안전사고 예방대책을 수립하고, 시행해야 한다.

Purpose: The study aims to identify the theme list and priority criteria of patient safety theme reports in South Korea. Methods: The survey was conducted twice, and the importance of each criterion and theme was measured on a nine-point scale using the Delphi technique by a panel of 19 patient safety experts. The criteria included severity, universality, preventability, and organizational-social impact. Descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, median, and interval quartile range were used to analyze the data. Results: The parameters were assigned a weighted average of 35% for severity, 20% for universality, 30% for preventability, and 15% for organizational-social impact, respectively. The final top three rankings were surgery safety, blood transfusion safety, and medication safety. In addition to expert opinion, for the theme that is selected based on the priority ranking, one to five sub-topics can be derived from the theme based on the priority ranking, societal demands, or the yearly priority list of patient safety incidents. Conclusion: It is recommended that the official patient safety center distribute the report in the form of a summary that can be utilized nationwide at medical institutions, government institutions, and other places. Updates, as well as accumulated theme reports, will serve as the baseline data for the proposal of the system and for the policy designed to implement and improve institutions' safety practices as a standard of domestic patient safety practice guidelines.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the actual condition of the already established rural theme park, draw the weak and strong points, and come up with an efficient performance plan for Changwon Persimmon Theme Park through the benchmarking of the best overseas case. According to the analysis, it is necessary to introduce a facility and a program for family customers as a plan for promoting Changwon Persimmon Theme Park. It is required to secure safety through public operation and management, improve scalability of the facility through the establishment of multi-functional complex facility, and come up with a plan for operating a special program associated with local resources. Therefore, this study drew three activation factors: the establishment of operation and management system, the development of operation contents by facility, and the establishment of operation in each area. First, to establish the operation and management system, it is necessary to classify the organization of the theme park into the operation business area and into operation & management area by job function. Secondly, it is necessary to establish a special program in consideration of space and facility, suggest a differentiated plan for operation contents, and create a facility operation plan and program for Changwon Persimmon Theme Park. Lastly, to operate and manage Changwon Persimmon Theme Park smoothly, it is necessary to set the theme park space as open collaboration space which the local residents can share and participate in by avoiding the conventional administration-based business performance and operation. This study suggested the plan for establishing an operation and management system for Changwon Persimmon Theme Park and its operation, the establishment of a special program, a business performance strategy, and the use of internal and external spaces of the theme park.

본 연구는 안전체험관 특히 재난 재해 체험시설에 방문한 관람객들의 흥미유발과 적극적인 참여를 유도하기 위하여 도입되는 상호작용 체험 시스템의 설계에 대한 것이다. 설계된 안전 체험 시스템은 첫째, 관람객들에게 개별적으로 제공된 단말기의 체험관 내 위치정보와 체험 기기들의 동작감지센서정보를 기반으로 체험 여부 판단 및 체험 점수를 자동으로 산출하는 증강현실 서비스와 둘째, 체험관 내 긴급 호출 등의 안심 서비스를 제공한다. 설계된 시스템의 구현을 통하여 향후 안전테마파크 외에도 체험시설이 구비된 교통 및 과학 전시관, 체감형 게임센터 등에도 충분히 적용가능하다고 사료된다.

This article is designed to establish fundamental design criterion for theme park cast costumes in accordance with play type and space. There is an understanding that theme parks act as a play space that is designed to meet diverse playing desires. To analyze cast costumes, the theme park - 'Everland' in South Korea as an example, area was divided into attraction space and non-attraction space. Attraction space is mainly for full-scale play content areas and the non-attraction space is to enforce the attraction space experience. Roger Caillois's play theory states that there are 4 play types; Illinx, Mimicry, $Ag{\hat{o}}n$, and Alea. All 4 play types were shown through attraction and Mimicry at non-attraction. Each cast costume was analyzed in terms of apparel design elements - silhouette, textile, color, detail, and props - related to play type facility and cast role. Criteria for theme park cast costume designs were suggested based on the results. Illinx cast members who fulfill a safety-checking role wear high chroma warm color costumes with the accent on details in bodice cutting lines, collar edges, pockets, buttons and decorative ornaments. A complementary contrast is also used. The guidance cast in Illinx may wear a suit in bright/vivid color. Mimicry guidance cast costumes show meticulous perfection in imitation with the figure in its space. From head to toe, color, textile, and silhouette - every detail and even props should match the character. $Ag{\hat{o}}n$ cast costumes are strictly limited in detail and decorative ornament usage as well as in color, since they are in charge of the management and operation of a competition. Alea cast's role is a self-demonstrator. Alea cast members should be a real tarot card reader. However, a manual should control their costumes. A total of 10 cast roles at a non-attraction space should be designed to show job patterns clearly in accordance with the whole theme at the park.

본 연구는 방문객 혹은 관람객들이 한 테마파크의 서비스들을 경험하면서 인식하는 서비스의 특성 요인과 그들이 인식하는 만족도 그리고 재방문 의도 간의 관계를 검토하는 것을 목표로 하였다. 테마파크와 관련된 선행연구를 바탕으로 하여 테마파크의 서비스특성에 대한 요인으로서 접근 용이성, 서비스 편의성, 행사의 다양성, 시설의 안전성을 도출하였으며, 그것이 방문객의 만족도에 긍정적 영향을 미치는가와 만족도가 관람객의 재방문의도에 영향을 미치는지를 검증하고자 하였다. 테마파크 방문 경험을 지닌 317명의 고객을 대상으로 한 실증조사 및 분석 결과, 접근 용이성을 제외한 서비스 편의성, 행사 다양성, 시설 안전성은 고객의 만족에 유의한 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 만족은 재방문 의도에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 네 가지 요인이 재방문 의도에 대해 영향을 미치는 과정에서 만족이 매개효과를 갖는지를 분석한 결과, 접근 용이성은 매개효과를 갖지 않았고 서비스 편의성은 부분적 매개효과를 그리고 나머지 두 개 요인은 완전한 매개효과를 갖는다는 결과가 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 고객의 재방문 의도를 높이기 위해서는 행사의 다양성과 시설의 안전성에 보다 노력과 투자를 집중하는 것이 필요하다는 시사점을 제공하고 있다. 따라서 관광산업 시장에서의 변화에 적응하고 기업의 이익을 개선하기 위해서는 고객 욕구를 보다 효과적 충족이 필요하며, 특히 서비스 편의성 개선, 행사의 다양성 증대, 시설 안전성의 확보에 주력할 필요가 있다. 이러한 테마파크의 특성요인에 대한 관광객의 만족을 높임으로써 방문 경험 고객의 재방문 의도를 높이고, 그들의 긍정적 구전 효과 전파에 의하여 새로운 고객을 확보할 수 있게 될 것이라는 점을 제시하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 VR 영업장에서 발생된 규제 개선을 위해 국내 VR 테마파크 규제 개선 사례를 분석하고 법적 분쟁이 된 지점을 확인하여 이에 대한 해결안을 제시하고자 한다. 분석결과, 유원시설업에서 단일공간에 VR 시뮬레이터와 VR 게임이 동시에 설치될 경우 다중이용업소법에 따라 공간을 구획해야 하는 문제가 발생한다는 것을 발견하였다. 그 해결책으로 유원시설업에 게임산업법 적용을 받는 청소년 게임장 또는 PC 방의 일정 면적에서 운영할 수 있도록 관광진흥법 시행규칙을 개정해야 하며 다중이용업소법에서도 칸막이 같은 공간 구획을 하지 않는 법령 개정도 동시에 진행해야한다. 이는 업종별 공간구획을 제거함으로써 제한된 공간 내에서 적용하던 안전기준을 통합된 안전 기준으로 총괄 관리함으로써 훨씬 효율적이고 안전한 대안을 마련한 것이다. 이는 기타유원시설업과 같은 소규모의 유원시설업에도 VR 시뮬레이터와 VR 게임이 동일 영업장에서 운영될 수 있는 법률 개정이다. 본 규제개선안은 소규모의 VR 테마파크 활성화에도 도움을 줄 것으로 기대된다.

This study analyzed and investigated problems of local safety experience halls' spatial structure and media status. Improvements would be suggested after comprehending the need to execute safety education based on citizen's satisfaction and requests. Contents of safety experience space concept, display characteristics and types applied to local institution were analyzed. Safety experience centers with systemized protocols that opened after 2003 and were bigger than $5,000m^2$ were selected. We had three candidates and they were Seoul Gwangnaru Safety Experience Center, Boramea Safety Experience Center and Daegu Safety Theme Park. Going through checklists and interviewing official institutions that were in charge of safety hall educations helped comprehension of sample space status and detailed experimental presentation media. A survey was created based on this study and was distributed to users and non-users of safety experience halls. The survey consisted of general questions covering situations, awareness, level of interests, frequency and satisfaction level. The results were extracted with SPSS 18.0 through frequency analysis and cross tabulations. This research improvements through synthesized contemplation. For the resuits First, various experimental programs need to be supplemented in order to prevent accidents. Second, vivid experimental spaces need to be planned for active participation and users should be fully aware of safety hazard through education. Third, there weren't enough institutions compared to the education needs. Promoting and building more safety experience halls are dire. Finally, these suggestions of the results will be distributed in the planning of the exhibit hall.
