  • There are two ways to prevent labor from Industrial accident One is pre-prevention, another is compensation. Onless It happens the compensation problem from The pre-prevention, It will be best way to solve. To prevent lobar widely first, the application range should be wide which is base of repayment second, assoradiy to reconsideration of apportionment properly The Max-Min limitative cost of compensative should be paid, one the other hands, The lay-off payment of limitative and The fixed payment of Funeral should be introduce Third, The specialization of examination.

  • The streaming current of insulating oil increases with increasing oil velocity and oil amount, A contact potential difference as an energetic state exits in the polymer thin film, both sides of which are contacted by two different metals having different work functions. Accordingly, the potential difference may be a cause for the short circuited transient current flowing through the external circuit. The polymers are electrificated as the electric field Is supplied, and the currents flow with increasing temperature.

  • Metal fuel, which was abandoned in the 1960's in favor of oxide fuel, has since then proven to be a viable fast reactor fuel. Key discoveries allowed high burnup capability and excellent steady-state as well as off-normal performance characteristics. Metal fuel is a key to achieving inherent passive safety characteristics and compact and economic fuel cycle closure based on electrorefining and injection-casting refabrication.

  • In order to Investigate water tree degradation behavior on XLPE cable, direct voltage of 200 to 800V has been applied to the material at 5$0^{\circ}C$~10$0^{\circ}C$, and the water tree property has been correlated with voltage and temperature. The leakage current was increase as temperature increased and the Ohm's law was generally satisfied in this experiment though some experimental errors were found. The leakage current was decreased and reached to the stable state with time. It was also shown that the time for the stabilization of leakage current was lessened as voltage increased

  • Under the influence of nuclear radiation, the reliability of steam generators (SGs) is an important factor in the efficiency and safety of nuclear power plant (NPP) reactors. Motion planning that remotely manipulates an SG mobile tube-inspection robot to inspect SG heat transfer tubes is the mainstream trend of NPP robot development. To achieve motion planning, conditional traversal is usually used for base position optimization, and then the A* algorithm is used for path planning. However, the proposed approach requires considerable processing time and has a single expansion during path planning and plan paths with many turns, which decreases the working speed of the robot. Therefore, to reduce the calculation time and improve the efficiency of motion planning, modifications such as the matrix method, improved parent node, turning cost, and improved expanded node were proposed in this study. We also present a comprehensive evaluation index to evaluate the performance of the improved algorithm. We validated the efficiency of the proposed method by planning on a tube sheet with square-type tube arrays and experimenting with Model SG.

  • Today, in many countries of the world, the problems of forming and implementing anti-corruption policies are among the most pressing, since the scale of the spread of corruption poses a real threat to national security and democratic development. Without a victory over corruption as a system of social relations, any country will never be able to ensure the safety of its citizens, have a high standard of living, build an efficient economy and a democratic state based on the rule of law, protect its sovereignty, and become competitive among the developed countries of the world community. The main purpose of the article is to analyze the key aspects of the anti-corruption policy of ensuring public order in the state security system. The research methodology includes methods for researching aspects of the anti-corruption policy of ensuring public order in the state security system. Based on the results of the study, the main aspects of the anti-corruption policy of ensuring public order in the state security system are characterized.

  • There is a need to comprehend dental accidents accurately, and construct patient-safety-system in order to prevent consistently increasing dental accident or dispute. This study is aimed to provide basic data for an efficient counterplain by looking through and classifying already occurred dental accidents from an angle of patient safety. Recently, the number of dispute on dental implant was the highest according to rapid growth of dental implant. As a result of classifying dental accidents by International Classification for Patient Safety (ICPS), it is confirmed that cause of accident is different by each type of dental treatment. It is expected to help preventing and managing dental disputes properly by studying actual state of dental disputes in perspective of patient safety. Effort to reduce dental accidents and activity to pursue patient safety have thread in connection. I believe that financial profits of dental clinic and improvement of quality in dental treatment can be achieved through these efforts.

  • Subway is electrified railway system nowadays, in which liquid dielectric transformers have been widely used, though mold type transformers are replacing it. The transformers supplies large electric power and have innate hazards causing accidents under operation. A number of researcher have carried out on failures of it and have oriented to identify transformer's failure causes and how to maintain it healthy state. The transformer failures can cause serious accidents which can provoke economic loss and leads persons to kill. In this paper, we carried out a safety activity to reveal hazards and to estimate risk of subway liquid dielectric transformers using FMEA, HAZOP and What-if methods. In case of installing safety devices in oil immersed transformer, we tried to evaluate an effect on a subsystem's failure rate. We proposed how to design subsystem failure rate and safety device failure rates.

  • The basic law about disaster and safety management and the fire fighting law state that the central government and the local governments are responsible for protecting the life and assets of the people. The well-fare developed nations have developed and are implementing diverse safety programs with making safe cities as their prime objective. Our nation has not yet practiced such actions. However, it is in demand to evaluate what safety policies are practiced by local governments for the people and to inform the people of those. Therefore, this research developed and suggests the assessment criteria and the assessment method to evaluate the safety level of a city by assessing the safety of buildings and facilities.

  • Background: Promoting healthy lifestyles at work should complement workplace safety programs. This study systematically investigates current states of occupational health and safety (OHS) policy as well as practice in the European Union (EU). Methods: OHS policies of EU member states were categorized as either prevention or health promotion provisions using a manifest content analysis. Policy rankings were then created for each prevention and promotion. Rankings compared eight indicators from the European Survey of Enterprises on New and Emerging Risks-2 data on prevention and promotion practices for each member state using Chi-square and probit regression analyses. Results: Overall, 73.1% of EU establishments take preventive measures against direct physical harm, and about 35.4% take measures to prevent psychosocial risks. Merely 29.5% have measures to promote health. Weak and inconsistent links between OHS policy and practice indicators were identified. Conclusion: National OHS policies evidently concentrate on prevention while compliance with health and safety practices is relatively low. Psychosocial risks are often addressed in national policy but not implemented by institutions. Current risk assessment methods are outdated and often lack psychosocial indicators. Health promotion at work is rare in policy and practice, and its interpretation remains preventive. Member states need to adopt policies that actively improve health and well-being at the workplace.
