본 연구의 목적은 드림스타트 사업에 참여한 저소득층 가정 양육자의 양육스트레스와 아동의 문제행동 간의 상호 인과적 관계를 확인하는 것이다. 연구 대상은 드림스타트 사업에 참여한 아동과 양육자이며, 2015년에 초등학교 1학년인 아동과 양육자를 3년 간 추적 조사하여 2017년까지 참여한 대상자의 자료를 반복 측정 하였다. 연구 방법은 양육자의 양육스트레스와 아동의 문제행동 간의 종단적 발달에 적용하는 아동 효과 및 양육자 효과를 검증하기 위해 자귀회귀교차지연효과모형을 적용하였다. 연구 결과 양육자의 양육스트레스와 아동의 문제행동의 자기회귀 계수가 모두 유의미하여 3년에 걸친 연구기간 동안 높은 수준의 안정성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 시간의 흐름에 따라 양육스트레스는 비슷한 수준을 유지하고 있음을 의미한다. 또한 양육자의 양육스트레스와 아동의 문제행동 간 인과관계의 원인은 주로 양육자 효과로 설명 되었다. 즉 양육자의 양육스트레스로 인해 아동의 문제행동이 나타나는 것이다. 위의 결과들을 통해 저소득층 가정은 경제적 압박감으로 인해 양육자의 양육스트레스가 가중되고 누적되어 자녀와의 부정적인 상호작용으로 이어져 결국 아동의 문제행동으로 이어질 수 있음을 확인하였다. 저소득층 가정의 누적된 양육스트레스를 경감하기 위해 다양한 양육자의 심리적 지원 방안이 강화되어야 함을 제언하였다.

We report the electronic structure modification in the swift heavy ion (SHI) irradiated N-doped ZnO thin films prepared by RF sputtering from ZnO target in different ratio of Ar/$N_2$ gas mixture using highly pure $N_2$ gas. The different N-ZnO thin lms were then irradiated with 120 MeV Ag ion beam with different doses ranging from $1{\times}10^{11}$ to $5{\times}10^{12}$ ions/$cm^2$ and characterized by XRD and near edge X-ray absorption ne structure (NEXAFS) at N and O K-edges. The NEXAFS measurements provide direct evidence of O 2p and Zn 3d orbital hybridization and also the bonding of N ions with Zn and O ions. The minimum value of resistivity of $790{\Omega}cm$, a Hall mobility of $22cm^2V^-1s^-1$ and the carrier concentration of $3.6{\times}10^{14}cm^{-3}$ were yielded at 75% $N_2$. X-ray diffraction (XRD) measurements revealed that N-doped ZnO films had the preferential orientation of (002) plane for all samples, while crystallinity start decreasing at 32.5% $N_2$. The average crystallite size varies from 5.7 to 8.2 nm for 75% and then decreases to 7.8 nm for 80% $Ar:N_2$ ratio.

This study analyzed the effect of core competence of supervisor on the satisfaction, loyalty, business performance of franchisees and business performance of franchisor. And the purpose of this study is to solve the most problematic issues in franchise business such as poor sales of franchisee, inadequate measures for activating sluggish stores, closing rate increase of franchisee, dispute between a franchisee and franchisor. The results of this study will be used as data for the success of Franchisor's business operation and for the change and development of the franchise industry. In this study, 168 CEOs and employees in the franchise industry were surveyed. Through previous research and expert interviews, we designed the core competency factors of franchise supervisors into seven areas: check, consulting, coordination, promotion, counseling, communication, and control. In order to verify the hypothesis of the research, the relationship between variables was verified by simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. Key result of the study are as follows. First, the core competency of the supervisor has a positive relationship with the franchisee's satisfaction. Second, the core competence of the supervisor has a positive relationship with the franchisee's loyalty. Third, franchisee's satisfaction has a positive effect on loyalty. Fourth, franchisee's satisfaction positively affects the business performance of franchisee and franchisor. Fifth, franchisee's loyalty positively affects the business performance of franchisee and franchisor.

Objectives: There have been few studies to date on the residual effect of bisphosphonate. This study investigated the radiographic changes of mandibular cortical thickness upon bisphosphonate drug holiday. Materials and Methods: This retrospective study includes 36 patients diagnosed with MRONJ (medication-related osteonecrosis of the jaw) at Ajou University Dental Hospital in 2010-2021. All patients stopped taking bisphosphonate under consultation with the prescribing physicians. Panoramic radiographs were taken at the start of discontinuation (T₀), 12 months after (T₁), and 18 months after (T₂) discontinuation of bisphosphonate, respectively. Mental index and panoramic mandibular index were calculated using Ledgerton's method. Paired t-tests were used to analyze differences over time. Results: The difference in indices (mental index and panoramic mandibular index) between T₀ and T₁ was not statistically significant (paired t-test, P>0.05). However, the difference in these indices between T₁ and T₂ was statistically significant (paired t-test, P<0.05). Conclusion: The cortical thickness of the mandible decreased in the late stage (after 18 months) as observed by panoramic radiograph.

In this paper, We conducted to find out what factors may affect the development of franchise businesses by reviewing the success factors of the domestic franchise business. The research was conducted by the CEOs of Gwangju and Jeonnam Franchise Business and a total of 137 items were used in the empirical analysis. Factors influencing success of the franchise business were designed in five areas : ability of the franchise CEO, franchise system, brand management, capacity of the parent store, and product differentiation. We conducted multiple regression analysis and simple regression analysis for the research assumptions, Validation of the relationship between variables revealed that the ability of the franchise CEOs, franchise systems, brand management, and product differentiation did not significantly affect the increase in member sales, so the ability of the shareholders to increase their sales was important. However, the impact on revenue growth at franchise headquarters has all been significant, The increase in sales of franchises has a significant influence on the increase in profits of franchise headquarters, the report said. It was also found that an increase in the sales of franchises has a significant influence on the success of franchises. Finally, it was revealed that increasing profits at franchise headquarters significantly affects the success of the franchise business.

The theory of 4 great doctors in Geum Won era has been considered as a most scientific medicine after SangHanRon of Jang, Jung Kyung. And it influence for all the later medical theory and practice. I have found a common points between their Fire and Fever pathology and constitutional pathology of Li, Je Ma. The results obtained are as follows. 1. On the Viewpoint of medical history, there is common points in the fact that the start of Geum Won 4 great doctor' principle had been drived from awakening of the abuse of warm and hot herbs based on Hwa Je Guk Bang in the last stage of Song dynasty, and that the appearance of Sa Sang medicine was from the scientific reflection against the currency of the animation by warm herbs which was popular in the Jo Sun dynasty. 2. The theory of Fire and Fever pathology of 4 great doctors has been fixed in the principle of Cold and Fever pathology of viscera and bowel in the Sa Sang medicine. 3. The pathological meaning of 'internal fire' in the conculusion by 4 great doctors has got scientific fruit by Sa Sang medicine in its theory of four constitutional psychology and the formation of four visceras. 4. It is considered that the study of DongUiSuSeBoWon is needed for the relation with former medical theories.

The elevated expression of the hyaluronan-mediated motility receptor (HMMR) is known to be highly associated with tumor progression in prostate cancer, but the molecular mechanisms underlying the regulation of HMMR expression remain unclear. Here, we report that mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) is a key regulator of HMMR expression, for which its kinase activity is required. Pharmacological inhibitors of mTOR, such as rapamycin and Torin2, markedly suppressed the mRNA level as well as the protein level of HMMR in LNCaP and PC-3 cells. Our data demonstrate that such regulation occurs at the transcription level. HMMR promoter reporter assays revealed that the transcription factor SRF is responsible for the mTOR-mediated transcriptional regulation of HMMR gene. Consistently, the suppression of HMMR expression by Torin2 was noticeably reversed by the overexpression of SRF. Moreover, our findings suggest that the SRF binding sites responsible for the transcriptional regulation of HMMR through the mTOR-SRF axis are located in HMMR promoter sequences carrying the first intron, downstream of the translational start site. Furthermore, the upregulation of HMMR by DHT was abolished by stimulation with rapamycin, prior to DHT treatment, suggesting that mTOR activity is required for the induction of HMMR expression by androgen. Collectively, our study provides new mechanistic insights into the role of mTOR/SRF/AR signaling in HMMR regulation in prostate cancer cells.

The progress that becomes a basis for measuring the outcome of project is a core of project control. Follow-up corrective actions are determined depending on the degree of their differences. The methods of measuring the project progress have been developed though a variety of research and many were verified through the cases. Among such methods, this study selected Start/Finish method and Fixed Formula method. In order to check the limitations of the progress utilized in the two methods, the study compared their progresses to the progress of Percentage Complete method and analyzed the differences shown in their actual applications. Through this, it suggested the forms and scale of the projects appropriate to the application of Fixed Formula method. As for the research progress method, the study first generated a number of virtual project schedules for the establishment of an analysis model. These project schedules were varied in a way that they had different project periods and the number of different activities. The study also generated numerous project schedules for difference test. After establishing a virtual schedule plan by the scale of projects, it measured their progresses by period, analyzed the differences and repeated this procedure to obtain the results.

The cdd gene of Bacillus subtilis, encoding the deoxycytidinecytidine deaminase of pyrimidine nucleotide biosynthesis has been cloned into the EcoRl site of pBR322. The recombinant plasmid, pSol, promoted the synthesis of 100-140 fold elevated levels of the enzyme. A comparison of the polypeptides encoded by cdd complementing and non-complementing plasmids in the mini cell showed the gene product to have a molecular mass of approximately 14 kDa. The nucleotide sequence of the gene and 460 base pairs upstream from the coding region was determined. An open-reading frame, encoding a protein with a calculated molecular mass of 14337 Da, was deduced to be the coding region for cdd. However, the enzyme has an apparent molecular mass of 54 kDa as determined by gel filteration, whereas sucrose density gradient centrifugation shows 58 kDa. It means that the enzyme could be forming a tetramer in a physiological state. About 28 amino acids of the N-tetramer in a physiological state. About 28 amino acids of the N-terminal presumably form a signal for membrane translocation and six cystein residues are contained in the structure. S1 nuclease mapping indicated that transcription of cdd is initiated 17 base pairs upstream from the translational start. The structural characterization of the odd gene was performed.

Gwanghwamun was dismantled and displaced to the east side of the palace, at that time, the Chosun Government General Building was constructed in the Gyeongbokgung palace. After the Korea war, it remained as a stonework as a result of the fire. In 1968, The Gwanghwamun came back in front of the palace. Then, why it was rebuilt in the 3rd Republic period? What was the reason for selecting concrete? Since the May 16 coup, the military regime had been utilized palace and surrounding urban space to show a visible practice of modernization. Attempting the combination of modern technology in the 1960s and traditional cultural property and reconstructing a city as a pretext called Cultural Heritage conservation was a typical mechanism of the 1960s. In this study, I start by assume that reconstructing Gwanghwamun(1968) was a part of project to change the surrounding urban space of Gwanghwamun than to preserve cultural assets. Two main contributions of the study are following. First, I collect availabe data on the reconstructing surrounding urban space of the Gwanghwamun and re-organize them in chronological order to make them as fragments of a map. Second, I analysis and identify the nature and phase of the Gwanghwamun reconstruction.
