The Development of SOR Lithography Technology

  • This paper reviews NTT Laboratories' research and development of x-ray lithography during the last ten years since the application of synchrotron orbital radiation(SOR). First, the historical background of x-ray lithograhpy research, NTT's research programs on synchrotron x-ray lithography(SOR lithography), and the current status of NTT's SOR lithography system are overviewed. Then, the key elements of SOR lithography system are reviewed, including the electron storage ring, the x-ray stepper, and the x-ray mask. Finally the appilcation of SOR lithography technology to device fabrication is reported.

ON THE GENERALIZED SOR-LIKE METHODS FOR SADDLE POINT PROBLEMS

  • In this paper, the generalized SOR-like methods are presented for solving the saddle point problems. Based on the SOR-like methods, we introduce the uncertain parameters and the preconditioned matrixes in the splitting form of the coefficient matrix. The necessary and sufficient conditions for guaranteeing its convergence are derived by giving the restrictions imposed on the parameters. Finally, numerical experiments show that this methods are more effective by choosing the proper values of parameters.

Voltage Sags Impact on CAR and SOR of HANARO

  • The reactor protection system (RPS) of HANARO is a safety class system. The reactor is tripped by dropping four shut off rods (SOR). The SOR system consists of a SOR, hydraulic pump, hydraulic cylinder, solenoid valves and a power supply unit which has the AC coil contactor as a switching component. The hydraulic pump lifts up the SOR. The SOR drops by loss of the hydraulic pressure in the hydraulic circuit at the occurrence of voltage sags or interruptions. From this experiment, we knew that the magnitude of the voltage sag which impacts on this system is 70V, 500msec. The reactor regulation system (RRS) of HANARO has four CARs which are connected to the driver through a magnetic clutch. The CAR drops by loss of electromagnetic force of the magnetic clutch when the deeper voltage sags to lower than 10V, 500msec.

수출업체와 한국 유통업체의 장기적 지향성 연구: SOR 모델을 중심으로 (The Relationship between Exporters and the long-term orientation of Intermediaries in Korea: Using the SOR Model)

  • 본 연구는 지역 유통업자의 역할 성과를 자극-유기체-반응(SOR) 모델을 활용하여 비판적으로 검토하며, 시장 경쟁이 유기체(O) 및 반응(R) 요소에 미치는 조절적 영향을 고려한다. 종합적인 접근을 채택한 SOR 모델은 분배, 절차 및 상호 작용 불공정성을 포함한 외부 자극이 지각된 불공정성과 같은 내부 심리적 과정과 상호작용하여 수입업체의 장기 지향성을 형성하는 방식을 분석하는 포괄적인 프레임워크를 제시한다. 연구 수행을 위해 선행연구 검토를 바탕으로 설문지를 구성하였으며 한국 수출입기업을 대상으로 설문을 배포해 총 121부의 유효 표본을 획득하였다. 획득된 표본은 smart pls 3.0을 사용하여 가설을 검정하였다. 분석 결과, 경쟁적인 시장 역동성이 불공정성 인식과 유통업자의 장기 지향성 사이의 관계를 조절하는 것이 나타남으로써 시장 경쟁의 중추적인 역할을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 SOR 모형을 적용함으로써 수출입과 연계된 유통물류 분야의 이론적 지평을 넓혔으며, 외부 자극, 내부 심리적 과정 및 시장 경쟁 간의 상호작용에 대한 종합적인 이해를 제공했다는 점에서 의의를 지닌다.

ITERATIVE ALGORITHMS AND DOMAIN DECOMPOSITION METHODS IN PARTIAL DIFFERENTIAL EQUATIONS

  • We consider the iterative schemes for the large sparse linear system to solve partial differential equations. Using spectral radius of iteration matrices, the optimal relaxation parameters and good parameters can be obtained. With those parameters we compare the effectiveness of the SOR and SSOR algorithms. Applying Crank-Nicolson approximation, we observe the error distribution according to domain decomposition. The number of processors due to domain decomposition affects time and error. Numerical experiments show that effectiveness of SOR and SSOR can be reversed as time size varies, which is not the usual case. Finally, these phenomena suggest conjectures about equilibrium time grid for SOR and SSOR.

  • In this paper, we propose an extended SOR (ESOR) method with diagonal preconditioners for solving symmetric positive definite linear systems, and then we provide convergence results of the ESOR method. Lastly, we provide numerical experiments to evaluate the performance of the ESOR method with diagonal preconditioners.

  • In this paper, we study the convergence of relaxed two-stage multisplitting method using M-splittings or SOR multi splitting as inner splittings and an outer splitting for solving a linear system whose coefficient matrix is an M-matrix. We also provide numerical experiments for the convergence of the relaxed two-stage multisplitting method.

  • $Ti:LiNbO_3$ Mach-Zehnder 진행파형 광변조기의 CPW(coplanar waveguide) 전극구조, 특히 taper영역을 해석하기 위해서 SOR(successive over relaxation)법을 이용하였다. 변조기의 taper영역에서는 임피던스 정합, 즉 $Z_c 가 50\omega$이 만족되는 전극구조를 설계하였다. 변조기의 변조영역에서는 $Z_c=50\omega, n$$Z_c$ c/=50.OMEGA., n=2.26인 설계파라미터와, n$_{eff}$=2.2, Z$_{c}$=47.7.OMEGA.인 설계파라미터를 찾았다.

생물학적 고도처리공법에 적용된 두 형태의 장방형 이차침전지 성능 파악 (Evaluating Two Types of Rectangular Secondary Clarifier Performance at Biological Nutrient Removal Facilities)

  • There are two types of rectangular secondary clarifier at biological nutrient removal (BNR) facility to settle MLSS; conventional activated sludge secondary clarifier and Gould Type I clarifier. In this study, the performances of two types at respective biological nutrient removal facility are compared using weekly operational data. Surface Overflow Rate (SOR), Surface Loading Rate (SLR), Sludge Volume Index (SVI), secondary effluent SS concentration are studied. It has found that Gould Type I has 3.5 times less average secondary effluent SS concentration that is 2.4 mg/L than that of conventional activated sludge secondary clarifier. Both SOR and SLR have shown little effect on secondary effluent SS concentrations at Gould Type I clarifier in contrary that SOR affects the secondary effluent SS concentrations at conventional activated sludge rectangular secondary clarifier. From this study, it is recommended that Gould Type I must be considered for secondary clarifier when BNR plant is designed.
