  • 보안 프로토콜을 이용하여 사용자 상호 간의 정보의 비밀성, 무결성, 부인방지를 보장하는 일은 반드시 필요한 과제가 되었다. 이에 따라 해당 서비스에 대해 적합한 사용자를 인증하고 인가하기 위해 다양한 보안 프로토콜(EKE, S/KEY, Kerberos등)이 사용되고 있으며, 이와 더불어 보안 프로토콜을 정형적으로 명세하고 검증하기 위한 다양한 방법들이 연구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 Casper와 FDR을 이용하여 SSH 프로토콜의 취약성을 분석하고, 수정하여 SSH 프로토콜의 안전성을 향상시키고자 하였다.

Spontaneous Spinal Subarachnoid Hemorrhage with Spontaneous Resolution

  • Spontaneous spinal subarachnoid hematoma (SSH) is a rare entity to cause spinal cord or nerve root compression and is usually managed as surgical emergencies. We report a case of spontaneous SSH manifesting as severe lumbago, which demonstrated nearly complete clinical resolution with conservative treatment A 58-year-old female patient developed a large SSH, which was not related to blood dyscrasia, anticoagulation, lumbar puncture. or trauma. Patient had severe lumbago but no neurologic deficits. Because of absence of neurologic deficits, she was treated conservatively. Follow-up magnetic resonance (MR) image showed complete resolution. Conservative treatment of SSH may be considered if the patient with spontaneous SSH has no neurologic deficits.

  • SSH(Sea Surface Height) from TOPEX/Poseidon and SST data are analyzed to estimate characteristics of annual and inter-annual variations in the East Asian seas(110E - l80E, 20N - 50N) from November 1992 to May 1998. In EOF analysis of SSH and SST, 57% and 97% of the variance are represented by the first two modes. The first mode of SSH and SST shows strong annual variations expected for steric changes. The second mode of SSH shows a long-term variation, but that of SST shows 3 - 4month offset from annual variation. In the EOF analysis of the SSH and SST, 61% and 54% of the total variance are represented by the first three modes. The first mode represented a long-term variation, and the third mode reflected the bi-ennial variation. The first three mode were not strongly correlated with ENSO. We further apply Canonical Correlation Analysis(CCA) to find the dominant correlation patterns with ENSO.

  • This study was carried out to investigate the effects of various regions of sorghum-sorghum hybrid (SSH) silage on nutritive values and qualities of SSH silage. SSH "SS405" was harvested at ripen stage and ensiled. Samples of SSH silage used in this study were collected in three regions (outside, middle and inside). The contents of crude protein (CP), neutral detergent fiber (NDF), acid detergent fiber (ADF), total digestible nutrients (TDN) and in vitro dry matter digestibility (IVDMD) in SSH silage were not influenced by SSH silage manufacture methods and lactic acid bacteria. The contents of CP in inside region of SSH silage were lower than those of outside and middle regions (p<0.05). However, the contents of NDF, ADF and TDN, and IVDMD were not different between the regions of SSH silage. The content of lactic acid in SSH round bale silage was significantly decreased (p<0.05), as compared to SSH square bale silage (SB), gunny bag silage (GB) and trench silage (TS). The contents of acetic acid and butyric acid in SSH silage were not influenced by SSH silage manufacture methods and lactic acid bacteria. The contents of lactic acid in inside region of SSH silage were lower than those of outside and middle regions (p<0.05). In addition, the contents of lactic acid, acetic acid and butyric acid were not different between the regions of SSH silage. Therefore we suggest that nutritive values and quality of SSH silage were not influenced by regions of sampling collected from these silages.

  • Video security has recently emerged as an important issue owing to CCTV video image spill accidents over the Internet. KISA recommends the use of encryption protocols for remote access through its guidelines for CCTV personal video information protection. But still, many products do not adhere to the guidelines, and those products are easily exposed to security threats, such as hacking. To solve these security vulnerabilities, this paper proposes a CCTV system that connects from remote locations, and is implemented by using secure shell (SSH) tunneling techniques. The system enhances security by transmitting encrypted data by using SSH. By using the tunneling technique, it also solves the problem of not being able to access a CCTV recorder located inside a firewall. For evaluation of the system, this paper compares various CCTV remote access schemes and security. Experimental results on the effectiveness of the system show it is possible to obtain remote access without a significant difference in transmission quality and time. Applying the method proposed in this paper, you can configure a system secure from the threats of hacking.

  • This research is the one, that is, analyze the results of SSH at the science and mathematics subject for the advanced student in Japan recently, and searched for the result and the problem. We analyze reported results separately in detail according to the item for the practical report that the school of the whole country where SSH had been experimented from 2002 to 2004 in 31 places had issued for this. Also we discuss some suggestions and ideas for the mathematics and science instruction on the science high school in Korea.

  • 실시간으로 데이터를 처리하여 빠른 서비스를 제공하기 위해 PC 클러스터가 널리 사용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 PC 클러스터의 한 종류인 HPC 클러스터에 전용 노드를 추가하는 대신, 방화벽 외부의 네트워크 상에 존재하는 비전용 노드의 유휴시간을 활용하도록 클러스터를 확장하여 성능을 향상시키는 경우 발생하는 NFS 등의 보안 문제를 SSH 터널링을 사용하여 해결하는 방안을 제시하고 암호화된 NFS의 성능을 실험하였다.

  • 인터넷의 비약적인 발전과 더불어, 인터넷을 활용한 각종 온라인 서비스가 활성화되어 가고 있는 추세이다. 온라인 쇼핑몰, 온라인 뱅킹과 같은 전자 상거래 서비스는 이용자와 서비스 제공자간의 상호 신뢰를 기반으로 동작해야만 하는 서비스이다. 해당 서비스에 대한 적합한 사용자를 인증하고 인가하기 위한 다양한 인증 프로토콜(EKE, S/KEY, Kerberos 등)에 대한 다양한 연구가 진행되어 오고 있다. 본 논문에서는 FDR, Casper과 같은 보안 프로토콜 분석 및 검증 도구를 이용하여 SSH 프로토콜의 위험성을 분석하여 보안 프로토콜의 안전성을 향상시키고자 한다.

  • SSH 무작위 대입 공격은 전통적인 공격기법이지만 최근까지도 공격이 끊임없이 발생되고 있다. 정상적인 접속을 가장한 은닉 공격(Stealth Attack)이 가능하므로 탐지가 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 방화벽 차단 로그를 분석하여 운영 중인 서버로 향할 수 있는 SSH 무작위 대입 공격 트래픽을 사전에 차단하는 기법을 제안하고, 제안한 기법을 적용한 결과 운영 중인 서버로 공격이 이어지는 것을 평균 46% 이상 예방하는 것을 확인한다.

Analysis of heat, cold or salinity stress-inducible genes in the Pacific abalone, Haliotis discus hannai, by suppression subtractive hybridization

  • In order to investigate environmental stress inducible genes in abalone, we analyzed differentially expressed transcripts from a Pacific abalone, Haliotis discus hannai, after exposure to heat-, cold- or hyposalinity-shock by suppression subtractive hybridization (SSH) method. 1,074 unique sequences from SSH libraries were composed to 115 clusters and 986 singletons, the overall redundancy of the library was 16.3%. From the BLAST search, of the 1,316 ESTs, 998 ESTs (75.8%) were identified as known genes, but 318 clones (24.2%) did not match to any previously described genes. From the comparison results of ESTs pattern of three SSH cDNA libraries, the most abundant EST was different in each SSH library: small heat shock protein p26 (sHSP26) in heat-shock, trypsinogen 2 in cold-shock, and actin in hyposalinity SSH cDNA library. Based on sequence similarities, several response-to-stress genes such as heat shock proteins (HSPs) were identified commonly from the abalone SSH libraries. HSP70 gene was induced by environmental stress regardless of temperature-shock or salinity-stress, while the increase of sHSP26 mRNA expression was not detected in cold-shock but in heat-shock condition. These results suggest that the suppression subtractive hybridization method is an efficient way to isolate differentially expressed gene from the invertebrate environmental stress-response transcriptome.
