  • 본 논문은 PWM DC-AC 인버터에서의 AC 필터 인덕터 코아 손실 계산을 위한 간단한 방법을 제시한다. 코아 손실 분석을 위해서 AC 필터 인덕터로 아몰퍼스 C-Core (AMCC-320)를 선택하였다. 단상하프브릿지 전압형 인버터와 간이 열량계를 이용하여 코아 손실을 측정하고 제시한 방법을 검증하였다. 기본적으로 인버터 스위칭은 SPWM 방법을 사용하였으며, 스위칭 주파수와 모듈레이션 인덱스를 가변하면서 실제 제작한 간이 열량계로 코아 손실을 측정하였다.

  • A modular multilevel-clamped composited multilevel converter ($M-MC^2$) is proposed. $M-MC^2$ enables topology reconfiguration, power device reuse, and composited clamping. An advanced five-level converter ($5L-M-MC^2$) is derived from the concept of $M-MC^2$. $5L-M-MC^2$ integrates dual three-level T-type modules and one three-level neutral point clamped module. This converter can also integrate dual three-level T-type modules and one passive diode module by utilizing the device reuse scheme. The operation principle and SPWM modulation are discussed to highlight converter performance. The proposed $M-MC^2$ is comprehensively compared with state-of-the-art five-level converters. Finally, simulations and experimental results are presented to validate the effectiveness of the main contributions of this study.

Half Load-Cycle Worked Dual Input Single Output DC/AC Inverter

  • A novel half load-cycle worked dual input single output (DISO) DC/AC inverter is presented. The basic circuit consists of a dual buck regulator, which works in continuous current mode. The working principle of DISO DC/AC inverter has been used. The control method applied for half load-cycle worked DISO DC/AC inverter has been studied. The control effects of the open-loop proportional control and closed-loop proportional-integral control are compared by using PSIM software. The parameters are adopted in the realistic simulation and experiment test. Moreover, the waveforms, such as voltage of modulation reference signal and output voltage, were given. The simulation and experiment results proved that the half load-cycle worked DISO DC/AC inverter could achieve good performance, gain a line frequency of 50 Hz, and verify the correctness of theoretical analysis.

  • To improve the current waveform of diode rectifiers, we propose a new operating principle for the voltage diode rectifiers. In the conventional voltage rectifier circuit, relatively large capacitors are used to boost the output voltage, while the proposed circuit uses smaller ones and a small reactor not to boost the output voltage but improve the input current waveform. A circuit design method is shown and confirmed simulation. It explained that compared conventional SPWM inverter with HPWM(Half Pulse-width modulated)Inverter. Proposed HPWM inverter eliminated dead-time by lowering switching loss and holding over-shooting. Output voltage and current of this paper were applied for real air-conditioner.

  • A new three-phase voltage-fed inverter using partial resonant converter with high power factor and high efficiency is proposed. The proposed Flyback converter is constructed by using a resonant network in parallel with the switch of the conventional converter. The devices are switched zero voltage or zero current eliminating the switching loss. This paper introduces elimination of harmonics compared with conventional SPWM inverter and three-phase voltage-fed inverter using Flyback converter.

  • 본 논문에서는 연료 전지 시스템을 위한 Z-소스 인버터로 구성된 병렬 운전 시스템을 제시 하였다. PWM 방식으로는 Carrier phase shifted SPWM을 적용하였으며 이 방식은 출력 전류의 고조파 성분을 줄일 수 있는 장점을 갖는다. 그러나 이 기법을 Z-소스 인버터로 구성된 병렬 운전 시스템에 적용하는 경우 추가적으로 순환 전류를 발생한다. Z-소스 인버터로 구성된 병렬 운전 시스템이 동작 시 발생하는 순환 전류를 감소시키며, 부하전류에 낮은 고조파 성분을 가질 수 있도록 커플링된 순환 전류 리액터를 사용하였다. 이에 대한 적합성을 시뮬레이션을 통해 입증하였다.

  • In this study, We proposed high efficiency wind power generator system for induction generator used SVPWM swiching inverter. First, We propose Equivalient Circuit for Induction Generator, it's characteristics equation, and power equation of slip. In addition, we suggest Pick Power Traction Slip control methods, adapted variable wind power system. We study simulation result for the proposed system and output power by slip effect. and we identify SVPWM of suitable wind power system by comparison between SPWM and SVPWM Consequently, we show that the system control result from variable wind power is suitable.

  • GTO inverter used for traction motor drives includes harmonics in the output current and torque by the limitation of switching frequency. However, the hybrid PWM method, using SPWM in low frequency range and SHE PWM in upper frequency range, can be obtained the relative less harmonic characteristic. The transient reaction, which the magnetic flux and the torque is altered and instantly the large current is flowed, may be produced at the mode change. This paper presents the techniques which can reduce the transient reactions produced in the gear changing of inverter fed traction motor drives operating in the hybrid PWM. The results are verified by the simulations.

  • In this paper, I used microprocessor and sensor and designed to improve the efficiency of the photovoltaic system the photovoltaic position tracker device, and compared the normal photovoltaic system of fixed form with the photovoltaic system of solar position tracked form. Moreover, compared the catalogue of solar cell module and the simulation through a mathematics modelling with the solar cell's characteristic interpreting and, composed an power conversion system with boost converter and voltage source inverter. Used the constant voltage control method for maximum power point tracking in boost converter control and, used the SPWM(Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation) control method in inverter control.
