This study with the aim to develop a system that can be objectively measured and evaluated as a scientific support and of R&D. To this end, this study aimed at companies participating in the development of national technology transfer support program for SMEs examined the factors affecting performance. By developing metrics that meet the business objectives refer to the applicable national and international case studies and literature reviews, etc. In order to achieve the systematization of technology evaluation index, which was selected indicators. To evaluate the weight through the duality comparing selected indicators in order to take advantage of the AHP analysis conducted targeted surveys.

This paper examines the Spaghetti bowl effect that different tariffs and rules of origin in multiple FTAs have resulted in increasing the significantly additional burden for business when it comes to apply for the use of FTA preference. The wide spread of FTAs in the several years, from 2003 to 2010, has been the most important trade policy development in economically important Korea. Korea presently has 5 FTAs in effect, and made 3 additional agreements which will be expected to take effect in next year. With the study result and expecting a growing number of FTAs in Korea in a next decade, the international trading firms will face rise of transaction costs for enterprises, particularly small- and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) to cope with multiple tariffs and rule of origins in FTAs. To help mitigate negative effects and facilitate a more SEMs to use the FTA preference, providing new computer programs system, increasing the awareness of FTA provisions, improving business participation in FTA consultations, and SME support in light of education, and financial support are needed.

Factory automation(FA) is a part of technological innovation to make production process more efficient and it also facilitates technological innovation by accumulating the internalization ability of newly imported technology Introduction of FA, however, does not guarantee the increase of production efficiency and high product quality, moreover, the competitiveness of firm. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the relationship between firm's behavioral characteristics during implementation process of FA and organizational performance, and to find out success factors of FA. Results of the case studies for 4 SME's show that financial stability and the fitness between corporate strategy and the purpose of FA are the necessary conditions for successful implementation of FA. But the organizational restructuring for new manufacturing system, openness of all communication channels, and common mind of employees are also needed to achieve the high degree of performance from FA, especially the benefits of qualitative or organizational level.

중소기업에 근무하고 있는 연구자들의 경우 급변하는 대내외 환경에 적응하기 위한 다양한 정보를 신속하고 정확하게 취득하고, 보유하고 있는 정보와 기술에 대한 노하우를 교류하는 것이 경쟁력 강화와 기업의 생존을 위하여 필수적이다. 그러나 체계적인 정보검색 체계를 갖추고 있지 않은 대부분의 중소기업의 경우 이러한 정보력의 부재, 인적 네트워크의 부족으로 인하여 도태되고 있는 것이 현실이다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 한국과학기술정보연구원에서는 중소기업들에게 다양한 맞춤형 분석정보, 시장동향정보 등을 제공하기 위한 여러 가지 사업을 진행하고 있으며, 홈페이지를 통하여 이러한 콘텐츠를 체계적으로 구축하여 제공하고 있다. 또한 온라인 교류의 장 등을 마련하여 중소기업인들의 어려움을 조금이나마 덜어주기 위한 시스템을 구축하고 운영하고 있으며, 향후에 보다 다양한 콘텐츠를 구축하여 정보지원을 확대할 예정이다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to support SMEs' introduction of smart factories during the $4^{th}$ Industrial Revolution era. Through this study, we developed the readiness assessment framework for SMEs. This study draws practical implications for improving the readiness of SMEs to introduce smart factories. Methods: Readiness Assessment Framework Design method, Case Studies Analysis Results: This study identified SMEs suitable for smart factories and identified key issues for nonconforming companies. And the diagnostic framework has been determined whether it works in a real-life SME environment. Conclusion: In order to succeed in the smart factory deployment, readiness assessment for SMEs should be performed as necessary. Prior to the introduction of smart factories, quality innovation activities should be carried out according to factory level.

This study attempts to understand the relationship between accounting information systems AIS and firms' performance; in the first part of the study, a brief introduction that focuses on the technological advancements and the impact of such advancements on the business world, and in the second part, a review of literature that considered different perspectives on the relationship between AIS and firms' performance. The key differences between manual and automated systems were shown in a table later in the literature review, followed by explanations for each comparison aspect. In the third part, four questions are asked regarding the AIS implementation; the questions covered the top management commitment, the users' competencies, the quality of the adopted system, and the impact of the degree of technological investment on the implementation process. Data for the study was acquired from a Saudi SME. The study's purpose is to investigate the impact of AIS on organizational performance in Saudi SMEs. The presented ideas of this study, where the main finding of the study is that AIS implementation has a positive impact on firms' performance.

본 연구는 2개년 중소기업 기술통계조사에 근거하여 기업의 기술특성, 기업역량, R&D 활동에 해당하는 요인들이 R&D를 통한 매출액에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대해 조절회귀 분석을 수행하였다. 아울러 개발 방식에 따라 각 요인의 영향력 변화를 확인하고, 29개 산업에 대하여 동일한 분석을 진행하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 분석 결과 12개 요인이 매출액에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기술개발 방식에 따른 요인의 영향력 변화를 분석한 결과, 4개의 요인에서 유의한 변화가 확인되었고, 이들 각의 요인에서 기술개발 방식에 따른 성과 창출에 서로 다른 조절효과가 확인되었다. 셋째, 매출액 영향 요인을 산업별로 검증한 결과, 산업별 최대 9개까지 성공요인을 보유하며, 산업별 개발방식에 따른 요인의 영향력 변화 분석 결과 산업별 최대 8개까지 유의한 변화가 확인되었다. 본 연구는 다음의 시사점을 가진다. 첫째, 중소기업은 기술개발 관련 의사결정시 해당 기업이 속한 산업에서 매출 증대 요인이 무엇인지 파악하여 집중할 필요가 있다. 또한 개발하는 기술의 특성, 기업의 역량, R&D 활동수준 등을 고려하여 기술개발방식을 결정하여야 한다. 둘째, 중소기업을 지원하는 기관에서는 관련 예산을 효과적으로 집행하기 위해 지원 기업 평가 시, 지원과제 및 지원목적에 따라 평가항목을 달리하는 상황별 가이드라인을 수립해야 한다. 특히 도출된 결과를 토대로 개방형 혁신 기업에 대한 맞춤형 지원 등을 통해 정책 효과성을 제고할 필요가 있다.

B2C의 "신용카드"를 대체할 만한 "결제수단"으로 2001년 신용보증기금과 은행, (물류업체), e-MP(Market Place)가 참여하여, 기업간 e-MP(기업간 전자결제 결제 시스템)를 통한 전자상거래에 의한 구매를 신용보증기금이 보증해 주는 B2B 전자상거래보증제도를 도입하였다. 기업간 전자상거래를 지원하는 전자결제시스템인 e-MP 서비스는 지난 10년 동안 운영되어 중소기업의 성장에 많은 기여를 하였다. 기업 간 전자상거래보증은 구매기업에게 거래한도 확장으로 안정적인 구매처를 확보하고 업무 프로세스 개선을 통한 기업 경쟁력 강화에 기여하였다. 그러나, 신용보증기관의 보증지원을 기반으로 한 사업으로서 규모의 한계를 보유하고 있다. 신용보증기관의 보증지원을 기반으로 한 사업으로서 규모의 한계를 극복하기 위해서는 정부의 중소기업에 대한 직접 또는 간접지원의 강화 운영을 e-MP 사업기반으로 해야 한다. 또한 e-MP서비스를 통한 새로운 모델 개척이 필요하다. 기업간 전자상거래 활성화 측면 뿐만 아니라 e-MP의 새로운 수익모델을 위해 신용보증기관이 직접 개입하여 운영하는 기업간 통합온라인장터 구축과 이를 활용하는 기업에게 구매자금을 동시에 제공하는 모델에 대한 검토가 필요하다.

This paper was concerned about design and implementation of supply chain management for auto-part company by adopting a UML(Unified Modeling Language). The part of SCM and e-business have interested by larger company, researcher and academic professor. There has been known about a little implementing SCM and it's initiatives for SME(small-medium sized enterprise). We, in this paper, dealt with design and implementing the SCM on supply chain auto part SMEs. The UML is a standard language for specifying, visualizing, constructing, and documenting the artifacts of software systems. It simplifies the complex process of software design, making a blueprint for the SCM implementation. In this paper, we also adopt some methods for the systematic system analysis, design, and implementation by applying UML to a SCM system.

Information competitiveness accounts for substantial parts of business competitiveness necessary for business management in the knowledge-information society in the 21st century. To improve quality. productivity and competitiveness through information in the fields of SMEs particularly having difficulties under rapidly changing business environment. the government has operated "SME Information Support Project" for the past 8 years. The methodology for developing the standard for this project known as EISDM (Enterprise Information System Development Methodology) provides communication between IT businesses and SMEs participating in this project. and standardized output document formats and how to make out such documents. Infortunately. the number of personnel partaking in the development project for SMEs is no more than 2~4 per site on average. Further. they are required to complete demand analyses. development. testing and operation in about 6 months. which is a very short period. Moreover, there is too much demand for documentation, which is likely to end up being formal work process just for supervision and inspection. That is, the documentation could be for noting but documents. which will prove useless outputs after the project finishes. Therefore, this study proposes an improvement approach as an information system development methodology taking into account SMEs' characteristics and environment so as to relieve developers from such excessive burden of documentation, to save time and resources through efficient management of software development as the original purpose of the methodology, and to produce required quality software.
