The target population of this study is SNS users with MICE participation experience. The results of hypothesis testing are as follows. First, information provision, convenience, service quality and SNS usage experience positively influence attitudes toward SNS. Second, attitude positively influences usage intention of SNS. Finally, information provision and service quality to attitudes toward SNS for males are significantly large than those for females. Convenience and SNS usage experience to attitudes toward SNS for females are significantly large than those for males. Unlike existing social platforms that seek openness, an audio-based social platform is characterized by its limitations. This study uses the Value-Based Acceptance Model(VAM) to analyze the role that such limitations play in the user's acceptance of audio-based social media. In this study, restrictive properties are defined as access-limitation, communication-limitation, and content-limitation. This study aims to analyze the effect of each variable on the perceived value and usage of audio-based social media. The hypothesis test was conducted based on the survey responses total of 207 users and potential users. The results was analyzed that three limiting variables affect perceived benefit factors, usefulness and playfulness, and the user's acceptance intention. This study is significant in that it presents a model based on the VAM and provides guidance for new forms of social media growth.

The purpose of this study is to examine the factors influencing usage intention of social network service (SNS) in social enterprise. This model tests various theoretical research hypotheses relating the social enterprise, task-technology fit (TTF), technology acceptance model (TAM), and usage intention of SNS. The data were gathered from 84 questionnaire respondents. Smart partial least square (PLS) 2.0 have been utilized for deriving the study results. The result of hypothesis testing are as follows. First, TTF positively influence perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and usage intention of SNS. Second, perceived usefulness positively influence usage intention of SNS. But perceived ease of use does not influence usage intention of SNS. This study will provide theoretical and practical implications of TTF and usage intention of SNS in social enterprise.
This study explored the factors affecting the acceptance of public recording in SNS post. Using SPSS 21.0 program and AMOS 21.0 program, major results were derived through exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and path analysis. The results are as follows: First, the risk of personal information leakage on SNS posting has a significant negative impact on the attitude toward SNS posting. Second, the security of the SNS posting has a significant effect on the attitude toward the SNS posting. Third, the concern about privacy of SNS posting has a significant negative impact on the attitude toward SNS posting. Fourth, the attitude toward SNS posting has a significant effect on the intention to accept the SNS posting. The above results suggest that the SNS post recording should be able to collect opinions of SNS users from a long-term viewpoint.
The purpose of this study is to examine the relationships among vividness, consensus, reliability, homogeneity, ties and acceptance of WOM (Word Of Mouth), consumer attitude, SNS WOM transmission, offline WOM transmission, and visit intention perceived by married women consumers who learned SNS WOM regarding restaurants. The purpose of this research is to investigate the role of social dimensions in predicting the intention to use SNS. We proposed an integrative SNS acceptance model based on the theory of planned behavior (TPB), the technology acceptance model (TAM), and the social influence theory. Included in the model are attitude toward SNS use, subjective norm, information cascades, and perceived behavioral control as antecedents to intention to use SNS. An empirical analysis was conducted using data collected from a questionnaire survey with 228 college students in Korea, and it yielded the following findings. First, the two social dimensions, namely subjective norm and information cascades, were found to have a significant positive relationship with the intention to use SNS. In particular, information cascade turned out to have the strongest impact of the three antecedents to intention to use SNS. Second, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use were found to have a significant positive influence on the attitude toward SNS use.
This study used a learner acceptance model to investigate the effect of SNS characteristics on user satisfaction and visit intention. A structured self - report questionnaire was administered to 172 college students. Structural equation modeling was applied using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 22.0. The results of this study are as follows: First of all, the usefulness of informativeness did not affect the usability of the extracted SNS characteristics, and the usability did not affect usability. (+) Influence of. The characteristics of SNS can be utilized as a marketing tool to increase customer 's use and influence the customer' s intention to visit and further to create customers. In the future, various age groups will have to be surveyed. By examining the correlation between the degree of food companies' involvement in SNS and consumer visits, one can see how SNS activities of restaurant companies affect marketing activities.

This study is aimed at understanding the factors behind deciding to accept a social network service (SNS) from the viewpoint of tourists who are users of tourism SNS. The study also seeks to clarify the effects these deduced factors have on the intention of users to continuously use SNS. To this end, individual properties (such as self-efficacy, socio-cultural effects, social presence and people's innovativeness), systematic properties (like system quality and information quality)and usefulness/availability were used as factors with regard to the decision to accept tourism SNS based on previous studies and efforts were made to structurally clarify the effects of such previous factors on people's intention to continuously use SNS through perceived value and satisfaction. SNS had significant effects on satisfaction and, furthermore, significantly affected tourists' intention to continuously use it. Based on such study results, factors behind deciding to accept SNS from the viewpoint of tourists affected customers' perceived value and satisfaction and ultimately affected their intention to continuously use SNS. To achieve the purpose of the study, a survey was conducted on about 250 Busan residents who had used SNS in relation to tourist activities, such as exhibitions, conventions, accommodation, trips, aviation service and transportation. According to an empirical study, factors behind deciding to accept tourism SNS, including individual properties, systematic properties and usefulness/availability had statistically significant effects on perceived value. The usefulness/availability factor had the largest influence, in particular, followed by the systematic factor and individual factor. The value perceived in the process of using tourism SNS had significant effects on satisfaction and, furthermore, significantly affected tourists' intention to continuously use it. Based on such study results, factors behind deciding to accept SNS from the viewpoint of tourists affected customers' perceived value and satisfaction and ultimately affected their intention to continuously use SNS.
The acceleration of digital transformation (DX) has resulted in SNS influencer marketing trends becoming the mainstream of the new market. SNS influencers act as early adopters in the process of new products being accepted. Chinese consumers are most affected by Hallyu, which increases interest in K-beauty products. This study analyzes how K-beauty SNS influencers are related to Chinese consumers. A survey was conducted among Chinese millennial consumers after watching videos provided by K-beauty SNS influencer; subsequently, 456 responses were used for data analysis. As a result, the analysis based on the Elaboration Likelihood Model (ELM) distinguishes the central route and the peripheral route in the process of Chinese consumers accepting new SNS products. The study findings suggested that information quality, credibility, accuracy, and usefulness had significant effects on acceptance intention for new products among central route factors, and similarity, trustworthiness, pleasure, expertise, and attractiveness also had significant effects on the acceptance intention of new product among peripheral route factors. It was found that variables of the central route, rather than those of peripheral route, had stronger effects on the acceptance intention for new products. Consequently, the central route of K-beauty SNS influencer is more important to Chinese consumers' acceptance of new products. It is expected that this study will offer beauty influencer marketing-based cosmetics brands efficient consumer management suggestions.
