Purpose: The purpose of this study was to propose a standard form of noise filter drawing, which is widely used in the field of weapon systems, to define the essential specification which is not standardized at the existing drawings and to employ the reference for manufacturing and qualification test. Methods: To do that, it identifies the improvements to analyze 19 noise filter drawings, studies the principle of noise filtering to find the essential part of the spec. and reviews the MIL-STD-220C and KS IEC 60939, which is the widely used as a formal spec. pertaining to the noise filter. Throughout the study, a standard form is developed to standardize the attenuation characteristics and find eight crucial metrics to specify the noise filter. Results: The results of this study are as follows; The standardized drawings can be used as the qualification test of the item and the manufacturing and engineering documents to make the noise filter, which are also applicable to the reference document to review KDS(Korea Defense Standard) drawings.

This article reports a bi-directional interlanguage study designed to investigate the initial state of L2 acquisition with regard to English and Korean wh-questions. Based on the UG system in line with the minimalist theory, it was hypothesized that the L2 initial state is characterized by the most economical form of syntax in which no overt wh-movement to Spec-CP is assumed. Results of the early interlanguage study showed that 1) L1 Korean learners of L2 English predominantly produced wh-questions with the fronted wh-word, but without productive wh-movement to the Spec-CP position; and 2) L1 English learners of L2 Korean overwhelmingly produced wh-questions with the wh-word remaining in-situ. These results were interpreted as supporting the minimalist account of the L2 initial grammar in that no overt syntactic wh-movement were adopted in early interlanguages of both English and Korean regardless of the learner's L1.

The present paper will argue what can be considered to be principled elements of the initial state S/sub 0/ of the Faculty of Language, which are called the Interface Condition (IC), and how far we can take the strongest minimalist thesis (SMT), which aims to offer principled explanation of language in terms of IC and the principle of efficient computation, to linguistic analysis. We will discuss implications of label-free phrase structures, required by the strong version of the Inclusiveness Condition, and possibilities of crash-free syntax, required by the condition of efficient computation. I will point out problems of Chomsky's assumption that an externally Merged expletive there is a head, which, as a probe, undergoes agreement with the goal T. I will present several advantages we obtain if we maintain A and A' distinction, and assume that wh-movement to the outer [SPEC, υ] is an A'-movement like wh-movement to [SPEC, C].

전기설비 시공분야에서 전문적 시방서 관리 체계는 그동안 별도로 존재하지 않았으며, 각 발주기관별 자체적 관리체계 하에서 운영 유지되어 왔다. 따라서 명칭이 서로 상이한 부분과 진술 및 구성의 체계 또한 일관되지 못한 부분이 많았다. 본 연구개발을 통하여 전기설비 분야의 시방서를 체계적이고, 공통된 의사표현이 가능한 기준시스템 필요성이 대두되어 이에 따른 기준시방서 시스템의 개발과 운영체계를 개발하였다.

This paper aims to develop an optimized inventory management method for safety critical Instrument and Control (I&C) components. In this regard, the paper focuses on estimating the consumption rate of I&C components using demand forecasting methods. The target component for this paper is the Foxboro SPEC-200 controller. This component was chosen because it has highest consumption rate among the safety critical I&C components in Korean OPR-1000 NPPs. Three analytical methods were chosen in order to develop the demand forecasting methods; Poisson, Generalized Linear Model (GLM) and Bootstrapping. The results show that the GLM gives better accuracy than the other analytical methods. This is because the GLM considers the maintenance level of the component by discriminating between corrective and preventive.

AFD(Active Frequency Drift), SMS(Slip-Mode frequency Shift)를 비롯한 주파수 이동 단독 운전 검출 방법은 단독 운전 발생 후, 계통의 주파수를 정상 운전 범위 밖으로 이동시켜 OUF(Over/Under Frequency) 릴레이를 동작하게 만들어 단독 운전을 검출한다. 이 방법들의 불검출 영역은 알고리즘에 의한 전류 위상각 변화율과 부하 역률 각 변화율 사이의 관계, 그리고 단독 운전 후 정상 상태(steady state) 운전 주파수에 의해 결정된다. 본 논문에서는 불검출 영역에 영향을 미치는 부하 역률 각 변화율을 분석하고 그를 바탕으로, 설계한 Q(Quality)-factor보다 낮은 Q-factor를 갖는 부하 조건에서는 항상 단독 운전을 검출할 수 있는 설계 방법을 제시한다. 제안된 방법의 유효성은 모의실험 및 실험으로 검증되었다.

Most of electrical installation and construction specifications consist of many letters as non-visual format. Therefore writing specification for installation and construction is so difficult to make easier to user. And it could not be an effective work to make a specification and make an accident or disabled facilities and equipments. Hence we need to develop the program that makes a specification of electrical installation and construction due to need a safety and coherence.

In the traditional Locality approach to floating numeral quantifiers in Korean and Japanese, two subject positions have been identified for external merge, one in Spec, vP and the other in Spec, TP (Saito 1985, Miyagawa 1989, 2013, Miyagawa and Arikawa 2007, etc.). In this paper, I show that the two external merger positions of the subject are unnecessary in the grammar of Korean and Japanese. Rather, by accepting the minimalist assumption of the VP-Internal Subject Hypothesis (Kitagawa 1986, Sportiche 1988, Koopman and Sportiche 1991), we are better able to explain a variety of bewildering phenomena that arise in scrambling contexts of FNQ-constructions.

본 논문에서는 고내압 및 고속 스위칭 특성을 갖는 고성능 BCD(Bipolar- CMOS-DMOS) 소자 구조를 고안하였다. 공정 및 소자 시뮬레이션을 통하여, 최적화된 공정 규격과 소자 규격을 설계하였으며, 고안된 소자의 전기적 특성을 만족시키기 위하여 이중 매몰층 구조, 트랜치 격리 공정, n-/p- 드리프트 영역 형성기술 및 얕은 접합 깊이 형성기술 등을 채택하였다. 이 스마트 파워 IC는 20V급 Bipolar npn/pnp 소자, 60V급 LDMOS소자, 수 암페어급의 VDMOS, 20V급 CMOS소자 그리고 5V급 논리 CMOS를 내장하고 있다.

May(1985) argued that the regress problem of antecedent-contained deletion (ACD) construction could be resolved easily by positing QR. But the proposal has some conceptual and empirical problems. To resolve the problems of QR account on ACD, Hornstein(1994) suggested a new approach viz. LF A-movement approach. In the Minimalist framework, an object raises to the [Spec, Agro] to check the accusative case. Through this movement, the regress problem can be resolved naturally without QR. But the LF A-movement account has the same conceptual problem as the QR approach. In addition to the conceptual problem, it has also empirical problems which were pointed out by Kennedy(1997). To solve the problems, I propose that the object raise to [Spec Agro] overtly as Koizumi(1993, 1995) and Lasnik(1995) insisted. In addition to the proposal, I adopt another assumption that only the copy of a quantifier could become a variable by the vehicle change, which was suggested by Brody(1995). With the above proposals, the unnatural QR operation could be dispensed with and the conceptual and empirical problems which were made concerning the LF A-movement approach could be resolved.
