이 연구에서는 낙도보조항로의 운영실태와 발달과정에 대하여 정리하였다. 낙도보조항로는 14개 사업자가 U개 항로에서 총 30척 선박으로 낙도주민을 위한 안정적인 생활교통편의를 제공하고 있다. 항로별 수송실적을 분석한 결과, 낙도보조 항로를 이용하는 여객 수가 매년 증가하고 있다. 선박 이용자의 서비스 만족도를 향상시키기 위해서 운영사업체별로 경영평가제를 도입하는 등 보다 구조적인 변화가 요구된다. 이 연구의 결과들은 낙도보조항로 중장기 발전방향 수립에 기초 자료로 활용하는 데 그 의미가 있다.

건설업의 사망만인률은 더이상 줄어들지 않고 답보상태에 있으며 이를 개선하기 위한 발주, 설계, 시공, 건설사업관리 등 다양한 건설참여자 주체의 노력이 있다. 정부에서는 타 산업 대비 높은 건설업의 중대재해를 줄이기 위해 건설참여자들의 안전수준을 평가하고 이를 공표하여 경각심을 갖도록 하고 있다. 그러나 안전관리 수준평가의 항목, 기준, 절차에 있어서 현장 상황에 맞지 않는 점들이 나타나고 있어 이들의 개선이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 안전관리에 가장 열악한 상황에 있는 건설기술용역사업자에 대한 안전관리 수준평가의 개선을 위해 기존 안전관리 수준평가 결과분석, 평가자 및 피평가자 심층인터뷰(FGI)를 시행하였으며 이를 근거로 평가의 개선방향을 도출하였다.

Development of ICT technologies leads exponential growth of various sharing economy over the last couple of years. The intuitive advantage of the sharing economy is efficient utilization of idle goods and services, but there are safety and security concerns. In this paper, we propose a onetime password based access control system to support secure accommodation sharing service and show the implementation results. To provide a secure service to both the provider and the user, the proposed system issues a onetime access password that is valid only during the sharing period reserved by the user, thereafter access returns to the accommodation owner. Especially, our system provides secure user access by merging the two elements of speaker recognition using voice and a one-time password to open and close the door lock. In this paper, we propose a secure system for accommodation sharing services as a use-case, but the proposed system can be applicable to various sharing services utilizing security-sensitive facilities.

Continued efforts to build up Safety Management System(SMS) and to improve its efficiency in airports, to which customers have direct access, are taken for granted due to continuous development of the aviation industry in both quantity and quality and rapid growth of air transportation market. This thesis proposed efficient operation methods of SMS for domestic airport organizations including Incheon International Airport(IIA), the largest airport in South Korea, aiming at strengthening aviation safety from the perspective of airport operators who play a pivotal role in service provider SMS. Those are consolidation of the existing safety management organizations and various improvements to promote voluntary incident reporting system. To draw a proposal for the improvements, conducted a research on domestic safety management status, carried out an analysis on operating conditions and did a research on ICAO regulations, domestic legal system as well as statistics data. Relevant studies and researches were also gathered and analyzed. A search for further improvements can also help increase operational efficiency and promoting a higher-level of safety awareness among operators can establish mature safety culture at airports.

최근 IaaS(Infrastructure as a Service), PaaS(Platform as a Service), SaaS(Software as a Service)를 포함한 클라우드 서비스의 등장과 진화는 정보통신기술 발전에 기여한 가장 큰 잠재력을 가진 기술 중에 하나이다. 현재의 클라우드 관련 연구들은 기술 자체에 중점을 두고 있으나, 클라우드 서비스를 둘러싸고 있는 비즈니즈 측면에서의 이슈들에 대한 이해도 시급하다. 점점 더 많은 개인과 기업의 정보들이 클라우드 서비스에 놓이게 되면, 주된 관심은 어떻게 안전하고 신뢰할 수 있는 클라우드 서비스를 제공할 것인가에 맞추어지게 된다. 본 논문에서는 클라우드 서비스 중에서 그 중요성이 더 커지고 있는 SaaS에 대하여 초점을 맞추기로 한다. 성공적인 SaaS 서비스를 위해서는 SaaS 서비스의 안전성과 신뢰성을 보증할 수 있는 인증제도의 수립이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 안전하고 신뢰할 수 있는 SaaS 서비스를 위한 인증제도의 프레임워크를 개발한다. 이를 위하여 SaaS 서비스 품질과 인증과 관련된 핵심 이슈들을 식별하고, SaaS 서비스 영역과 SaaS 서비스 제공자 영역의 인증제도를 위한 시스템적인 프레임 워크를 개발한다. 또한 개발된 인증제도의 평가방안도 제안한다.

This study tried to investigate the effect of the service quality attributes of the curation on the satisfaction, trust, and intention to continuous use of consumers in that curation services are derived in various forms and being greatly activated, there are not many academic discussions centered on them. Besides, differences between curation services by each service provider were also verified in this study. Data collection was conducted for one month in August 2019, with 373 men and women in their 20s. The results of the study are as follows. First, according to the result of investigating the variables that make effect on user satisfaction of curation service, it was identified that satisfaction has increased when figures of fulfillment, responsiveness, personalization, design, ease of use, and safety were higher. Second, among the variables that influence the reliability of the curation service, trust increases when user satisfaction, design, ease of use, and safety are higher. Third, satisfaction has a positive effect on trust, and both satisfaction and reliability affect the intention to continue use. Fourth, as a result of examining the difference in quality between the curation services divided by Curating subject, it was found that satisfaction, ubiquitous connectivity, and responsive quality were measured higher in the business operator service than in the user curation service.

Chemical plants with high-technological equipments and complex processes are continually increasing potential hazards that may result in huge industrial accidents. If an incident breaks out, it will have a hazardous effect on in-plant workers, neighboring inhabitants or the surrounding environment. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a safety management system that can pre-evaluate the safety and reduce the risk of a chemical plants. The safety management evaluation program developed in this study can implement an effective loss control management in chemical plants. It integrates important lists in safety management lists and legal measures to analyze elements systematically. It also includes incident case analysis and the required components in domestic laws.

본 연구에서는 PSM, SMS, BS 8800, ISRS 체계 분석을 통하여 시스템 모두를 만족하는 안전$\cdot$보건 경영체제(SHMS)와 환경 경영 체제(ISO 14000)를 통합한 경영체제를 구축하였다. 또한, 통합된 안전$\cdot$보건 경영체제에서 표준 문서 형식을 만들 수 있는 가이드라인 모델을 제시하였다. 더욱이, 본 연구에서 개발한 통합 경영 체제는 화학공장에서의 물적, 인적 재원의 중복성과 비능률성을 감소시킬 수 있다.

An indicator system is an effective way to monitor ongoing safety status. Current aviation safety measurements account for many qualitative technical and lagging indicators. Conversely, quantitative and leading indicators have only a tiny proportion. This research added more quantitative leading indicators and reviewed them to harmonize lagging and leading indicators to measure airport safety and provide an index. The South Korean national gate, Incheon International Airport's indicators, were applied as primary data to verify this research practically. Then, examples from International and national authorities were reviewed and extracted for use. Fifty-five safety specialists participated in the focus group discussion and three rounds of the Delphi survey. Finally, 51 sub-indicators were newly chosen. After this process, weights for each indicator could be assigned using the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) to provide an integrated index. The result of the simulation with newly added indicators in the past five years (2020-2022) reliable trend showed in indicators and integrated index. Moreover, this allows monitoring the status of the details of indicators and holistic insight. This study considered that it is more suitable for a single company or service provider to use it according to the exact situation than in a macro- and general-purpose at the country or regional level.

Globalization of production, changing technology in ocean shipping sector, shifting bargaining power from port service provider to port users, changing distribution patterns of the containerization and new implementation for the environment and safety concerns introduced new ways of administration in port sector. In these days, port industries cannot survive alone. Port operation and management has to be proactive to cooperate and integrate with other port operators or other industries. In the 21st century, cooperation in maritime sector is more common than that in the past with several different reasons in a mixture of forms of cooperation. Cooperation among port authorities, port operators, shipping line, inland transport service providers and/or related organizations themselves becomes to exist to overcome the challenges and development of the global transport chain. This paper investigates the concept of port cooperation and the case analysis of the cooperation in the port industry.
