많은 기업에서 경영목표 달성을 위해 상당한 자금과 인력을 투입하여 회사 전반의 원활한 의사소통과 생산부문의 공정 관리 및 실시간 데이터 집계에 필요한 여러 가지 정보시스템 도입을 계획 중이거나 이미 도입하였다. 목표한 경영 성과 달성을 위해 회사의 여러 분야에 도입한 정보시스템들은 성공 사례보다 실패 사례가 더 흔한 것이 현실이다. 심지어 구축을 완료하고 운영 중인 시스템의 성과 또한 미미하다고 볼 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 성공적으로 기업 정보시스템의 구축 목표를 달성하기 위해 도입 전에 반드시 고려해야 할 대표적인 성공 요인이 무엇인지 조사하고, 성공 요인들 중에서 기업 정보시스템 도입 시 상대적으로 크게 영향을 미치는 요인에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 국내 기업들의 정보시스템 도입 현황과 수준을 조사하고, 기업의 복잡 다양한 업무수준만큼이나 반드시 도입이 검토되어야 할 정보시스템의 종류 및 특징을 파악하여 정리하였다.

The South Korean Government had supported the IT implementation of 30,000 SMB(Small and Medium-sized) enterprises from '2000 to '2003 for the purpose of the competitiveness of SMB enterprises. However, the utilization rate of If package is very low. This paper recommanded the improved suggestion of the existed policies of the following service of the SMB industry's information technology implementation. There are industry-university cooperation program, efficient on-offline integration system, the development of SMB industry's IT performance measure evaluation index and so on.

Most of the small and medium industries rather focus on immediate problems and how to properly maintain organizational matters and existing system than the strategic and operational use of Information Technology when they deal with applications and operation of Information System. This study found out that there were few studies on IT outsourcing for small and medium companies in Korea compared to large enterprises' IT outsourcing. Most preceding studies researched the problems of partnership and technical, managerial, and economical success factors for big companies. Small and medium companies have the problems of financial difficulty, organizational scale (40.3%), shortage of manpower for system operation (24.1%), and lack of practical use of managers (8.9%). SMB firms have required support of government for their Informationalization but, we found out amount of companies (41%) not be informed or don't account on government's supporting IT of SMB programs. In addition, Range and Contents of outsourcing, Reputation of Outsourcing vendor, Reliability of maintaining were selected as CSFs of SMB IT outsourcing. While large corporation staff more considered CEO's willing and inner facts of their companies.

As business needs are accelerating exponentially due to globalization and other market forces, companies regardless of its size need data which can operate flexibly and rapidly across disappearing physical and organizational borders. To meet the growing Enterprise Resource Planning [ERP] needs for small and medium sized firms, large ERP vendors have introduced new and inexpensive products to these markets. They can customize to businesses of all sizes as long as they have the need for the services and the budget to support the system. Based on the observations in this research, most ERP vendors, regardless of their size, are now focusing more on improving the implementation curve and reporting capabilities through compartmentalizing business applications along industry verticals. Also ERP systems are becoming more open thereby consultants and subject matter experts now have the opportunity to create modules based upon verticals to form a best-of-breed ERP implementation. of enterprises.

This study empirically investigated cultural differences in the amount of information provided by managerial accounting information systems as well as the differences in organizational performance according to variations in the amount of information. Through cluster analysis, I classified sample firms into five organizational cultural types: Semi-innovative, innovative, bureaucratic, semi-bureaucratic and supportive. The results showed that in the semi-innovative firms, a greater amount of the traditional and advanced types of information is produced, while in bureaucratic firms, traditional information is much more provided than in the innovative, semi-bureaucratic and supportive firms. These results confirmed cultural differences in the amount of information produced. According to the results of this study, it was found that in organizational performance, the rankings of semi-innovative firms, which have the highest scores in the amount of information, are also the highest, and the performance scores in innovative firms are generally next to those of semi-innovative firms. Hence it is concluded that there are cultural differences in the amount of information provided and theses differences affect organizational performance

The requirements for computational resources to perform the structural analysis are increasing rapidly. The size of the current analysis problems that are required from practical industry is typically large-scale with more than millions degrees of freedom (DOFs). These large-scale analysis problems result in the requirements of high-performance analysis codes as well as hardware systems such as supercomputer systems or cluster systems. In this paper, the pre- and post-processing system for supercomputing based large-scale structural analysis is presented. The proposed system has 3-tier architecture and three main components; geometry viewer, pre-/post-processor and supercomputing manager. To analyze large-scale problems, the ADVENTURE solid solver was adopted as a general-purpose finite element solver and the supercomputer named 'tachyon' was adopted as a parallel computational platform. The problem solving performance and scalability of this structural analysis system is demonstrated by illustrative examples with different sizes of degrees of freedom.

ICBM(IoT, Cloud, Bigdata, Mobile)의 다양한 융합적 환경에서 IT기술의 발전이 진화되어 기존에 없던 다양한 새로운 정보보안의 위협이 생기고 있다. 또한 주요 금융권과 정부 공공기관을 대상으로 대형 정보유출 사고가 급증하면서 인적 보안의 중요성을 강조하고 있다. 이에 체계적인 정보보호 관리체계 구축은 해킹 및 보안 침해사고가 발생하는 경우 신속하게 대응하여, 피해 규모를 최소화 한다. 본 논문에서는 ISO27001, NIST 800-53, K-ISMS, COBIT, Cyber Security Framework등 주요 정보보호 관리체계에 나타난 인적보안 통제항목의 이론적 비교, 분석을 수행함으로써 보안사고의 주요 원인인 인적보안 문제에 관하여 효과적인 통제 방안과 시사점을 제시하였다.

본 각종 PC 및 스마트폰의 발전으로 인하여 인터넷이 발전함으로써 정보시스템과 인터넷과 스마트폰의 발전으로 인하여 모든 정보 자산의 네트워킹이 가능해졌다. 이로 인해 각종 취약점과 프로그램을 악용하여 악성코드를 만들어 정보를 빼내가거나, 유출을 시키는 등의 범죄가 하루가 다르게 늘어나고 있다. 이에 따른 각 시스템별 보안위협 및 어떤 방법으로, 어떤 경로로 위협을 해오는지를 알아보고 이에 따라 시스템을 비교하여 목적 및 수단을 알아보고 취약점을 분석하고 대응책을 알아본다.

노인 고령화에 따른 노인복지시설 증가와 함께 노인에 대한 정보보안 사례관리가 중요시 되었다. 노인복지시설 종사자들은 노인 보호를 위해 노인의 개인정보, 사회복지서비스 정도 등 중요한 정보를 관리함에도 직무수행체계나 정보보안에 관한 연구는 미흡하다. 노인복지시설 종사자들의 정보보안 인지가 정보보안행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가에 대하여 정보보안 역량강화를 매개로 한 연구를 실시하였다. 연구는 종사자들의 성별에 따른 잠재평균분석을 통한 실증분석을 진행 하였다. 연구결과 정보보안 인지(개인경험, 정보 기술이해, 정보보안 인식, 정보보안 정책), 정보보안역량강화, 정보보안 행동의 구조 관계에서 성별에 따라 각기 다른 수준으로 집단 간 차이 있었다. 또한 정보보안 행동에 있어서 성별 차이가 있었으며, 정보보안 역량강화가 정보보안 행동에 중요한 영향을 미치고 있었다.

이 연구의 목적은 회계서비스종사자의 전문성과 회계정보시스템 수준을 분석하여 고객사 회계정보의 질에 미치는 영향을 질적 특성을 중심으로 검증하는 것이다. 연구방법은 먼저 문헌에 의한 이론적 배경을 살펴본 후 설문에 의한 자료를 토대로 가설을 세우고 경험적 연구를 하였다. 그 결과 회계서비스종사자의 전문성을 필요로 하는 회계정보시스템으로 서비스를 제공받은 고객사는 질적 특성 중에서 충실한 표현에 가장 만족하는 것으로 나타났으며, 적시성이 가장 만족감이 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 회계서비스종사자의 전문성 인지와 향상에 기여할 것이며, 향후 회계정보의 질을 높이기 위한 회계서비스종사자의 교육과 훈련의 내용 및 방법에 대한 논의가 필요하다.
