  • In late 20th century, smart home market evolved in China, and absorbed best manpower and technology to commercialize the smart home equipment. Many foreign companies want to take possession of Chinese market, but not arrive at abundance yet. There has many reasons, but most important thing is ignoring the interaction between technical elements and spacial elements. in other words, ignoring the correlation between each industry. Korean smart home market evolved same period with Chinese, but it has balanced development in technic and application, so the commercialize and market arrived at poverty. In this study, survey the present situation of smart home about Korea and China, and compare the technical elements. In addition to analysis the interaction between smart spacial contents and technology. This study focused on the smart apartment, and analysis the strength and weakness in each country, and make theoretical basement for Korea to make certain about Chinese smart home market.

  • In this paper, we proposed a smart learning model that reflects the environment of information and communication that rapidly changing with the advent of smart devices. There are varieties of screen size and performance of smart devices, but they can be classified smart phones, smart pads, personal computer(PC) and Smart TV. In this paper, we look for appropriate services model with method of interaction and educational content as per each device type, then present the development direction of smart learning that reflects the information communication environment and future smart learning service model according to the characteristics of each device.

Exploring Differences of Acceptance Attitude of Smart Work among Members of Organizations (조직 내 구성원간 스마트워크 수용태도 차이에 대한 탐색적 연구)

  • Through smart work using by smart technologies, many organizations wish to change traditional working styles. Lots of organizations, however, wish to do work with smartness through adoption of smart work technologies, those are not sure whether smart work will be successful or not till now. Viewpoints of members concerning efficiency and effectiveness from smart work who operate the organizations may be different. Therefore, hopefully, this research tried to investigate whether differences among members of organizations by empirical and exploratory approach. Totally, 118 questionnaires had been collected and performed test of mean difference between groups. As a result, some items such as working place, working methods, flexible time and tension of smartwork showed significant differences among groups and non-leader and leader groups. And, furthermore, from this research I believe that we can have a few insights for successful smart working environment in organizations. For successful smart work, organizations have to try to overcome or minimize differences among members of organization.

  • The importance of smart learning (SL) has been emphasized in schools. Additionally, the significance of smart work (SW) in improving business performance has gained much attention among industries. From theoretical, technological, and environmental perspectives, SL and SW are somewhat similar. Therefore, a case study was performed to find a way to link SL and SW, and a linking model was proposed for this purpose. Because laptops are considered a pivotal element in the technological aspect of SL, graduate students' use of personal laptops in classes (Bring Your Own Laptop, BYOL) was investigated. The results showed that the students reacted positively to the idea of using personal laptops in class and that they expected to learn IT skills more effectively this way. They listed being able to study even after class and the easy accessibility of relevant data as the strengths of BYOL. However, they cited the heaviness of the laptops and occasional loss of focus during classes as the weaknesses of BYOL. Thus, this study showed the possibility of that students who experience SL can perform better in an SW situation. Therefore, if a policy is enacted that allows students to efficiently use laptops, a greater number of educational achievements will be attained on smart campuses and, subsequently, a greater number of smart workers will be produced.

  • This study is to derive the factors that influence the acceptance of LTE smart phones. Using an extended technology acceptance model to look at the factors affecting the acceptance LTE smart phone. Variables and the LTE features on the personal characteristics variables were chosen based on the study. This study was done through a survey. Surveyed LTE smart phone's primary audience, taking into account the age of 20 were analyzed mainly. LTE smart phone's acceptance factors affecting individual innovation, speed, price factors. When formulating marketing strategies in the future, based on the results of this study, elements that can stimulate innovation and speed, not just an individual's stability, if we estimate that we can derive a more meaningful and effective marketing results.

Fabrication of Perforated Strings for Transparent Silicon Shingled Photovoltaic Modules (투광형 실리콘 슁글드 태양광 모듈을 위한 타공형 스트링 제작)

  • Transparent photovoltaics (PV) are used in various applications such as building-integrated photovoltaics (BIPV). However, crystalline silicon (c-Si) is not used for developing transparent PV due to its opaque nature. Here. we fabficate the three holes in 6-inch c-Si solar cells using laser scribing process with an opening area ratio of about 6.8% for transparent c-Si solar modules. Moreover, we make the shingled strings using the perforated cells. Our 7 interconnected shingled string PV cells with 21 holes show a solar to power conversion of 5.721 W. In next work, we will fabricate a transparent c-Si PV module with perforated strings.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the issues and perceptions of smart cities. First, based on the big data analysis platform, big data analysis on smart cities were conducted to derive keywords by year, word cloud, and frequency of generation of smart city keywords by time. Second, trend and flow by area were analyzed by reclassifying major keywords by year based on meta-keywords. Third, emotional recognition flow for smart cities and major emotional keywords were derived. While U-City in the past is mostly centered on creating infrastructure for new towns, recent smart cities are focusing on sustainable urban construction led by citizens, according to the analysis. In addition, it was analyzed that while infrastructure, service, and technology were emphasized in the past, management and methodology were emphasized recently, and positive perception of smart cities was growing. The study could be used as basic data for the past, present and future of smart cities in Korea at a time when smart city services are being built across the country.

Application of the HELIOS-MASTER Code System on the Criticality Analysis for the SMART-P Spent Fuel Storage (SMART연구로 사용후 연료 저장조의 임계해석에 HELIOS-MASTER계산체계의 적용)

  • The criticality analysis method using HELIOS-MASTER code system, which is the nuclear core analysis code system, was developed for the spent fuel storage of SMART-P reactor. We generated the macroscopic cross section of the geometric model with HELIOS and estimated the criticality of the 3-dimensional model with MASTER for SMART-P spent fuel storage. The validity of criticality analysis method for SMART-P spent fuel storage with the HELIOS-MASTER code system by 3-D MCNP calculation was also verified. The result of the criticality analysis with the HELIOS-MASTER code system is more conservative than that with the MCNP and the accuracy of this result is within the range of an allowable error. Because HELIOS-MASTER can perform the 3-D depletion calculation lot a spent fuel storage, it will be useful to perform the criticality analysis including a burnup credit in future.

  • The smart media has changed the patterns of advertising information consumption and media usage behavior drastically. The smart advertisements, however, have failed to perform as sophisticated as the smart devices carried out. In this respect, this study is designed to figure out the current situation and the ecosystem of smart advertising and to prepare its activation plan through a survey(FGI), which will be able to give policy suggestions about smart media and advertising. In conclusion, this study points out that the proliferation of smart advertising needs to install "Smart Media Representative" which provides independable decisions on the regulation of smart advertising, the system of price, standardization of advertising, the development of various forms of advertisements, the scientific measurement of the effectiveness, the protection of privacy, professional manpower training, etc.

  • The main Objectives of this paper are as follows. First, we investigated effects of Smart Phone quality on the usefulness and ease of use of Smart Phone. Then, we investigated effects of the usefulness and ease of use of Smart Phone on the intention of use. Our research model is based on TAM(Technology Acceptance Model). To accomplish the purpose of this paper effectively and efficiently, a survey was conducted based on the usage of Smart Phone. Then we conducted regression analyses on the collected data and found following results. First, Smart Phone quality have a significant effect on the usefulness and ease of use of Smart Phone. Second, the usefulness and ease of use of Smart Phone have significant effects on the intention of use. Third, Smart Phone users are more satisfied with the system quality than cellular phone users. And the continuous use intention of Smart-Phone users is higher than that of cellular phone users.
