적응형 슬라이딩 모드 제어를 이용한 위상 궤적 해석 기반 굴삭기의 안전제어 알고리즘 개발 (Phase Portrait Analysis-Based Safety Control for Excavator Using Adaptive Sliding Mode Control Algorithm)

  • This paper presents a phase portrait analysis-based safety control algorithm for excavators, using adaptive sliding mode control. Since working postures and material types cause the excavator's rotational inertia to vary, the rotational inertia was estimated, and this estimation was used to design an adaptive sliding mode controller for collision avoidance of the excavator. In order to estimate the rotational inertia, the recursive least-squares estimation with multiple forgetting was applied with the information of the swing velocity of the excavator. For realistic evaluation, an actual working scenario-based performance evaluation was conducted. Based on the estimated rotational inertia and an analysis of estimation errors, sliding mode control inputs were computed. The actual working scenario-based performance evaluation of the designed safety algorithm was conducted, and the results showed that the developed safety control algorithm can efficiently avoid a collision with an object in consideration of rotational inertia variations.

  • 대형화, 다양화되고 있는 화재 폭발사고 및 지구온난화와 자연현상에 의한 재난으로부터 인명과 재산손실을 예방하기 위해 정부와 기업은 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 그러나 국가의 성장과 더불어 국민의 삶의 질 향상 및 복지증진이라는 국가의 거시적 목표에 부응하되 기업목적인 이윤추구의 달성을 위해 우선시된 경제정책 속에서 앞만 보고 달려온 기업들은 미온적 위험관리의 결과로 소중한 인명과 재산손실을 감내하고 있다. 2007년 소방방재청의 '안전문화 활성화를 위한 국민안전의식조사'에서 국민이 생각하는 우리 사회의 안전불감증은 '심각한 수준'으로 조사된 바, 본 연구에서는 소방안전사고예방과 안전의식수준향상을 위해 위험관리가 가능한 대기업뿐만 아니라 조직과 예산규모가 작아 사고발생의 위험이 큰 중소기업의 현 실태를 평가, 체계적인 안전관리를 통한 소방안전사고예방을 위해 현 실정에 맞는 '단계별 소방안전경영시스템' 구축에 대한 필요성을 조사하였다.

장대 철도터널에서의 방재 안전성 평가에 관한 연구 (A study on the estimation of safety in long railway tunnel)

  • 최근 새로운 철도를 건설하거나 기존선로를 개량하기 위하여 터널의 건설이 급속히 증가하고 있으며, 점점 장대화 되고 있는 실정이다. 그러나 터널이 장대화됨에 따라 터널내에서의 화재사고 발생시 치명적인 대형사고의 가능성이 증대되고 있어, 장대터널에서의 안전성에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 이러한 이유로 터널내 위험도를 최소화하고 터널방재기준을 만족시킬 수 있는 터널내 방재시설에 대한 최적의 설계기준이 요구되고 있으며, 장대 철도터널의 합리적인 설계를 위하여 터널 방재 안전성에 대한 정량적인 평가방법이 필요하다 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 정량적 위험도 분석방법인 QRA 기법을 장대터널에서의 방재 안전성 평가에 적용하여 그 유효성을 검토하고자 하였다. 적용사례에서는 장대터널에서의 갱외탈출로 개념의 사갱 및 수직구 계획을 수립하기 위하여 각각의 경우에 대한 QRA분석을 실시하고, 장대터널의 방재 안정성을 평가하므로서 실행 가능한 합리적인 수준의 터널 방재설계를 수행하고자 하였다.

  • This paper is estimation of structure damage caused by Explosion in LPG(Liquefied Petroleum Gas) filling station. As we estimate the influence of damage which occur at gas storage tank in filling station. We can utilize the elementary data of safety distance. In this study, the influence of over-pressure caused by VCE(Vapor Cloud Explosion) in filling station was calculated by using the Hopkinson's scaling law and the accident damage was estimated by applying the influence on the adjacent structure into the probit model. As a result of the damage estimation conducted by using the probit model, both the damage possibility of explosion overpressure to structures of max 265 meters away and to glass bursting of 1150 meters away was nearly zero in open space explosion.

  • Planning controls for the hazardous situation from Petrochemical Complexes in residential areas requires on theoretical estimation of risks. Engineering criteria and standards should e interpreted as acceptable risks for the safety of industrial workers and the community arising from industrial accident. An approach to formulate a safety criteria as distance between the origin and object of hazards and their impact are discussed.

  • 전체 시스템과 네트워크에 대한 전력의 공급과 전기안전은 필수적인 요소이다. 전기안전기술은 u-IT 기술의 발전과 함께 융복합화된 제품개발이 이루어지면서 제품에 대한 평가와 인증에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 전력기기와 u-IT기기의 융복합화 제품을 u-City에 적용시킬 전기안전 통합감시시스템을 개발하기위해, 전력기기 단말에서 가장 많이 사용되는 아울렛에서 접속불량 검출장치가 내장된 전력 IT 융복합화 기기를 만들었다. 전기안전 통합감시시스템에서의 원격 안전 점검을 위한 ZigBee, RFID의 센서를 이용하여 통신과 모듈의 성능 평가를 하고, PD, Arc 검출 진단 시스템에서 성능 실험 및 평가를 하여 적합 판정을 받은 제품에 대하여 KS, 전기안전 인증을 한다.

철도 운행선로 작업자와 열차 접촉사고 위험도 평가에 관한 연구 (Risk Estimation Study on Railway Track Worker Hit by Train)

  • The accident fatality rate has decreased by more than 90% compared to 2006, due to the safety management and safety investment based on the Rail Safety Act. Most railway safety indicators, including fatality rates, have improved significantly from 60% to 80%, reaching the level of developed countries in terms of most railway safety indicators. However, the only staff fatality rate at work is not improved, and it is 3 to 5 times higher than that of developed countries. Most of the fatality occurred during employee's work recently occurred due to accidents hit by train while track work. In principle, when operating track need to check or maintenance, the operation of the train should be stopped and the work carried out. However, in Korea, due to the highest passenger density and train operating density in the world, it is caused by a structural problem that requires workers to enter the track while the train is running and perform various tasks such as maintenance and inspection. In this study, we analyzed the risk of accidents caused by hit by trains on the track, which is the biggest cause of staff fatality, using the main statistics of the last 10 years. In detail, the scenarios of the main causes of hit by trains and workers were formed to suggest the effectiveness of the current preventive measures and supplementary.

  • The tower cranes are widely used in very useful construction machine the sites of constructing high-structure and have a structural sensitiveness. Therefore, the accidents have often happened due to the deficiency of laborer's understanding md lack of safety of structure. Till now, as we have research and studied above, we can properly protect accidents by construction equipments particularly crane as well as most disasters which occur frequently in construction site. The goal of this study is the safety inspection model of the tower crane a construction site, which preventible the collapse accident of tower crane which is constructed by using the correcting frame. In order to accomplish the goal of this study, the field survey, the reference investigation and the structure analysis were performed for the collapse accident of tower nine using the correcting data. This study will be proposed a build-up solutions about operating and release of safety constructions and researched about software safety estimation. Also, preventing safety problems of Tower Crane Construction site as applying safety estimation program and laws and regulations. As a result, The real time control of tower crane inspection system is implemented by to illustrate the application of the adopted optimal design model.
