농약등록기준 준수 현황과 수도 및 엽채소류 사용량 조사 (Survey on Compliance of Pesticide Registration Standard and Pesticide Usage of Paddy Rice and Leaf Vegetables in Korea)

  • 농약 등록 후에 농업 생산 현장에서 사용되는 농약에 대한 사용실태 및 작물별 단위면적당 사용량을 조사하기 위하여 2003년부터 2004년까지 작물별 주산단지별, 재배면적을 감안하여 292명의 농가를 선정하여 조사하였다. 농약안전사용기준 준수사항은 벼, 엽채소류 재배농가 모두가 대체적으로 잘 지키고 있었다. 조사농민의 대부분은 농약의 선택정보와 구매결정은 시판상이나 농협판매담당자의 권고에 의하여 결정하고 있었다. 작물별 단위면적당 농약사용량은 벼 5.51 kg $ha^{-1}$, 노지배추 3.91 kg $ha^{-1}$, 시설배추 2.93 kg $ha^{-1}$, 상추 0.76 kg $ha^{-1}$, 시금치 0.55 kg $ha^{-1}$, 잎들깨 1.34 kg $ha^{-1}$, 부추 4.83 kg $ha^{-1}$, 열무 0.42 kg $ha^{-1}$로 조사되었다. 벼, 상추, 시금치, 잎들깨에서는 사용량이 4년 전에 비해 감소하였으나 배추는 농약사용량이 증가하였다.

  • Recently, there has been a large social issue about the environmental sector for safe zones from crime. Since 2010, starting with Seoul, most local governments have enacted ordinances related to crime prevention environmental design (hereinafter referred to as CPTED) and are showing active movement. In this study, as part of a method to understand how to use the design elements applied to CPTED, the safety village creation project of deteriorated construction districts in Daegu Metropolitan City was conducted, focusing on the 10 project destinations using CPTED, and the CPTED application elements were evaluated by CPTED. The analysis was conducted according to the basic principles, and the elements related to the architectural plan of the environmental design elements were reviewed. In order to extract the environmental design elements of the project site, the CPTED guideline appropriate for the sector was used based on the standard guidelines for environmental design for crime prevention in Daegu City and the contents of the crime prevention urban design ordinance.

  • Inhalation sedation has may advantageous properties that make it a suitable choice for sedation in pediatric, disabled and many patients, either alone or in conjunction with other agents. We need review of Guideline on use of nitrous oxide for dental patients that make minimizing complication of sedation for safe and effective sedation. Conventionally, nitric oxide is used for inhalation sedation, nowadays sevoflurane can also be used due to easily titratable for controllable effect and less failure of sedation. Recently sevoflurane can be used to provide sedation as a sole agent in air or oxygen or in combination with nitrous oxide in dentistry.

  • Regulatory T cells (Treg) naturally rein in immune attacks, and they can inhibit rejection of transplanted organs and even reverse the progression of autoimmune diseases in mice. The initial safety trials of Treg against graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) provided evidence that the adoptive transfer of Treg is safe and capable of limiting disease progression. Supported by such evidence, numerous clinical trials have been actively investigating the efficacy of Treg targeting autoimmune diseases, type I diabetes, and organ transplant rejection, including kidney and liver. The limited quantity of Treg cells harvested from peripheral blood and subsequent in vitro culture have posed a great challenge to large-scale clinical application of Treg; nevertheless, the concept of CAR (chimeric antigen receptor)-Treg has emerged as a potential resolution to the problem. Recently, two CAR-T therapies, tisagenlecleucel and axicabtagene ciloleucel, were approved by the US FDA for the treatment of refractory or recurrent acute lymhoblastic leukemia. This approval could serve as a guideline for the production protocols for other genetically engineered T cells for clinical use as well. The phase I and II clinical trials of these agents has demonstrated that genetically engineered and antigen-targeting T cells are safe and efficacious in humans. In conclusion, both the promising results of Treg cell therapy from the clinical studies and the recent FDA approval of CAR-T therapies are paving the way for CAR-Treg therapy in clinical use.

살충제 Cypermethrin 및 살균제 Diethofencarb의 살포방법에 따른 인삼 중 잔류 (Residues Amounts of Cypermethrin and Diethofencarb in Ginseng Sprayed by Safe Use Guideline)

  • This study is conducted in order to know the residue patterns of insecticide cypermethrin and fungicide diethofencarb in ginseng sprayed by various application methods. Two pesticides were sprayed separately on ginseng using traditional, soil and vinyl mulching applications. The vinyl mulching application was that head part of ginseng protected from pesticides. When cypermethrin was sprayed on ginseng by traditional application, its residue amount in ginseng was 0.25 mg/kg which exceeded 0.1 mg/kg, maximum residue limit(MRL) established by Korea Food & Drug Administration(KFDA). But in case of vinyl mulching and soil application, its residue amounts were 0.04 and 0.07 mg/kg, respectively. The residue amount of diethofencarb in ginseng was 3.01 mg/kg which exceeded the MRL, 0.3 mg/kg. Further, in case of vinyl mulching and soil application, its residue amounts were 1.71 and 9.39 mg/kg which exceeded the MRL 0.3 mg/kg. Although the residue amounts of both pesticides exceeded the MRLs for ginseng, we can explain that pesticides remained in head part of ginseng is probably the reason why higher pesticides residue levels were observed.

살균제 Boscalid의 살포방법에 따른 인삼의 부위별 잔류 양상 (Residue of Fungicide Boscalid in Ginseng Treated by Different Spraying Methods)

  • 인삼 중 농약 잔류량 조사 결과 부적합율과 검출 빈도가 높은 boscalid 농약에 대하여 부적합 원인을 구명하기 위해 안전사용기준에 따라 농약을 살포하되, 그 살포방법을 달리하여 잔류량을 분석하였다. 인삼은 4년근과 6년근을 사용하였으며 분석 시 인삼의 뇌두와 몸통을 나누어 분석하였다. 그 결과 boscalid의 잔류량은 몸통부분보다 뇌두부분에서 더 많은 양이 검출되었으며, 랩 처리구의 잔류 결과로부터 boscalid의 흡수이행 경로를 추정할 수 있었다. 또한 인삼의 전체부위에 대한 최대 잔류량은 4년근 인삼의 관행 처리구에서 0.76 mg/kg, 토양 처리구에서 0.69 mg/kg, 랩 처리구에서 0.62 mg/kg으로 나타났으며, 6년근 인삼에서의 전체부위에 대한 최대 잔류량은 관행 처리구에서 0.74 mg/kg, 토양 처리구에서 0.40 mg/kg, 랩 처리구에서 0.28 mg/kg으로 나타나 4년근 인삼에서 6년근 인삼보다 더 많은 잔류량을 나타내었다. 뿐만 아니라, 4년근과 6년근 인삼 모두 식품의약품안전청에서 제시한 잔류허용기준인 0.3 mg/kg을 초과하였다.

레벨 3 자율주행차량의 인적요인 가이드라인 연구 동향 (A Study on Human Factors Guidelines for Level 3 Automated Vehicles)

  • To solve social problems such as traffic accidents caused by human driver factors and to guarantee the convenience of movement, research on the commercialization of automated vehicles is being actively conducted worldwide. In automated driving levels 2 and 3, the driver must be ready to drive at any time as the automated driving system sometimes requires manual driving by the driver. The purpose of this research is to analyze the trends in global automated vehicle guidelines and prepare guidelines for the characteristics of human factors necessary for the control rights transition system of automated vehicles. To this end, we reviewed at the guidelines for automated vehicles in the US, Germany, and Japan; ISO international standards; domestic automated vehicle standards; and the EU AdaptiVe project. In addition, a guideline is presented that can be referenced and applied by organizations related to automated vehicle manufacturing and operation. It was developed by utilizing the results of our studies on the human factors affecting the guideline of control rights transition. As national laws and regulations and continuous technology development for commercialization of automated vehicles are in progress, further research into and the revision of guidelines for safe automated vehicle production and use should be continued.

안전한 전자상거래를 위한 XML 키 정보 서비스 모델링 (XML Key Information Service Modeling for Secure Electronic Commerce)

  • XML(eXtensible Markup Language)은 인터넷과 e-비즈니스를 위한 글로벌 표준으로서 전자상거래의 보급 속도에 따라 XML의 활용도가증가하고 있다. 이러한 환경에서 전자상거래시에 교환되는 전자문서의 보다 안전한 보안서비스를 제공하기 위한 방안이 필요하다. XML정보보호기술 중 XML키 관리 규격(XKMS)은 다양하고 복잡한 기능의 전자상거래 애플리케이션에서 전자문서의 서명을 검증하거나 암호화하는 공개키를 관리하는 프로토콜을 정의한다. 본 논문에서는 XML 기반 보안서비스 특성에 착안하여 안전한 전자상거래를 위한 XML키 정보서비스(X-KISS)에 대한 분석과 표준안에 근거한 서비스 참조 모델을 제시하고, 기반 되는 서비스 컴포넌트를 구현하여 서비스 모델링을 수행하였다. 본 논문에서 제시된 참조 모델은 식별정보가 주어졌을 때, 필요로 하는 공개키 위치와 식별자 정보, 공개키 연결 기능을 제공한다. 구현한 클라이언트 서비스 컴포넌트의 요청 및 검색 쓰레드의 비율을 제한하여 실시간 키 검색에 대한 컴포넌트의 최소 성능을 분석하였다. 본 논문의 서비스 모델링은 향후 국내 e-비즈니스 프레임워크 구성 시 표준적 인 보안 모델을 구현할 수 있는 지침을 제공할 것이다.

병렬 계류된 모바일하버의 운동응답 및 계류 해석 (Motion Response and Mooring Analysis of Mobile Harbors Moored in Side-by-side)

  • Recently, since there are several problems in space, the infra-structure and the facilities in the contiguity of the existing harbors due to the trend of enlarging the container capacity of the large container vessel, a special floating platform named as the Mobile Harbor has been proposed conceptually as an effective solution of those problems. Two kinds of hull shapes, a conventional mono-hull type and a catamaran type, are proposed as midway feeders to transfer containers to the harbor on land from a large container ship on near shore. In this study, the motion response and mooring analysis are carried out for comparing the global performance of two types of Mobile Harbor. Robot arm mooring facility specially is devised and newly tried to use for the safe fixation of a large container ship and the Mobile Harbor on near shore. It would be expected for this comparison study to give a guideline to design the efficient hull form for a midway loader.

지하공간의 문화적 활성화를 위한 실내 환경계획요소의 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Analysis of Elements of Interior Environmental Planning for Cultural Vitality of Underground Space)

  • In order to make an effective use of spatial resources in the city, detailed environmental plan strategies based on 'culture' are needed. An integral part of city spaces-'underground space' serves as one of the spatial resources with much effective usage potentials. Hence, 'underground space' needs cultural vitality. The purpose of this study is to propose an thorough indoor environmental plan guideline for the cultural vitality of 'underground space'. The methods used to conduct research include precedent study reviews and survey. Through this research, following conclusions are drawn. First, to promote cultural vitality at the 'underground space', it must be transformed into the cultural public place to be utilized for cultural activities by residents. Second, the 'underground space' requires 'concept of eco-friendly space for clean environment'. Third, 'safe environment' concept must be installed in the 'underground space' to promote the cultural vitality. Fourth, the 'underground space' requires 'complex/block level network plans between cultural spaces in addition to horizontal/vertical walking network between cultural environments in ground level and underground spaces. Fifth, the 'underground space' requires underground public cultural space plan through 'reasonable underground development with considerations of the facilities related to education, culture and history'. Sixth, 'public cultural space plan for various cultural spaces' and 'supply of space for cultural activities for residents and design plan for mutual culture exchange' are necessary.
