As smartphone usage increases, the number of consumers who refer to review data of e-commercial products using web sites and SNS is also explosively multiplying. However, reading review data using traditional websites and SNS is time consuming. Also, it is impossible for consumers to read all the reviews. Therefore, a system that collects review data of products and conducts sentiment word analysis of the review is required to provide useful information. The majority of systems that provide such information inadequately reflect the properties of the product. In this study, we described a system that provides analysis and evaluation of e-commerce products through review sentiment words as reflected properties of the product. Furthermore, the system enables consumers to access processed information about reviews quickly and in visual format.

Travel YouTubers who cross the boundary between tradition and novelty communicate by sharing their activities with others through SNS-based media. Media content should not only satisfy individuals, nor should it be too purpose-oriented. YouTube channels should be operated so that users can easily access content naturally, and more diverse methods can be pursued based on usage patterns and satisfaction theory. This study is about the type of perception of Generation Z on travel YouTube titles. As a result of conducting QUANL program analysis on 34 Q samples and 28 P samples from the Q methodological perspective, a total of three types were found. For types with unique characteristics, the first type was named "attention of keywords that draw imagination," the second type was "preferred to stories that stimulate curiosity," and the third type was "image satisfaction reflecting expectations." In addition, considering the characteristics of each type found, the scalability and strategic plan of the activities that Generation Z travel YouTubers want to unfold were presented.
Social media which includes Facebook enable users to construct relationships and networks as well as sharing of information. By enlisting Facebook users as proxy, this paper attempted to analyze the different emotional states experienced by social media users, specifically to gauge what effect their usage motivation and usage pattern had on the ambivalence level of the users. The quantitative survey result revealed that usage duration or the time of day when Facebook was accessed had no relevant impact on one's ambivalence level. However, there was a direct correlation between frequency of Facebook usage and the ambivalence level. The more the user logged onto Facebook the more suppressed his or her expression became due to fear of giving negative impressions to others and also receiving their negative feedbacks, which then subsequently added to the user's ambivalence. People's main reasons for using Facebook were identified as "chatting," "communicating," "maintaining relationships," "relationship building," "networking," and "finding information about friends," but only "maintaining relationships," "communicating," and "networking" had observable effect on ambivalence. There were no noticeable differences among genders with regards to ambivalence and usage levels, but there was a marked difference based on the user's age. For example, people in their forties showed higher levels of ambivalence than those in their twenties. This may be attributed to anxiety they face as they use Facebook primarily to expand their networks and to maintain relationships. As such, it is surmised that their fatigue level from using social media will only increase. Meanwhile, Korean Facebook user's emotional manifestation tended to skew toward relation-involved ambivalence rather than the self-defensive type. This relation-involved ambivalence might be something that can actually help prevent damage to relationships by limiting excessive emotional expressions. In other words, such ambivalence by Facebook users may be a positive element in a user's social media interaction.

Recently, urban regeneration is being actively promoted in Korea and among those Jeonju Hanok Village is the major project which is the most consistently promoted. For this, visitors of Jeonju Hanok Village are skyrocketing. However, due to this condition, various problems are occurring, especially about commercialization. In this regard, this study is to suggest management of the Jeonju Hanok Village and new orientation in the policy, by analyzing physical, economic, and social status due to urban regeneration for Jeonju Hanok Village which has lost its identity and been commercialized. For this, the study analyzed changes in land usage and real transaction price, SNS data. Firstly, in the physical analysis, the study realized that there is commercialization going around the main streets of Jeonju Hanok Village. Due to the rapid commercialization, living spaces for locals are replaced to commercial spaces for tourists, and the emigration of locals is caused by economic/environmental damages with the degradation of housing environments. Secondly, in the economic analysis, there was no gap in real transactions among streets in 2010 but has shown a valid gap in 2016. The traffic of tourists is heavy and the real transaction prices of streets that are adjacent to major tourist sights rose the most. Rising real transaction prices are a positive phenomenon in the aspect of the city regeneration but it is concerned that they can be perceived as investment subjects. Thirdly, in the social analysis, tourists are using commercial aspects more than historical or cultural sites, and have lots of interest on those. However, because there are also lots of opinions about the commercialization of Hanok Village, we think the plans which can establish the identity of Hanok Village should be prepared. The study has its meaning on analyzing reality based on the land usage, real transaction, SNS data and suggesting political implications.

The purpose of this study was to explore factors associated with smartphone dependence among adults in their 20s. The data were derived from the 2017 Survey on Smartphone Over-dependence conducted by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the National Information Society Agency. There were 3,684 participants. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, independent t-test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and weighted hierarchical multiple regression analysis. For the results, factors related with higher smartphone dependence of participants were duration (β=.18, p=.000) and frequency (β=.04, p=.000) of usage, gaming (β=.15, p=.000), watching videos (β=.09, p=.000), mobile shopping (β=.05, p=.000), working (β=.05, p=.010), e-mailing (β=.13, p=.000), and sports betting (β=.07, p=.000). Music (β=-.07, p=.000) and adult content (β=-.07, p=.000) significantly reduced their smartphone dependence. SNS (Social Networking Services) (β=.01, p=.358) and instant messengers (β=-.02, p=.330) were not factors related to smartphone dependence. However, instant messengers were the most used by participants and had a strong correlation with working (r=.55, p=.000). This study shows that smartphone usage patterns related with smartphone dependence among adults in their 20s are different from those of children and adolescents. These results could be used to more deeply understand smartphone dependence among adults in their 20s and plan early detection and prevention and care of dependence.
In current society, the digital era that makes enormous amount of data, and the diversified city, the smart space, which has characteristics of creating, collecting and representing data, is appeared. After 2012, in the social media environment called hyper-connected society with wide-spread smart phone, people started to get interested in public data and big data by generalized mobile device and SNS. At first, development of forming platform of data was focused, but now, many different idea from diverse area have been suggested about data analysis and usage to visualize the space intellectualization service. To focus on the visualization process to increase the usage of this public data for ordinary people more than specialized people, this research grasps the present condition of open data and public data service from the current public data portal and considers the applicability of them. As the result of research, the analysis and application of data to ordinary people decrease the use of paper documents, and this research will help to develop the application which is fast and accurate about individual behavior and demand to utilize public data service in intellectual space.

The rental history data of public bicycles in Seoul were analyzed to examine how pandemic phenomena such as COVID-19 caused changes in people's micro mobility. Data for 2019 and 2021 were compared and analyzed by dividing them before and after COVID-19. Data were collected from public data portal sites, and data marts were created for in-depth analysis. In order to compare the changes in the two periods, the riding direction type dimension and the rental station type dimension were added, and the derived variables (rotation rate per unit, riding speed) were newly created. There is no significant difference in the average rental time before and after COVID-19, but the average rental distance and average usage speed decreased. Even in the mobility of Ttareungi, you can see the slow rhythm of daily life. On weekdays, the usage rate was the highest during commuting hours even before COVID-19, but it increased rapidly after COVID-19. It can be interpreted that people who are concerned about infection prefer Ttareungi to village buses as a means of micro-mobility. The results of data mart-based visualization and analysis proposed in this study will be able to provide insight into public bicycle operation and policy development. In future studies, it is necessary to combine SNS data such as Twitter and Instagram with public bicycle rental history data. It is expected that the value of related research can be improved by examining the behavior of bike users in various places.
